Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Akuntabilitas Pelayanan Pembuatan Surat Izin Mengemudi Di Kantor Polres Selayar. Jenis penelitian yang menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian deksriptif, teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi,  Hasil penelitian yaitu tindak penyalahgunaan kekuasaan pada kantor Polres Selayar sudah akuntabel dan tidak terjadi tindak penyalahgunaan kekuasaan karena ketika hal tersebut terjadi maka aparat kepolisian akan mendapatkan sanksi. Kemudian yang menjadi kendala dalam proses pembuatan SIM yakni mengenai jaringan yang kurang stabil di kepulauan selayar dan masih ada masyarakat yang belum memahami mengenai persyaratan administrasi dalam pembuatan SIM. Kemudian biaya penerbitan SIM itu sudah diatur oleh PP nomor  76 tahun 2020 yang mengatur tentang jenis dan tarif atas jenis penerimaan negara bukan pajak yang berlaku pada kepolisian negara republik Indonesia, yang dimana satlantas dalam pelayanan SIM tersebut tidak bisa mengubah atau mengganggu gugat tarif tersebut karena sudah diatur oleh aturan PP nomor 76 tahun 2020.

Abstract

Education and training are really needed to improve the performance of ASN in the Central Mamuju Regency Communication and Information Service so that the human resources produced are of high quality and professional in their field. It is hoped that the phenomena seen can improve knowledge, skills and attitudes, thereby creating good quality work at the Central Mamuju Regency Communication and Information Service. The aim of the research is to determine the effectiveness of education and training for state civil servants in the Central Mamuju Regency Communication and Informatics Service and to determine the internal and external factors of education and training for state civil servants in the Central Mamuju Regency Communication and Informatics Service. The method used by researchers is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that education and training play a very important role in improving the performance and services of ASN and have been realized well but are not yet optimal, as seen from internal and external factors and also seen from the effectiveness measurement theory according to Richard M. Steers so that employee performance is expected to be able to work. to be better so that it is hoped that it will be able to provide better services to the community.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the performance of State Civil Service Employees (ASN) in Administrative Services at the Mangarabombang District Office, Takalar Regency. "This type of research uses qualitative methods with descriptive research type, data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that Quality work, there is a clear improvement in the quality of work at the Mangarabombang District Office, which can be seen from the positive evaluations given by employees. The quantity, volume and efficiency of administrative services at the Mangarabombang District Office vary depending on the type of service and office capacity. On time punctuality, ASN employees in Mangarabombang District are generally disciplined in terms of the stipulated time for entering and leaving the office. Effectiveness, it can be seen that resources at the Mangarabombang District Office have increased with technological advances and larger budget allocations. Independence, ASN employees at the Mangarabombang District Office have demonstrated good service quality by acting independently, taking initiative.

Abstract

Analysis of the supervisory function based on 2017 data questions the problem that the implementation of the supervisory function has so far not been carried out effectively, the reason being that the implementation of government performance audits so far has not been in accordance with what was planned, as stated in the Inspectorate's government agency performance report (LAKIP) book. Makassar City Region in 2017 stated that the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP) within the scope of the Makassar City Regional Inspectorate was not yet optimal, there was a limited number of human resources compared to the size of the supervision object, limited budget allocation in the field of supervision and so on. For the sake of reviewing, an in-depth study was carried out starting from Preliminary Supervision, Concurrent (While work is in progress) and Feedback Supervision. Research data collection uses qualitative research methods. From the use of qualitative methods, the researcher obtained results from the problem behind this research, namely an increase in the quality of supervision performance of the Makassar City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di sejumlah lulusan Administrasi Perhotelan Hotel dan Poltekpar Makassar di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis lulusan Administrasi Perhotelan dalam rangka meningkatkan relevansi dan kualitas lulusan Administrasi Perhotelan, terutama yang terkait dengan permintaan pasar tenaga kerja dan pengembangan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, studi dokumentasi dan Diskusi Kelompok Fokus (FGD). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daya serap alumni Administrasi Perhotelan Poltekpar Makassar di beberapa hotel di Sulawesi Selatan mencapai 87% dengan tujuan meningkatkan sistem pembelajaran (kurikulum) dan layanan hotel. Dari hasil penelitian dan diskusi mendalam menunjukkan bahwa proses peningkatan pengembangan SDM tidak terlalu optimal, di mana lulusan yang memiliki sertifikasi kompetensi sesuai keahliannya masih di bawah 70%. Pengembangan sumber daya manusia melalui perencanaan karir belum dikonsepkan dengan baik. Kebijakan dan peraturan tentang pemegang posisi memprioritaskan pengalaman kerja. Dalam hal pengembangan sumber daya manusia, ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam meningkatkan kualitas lulusan dalam administrasi perhotelan belum dianalisis dan diatur sesuai dengan kurikulum dan tuntutan pemangku kepentingan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pendapatan petani usahatani terong di Desa Lombuea, Kecamatan Moramo Utara, Kabupaten Konawe Selatan dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan usahatani terong di Desa Lombuea, Kecamatan Moramo Utara, Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Lombuea, Kecamatan Moramo Utara, Kabupaten Konawe Selatan yang dilaksanakan pada bulan September - Oktober 2022. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 44 orang. Variabel penelitian berupa variabel independen yaitu luas lahan, tenaga kerja, pupuk, dan pestisida serta variabel dependen yaitu pendapatan usahatani terong. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan pendapatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata pendapatan yang diperoleh dalam usahatani terong adalah Rp8.619.000 dengan total biaya sebesar Rp3.833.745. dengan rata-rata pendapatan usahatani diperoleh sebesar Rp4.785.255. Hasil analisis untuk uji parsial diperoleh variabel tenaga kerja dan biaya pupuk memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan usahatani terong. Sedangkan variabel luas lahan dan biaya pestisida dinyatakan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan usahatani terong.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui saluran pemasaran jambu mete Buton (2) biaya, margin dan keuntungan pemasaran (3) efisiensi pemasaran. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari-Juli 2023. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu 150 orang dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 60 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Saluran pemasaran jambu mete di Kecamatan Lasalimu Selatan terdiri dari dua, pertama petani jambu mete langsung menjual hasil panennya pada pengepul kecamatan, Kedua setiap petani jambu mete Desa Umalaoge dan Desa Ambuau Togo menjual hasil panennya kepada pengepul desa dan kemudian pengepul desa menjual jambu mete tersebut ke pengepul kecamatan dan pengepul kecamatan menjual ke pengepul kabupaten. Besarnya biaya pada saluran I adalah Rp263/kg untuk margin pemasaran antara petani dan pengepul kecamatan yaitu sebesar Rp1.000/kg dengan keuntungan Rp737/Kg. Sedangkan pada saluran pemasaran II bahwa biaya pemasaran yang dikeluarakan oleh pengepul desa yaitu sebesar Rp458/Kg, pengepul kecamatan sebesar Rp263/kg dan pengepul kabupaten sebesar Rp1.481/kg . Marjin tiap pengepul yaitu selisih Rp1.000/kg dan keuntungan yang didapatkan oleh pengepul desa sebesar Rp542/kg, pengepul kecamatan sebesar Rp737/kg dan pengepul kabupaten Rp1.519/kg. Besarnya persentase bagian harga yang diterima petani jambu mete pada saluran pemasaran I yaitu sebesar 92%, dan pada saluran pemasaran II sebesar 72%, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa saluran pemasaran jambu mete di Desa Mopaano, Desa Umalaoge dan Desa Ambuau Togo telah efisien.

Abstract

: The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation and obstacles of the anti-corruption village program in Pakatto Village, Bontomarannu District, Gowa Regency. The theory used in this study is the program implementation theory according to Charles O. Jones which mentions three basic activities, namely organization, interpretation, and application. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. The results of the study show that the implementation of the anti-corruption village program in Pakatto village initiated by the Corruption Eradication Commission in its implementation has been good. Judging from the structural organization and integrity of human resources, it has run optimally. From the aspect of interpretation, the program implementers have understood the goals and guidelines of the village program. In the implementation aspect, it was found that the realization of the implementation of the village work program went smoothly by holding a coffee morning activity with a Focus Group Discussion scheme and the existence of an Independent Digital Platform connected to the Website. Abstract

The post-pandemic global tourism industry faces intensive recovery pressures. Work-life imbalance frequently triggers human resource retention crises, particularly in the hospitality sector, which demands 24-hour service excellence. These challenges are increasingly complex for resort hotels in remote tourism destinations that must operate with limited access to professional labor and extreme fluctuations in tourist visitation. This study aims to analyze the adaptation mechanisms of five Work-Life Balance (WLB) strategies—Alternating, Outsourcing, Bundling, Techflexing, and Simplifying—to overcome operational barriers and enhance employee productivity at Same Resort Bira Beach, South Sulawesi. Using a qualitative single-case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews with management and operational staff. The results reveal significant anomalous findings. First, the use of communication technology (Techflexing) in an isolated environment does not trigger technostress but rather serves as a vital connectivity bridge providing spatial autonomy for employees. Second, integrating resort facilities into the incentive system (Bundling) successfully creates psychological harmonization between work and personal life (Resort-Life Integration). Third, Alternating and Outsourcing strategies are applied tactically as workload safety valves during peak seasons. Overall, this study concludes that in remote destinations, WLB transforms from a mere welfare policy into an effective business survival strategy for maintaining productivity, despite structural challenges posed by short-term target pressures. The study’s implications suggest an adaptive HR management model that leverages locational assets as key retention factors.
