Abstract

This study  purposed to find out how the coordination among regional apparatus organizations in the preparation of AMDAL with smelter companies in Bantaeng Regency. The research method used a qualitative research method. The number of informants in this study was 9 people. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study showed that the unity of action so far in the process of coordination of employment and industry with the environmental service and PT. Huady Nickel Alloy Indonesia had not run well in accordance with what was expected because there were still many complaints from the public, the communication side which was a weakness of the employment and industry department with the environmental service and PT. Huady Nickel Alloy Indonesia because this day there were still many people who complaint about the waste from the nickel, in terms of the division of labor employment and industry with the environmental department and PT. Huady Nickel Alloy Indonesia there was still unconsciousness in each member, and the discipline in coordinating employment and industry services with the environmental department and PT. Huady Nickel Alloy Indonesia had coordinated in accordance with applicable regulations.

Abstract

Abstract Background: the activity was carried out with the aim of introducing and training the people of NagariBalingka regarding the role of drying and packaging technology for local food in the Nagari to become products that have more value and can support the economy of the people there. Methods: Drying and packaging techniques were introduced through verbal explanations while being practiced directly by the agricultural technology faculty team, Andalas University. Conclusion: the information presented can be an alternative/solution for local food processing in Balingka Village into more valuable products such as chili powder and carrot chips. This can be a new breakthrough for community groups there to further explore processed products with drying techniques as innovative and superior products from their village

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui rencana strategi dilakukan Kantor Desa Somba Palioi Kabupaten Bulukumba mengelola dana desa dalam mewujudkan sustainable development goals, serta hasil telah dicapai dari rencana strategi tersebut. Metode digunakan pada penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif. Tekhnik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, strategi digunakan dalam pengelolaan dana desa sudah cukup baik dengan menekankan strategi yang baik dan terarah sesuai aturan. Pemerintah desa telah mensosialisaikan  program SDGs namun masih banyak masyarakat  belum paham mengenai SDGs, terdapat beberapa masalah dalam pengelolaan dana desa mewujudkan sustainable development goals yaitu pemerintah telah mensosialisasikan program SDGs desa namun masih banyak masyarakat tidak paham program SDGs. Warga masyarakat hanya mengetahui program bantuan seperti BLT, BPNT, dan PKH, masih ada beberapa masyarakat belum paham mengenai program SDGs, kemudian masih terdapat pula masyarakat yang belum tersentuh dana desa. Kesimpulannya strategi dalam pengelolaan dana desa dalam mewujudkan sustainable development goals mengurangi angka kemiskinan yang dilakukan oleh Kantor Desa Somba Palioi Kabupaten Bulukmba menunjukkan hasil cukup baik karena dapat mengurangi angka kemiskinan dari tahun ke tahun meskipun belum maksimal karena masih ada beberapa masyarakat yang tidak tersentuh dari dana desa itu.Kata kunci: Manajemen strategi, Sustainable Development Goals.

Abstract

Democracy is a word that always fills the conversation of all levels of society, from the lower class to the elite class, namely community leaders, politicians, students, scholars, etc. In addition, democracy is believed to be an alternative value system that develops at the intersection of human life and society, even the state. Democracy is a school of philosophy, namely a school that studies the origins of political power in a country based on the general will of the people. In this case, the nation can be described as a rule of law that evokes the general will and animates the contents of democracy. Following the democratic system, power in the country is in the hands of the people themselves, basically democracy comes from the people, is governed by the people and benefits all the people. From an organizational point of view, democracy means the organization of the State which is carried out by the people themselves or with the consent of the people because sovereignty is in the hands of the people. Another opinion states that democracy is a political system which shows that public policies are determined on the basis of a majority by representatives who are effectively supervised by the people in periodic elections based on the principle of political equality and are held in an atmosphere of guaranteed political freedom. Abstract

Bureaucratic corruption in Indonesia remains a serious problem despite the establishment of various oversight institutions since the 1998 Reform era. This article aims to analyze the role of ethical mechanisms in preventing bureaucratic corruption through a comparative study of three main institutions: Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia (ORI), and Inspectorate General (Itjen) within the ministry. This research uses a qualitative approach with literature study methods, analysis of official documents, and utilization of online data from credible sources. The findings show that the implementation of bureaucratic ethics plays a significant role in reducing the potential for corruptive behavior. KPK implements a strict internal code of ethics and manages various integrity strengthening programs such as the Integrity Assessment Survey (SPI) and Integrity Zone (ZI) to instill an anti-corruption culture within the government. ORI focuses on preventing maladministration and enforcing ethical standards in public services, which serves as a bulwark against petty corruption. Meanwhile, Itjen carries out the function of internal supervision and fostering the integrity of the state civil apparatus (ASN), although it faces challenges in terms of independence and limited resources. Comparatively, the three institutions complement each other. KPK has an advantage in terms of national prosecution and coordination, ORI excels in monitoring public service ethics, and Itjen plays a role in early detection of internal bureaucratic irregularities. Ethical mechanisms such as the implementation of a code of ethics, the development of an integrity system, and the implementation of ethics-based supervision have proven effective in improving accountability and preventing bureaucratic corruption.Korupsi birokrasi di Indonesia masih menjadi persoalan serius meskipun berbagai lembaga pengawas telah dibentuk sejak era Reformasi 1998. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran mekanisme etik dalam mencegah korupsi birokrasi melalui studi komparatif terhadap tiga institusi utama: Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK), Ombudsman Republik Indonesia (ORI), dan Inspektorat Jenderal (Itjen) di lingkungan kementerian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur, analisis dokumen resmi, serta pemanfaatan data daring dari sumber yang kredibel. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan etika birokrasi berperan signifikan dalam mengurangi potensi perilaku koruptif. KPK menerapkan kode etik internal yang ketat serta mengelola berbagai program penguatan integritas seperti Survei Penilaian Integritas (SPI) dan Zona Integritas (ZI) guna menanamkan budaya antikorupsi di lingkungan pemerintah. ORI berfokus pada pencegahan maladministrasi dan penegakan standar etika pelayanan publik, yang menjadi benteng terhadap praktik korupsi kecil (petty corruption). Sementara itu, Itjen menjalankan fungsi pengawasan internal dan pembinaan integritas aparatur sipil negara (ASN), meskipun menghadapi tantangan pada aspek independensi dan keterbatasan sumber daya. Secara komparatif, ketiga institusi tersebut saling melengkapi. KPK memiliki keunggulan dalam hal penindakan dan koordinasi nasional, ORI unggul dalam pengawasan etika pelayanan publik, dan Itjen berperan dalam deteksi dini terhadap penyimpangan internal birokrasi. Mekanisme etik seperti penerapan kode etik, pembangunan sistem integritas, dan pelaksanaan pengawasan berbasis etika terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan akuntabilitas dan mencegah korupsi birokrasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Social Service Strategy in the Control of Street Children in Makassar City. The number of informants in this study was 9 people. This study used qualitative with a type of phenomenological research that emphasized the subjectivity of human life experiences. Data collection techniques used the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used interactive analysis models. The results showed that the Social Service Strategy in the Control of Street Children in Makassar City had not been fully implemented optimally. This was seen from the aspect of the organizational structure, especially the social service, it has worked well to always pay special attention to Street Children, the program strategy also provided guidance in stages to Street children who had been raided, the strategy of supporting resources that control Makassar Street Children was supported not only from social services but the involvement of local communities, and institutional strategies that the government's strategy in dealing with Makassar City Street Children collaborated with the police in dealing with street children which could be unsettling for road users. Keywords: Strategy, Ordering Street Children

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pemberdayaan Aparatur Sipil Negara terhadap Prestasi Kerja di Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Gowa. variabel pemberdayaan ASN terhadap prestasi kerja di Badan Pengembangan Kepegawaian dan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Gowa dari beberapa populasi yang akan diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil regresi (pengaruh) Variabel X terhadap Variabel Y secara serentak hanya sebesar 0,321 atau 32,1%, artinya pengaruh pemberdayaan ASN terhadap prestasi kerja di Badan Pengembangan Kepegawaian dan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Gowa relatif kecil.

Abstract

The main problem in this study was how the quality of the implementation of the emergency saverity index service in the emergency room at RSUD H.padjonga Dg.Ngalle, Takalar Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. Research informants were 3 people. Validation of data through triangulation of sources, techniques and time, then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that the indicators 1) Service accuracy. 2) Timeliness of service. 3) Responsibility. 4) convenience in service. 5) Equipment. 6) As well as politeness and friendliness, everything was in the good and quality category. It seen from serving and treating patients based on Standard operating procedure's, fast respon in serving patients, guarantees for patient safety and security, clear service flow, and serving with the 5S principle, but communication techniques with patients' families still need to be improved. And the punctuality of service still needs to be improved. Humanity should not discriminate between patients based on their illness.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out the strategy for developing Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa) in Mattiro Ade Village, Patampanua District, Pinrang Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative and phenomenological approach with a total of four informants. The results showed that the organizational strategy seen from its relationship with the program being implemented had met the indicator criteria of the organizational strategy. The strategy for supporting resources had not been fully achieved, although the facilities and infrastructure, human resources, and financial resources had run well, but the utilization of natural resources had not been implemented. The program strategy had been fulfilled through a hydroponic lettuce cultivation program which had implications for the community and organizations from the profits obtained. The institutional strategy was also going well, seen from the communication and coordination between the management and the evaluation to see the progress of the performance of the Sipakalebbi BUMDesa management.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the implementation of policies applied to the Smart Indonesia Program; Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) at SMA Negeri 2 Barru. This study used a qualitative research using 4 informants. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicated that the Implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) in SMA Negeri 2 Barru was quite good. Through several indicators of implementation in this study, namely: 1) policy standards and targets, very helpful for underprivileged students in education, 2) human resources, both facilities and infrastructure were quite good, 3) communication between organizations and strengthening activities, communication between implementers had been good in encouraging the success of PIP policies, 4) Characteristics of implementing agents, existing SOPs were in line with policies, 5). The condition of the PIP policy environment had the support of the school and parents, 6) the disposition of the implementor had implemented the policy implementation well because he understood the existing SOPs.
