Abstract

The purpose of the research was conducted to find out the performance of the State Attorney's Office in Handling Corruption Cases in Bulukumba Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The number of informants in this study were 4 people. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. From the results of the study, it shows that the performance of the Public Prosecutor's Office in handling corruption cases is quite good, it needs to be improved to make it even better, this is seen from the quality side of each report received by the prosecutor's office comes from reports, the quantity of investigators in solving each case requires 3 people investigators, the job knowledge of each employee is required to carry out tasks in accordance with the skills and abilities of employees, attendance is good enough because they have used online attendance and have worked according to guidelines and directions.

Abstract

Education and training are really needed to improve the performance of ASN in the Central Mamuju Regency Communication and Information Service so that the human resources produced are of high quality and professional in their field. It is hoped that the phenomena seen can improve knowledge, skills and attitudes, thereby creating good quality work at the Central Mamuju Regency Communication and Information Service. The aim of the research is to determine the effectiveness of education and training for state civil servants in the Central Mamuju Regency Communication and Informatics Service and to determine the internal and external factors of education and training for state civil servants in the Central Mamuju Regency Communication and Informatics Service. The method used by researchers is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that education and training play a very important role in improving the performance and services of ASN and have been realized well but are not yet optimal, as seen from internal and external factors and also seen from the effectiveness measurement theory according to Richard M. Steers so that employee performance is expected to be able to work. to be better so that it is hoped that it will be able to provide better services to the community.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to find out and analyze how the government's strategy in improving human resources at the Department of Transportation of North Luwu Regency. This study  used descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The results showed that the Strategy for Increasing the Competence of Human Resources at the Transportation Service of North Luwu Regency had not run well in terms of the aspect of the work plan process carried out in accordance with existing procedures in an effort to increase human resources, the organizational aspect of the North Luwu Regency Transportation Service was seen From the division of tasks given in accordance with their respective main functions, it was very influential on employee performance to be more optimal in carrying out their duties, aspects of providing motivation, namely the process of providing encouragement or work enthusiasm so that they were able to work together in an effort to achieve job satisfaction, aspects of supervision that employee measurements were carried out in supervising the work activities of the transportation agency, and comparisons such as what was done in assessing the success of monitoring the improvement of human resources.Keywords: Improvement Strategy, Competence, Human Resources

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the work plan, meetings, communication and division of tasks at the Coordination of the Agricultural Service and the Regional Disaster Management Agency for the clearing of agricultural land (shallots) in Enrekang Regency. The research method used  descriptive qualitative with a total of 3 informants including the Secretary of the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Enrekang Regency, the Secretary of the Agriculture Service and the Head of the Horticulture Division of the Enrekang Regency Agricultural Office. Collecting data used observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the Coordination of the Agriculture Service and the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) in Farming Land Clearing (onion) in Enrekang Regency that the work plan was prepared according to the needs of local farmers, meeting carried out at the office or at the farm location, communication was carried out in realizing the work plan that had been prepared and the division of tasks was carried out in accordance with the main tasks and work functions of each field.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the implementation of the Population Administration Information System (SIAK) policy in electronic-based population services at the Civil Registry Office of Palopo City based on indicators of communication, resources, attitudes/dispositions, and bureaucratic structure. This study used a qualitative descriptive type of research, to provide an overview of the population administration information system (SIAK). The data analysis technique used  data reduction, data presentation and conclusion . Then the data collection techniques used  observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicated that (a) communication between the head of the service and the employees (i) had been going well in terms of carrying out the duties and responsibilities given and carried out in accordance with the applicable rules; (b) the resources, tools/or facilities were sufficient but only needed to improve what was not yet available; (c) attitude/disposition, the community in accessing the system easily because of the friendly attitude built by employees; (d) bureaucratic structure, a stipulation in responding to an employee who worked, a provision that was applied by the service.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study purposed to find out the government's strategy in dealing with Covid-19 at the Makassar City Covid-19 Task Force Secretariat. This study used descriptive qualitative . The data sources in this study were primary data sources and secondary data sources with the number of informants as many as 8 people. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study were 1) the organizational strategy in dealing with Covid-19 in the Makassar city covid-19 handling task force that the vision and mission of the covid-19 handling unit were not  stated. 2) The program strategy in dealing with COVID-19 in the Makassar City Covid-19 handling task force had been carried out to the maximum, seen from the linkage between the program and the tasks assigned. 3) The strategy to support resources in dealing with Covid-19 required a budget called Unexpected Costs (BTT) obtained from the APBD. 4) In the institutional strategy, several strategies were taken by the government in accelerating the handling of Covid-19, namely the first strategy, which was an increase in 3 M, namely wearing masks, washing hands, maintaining distance. Keywords: Strategy, Government, Covid-19 Response

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the strategic planning process of Village Owned Enterprise and to analyze the process of strategic implementation of BUMDes encountered in Sugihwaras Village, Wonomulyo Sub-district, Polewali Mandar Regency. The number of informants in this study is 11 people which has an understanding of BUMDes.The type of this research is qualitative with phenomenology research,type which emphasized in the subjectivity of human life experience.The data collection techniques used were observation, literature study, and interview. The validity of the data used this research is triangulation of data, triangulation source, triangulation of time. The results reavel that the stage of strategic planning is ideal because it is done carefully by taking into account various factors both from within BUMDes and from outside BUMDes by using SWOT analysis. The next stage after the planning of the implementation phase of strategic management can be said that the implementation of BUMDes is not ideal because it has not been representative, although it has involved elements outside the government as well as internal government concerned. Keywords: Strategic Management, Development, BUMDes

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the performance of the Environmental Service in waste management in Gowa Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative research methods. The informants in the study were 13 people. The data collection technique were interview, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the productivity of the performance had not been maximized because the target for reducing waste had not been met, the failure to achieve Adipura, and the schedule for disposing of waste was not disciplined. The quality of service was quite good, seen from the discipline and friendliness of the officers, but there was a need for additional heavy equipment, garbage containers and TPA improvements. Responsiveness was good, due to the provision of a report website and responsiveness to solid waste complaints. Responsibility was very good, it could be seen that employees and officers carried out their duties and functions according to the SOP. Accountability was quite good, such as the establishment of a Waste Bank UPT and control landfill standards at the TPA, but lacks transparency in general solid waste data to the public. Keywords: environmental service, performance, waste management

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program In SMP Negeri 2 Maiwa, Enrekang Regency by using a qualitative research type descriptive method. Informants consist of 13 people. Research data obtained through observation,  interviews and documentation. Validation of the data by triangulation of sources, techniques and time then analyzed through data reduction techniques, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the implementation indicators in this study are supported by four interrelated aspects, namely : 1) communication between implementers in encouraging the success of PIP policies has gone well but is still not effective, 2) resources, human resources and non-human resources are good, 3) disposition has been going well seen from how the implementing party provides services and information optimally, 4) the bureaucratic structure has not been fully functioning properly, which involves more than one bureaucratic structure, each party having different operational standards.                                               Keywords : Policy Implementation, Smart Indonesia Program

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the Performance Based Bureaucracy of the Civil Servants. How Performance Based Bureaucracy in the Civil Servants measured performance through four strategies, aimed at improving the quality of existing human resources at the Enrekang Regency Inspectorate. This study used   Phenomenological. This type was qualitative research, data sources consisted of primary data and secondary. The results of this study showed that performance-based bureucracy in producing four performance-based bureucracy strategies that had  a namely passive strategy, political strategy, perverse straregi, purposeful strategy were already running well as evidenced by the criteria for success indicators of knowledge, technical skills and behavioral attitudes as well as accuracy or performance targets although there was little that needs to be addressed so that Civil Servants had better quality performance.
