Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the good governance practices of the village government of Bonto Jai, Bissappu District, Bantaeng Regency and the inhibiting and supporting factors. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach to collecting data using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis technique is data reduction, data presentation. Research results Participation in the village of Bonto Jai was built through formulation, implementation and evaluation. Improving community and government services that work together to solve a problem related to public services in Bonto Jai Village. Transparency conveying policy or program information using direct media and social media. Accountability for implementing the accuracy and completeness of information data in the implementation of village policies or programs. Appropriateness of information data submitted to the public. Supporting factors are cooperation and communication while inhibiting factors are human resource competence, lack of discipline and apathy.

Abstract

This study aimed to explain the Disaster Risk Management Strategy to overcome the flood disaster that occurred in Wajo Regency which included environmental scanning, strategy formulation, strategy implementation as well as evaluation and control. The type of research used  qualitative. While the data collection technique used observation, interviews and documentation. There were 5 informants in this study. The results of this study showed that the Disaster Risk Management Strategy for Flood Disaster in Wajo Regency, measured from four indicators, was not optimal, due to various factors such as the increase in the number of areas affected by floods from year to year and inadequated facilities and infrastructure owned by the Agency. Regional Disaster Management of Wajo Regency thus hampering the handling of flood disasters.Keywords: Strategic Management, Disaster Risk, Flood Disaster

Abstract

 The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of the appointment of honorary workers to become prospective government employees with work agreements in Bantaeng Regency. This study  used qualitative methods. From the use of qualitative methods. Collecting data used interviews, observation, and documentation. This study was conducted at the Education and Culture Office of Bantaeng Regency. The informants of this research were 5 people . The results showed that the process of appointing honorary workers to be prospective government employees with a work agreement (PPPK) in Bantaeng Regency had been carried out well, according to the indicators described by the researcher, namely identifying vacant positions, seeking job information through job analysis, determining candidates. right, choosing the most appropriate recruitment methods, selecting candidates who were deemed to meet the job requirements, screening candidates, making job offers, starting work. Where the appointment process had been carried out in accordance with government regulations, although the results of the appointment had not been able to drastically reduce honorary staff.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the free educational contribution program (SPP) for students in Pangkep district. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The number of informants in this study were 4 people. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that the effectiveness of implementing the free SPP is seen from aspects 1) The accuracy of program targets, namely the extent to which program participants are right on target, 2) Program socialization is carried out by the education office by utilizing social media, correspondence, and direct outreach to prospective recipients free SPP scholarships 3) the aim of the program is to improve the quality of human resources who are disciplined and increase efficiency and effectiveness to meet the quality and productivity of superior human resources 4) program monitoring is carried out to identify and anticipate problems that arise so that action can be taken as early as possible

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out the strategy for developing Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa) in Mattiro Ade Village, Patampanua District, Pinrang Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative and phenomenological approach with a total of four informants. The results showed that the organizational strategy seen from its relationship with the program being implemented had met the indicator criteria of the organizational strategy. The strategy for supporting resources had not been fully achieved, although the facilities and infrastructure, human resources, and financial resources had run well, but the utilization of natural resources had not been implemented. The program strategy had been fulfilled through a hydroponic lettuce cultivation program which had implications for the community and organizations from the profits obtained. The institutional strategy was also going well, seen from the communication and coordination between the management and the evaluation to see the progress of the performance of the Sipakalebbi BUMDesa management.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the synergy between the government and the community as well as the factors that support and hinder waste management in the central market of Enrekang Regency. Data collection technique used  interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis were data reduction, data presentation and  conclusions, while the validity of the data using triangulation of sources, techniques and time. The results showed that the synergy of the government and the community in handling waste in the Enrekang central market viewed from 3 dimensions, namely  the problem solving aspect through the clean site solid waste service system, aspects of the role of the government in waste management that had not been optimal role of the government both in the form of institutions, operational techniques and regulatory systems and SOPs for the environmental and community services, and aspects of the communication network could be seen that the Government, starting from the Office of the Environment, Districts, and cleaners, had done the right thing to behave and communicate with the community while they were on duty. Keywords: Government and Community Synergy

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to find out the achievement of targets, adaptability, job satisfaction and employee responsibilities in the application of personnel management information systems at BKPSDM Gowa Regency. This study used descriptive quantitative with the type quantitative survey. The population used by all employees at BKPSDM Gowa Regency, the research sample amounted to 41 people, sampling using the Saturated Sampling technique. Then the data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques. The results showed that the effectiveness of the implementation of the personnel management information system at the BKPSDM in Gowa Regency was included in the very effective category. The first indicator of target achievement scored 87.80% in the very effective category, the second indicator of adaptability scored 85.85% in the very effective category, the third satisfaction indicator scored 90.70% in the very effective category and the foruth indicator of responsibility obtained a score of 87.80% in the very effective category.Keywords: Effectiveness, Personnel Management Information System

Abstract

This study purposed a strategy to improve the work performance of civil servants and state education and training institutions in Enrekang Regency.This study used qualitative research with its type was descriptive. The number of informants in this study were 8 people using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the strategy of increasing the work performance of the state civil service staff and the regional training and training district of Enrekang was effective. This could be seen from the quantity aspect seen from the work programs that had been planned in each sub-sector, all of which had been realized effectively, as evidenced by the level of percentage of work that was more dominant above 90%, the aspect of timeliness seen from the number of work programs that had been planned to be implemented in on time, aspects of effectiveness the cost of all work program in each sub-sector was above 60% and even reached 100%. But in the aspect of quality and oversight had not been effective, although there was an increase in performance in the aspect of quality but employee discipline was still low because it only of supervision requiredvmore routine supervision.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine and analyze the effect of sanctions on the discipline of the State Civil Aparatus of the Bombana Regency Transportation Servise. This study user quantitative type whit the survey method. The number of population were all employees at the office of Transportation Bombana Regency as many as 40 people. Sampling using saturated sampling. The results found there was a significant effect by measuring two variables X Sanctions whit the following indicator items: light punishment, moderate punishment, and severe punishment with a result of 85.1% in the very good category and the Y Discipline Variable with the following indicator items: progressive discipline and corrective discipline whit the result of 89.7% in the very good category. Meanwhole, the sanction variable had a significant effect on discipline whit a significant level of 0.001 from the significant level of 0.05.Keywords:Eeffect of sanctions, discipline of state civil servants
