Abstract

Academic services are a very important component of student needs, especially correspondence. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of smart academic services (SALAMI) on the quality of student correspondence services. This research was aimed at students of Islamic Education Management (MPI), Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training (FTIK), Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq State Islamic University Jember. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method with a comparative causal type of research. The total sample is 30 people and the data obtained will then be analyzed using simple regression to see the influence between the smart academic service variable and the quality of correspondence services. The data collection technique uses an online survey technique with the help of SPSS 23. The results of the research show that there is an influence between the smart academic service variable on the quality of student correspondence services at MPI, UIN Khas Jember. The influence that occurs is positive, which means it can help students in dealing with correspondence problems. This is reinforced by the variable's significant value of 0.000 (very significant).

Abstract

Abstract: The activity of placing the Reading Corner as an effort to support the increase in people's reading interest in the Umbulrejo village hall is a community service activity that is motivated by a joint effort to increase literacy and interest in reading among the village community because the Umbulrejo village hall does not provide a reading corner. This program aims to improve people's literacy skills with the support of a reading corner as well as being able to bring reading materials closer to the community while at the Umbulrejo village hall. The implementation method used in community service includes the method of discussion, promotion and placement of a reading corner at the village hall. This activity involved village officials in the discussion and promotion process as well as the community so that on the first day after the initial laying of the reading corner the number of visitors was quite large, namely 16 people and the visitor's response was very positive and felt lucky because at the village hall there was already a reading corner which not only benefits the village but also the Umbulrejo community in improving reading literacy in Umbulrejo village. Abstract

The aim of this research is to evaluate the performance of educators and education staff at MTS Negeri 2 Jember using the interview method. Performance evaluation is an important aspect in measuring the performance of educators and education personnel in order to improve the quality of education and the effectiveness of school management. This research uses interview techniques to collect direct data from stakeholders regarding their perceptions of the evaluation system implemented, challenges faced, and suggestions for improvement. The findings show that even though the evaluation was carried out formally, there are several aspects that still require improvement, such as communication, consistency of implementation, and understanding of evaluation metrics. Therefore, better research is needed, dissemination of evaluation criteria, and a more collaborative evaluation approach.

Abstract

The use of technology has become a crucial aspect in the progress and development of Human Resources (HR). HR management includes various aspects such as planning, organizing, compensation, and maintaining work relationships to achieve individual, organizational, and societal goals. Research in education has a significant impact on youth empowerment, a critical stage in human development. This study aims to describe motivation, personality, and skills in HR Development Management at the East Java Provincial Education Office Branch. Using a qualitative approach, this research understands HR development in depth through the "e-Master" application. The informants consisted of e-master application managers, personnel managers, and e-master application users. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews, primary documentation from direct observation, and non-participant observation. Data analysis was carried out using techniques of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions, with the validity of the data strengthened through triangulation of techniques and sources. It is hoped that the research results can improve the quality of human resources at the educational level, bringing a positive impact in empowering the workforce in education for a better future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perencanaan sumber daya pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di SDN Tempurejo 01. Penelitian ini diambil dari mahasiswa aktif di Universitas Islam Negeri Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq Jember. Melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perencanaan sumber daya pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, menganalisis proses perencanaan sumber daya pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan yang diterapkan serta menganalisis sistem perencanaan sumber daya pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan yang telah dibangun di SDN Tempurejo 01. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor,proses maupun sistem perencanaan sumber daya pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan tersebut secara signifikan mempengaruhi efektivitas perencanaan sumber daya manusia di sekolah. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar bagi pihak sekolah dalam menyusun perencanaan yang lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan.

Abstract

Human resource development and coaching is a training devoted toeducators and education personnel in schools. This is done for the needs of theinstitution, group or individual itself. This research aims to find out how thedevelopment and coaching of human resources at SDN Sukorejo 01. The methodused in this research is atype of qualitative research involving direct observationand interviews with principals and teachers. Based on the data obtained, it showsthat the development and coaching of human resources at the school is carried outthrough several efforts, namely attending training, seminars and socialization.However, there are several obstacles faced by this school, one of which is that theindependent curriculum makes students have many activities so that teachers donot have time to attend training because they participate and help students incarrying out activities in the independent curriculum and lack of understanding ofcurrent digital technology. The results of this study are expected to contribute andillustrate the practice of coaching and developing the resources of educators andeducation personnel, especially in the Jember area.

Abstract

Abstract

Kompensasi dalam pengelolaan sumber daya pendidikan dan tenaga kependidikan merupakan aspek penting yang mempengaruhi motivasi, kinerja dan retensi tenaga pengajar. Kompensasi tidak hanya mencakup gaji pokok, tetapi juga tunjangan, insentif dan fasilitas lain yang menunjang kesejahteraan guru dan staf. Sistem kompensasi yang efektif berperan dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif, serta meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dan apa saja kompensasi dalam manajemen sumber daya pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan yang ada di sekolah MTS Negeri 11 Jember. Metodologi penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif yang melibatkan observasi dan wawancara langsung dengan kepala tata usaha ( TU ) Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transparansi dan keadilan dalam sistem kompensasi dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja staf pengajar. Selain itu, kompensasi yang kompetitif di pasar juga menarik calon tenaga pengajar yang berkualitas.

Abstract

Pengembangan karir dalam manajemen sumber daya pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan merupakan investasi jangka panjang yang krusial bagi keberhasilan suatu lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas program pengembangan karir serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja dan kepuasan kerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan. Melalui studi kasus pada MA Mamba’ul Khoiriyatil Islamiyah Bangsalsari, ditemukan bahwa hasil penelitian, misal: program mentoring yang terstruktur, kesempatan pelatihan yang relevan, dan adanya jalur karier yang jelas sangat berkontribusi pada peningkatan motivasi, produktivitas, dan retensi tenaga kerja. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya bagi lembaga pendidikan untuk merancang program pengembangan karir yang komprehensif dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pengembangan karir yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di MA Mamba’ul Khoiriyatil Islamiyah Bangsalsari. Model yang diusulkan menggabungkan elemen-elemen dari berbagai teori pengembangan karir, seperti teori minat, teori sosial kognitif, dan teori karier-life span. Melalui proses validasi, model ini terbukti relevan dan dapat diterapkan dalam konteks pendidikan di Indonesia. Implementasi model ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas program pengembangan karir dan memberikan kontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses rekrutmen sumber daya pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di SMP PLUS Darus Sholah Jember. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan, dimana data dikumpulkan melalui beberapa tahapan seperti : proses observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SMP PLUS Darus Sholah menerapkan kriteria seleksi yang ketat, termasuk kompetensi akademik, pengalaman mengajar, dan nilai-nilai moral yang sesuai dengan visi misi sekolah. Proses rekrutmen melibatkan partisipasi berbagai pihak, seperti kepala sekolah, guru senior, dan komite sekolah, untuk memastikan kualitas kandidat yang terpilih. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi dalam proses rekrutmen mencakup batasan jumlah pelamar yang memenuhi kriteria dan persaingan dengan sekolah lain dalam mencari tenaga pengajar yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas rekrutmen, seperti adanya upaya untuk memperluas jangkauan promosi dan pelatihan bagi calon pelamar, serta membantu meningkatkan pengembangan sumber daya manusia di institusi pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Abstract: This research aims to analyze the recruitment process of educators and education staff at SMP PLUS Darus Sholah Jember. The method used is field research, where data was collected through several stages such as observation, in-depth interviews, and document studies. The results show that SMP PLUS Darus Sholah implements strict selection criteria, including academic competence, teaching experience, and moral values in line with the school's vision and mission. The recruitment process involves the participation of various parties, such as the principal, senior teachers, and the school committee, to ensure the quality of the selected candidates. Additionally, this study identifies challenges faced in the recruitment process, including the limited number of applicants who meet the criteria and competition with other schools in attracting qualified teachers. This research is expected to provide recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment, such as efforts to expand promotion outreach and training for potential applicants, as well as helping to enhance human resource development in educational institutions overall.
