Abstract

Registration of marriages is important for the creation of orderly administration, especially in the case of marriage certificates, other functions as well as one of the prerequisites for obtaining civil rights so as to avoid prejudice and misperceptions that can lead to legal records. One of the absolute competencies of the Religious Courts is itsbat marriages (nikah itsbat) which has the purpose of requesting marriage legalization so that it has legal force for couples who are married according to religion and do not yet have proof of a marriage certificate. This study has the aim of examining the submission of itsbat marriage in Cidokom Village, Rumpin District, Bogor. This community service uses the PAR method by planning observing then carrying out activities. Based on the results of the first research, Itsbat marriage is an application for marriage legalization that is submitted to the court to declare the marriage valid and has legal force based on Article 7 compilation of Islamic law. In accordance with the provisions above, itsbat marriage can only be filed through the Religious Courts, in the area where the applicant lives, not through the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA). Second, the legal consequences of holding foreign marriage constituencies are not much different from the legal consequences arising from marriages in Indonesia, namely the emergence of rights and obligations of husband and wife, rights and obligations of parents and their powers, guardianship rights and legal consequences that arise. others caused by marriage. This legal consequence arises when the registration of marriages on religious marriages is legal in the eyes of Indonesian law, namely by issuing a marriage certificate court decision in the form of a Marriage Certificate for marriages between husband and wife that have been carried out according to religion.

Abstract

Stunting is a child's growth and development disorder caused by a lack of nutritional intake, infection, or inadequate stimulation. The impact of stunting includes decreased intelligence, vulnerability to disease, hampered economic growth and work productivity, and exacerbated inequality. The aim of this service is to provide information, knowledge, and education about the processing of sea urchins into cookies as a local resource with the potential to prevent stunting. This community service aims to educate through outreach and counseling using a food diversification approach for participants. The service was carried out in one of the houses of Linsowu Village residents, involving 47 participants in the socialization session and 27 participants in the counseling session. The target children, who were given cookies, included 11 children suffering from stunting. The PKM activities were conducted over 2 days, starting with the socialization stage on the first day and counseling on the following day, which focused on live demonstration activities related to the procedures for making sea urchin gonad-based cookies. The result of this activity is a cookie product made from sea urchin gonads, ready to be consumed by children suffering from stunting, made from Soroaki and Taeo gonads. Based on taste and preferences, cookies with a mixture of pineapple jam and Soroaki gonads were the most popular with both participants and stunted children.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi manfaat program inklusi bagi siswa penyandang disabilitas di SLB Negeri Jombang. Program inklusi merupakan pendekatan pendidikan yang memberikan kesempatan yang sama bagi semua siswa, termasuk mereka yang memiliki disabilitas, sehingga penting untuk memahami kontribusinya terhadap perkembangan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, di mana subjek penelitian terdiri dari siswa kelas 1 hingga 6 di SLB Negeri Jombang yang dipilih secara purposive karena terlibat langsung dalam program inklusi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, dan dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif dari Miles dan Huberman, yang mencakup pengumpulan, reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program inklusi berkontribusi pada perkembangan siswa penyandang disabilitas dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter, seperti pengenalan dan penghargaan terhadap perbedaan, tanggung jawab, rasa percaya diri, serta keterampilan sosial yang baik. Kesimpulannya, program inklusi di SLB Negeri Jombang efektif dalam merangsang perkembangan karakter siswa penyandang disabilitas. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bagi pengembangan program pendidikan inklusi yang lebih baik dan menekankan pentingnya dukungan dari pihak sekolah serta masyarakat untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung bagi siswa penyandang disabilitas.

Abstract

Marriage is a way chosen by Allah as a way for humans to carry on life. Maintaining the permanence of a marriage with harmony, love, and affection is not easy. Because in marriage some rights and obligations must be fulfilled between husband and wife. The type of research used by the author in this journal is field research. Meanwhile, the approach used in this study is qualitative. This research is descriptive. The results of this study show that according to the opinion of the people of Bancong Village, Wonoasri District, Madiun Regency, the standardization of the provision of wife support is the size or size of the maintenance that the husband gives to his wife every month and the amount cannot be determined every month because it depends on the income earned by the husband in that month and the one who regulates the needs of the family is the wife while the husband must earn a living to be sufficient family needs. Meanwhile, a harmonious household is the giving of a husband's affection as a whole to the whole family and there is a balance between the rights and obligations of the married couple so that the family is always in a peaceful and peaceful state without any gap between each other. Meanwhile, regarding the relevance of the standardization of alimony, according to the people of Bancong Village, Wonoasri District, Madiun Regency, it cannot be influenced because the local community is not so concerned about the standardization rules or the size of alimony, the important thing is that the alimony can meet the needs of the family.
