Abstract

The problem in this study is how to increase student's interest in learning after being given information services at MAN Sawahlunto. The purpose of this study was to increase students' interest in learning classes XII A and XII S at MAN Sawahlunto in a better direction through the implementation of information services. The research method used in this research is Action Research, where the author is the implementer of Information Services and the homeroom teacher of class XII A and XII S MAN Sawahlunto is an observer of information services provided to students who have a lack of interest in learning. The condition of students' interest in learning before being given action is that there are still many students who do not pay attention to the teacher who is giving subject matter, cheat, and daydream until they make noise during the teaching and learning process. In addition, students lack interest in learning. The results obtained in cycle I show that student interest in learning has not increased evenly because there are still students who have an interest in learning in the low and very low categories. In cycle II, students' interest in learning still did not increase evenly because there were still students who had an interest in learning in the low category. The results of cycle III research are very good compared to the previous cycle because, in this cycle, the average student interest in learning has increased, and there are no students in the low category who have an interest in learning. The increase in student interest in learning and the learning process can be seen in the attitude of students toward learning and their activeness in the classroom. because there has been an increase in student interest in learning, this research is only held three cycles.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the viral issue circulating on social media about a mosque floating on water and attracting the attention of tourists from more than 300 congregations with all the advantages (natural resources and human resources) that support it so that it becomes a tourist icon in Pesisir Selatan Regency. The aims of this research are: 1) to describe the potential of floating mosques for religious ecotourism owned by Pesisir Selatan Regency; 2) to analyze the role of the community in developing the potential of floating mosques as ecotourism. This research method uses qualitative descriptive analysis with a field survey approach, in-depth interviews, and observation methods with analytical techniques in this view including three activity streams, namely data reduction, data presentation, and concluding B. Milles and Huberman. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. The research results show that there are government programs that are still hampered by political interests that have not yet been completed. The floating mosque with a Malay Arabic design relies on the natural beauty around the beach to provide a spiritual sensation that soothes the soul of every visitor. The floating mosque is a religious tourism icon that is worth visiting.

Abstract

This study examines the organizational management practices at UPTD SMP Negeri 2 Lareh Sago Halaban, focusing on leadership, human resource management, curriculum development, financial management, infrastructure maintenance, and community engagement. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research relies on secondary data from books, journals, and official documents. The findings reveal the integration of classical, neo-classical, and modern management theories, enabling the school to maintain structured operations while fostering adaptability and collaboration. Leadership and decision-making are pivotal in directing staff and ensuring alignment with educational objectives. Effective resource management and community engagement further enhance the institution's ability to navigate challenges and optimize performance. This study contributes theoretically by highlighting the interplay of organizational theories in educational settings and offers practical insights for improving school management. Limitations include reliance on secondary data and a single-case focus, suggesting future research expand scope and incorporate primary data collection.

Abstract

Tenaga kependidikan merupakan komponen penting dalam keberhasilan proses pendidikan, yang tidak terbatas hanya pada peran pengajar tetapi juga mencakup tenaga pendukung seperti bimbingan konseling, pamong belajar, dan staf administrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran strategis tenaga kependidikan tersebut dalam mendukung pencapaian tujuan pendidikan di lembaga pendidikan formal. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah bagaimana tenaga bimbingan konseling membantu siswa mengatasi masalah pribadi dan akademik, peran pamong belajar dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran yang aktif dan interaktif, serta kontribusi staf administrasi dalam mendukung operasional pendidikan yang efektif. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sinergi antara bimbingan konseling, pamong belajar, dan staf administrasi memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja sekolah, kesejahteraan siswa, dan kualitas layanan pendidikan. Namun demikian, penelitian ini juga menemukan beberapa kendala, seperti beban kerja yang tinggi dan kurangnya pelatihan berkelanjutan yang mempengaruhi efektivitas tenaga kependidikan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kebijakan yang mendukung pengembangan kompetensi tenaga kependidikan secara berkelanjutan

Abstract

This article aims to analyze teacher problems in the perspective of Islamic education human resource management. This article uses the methodology of literature study to explore the various challenges faced by teachers in the context of human resource management of Islamic education. Databases such as Google Scholar are used to search for relevant sources of study, with search terms including "Islamic education," "teacher challenges," "human resource management," and "teacher retention in Islamic schools." Each selected study was analysed to assess the research design, context, and findings, to ensure a thorough review of existing research on teacher challenges. The results of the analysis show that the factors that cause the low professionalism of teachers in Indonesia include (1) there are still many teachers who do not pursue their profession, (2) the existence of teacher printing institutions that do not pay attention to how the output will be produced. and (3) lack of motivation of teachers in developing their quality. Solutions to overcome these problems include (1) organizing an effective teacher professionalism development program, (2) involving teachers in professionalism development programs, (3) improving competence through teacher certification programs, (4) improving teacher competence through training in the use of digital technology, and (5) encouraging teachers to be active in scientific activities

Abstract

This article aims to examine the role of transformational leadership in the implementation of Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM) and its contribution to organizational environmental sustainability. The urgency of this study lies in the growing demand for organizations to integrate sustainability principles into their human resource practices. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, 11 articles were screened and analyzed from reputable databases, including Scopus and ScienceDirect. The findings reveal that Green HRM encompasses recruitment, training, performance management, and compensation processes that are grounded in environmentally friendly values. However, its successful implementation is significantly influenced by transformational leadership. Transformational leaders play a pivotal role in shaping pro-environmental organizational culture, motivating employees to adopt green behaviors, and ultimately enhancing environmental performance and long-term sustainability. In addition, the study highlights that the effectiveness of Green HRM implementation is not solely determined by internal leadership, but also by external factors such as government policy support, stakeholder engagement, and collective awareness of environmental issues. This study concludes that the integration of Green HRM and transformational leadership represents a key strategic approach to building competitive, sustainable organizations. Theoretically, it contributes to the growing body of literature on leadership and sustainable HR practices. At the same time, practically, it provides guidance for managers and policymakers to align leadership styles with green initiatives to achieve long-term environmental goals.

Abstract

This service activity aims to increase literacy in mosque financial management for Remas in Kediri City as a component of mosque management so that mosque financial reporting has adequate accountability. The method of implementing this service uses training (tutorials and assignments). The evaluation instrument for this activity used a pre-test and post-test and was analyzed using the SPSS Version 23 application. The results of this service show that the training participants' mosque financial management literacy competency increased significantly. The average participant score before participating in the training was 54.33, increasing to 68.67. The results of statistical tests using the Paired Sample Correlations produced a figure of 0.000, which also means that the P-value (sig.) < 0.025. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in participants' competency in terms of mosque financial management literacy before and after training was implemented. The relationship between the test results before and after training showed a fairly large level of relationship/correlation, namely 0.830 or 83%.

Abstract

Strategi Gapoktan Balairung Sari dalam mensejahterakan masyarakat petani di Nagari Tabek Kecamatan Pariangan Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Adapun yang menjadi batasan masalahnya yaitu: langkah-langkah apa saja yang dilakukan Gapoktan Balairung Sari dalam mensejahterakan masyarakat petani di Nagari Tabek Kecamatan Pariangan Kabupaten Tanah Datar dan bagaimana bentuk dan pelaksanaan akad pembiayaan yang diterapkan oleh Gapoktan Balairung Sari di Nagari Tabek Kecamatan Pariangan Kabupaten Tanah Datar.Adapun tujuan pembahasan ini untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan langkah-langkah apa saja yang dilakukan Gapoktan Balairung Sari dalam mensejahterakan masyarakat petani di Nagari Tabek Kecamatan Pariangan Kabupaten Tanah Datar dan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan bentuk dan pelaksanaan akad pembiayaan yang diterapkan oleh Gapoktan Balairung Sari di Nagari Tabek Kecamatan Pariangan Kabupaten Tanah Datar.Dalam pembahasan skripsi ini, penulis menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan atau field research bersifat deskriptif, yaitu untuk menggali data tentang bagaimana strategi Gapoktan Balairung Sari dalam mensejahterakan masyarakat petani di Nagari Tabek Kecamatan Pariangan Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Sumber data adalah sumber data primer, yaitu pengurus dan anggota Gapoktan Balairung Sari yang dapat memberikan data-data mengenai permasalahan yang penulis teliti dan Sumber data sekunder, yaitu tokoh masyarakat dan dokumetasi yang dapat memberikan data-data mengenai yang penulis teliti.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat penulis simpulkan bahwa: Pertama, langkah-langkah yang dilakukan Gapoktan Balairung Sari dalam mensejahterakan masyarakat petani di Nagari Tabek Kecamatan Pariangan Kabupaten Tanah Datar adalah pemberdayaan dan pengembangan yaitu menghimpun dana dari anggota, menyalurkan dana dalam bentuk pembiayaan sebagai modal kerja untuk usaha produktif dengan jasa kecil dan mudah, membeli dan mendistribusikan hasil tani anggota ke pasar, membuat gudang sebagai cadangan pangan dalam menghadapi musim paceklik, pengadaan kebutuhan pertanian, menyewakan teknologi pertanian, melakukan pengolahan hasil pasca panen, melakukan penyuluhan, pelatihan dan studi banding ke Gapoktan yang ada di Sumatera Barat.Kedua, bentuk dan pelaksanaan akad pembiayaan yang diterapkan oleh Gapoktan Balairung Sari dalam bentuk pinjam-meminjam yang termasuk akad tabarru’ yang belum sempurna dan akad tijarah dengan dikenakan jasa 1% per bulan yang dihitung dari nominal pinjaman yang diberikan. jasa 1% ini tergolong riba secara formatnya sedangkan secara substansialnya biaya pinjaman tersebut lebih rahmat dan ramah.

Abstract

Uremic cardiomyopathy is the leading cause of death in patients with chronic kidney disease. Fluid overload and oxidative stress play important roles in its pathogenesis. This study aims to determine the effect of quercetin on uremic cardiomyopathy in 5/6-nephrectomized rats. To our knowledge, its cardioprotective effect on uremic cardiomyopathy induced in rats by 5/6 nephrectomy has not been investigated yet. Uremia was induced surgically in male Sprague-Dawley rats via 5/6 nephrectomy. Quercetin was administered per orally at a dose of 100 mg/kg/day for 8 weeks prior to sacrifice. Meanwhile, captopril was administered at a dose of 10 mg/kg/day. Lipid peroxidation was assessed using TBARS reaction, while GPX activity was determined to explore the endogen antioxidant mechanism. Myocardial fibrosis was analyzed using Massons’ Trichrome staining and the level of NT-proBNP in plasma was measured as a marker of cardiac dysfunction. Nephrectomy 5/6 had no effects on plasma NT– proBNP levels, cardiac and plasma MDA levels, but induced mild myocardial fibrosis and significant increase in cardiac GPX activity in comparison with normal rat (p<0.05). However, administration of quercetin or captopril did not ameleriote those mild myocardial fibrosis and increased GPX activity. Uremic cardiomyopathy induced by 5/6 nephrectomy demonstrated mild myocardial fibrosis but preservation of cardiac function demonstrated by NT-proBNP levels. Increased of GPX activity in the nephrectomized-rats compared to the control rats (p<0.05) suggests induction of antioxidant defense mechanisms that might not be exhausted yet. This condition highlighted a compensatory phase which was unchanged following chronic administration of either quercetin or captopril.

Abstract

Islamic Education Management is an educational management site that applies Islamic teachings that aim to create an intellectual, moral and positive educational environment. The purpose of this study is to find out the basics of Islamic education management. Qualitative is the method used in this study with a literature review study. This study was conducted by reviewing reading sources related to the research topic discussed, as well as reviewing study documents from previous studies related to the concept. Data were collected by looking at books, scientific journals, and digital sources. The results obtained are that Islamic Education management includes planning, organizing, implementing, supervising, and evaluating which are carried out in an integrated manner with Islamic values.
