Abstract

Permainan bola voli merupakan olahraga yang menuntut kekuatan, kecepatan, dan kelenturan sebagai unsur utama dalam performa atletik. Seperti halnya cabang olahraga lainnya, bola voli memiliki karakteristik dan keterampilan khas yang mencakup passing atas, passing bawah, smash, blok, serta servis atas dan bawah. Untuk meraih prestasi optimal dalam bola voli, kondisi fisik yang prima menjadi syarat mutlak. Pengembangan kondisi fisik harus dilakukan secara sistematis dan terarah, dengan mempertimbangkan karakteristik serta tuntutan spesifik olahraga ini. Kondisi fisik yang baik tidak hanya mendukung penguasaan teknik dan strategi permainan, tetapi juga memperkuat ketahanan mental siswa. Sebaliknya, kondisi fisik yang kurang optimal dapat menghambat performa secara keseluruhan. Oleh karena itu, program latihan fisik perlu mencakup berbagai komponen seperti kekuatan, daya tahan, daya ledak otot tungkai, kecepatan, dan kelincahan guna menunjang kemampuan bermain secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze manipulative motor skills in students with Down Syndrome at SLBN-A Citereup, Cimahi City, and to examine the influence of room conditions on their motor performance. This study employs a descriptive approach involving 20 students selected based on the consent and willingness of their accompanying teachers. The instruments used include the manipulative movement subtests from the Test of Gross Motor Development-2 (TGMD-2) and a room condition observation sheet. Validity was tested using Pearson Product Moment correlation, while reliability was assessed using Cronbach’s Alpha. Statistical assumptions were tested through normality and homogeneity tests, followed by Spearman’s correlation and One-Way ANOVA to test the influence between variables. The results showed that the instrument had high validity and reliability (α = 0.910), with the best performance on the throwing and catching items, and the highest difficulty on the dribbling and hitting items. Despite variations in room conditions, the correlation and ANOVA results indicated that room conditions did not significantly affect students' manipulative motor skills (p > 0.05). The discussion indicates that internal factors such as age and motor experience play a more significant role in achieving motor skills than environmental conditions. This study recommends the use of more diverse experimental designs and more detailed sample classifications in future research to expand understanding of the factors influencing motor skills in children with special needs

Abstract

Power endurance capability is needed by players to maintain explosivity in a tired state. Both explosivity in running and technical explosivity in the game. To increase the power endurance ability, at the interval of the match after the first week the Pusaka Angel coach team provides training using the interval method accompanied by the use of a weighted vest. The use of the interval method because this method is one of the training methods that can increase the ability of power endurance. The research method is to process thevariable data identified from the test results and measurements of the power endurance ability of the women's futsal athletes from the Pusaka Angel team. relationship and the level of relationship made to events that have taken place or have occurred. This was done untreated for 8 weeks. The target population in this study were all female futsal athletes from the Pusaka Angel team. Meanwhile, the affordable population is determined by athletes prepared to participate in the 2019/2020 Indonesian Professional Futsal League, totaling 17 female athletes. Based on data processing and statistical analysis in this study, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the application of the interval method using a weighted vest on increasing the power endurance ability of the heirloom futsal players.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas integrasi keterampilan hidup (lifeskills) ke dalam latihan bola voli dengan pendekatan bermain terhadap peningkatan keterampilan bermain atlet remaja, dengan membandingkan kelompok yang menerapkan transfer ke kehidupan sehari-hari, non-transfer, dan kelompok kontrol. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan desain pretest-posttest control group design. Sebanyak 36 atlet bola voli remaja (U15) dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok: XT1 (integrasi lifeskills dengan transfer), XT2 (integrasi lifeskills non-transfer), dan XC (kontrol tanpa integrasi). Intervensi dilakukan selama 16 pertemuan. Keterampilan bermain diukur menggunakan Game Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI). Data dianalisis dengan uji ANOVA, t-test, dan effect size. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara ketiga kelompok (p 0,05). Kelompok XT1 menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan bermain tertinggi (Mean = 78,13), diikuti XT2 (Mean = 67,04), dan XC (Mean = 57,66). Uji effect size menunjukkan perbedaan yang kuat antara XT1-XT2 (d=1,187), XT1-XC (d=3,067), dan XT2-XC (d=1,189), yang semuanya tergolong dalam kategori "Strong Effect". Integrasi lifeskills secara eksplisit ke dalam latihan bola voli berbasis bermain, terutama yang didukung oleh strategi transfer ke kehidupan sehari-hari, terbukti secara signifikan lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan bermain atlet remaja dibandingkan dengan integrasi non-transfer dan latihan konvensional tanpa lifeskills. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan holistik dalam pembinaan olahraga muda yang tidak hanya berfokus pada aspek teknis-taktis, tetapi juga pada pengembangan keterampilan hidup.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pembinaan dan pengembangan olahraga pendidikan di Pronvinsi Aceh, dengan menyoroti dari segi kebijakan yang selama ini digunakan oleh pemerintah di Daerah Aceh terhadap tenaga pendidik, sarana dan prasarana, dukungan terhadap prestasi olahraga di lingkungan pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan wawancara mendalam dengan pejabat dinas pendidikan Provinsi Aceh dan observasi di beberapa sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Aceh berupaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas tenaga pendidik PJOK, mengembangkan kegiatan intrakulikuler dan ekstrakulikuler, memperluas akses kompetisi olahraga siswa, serta memperkuat sarana dan prasarana olahraga melalui Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK). Tantangan yang dihadapi adalah dalam pemerataan fasilitas olahraga, pembaharuan data dapodik, serta tetap konsesn untuk mengimplementasikan kurikulum olahraga berbagais lokal. Temuan dalam kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa perlunya kerjasama antara pemerintah daerah, satuan pendidikan, serta lembaga olahraga untuk menciptakan system pembinaan olahraga yang berkelanjutan di Aceh.

Abstract

The value given to sports to be taken and applied, especially in the physical education process, to support the development of students' adolescent character, this study aims to integrate the universal values of sports into the seven spheres of physical education learning materials to encourage positive adolescent development. The research method used is quantitative, with a quasi-experimental design. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling techniques, with certain considerations from researchers, including students who do not participate in extracurricular sports, with 60 students. The instrument used was a questionnaire of 73 items designed to measure a universal scale of sports scores with validity tests obtained less stable scores = 0.254. Data analysis techniques describe statistical data, normality tests using Shapiro Wilk, homogeneity tests using Leene tests, and hypothesis testing using paired sample t-tests. The result of this study is that the universal values of sport can be well integrated into every physical education lesson in schools. Students can develop social and emotional skills fundamental to success by utilizing these principles in life inside and outside school. Incorporating these values can also help young people cope with the demands of competitiveness and focus on personal growth, not just winning or losing.

Abstract

Well-planned and structured physical training is essential for enhancing athletic performance, particularly in sports like beach volleyball that demand strength and power. This research aims to assess the effects of practice methods on the strength and power of female athletes in the Indonesian National Beach Volleyball Team. This research employs an experimental method with a pre-test and post-test design. This study used a total sampling technique to obtain 6 female athletes from the Indonesian National Beach Volleyball Team with an age range of 19-27 years. The practice method is the OPT (Optimum Performance Training) method. This research was carried out for 12 weeks with a training frequency of 3 times a week. Strength was evaluated using the 1 RM test, and power was measured with the RAST test. Analysis of this research data using SPSS 22 includes the normality test and the independent ttest. The independent T-test results indicated that the Sig value for strenght 0.01 and power 0.00 was less than 0.05, demonstrating a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test. The research concludes that a 12-week OPT training program significantly enhances the strength and power of female athletes on the Indonesian National Beach Volleyball Team. Based on the results of this study, the contribution that can be given to coaches is that they can apply OPT to increase the strength and power of athletes in beach volleyball and other sports.
