Abstract

Sebuah organisasi atau lembaga baik milik pemerintah maupun milik swasta atau perorangan dapat mencapai kinerja yang baik atau hasil yang memuaskan jika adanya dukungan dari kinerja pegawainya atau aparaturnya. Namun pada kenyataannya bahwa pada Dinas Perhubungan dan Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Malaka, Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten TTU dan Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Belu Provinsi NTT masih terdapat berbagai permasalahan yang dihadapi. Populasi yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah semua Aparatur Sipil Negara dalam hal ini pegawai negeri sipil maupun tenaga kontrak pada Dinas Perhubungan dan Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Malaka, Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten TTU dan Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Belu Provinsi NTT berjumlah 127 orang yang dijadikan responden sekaligus sebagai sampel. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Dari uraian kesimpulan pada hasil penelitian ini, maka ada beberapa hal yang menjadi saran kepada organisasi yang diteliti antara lain: 1). Dibutuhkan peningkatan motivasi kerja, kemampuan kerja dan disiplin kerja dengan pemberian penghargaan atau hadiah maupun pujian bagi ASN yang memiliki pestasi dan hasil kerja baik, proses penempatan ASN sesuai dengan akumulasi pengalaman dan keahlian, latar belakang dan kualifikasi pendidikan dan keterampilan yang dimiliki oleh aparatur atau pegawai, memberikan imbalan/insentif yang seimbang dengan tugas yang diemban serta memberikan kesempatan kepada ASN untuk mengikuti pendidikan dan pelatihan atau bimbingan teknis sesuai dengan tugas pokok dan fungsinya seperti pelatihan tenaga teknis pengujian kendaraan bermotor, pendidikan pengelola terminal dan pendidikan atau kurus tenaga teknis pengelola lingkungan hidup, 2). Penegakan disiplin Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) berdasarkan Undang-undang Nomor 5 Tahun 2014 tentang ASN pada pasal 33 yang mengatur tentang disiplin ASN dan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 53 tahun 2010 tantang disiplin PNS dengan dilakukan pengawasan serta evaluasi berjenjang dan berjangka serta pemberian sanksi pembinaan kepada ASN yang melanggar tatanan kedisiplinan aparatur sesuai aturan yang berlaku, 3). Kepada peneliti-peneliti lain yang hendak melakukan penelitian ilmiah yang sama pada Dinas Perhubungan dan Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Malaka, Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten TTU dan Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Belu Provinsi NTT, hendaknya melibatkan variabel-variabel lain yang mempengaruhi kinerja aparatur yang tidak sempat diambil pada penelitian ini sehingga menambah referensi bagi pimpinan ketiga OPD ini dalam rangka pengambilan keputusan terhadap pengawasan kinerja aparatur

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pengaruh positif Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) terhadap ekonomi Indonesia, dengan fokus pada upaya mahasiswa dalam program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) tahun 2023 di Desa Toobaun. Melalui kegiatan Sosialisasi dan Pemasaran Online, mahasiswa mendukung UMKM Kain Tenunan desa melalui media sosial. Strategi pemasaran online dianggap penting untuk memperluas pasar dan mengatasi kendala dalam memasarkan produk kain tenun, dengan upaya juga difokuskan pada pengembangan motif dan desain menarik serta mengikuti tren konsumen. Metode kegiatan melibatkan observasi, pengenalan pemasaran online, dan penyusunan materi promosi digital. Artikel menyoroti keberhasilan pendekatan terintegrasi mahasiswa dan UMKM, dengan peran penting brosur dalam memberikan informasi kepada konsumen dan mempermudah komunikasi antara pengusaha dan konsumen. Penerapan strategi ini berpotensi meningkatkan perekonomian lokal dan nasional melalui perkembangan UMKM dan pemasaran produk tradisional secara lebih luas di era digital

Abstract

Abstract Performance is the result of work that is reflected in the abilities and skills of employees in completing the tasks and responsibilities assigned. Based on the performance achievements of the employees of the Regional Secretariat of Kupang Regency over the past two years, there are several performance indicators that have not been maximized because they did not reach the target and are suspected to have been influenced by job descriptions, job specifications, competencies and work placements. This study aims to determine: 1) Respondents' perceptions of job descriptions, job specifications, competence, job placement and performance of civil servants at the Regional Secretariat of Kupang Regency; 2) Significance of the influence of job descriptions, job specifications and competencies on civil servant performance; 3) Significance of the influence of job descriptions, job specifications and competencies on job placement; 4) Significance of the effect of work placement on the performance of civil servants; 5) The ability of work placements to mediate the influence of job descriptions, job specifications and competencies on the performance of civil servants. Descriptive statistical analysis shows that the variable job description, job specification, competence, job placement and performance of civil servants are in the good category. Job descriptions and respective competencies have no significant effect on the performance of civil servants and work placements. Job specifications have a significant effect on the performance of civil servants and work placements. Work placement is not able to mediate the influence of job descriptions and competencies on the performance of civil servants. Work placement is able to mediate the influence of job specifications on civil servant performance. Abstract

This research aims to (1) determine the effect of education spending on the Human Development Index during the Covid-19 pandemic in East Nusa Tenggara Province; (2) determine the influence of health spending on the Human Development Index during the Covid-19 pandemic in East Nusa Tenggara Province; and (3) determine the effect of infrastructure spending on the Human Development Index during the Covid-19 pandemic in East Nusa Tenggara Province. The scope of this research is an analysis of the influence of government spending on education, health and infrastructure spending on the Human Development Index during the Covid-19 period in districts/cities in East Nusa Tenggara Province. The data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression analysis using the Fixed Effect Model (FEM. The results of this research show that (1) partially education spending has a positive and significant effect on the human development index, partially health spending has a positive and significant effect on the index human development, partially infrastructure spending has a negative and significant effect on the human development index; (2) Simultaneously education spending, health spending and infrastructure spending have an effect on the human development index; and (3) the results of the determinant coefficient test (R2) show education spending, Health spending and infrastructure spending have an influence on increasing the human development index.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out: 1) The partial significance of the influence of the curren ratio, return on assets, return on equity, net profit margin, and debt to equity ratio variables on stock returns of LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. 2) The significance of the simultaneous influence of the curren ratio, return on assets, return on equity, net profit margin, and debt to equity ratio variables on stock returns of LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2019-2021. This study uses a quantitative method, the samples used in this study are companies that are members of the LQ 45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021, totaling 25 companies. Data were collected using documentation techniques and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics using the SPSS 26 application. The results of the inferential analysis show that simultaneously curren ratio, return on assets, return on equity, net profit margin, and debt to equity ratio have a significant effect on stock returns, while partially return on assets and net profit margin have a positive and significant effect on stock returns. current ratio, return on assets and debt to equity ratio have a negative and significant impact on stock returns. The value of R sequare shows that the contribution of curren ratio, return on assets, return on equity, net profit margin, and debt to equity ratio to stock returns is 50.2%, while the rest is influenced by other variables that were not examined in this study.

Abstract

Garlic farming is the livelihood of the community in Fatuneno village, North Central Timor Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province, to meet the needs of children's life and education. The income of garlic farmers is the marketing margin obtained by garlic postharvest actors. The purpose of this study is to find out 1). How much is the marketing margin receipt of postharvest actors? 2). Is there a marketing margin distribution gap between garlic postharvest actors? This research method is a survey, and data collected randomly stratified; respondents consist of 46 farmers, eight collecting traders and three intermediary traders. Analysis tools used:1). To determine the marketing margin received by postharvest actors, the Marketing Margin equation is used. 2) For marketing margin distribution, use Gini Coefficient. There are three postharvest actors in garlic marketing distribution: producer farmers, collecting traders, and intermediary traders. In all three garlic marketing channel models, a short marketing channel benefits all three garlic postharvest actors. The distribution of marketing margins in the first and second marketing channels is at moderate evenness, and the third marketing channel is at high evenness.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan sangat menentukan kemajuan dan kemunduran organisasi. Sebab kepemimpinan yang sukses menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan suatu perusahaan berhasil dilaksanakan dengan sukses pula. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran dan menguji kinerja serta peranan motivasi kerja sebagai mediator dari  gaya kepemimpinan, komitmen organisasi dan lingkungan kerja  pada Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi Wilayah XV. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif, jenis data digunakan yakni data primer dan data sekunder, teknik analisis data adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial, sedangkan Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 57 responden. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa gambaran tentang gaya kepemimpinan pada Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi Wilayah XV adalah kurang baik, komitmen organisasi, lingkungan kerja, dan kinerja pada Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi Wilayah XV adalah baik dan motivasi kerja pada Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi Wilayah XV adalah cukup baik. Hasil analisis statistik inferensial menunjukkan : 1). Gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Sedangkan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja; 2). Gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja. Sedangkan komitmen organisasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja; 3). Motivasi kerja tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, komitmen organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pada Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi Wilayah XV. Kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan, komitmen organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja sebesar 88.40% dan sisanya 11,60 % dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Sedangkan kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan, komitmen organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja  terhadap kinerja sebesar 89,10%,dan sisanya 10,90 % dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research explores the relationship between service quality, patient satisfaction, patient perception, and patient trust at Santo Damian Lembata Hospital, East Nusa Tenggara, and their impact on patient behavioral intentions. The study focuses on evaluating how service quality affects patient satisfaction, perception, and trust, and how these variables influence patient behavior. The research was conducted among outpatients at the hospital, using a sample of 115 individuals selected through accidental sampling based on 18 indicators. Service quality is the independent variable, while behavioral intention is the dependent variable. Data collection involved questionnaires, interviews, and secondary sources, and the analysis was performed using descriptive and inferential statistics, including Partial Least Square (PLS). The findings indicate that high service quality at Santo Damian Hospital positively affects patient satisfaction, perceptions, trust, and behavioral intentions. Furthermore, the study confirms that patient satisfaction, perception, and trust serve as mediators between service quality and patient behavioral intentions. This emphasizes the significance of these factors in shaping patient behavior within the hospital setting. The research underscores the crucial role of maintaining high service quality to enhance overall patient experiences and encourage positive behavioral outcomes.

Abstract

Abstract

In writing this study, researchers used quantitative methods. The data used are primary data and the population and sample are 50 informants each. Data processing uses SEM based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the descriptive analysis show that planning and budgeting, implementation and administration, reporting and accountability, coaching or supervision, and human resource competence are in the very good categories. The results of path analysis or statistical tests show that hypothesis 1 and hypothesis 4 are rejected. In contrast to hypothesis 2, hypothesis 3, and hypothesis 5 which have been tested show that there is a significant effect on the absorption of capitation funds with a p-value <0.05 (Hypothesis 2, 3, 5 is accepted). Based on the writing of this scientific work, the researchers suggest that the District Health Office. It is not yet possible to use this study to discuss the Health Service Strategic Plan, RKA, and the determination of DPA, especially in planning the proportion of capitation funds at the FKTP level. The health office and puskesmas must be able to carry out planning and budgeting that is integrated and by the nomenclature because it can support the achievement of the level of absorption of the JKN capitation budget.
