Abstract

This research analyzes the application impacts from four perspectives of balanced scorecard,i.e learning and growth, internal business process, customer and financial toward total performance of bank (CAMEL). The basic thought is to raise the subject is that performance measurement of traditional management tends to stand out financial magnitude or tangible assets as a benchmark of corporation success, meanwhile measurement of management tangible assets as output performance and intangible assets as process performance. This research is aimed to examine the impacts of learning and growth performance and internal business process performance as a trigger performance toward customer performance, financial and total of bank performance as output performance in balanced Scorecard. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The samples in this research include 14 branch offices and 1 central office of Bank of Nusa Tenggara Timur: From the 15 offices and central office were obtained 67 respondents (bank executives from intermediate and top grades). The research data were analysed by using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The descriptive analysis results indicated that Bank of Nusa Tenggara Timur performance in learning and growth perspectives and internal business process was included in respectable category, meanwhile, for consumer perspective, financial and total bank performance was included in good category. The hypothesis examination result proved that there were significant and positive influences al learning and growth and internal business process variables toward consumer performance and bank finance; however, there was no significant effect on total bank performance. Consumer variable had significant influence toward total bank performance, so did financial variable. The other specific result in this research was that consumer variable, that did not take effect toward bank financial performance.

Abstract

Abstract: This article will focus on analyzing the influence of work facilities, leadership, management support, and work motivation on employee performance. The results of the literature review obtained: 1) Work facilities have a significant effect on employee performance; 2) Leadership has a significant impact on employee performance; 3) Management support has a significant impact on employee performance; 4) Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance; 5) Work facilities have a significant effect on performance with work motivation as a mediating variable; 6) Leadership has a significant effect on performance with work motivation as a mediating variable; 7) Management support has an important influence on performance with work motivation being the mediating variable; 8) Work motivation mediates the influence of work facilities, leadership and management support on employee performance. Abstrak: Dalam artikel ini akan focus ke analisis pengaruh sarana kerja, kepemimpinan, dukungan manajemen maupun motivasi kerja kepada kinerja karyawan. Hasil kajian pustaka memperoleh: 1) Sarana kerja memengaruhi signifikan bagi kinerja karyawan; 2) Kepemimpinan memengaruhi signifikan bagi kinerja pegawai; 3) Dukungan manajemen memengaruhi signifikan bagi kinerja karyawan; 4) Motivasi memengaruhi signifikan bagi kinerja karyawan; 5) Sarana kerja memengaruhi signifikan bagi kinerja dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi; 6) Kepemimpinan memengaruhi signifikan bagi kinerja dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi; 7) Dukungan manajemen memengaruhi penting bagi kinerja dengan motivasi kerja yang menjadi variabel mediasi; 8) Motivasi kerja memediasi pengaruh sarana kerja, kepemimpinan maupun dukungan manajemen pada kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Public sector organizations are currently often considered by the public as less than optimal, less productive, low quality of performance, and a source of waste of funds. The purpose of the research is to find out and measure financial performance using the Value for money method at the Energy and Mineral Resources Office of East Nusa Tenggara Province in 2023. This study uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods (Mixed Research), with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data obtained is systematically analyzed to understand the extent to which the principle of Value for money is applied in the budget management of the electricity management program. The results of the study show that the Economic Ratio of the Electricity Management Program at the Energy and Mineral Resources Office of East Nusa Tenggara Province in 2023 is relatively economical, with a ratio achievement of 124%, which reflects economical budget management and in accordance with the principle of value for money. However, the efficiency ratio shows that most of the activities in the program are still classified as inefficient, with many activities having an efficiency achievement of 0%, indicating that the use of the budget is not optimal in producing the expected output.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh Stres Kerja, Konflik Internal, Dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Produktifitas Karyawan Budi Artha Kebupaten Alor. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda dengan program SPSS, dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan membagikan pernyataan ke seluruh karyawan yang ad di koperasi serba usaha (KSU) Budi Artha. Dan teknik sampling yang digunkan ialah sampel jenuh karena karyawan digunakan sebagai sampel dan data yang di dapat sebanyak 78 responden. Berdasarkan hasil analsisis data uji regresi linear berganda dalam penelitian ini,di ketahui bahwa nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Dan nilai konstanta sebesar 0,936. Dengan demikian hasil pengujian hipotesis sesuai dengan variable stress kerja, konflik internal dan budaya organisasi berpangaruh terhadap variabel produktifitas karyawan (Y). Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji statistik melalui uji f dengan taraf nyata 5% dimana memiliki nilai probabilitas 0.000 < 0,05, hal ini berarti bahwa stress kerja, konflik internal dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap produktifitas karyawan. Dengan demikian menerima Hipotesis Alternatif (Ha) dan menolak hipotesis nihil (H0)

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh risiko pasar terhadap kinerja keuangan pada PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk. periode 2014-2023. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder, yang diambil dari laporan keuangan PT. BCA, Tbk. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil analisis data menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 27 diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa risiko pasar secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Sedangkan risiko kredit, risiko likuiditas, dan risiko operasional secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan pada PT.BCA, Tbk. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of market risk on financial performance at PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk. for the period 2014-2023. The type of data in this study is secondary data, taken from the financial statements of PT. BCA, Tbk. The data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of data analysis using IBM SPSS version 27 concluded that market risk partially has no significant effect on financial performance. While credit risk, liquidity risk, and operational risk partially have a significant effect on financial performance at PT. BCA, Tbk.

Abstract

Menanggapi isu-isu ekonomi global seperti resesi ekonomi 2023, Tim Dosen Manajemen Universitas Katolik Widya Mandira Kupang melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat guna memberikan sosialisasi terkait dengan investasi yang dapat menjadi solusi untuk meminimalkan diri, dari segala kondisi ekonomi global yang tidak menentu seperti resesi ekonomi tersebut. Masyarakat di Kecamatan Kupang Barat dipilih sebagai peserta dalam kegiatan sosialisasi ini karena masyarakat disana mempunyai potensi penghasilan yang baik, dari segi pertanian, perkebunan, peternakan maupun saranadan lembaga keuangan yang dapat menjadi penunjang untuk melakukan investasi. Menyukseskan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, dan agar informasi dalam sosialisasi ini menjadi tersampaikan dengan tepat, sosialisasi ini dilakukan pada siswa dan siswi di SMA Negeri I Kupang Barat. Tujuannya karena siswa dan siswi sekolah lebih mengerti tentang materi investasi dan dapat menjadi sumber informasi untuk keluarga dirumah, yang adalah masyarakat di Kupang Barat sendiri. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berhasil dilakukan dan peserta dapat mengikuti semua tahapan sosialisasi dengan baik sampai pada melakukan simulasi awal penggunaan aplikasi yang dapat dijadikan platform untuk melakukan investasi saham atau produk investasi lainnya.

Abstract

This article examines the determinants of employee performance and analyzes the correlation between these determinants and satisfaction and performance. This article discusses leadership style, motivation, organizational culture and job satisfaction as the main aspects. The purpose of this scientific article is to identify interrelated hypotheses among the above factors for use in future writings. This scientific method uses qualitative techniques and literature reviews. This article is based on various related journals to formulate new hypotheses regarding leadership style that results in job satisfaction, organizational culture results in job satisfaction, motivation results in job satisfaction, leadership style results in employee performance, organizational culture results in employee performance, the role of motivation in employee performance, and the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of competence, leadership and organizational culture mediated by job satisfaction on the performance of employees of the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of East Nusa Tenggara Province. The respondents in this research are all 106 staffs of the General Bureau. The data were collected using survey questionnaire and analysed using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Squares). The results show that competence and organizational culture partially have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, but leadership has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Simultaneously, competence, organizational culture, leadership and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees. Further, the results of the study show that job satisfaction has a positive significant role in mediating the effect of competence and organizational culture on employee performance. However job satisfaction has no significant influence in mediating the effect of leadership on employee performance

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kefamenanu. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner, dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan adalah seluruh pasien rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kefamenanu berjumlah 40 orang. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistic desktriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial berupa daftar pernyataan yang disusun berdasarkan indikator-indikator dari masing-masing variabel yang diuji diantaranya daya tanggap, keandalan, kepedulian, jaminan, bukti fisik dan kepuasan pasien. Alat analisis menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daya tanggap, keandalan, kepedulian dan bukti fisik pasien menunjukan hasil sangat baik. Sedangkan jaminan menunjukkan hasil baik. Hasil analisis statistik inferensial menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara daya tanggap, keandalan, kepedulian, jaminan dan bukti fisik terhadap kepuasan pasien sikap perawat, pengetahuan perawat, motivasi perawat, umur perawat dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kepatuhan perawat. Rumah Sakit perlu mensosialisasikan mengenai kualitas pelayanan dan melakukan evaluasi untuk menunjang kualitas pelayanan tersebut, agar tercipta mutu layanan rawat inap dan kepuasan pasien

Abstract

This article aims to outline the proposal for corporate business transition submitted by participants of the Economy of Francesco meeting. Through a literature review method, the proposal from meeting participants is analyzed within the framework of the new economic model advocated by St. Francis and Pope Francis. The research findings indicate that participants emphasize the importance of redefining the mission and role of companies, adopting sustainable business models, leveraging technology for the common good, and establishing supportive institutions and ecosystems for the transition process. The transition of corporate businesses should be grounded in shared values and goals. This grounding requires companies to redefine the concept of values underlying every economic decision and the financial accounting system of the company.
