Abstract

Abstract: Writing this article intends to find out (1) respondents' perceptions of organizational culture, work environment, work motivation, and employee performance at the Alak Health Center in Kupang City; (2) organizational culture and work environment as long as they influence the work motivation of Alak Health Center employees in Kupang City; (3) organizational culture and work environment influence the performance of employees of the Alak City Health Center in Kupang; (4) work motivation influences the performance of employees of the Alak Health Center in Kupang City; and (5) motivation mediates the influence of organizational culture and work environment on the performance of employees at the Alak Health Center in Kupang City. The sample size in this study, namely 88 informants, used a random sampling technique. The researchers collected data by distributing questionnaires and analyzing using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (PLS). The results of the descriptive analysis make it clear if the organizational culture, work environment, employee motivation, or employee performance are in a very good category. The results of the inferential analysis clarify the t-test value of organizational culture on work motivation at 0.627, work environment on work motivation at 3.351, organizational culture on employee performance at .296, work environment on employee performance at 2.542, work motivation on employee performance at 3.661, work motivation cannot mediate organizational culture and employee performance of 0.630, work motivation can mediate work environment and employee performance of 2,332. The advice given to the leadership of the Alak Health Center and the Health Office is to continue to disseminate organizational culture, make variations to increase work motivation, and carry out renovations to the Puskesmas to improve service facilities and fulfill all patient needs as well as improve employee performance. Abstrak: Penulisan artikel ini bermaksud guna mencari tahu (1) persepsi responden terhadap budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja maupun kinerja pegawai di Puskesmas Alak Kota Kupang; (2) budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja selama memberi pengaruh ke motivasi kerja karyawan Puskesmas Alak Kota Kupang; (3) budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja memberi pengaruh ke kinerja karyawan Puskesmas Alak Kota Kupang; (4) motivasi kerja memberi pengaruh ke kinerja karyawan Puskesmas Alak Kota Kupang; dan (5) motivasi memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi maupun lingkungan kerja pada kinerja karyawan Puskesmas Alak Kota Kupang. Besarnya sampel pada kajian ini, yaitu 88 informan mempergunakan teknik random sampling. Pengumpulan data peneliti lakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner dan dianalisis mempergunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik Inferensial (PLS). Hasil analisis deskriptif memperjelas jika budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, motivasi pegawai ataupun kinerja karyawan berkategori sangat baik. Hasil analisis inferensial memperjelas nilai uji- t dari budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja sejumlah 0,627, lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja sejumlah 3,351, budaya organisasi dengan kinerja pegawai sejumlah,296, lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sejumlah 2,542, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai sejumlah 3.661, motivasi kerja tidak bisa memediasi budaya organisasi dan kinerja karyawan sejumlah 0,630, motivasi kerja bisa memediasi lingkungan kerja dan kinerja karyawan sejumlah 2.332. Saran yang diberikan untuk Pimpinan Puskesmas Alak dan Dinas Kesehatan untuk terus melakukan sosialisasi Budaya organisasi, melakukan variasi untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan melakukan renovasi Puskesmas untuk perbaikan sarana tempat pelayanan dan melengkapi segala kebutuhan pasien maupun peningkatan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Abstract: This study is intended to be able to find out the use of information technology, regional financial supervision, and human resource capabilities in influencing the quality of the Belu Regency Government's financial reports. This study use primary data. Test the data for the preparation of descriptive analysis, test the validity or reliability, and test the classical assumptions while testing the hypothesis of implementing multiple regression analysis supported by SPSS version 16. The results of this study reveal that the use of information technology partially does not significantly affect the quality of financial reports. This is due to the lack of integration of the applications used, and the lack of computer facilities and infrastructure in each SKPD. The variable competence of human resources and regional financial supervision has a significant effect on financial reports. Tests carried out simultaneously with the Utilization of financial information technology, human resource competence, and regional supervision significantly affect the quality of financial reports. Abstrak: Kajian ini bermaksud agar bisa mengetahui penggunaan teknologi informasi, pengawasan keuangan daerah dan kemampuan sumber daya manusia dalam memengaruhi kualitas laporan keuangan Pemerintah Kabupaten Belu. Kajian ini mempergunakan data primer. Uji data terlaksana mempergunakan analisis deskriptif, uji validitas ataupun reliabilitas, serta uji asumsi klasik sedangkan uji hipotesis terlaksana mempergunakan analisis regresi berganda dan didukung oleh SPSS versi 16. Hasil kajian ini memperlihatkan bila penggunaan teknologi informasi secara parsial tidak memengaruhi secara signifikan bagi kualitas laporan keuangan. Perihal ini dikarenakan masih belum terintegrasi aplikasi yang digunakan, dan masih kurangnya sarana dan prasarana komputer pada masing-masing SKPD. Variabel kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan pengawasan keuangan daerah memengaruhi secara signifikan bagi laporan keuangan. Pengujian yang terlaksana secara simultan Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, kompetensi sumber daya manusia maupun pengawasan keuangan daerah memengaruhi signifikan bagi kualitas laporan keuangan.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of writing this study is 1) An overview of education levels, transfers, work motivation, and ASN performance at the Belu Regency Satpolpp Office. 2) Level of education, mutation, and work motivation in influencing the performance of ASN at the Belu District Satpolpp Office. 3) The level of education and transfers in influencing ASN work motivation at the Belu District Satpolpp Office. 4) The level of education in influencing ASN performance at the Belu Regency Satpolpp Office through work motivation which is an intervening variable. 5) Movements affect ASN performance at the Belu Regency Satpolpp Office through work motivation which is an intervening variable. Furthermore, the research data was processed and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results of the descriptive statistical analysis make it clear if the level of education, mutation, work motivation, and performance are in a good category. The results of the F test and t-test show if the level of education and transfers affect the performance of ASN Satpolpp Belu Regency. Then, work motivation without directly affecting the performance of ASN in the Belu Regency Satpolpp Office. The level of education has an indirect effect on performance through work motivation which is an intervening variable in the inferential statistical analysis which is not significant; including mutations do not have a significant impact on performance through work motivation which is the intervening variable. Abstrak: Penulisan kajian ini bermaksud guna: 1) Gambaran perihal tingkat pendidikan, mutasi, motivasi kerja maupun kinerja ASN pada Kantor Satpolpp Kabupaten Belu. 2) Tingkat pendidikan, mutasi, motivasi kerja dalam memengaruhi kinerja ASN di Kantor Satpolpp Kabupaten Belu. 3) Tingkat pendidikan dan mutasi dalam memengaruhi motivasi kerja ASN di Kantor Satpolpp Kabupaten Belu. 4) Tingkat pendidikan dalam memengaruhi kinerja ASN di Kantor Satpolpp Kabupaten Belu melalui motivasi kerja yang menjadi variabel intervening. 5) Mutasi memengaruhi kinerja ASN di Kantor Satpolpp Kabupaten Belu melalui motivasi kerja yang menjadi variabel intervening. Selanjutnya, data peneliti diolah dan analisis mempergunakan statistik deskiriptif maupun inferensial. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif memperjelas bila tingkat pendidikan, mutasi, motivasi kerja, kinerja tergolong berkategori baik. Hasil uji F maupun uji t memoerlihatkan bila tingkat pendidikan dan mutasi memengaruhi kinerja ASN Kantor Satpolpp Kabupaten Belu. Kemudian, motivasi kerja tanpa memengaruhi secara langsung kepada kinerja ASN Kantor Satpolpp Kabupaten Belu. Tingkat pendidikan memengaruhi tidak langsung bagi kinerja melalui motivasi kerja yang menjadi variabel intervening dalam analisis statistik inferensial tidak signifikan; termasuk mutasi tidak memengaruhi bermakna bagi kinerja melalui motivasi kerja yang menjadi variabel intervening.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out: 1) An overview of the level of asset inventory, legal audit, asset valuation, asset monitoring and control, and optimization of asset management in the Provincial Government of East Nusa Tenggara. 2) the significance of the influence of asset inventory, legal audit, and asset valuation, on asset monitoring and control. 3) the significance of the influence of asset inventory, legal audit, asset valuation, and asset monitoring and control on the optimization of asset management. 4) the significance of the influence of asset monitoring and control in mediating the effect of asset inventory, legal audit, and asset valuation on optimizing asset management in the Regional Government of East Nusa Tenggara Province. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics by applying Smart PLS. The results of the descriptive statistical analysis show that asset inventory is in the good enough category, a legal audit is in a good category, asset valuation is in the good enough category, asset monitoring and control is in the good enough category, optimization of asset management is in a good category. The results of the inferential statistical analysis show that asset inventory has a significant effect on asset supervision and control legal audit has a significant effect on asset supervision and control, asset valuation asset supervision and control, and Asset Monitoring and Control can Mediate the Effect of Asset Inventory, Legal Audit and Asset Valuation on Optimizing Asset Utilization. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Gambaran mengenai tingkat inventarisasi aset, legal audit, penilaian aset, pengawasan dan pengendalian aset, dan optimalisasi pengelolaan aset pada Pemerintah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. 2) signifikansi pengaruhinventarisasi aset, legal audit, penilaian aset, terhadap pengawasan dan pengendalian aset. 3) signifikansi pengaruh inventarisasi aset, legal audit, penilaian aset dan pengawasan dan pengendalian aset terhadap optimalisasi pengelolaan aset. 4) signifikansi pengaruhpengawasan dan pengendalian aset dalam memediasi pengaruh inventarisasi aset, legal audit, penilaian aset tehadap optimalisasi pengelolaan aset pada Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial dengan menerapkan Smart PLS. Hasil Analisis statistik Deskriptif menunjukkan bahwainventarisasi aset berada dalam kategori cukup baik, legal audit berada dalam kategori baik, penilaian aset dalam kategori cukup baik, pengawasan dan pengendalian aset kategori cukup baik, optimalisasi pengelolaan aset berada dalam kategori baik. Hasil analisis statistik Inferensial menunjukkan bahwa inventarisasi aset berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengawasan dan pengendalian asetlegal audit berpengaruh signifikan terhadappengawasan dan pengendalian aset, penilaian aset pengawasan dan pengendalian aset, Pengawasan dan Pengendalian Aset dapat Memediasi Pengaruh Inventarisasi Aset, Legal Audit dan Penilaian Aset terhadap Optimalisasi Pemanfaatan Aset.

Abstract

Abstract: The Baru-Rote Beach Crossing Port Service Unit is not yet optimal. This gives an indication if there is an employee's performance that is not good. This study reviews leadership, work environment, work discipline, job satisfaction, and performance. This study requires descriptive and inferential statistical data analysis techniques, which are supported by SmartPLS. The results of the descriptive statistical analysis show that leadership, work environment, work discipline, job satisfaction, and employee performance are quite good. The results of inferential statistics: leadership (2.060; sig.0.040), work environment (2.333; sig.0.020), and job satisfaction (2.626; sig.0.009) have a significant influence on employee performance. Work discipline (1.189; sig.0.235) has no significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, leadership (6.671; sig.0.000) has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction (0.083; sig.0.934) and work discipline (0.371; sig.0.711) does not significantly affect employee job satisfaction. The contribution of leadership, work environment, work discipline, and job satisfaction to performance is 98.4%; the contribution of leadership, work environment, and discipline to job satisfaction of 88.3%. Abstrak: Satuan Pelayanan Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Pantai Baru-Rote belum optimal. Perihal ini memberi indikasi bila terdapat kinerja karyawan yang belum baik. Kajian ini mengulas perihal kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, kedisiplinan kerja, kepuasan kerja maupun kinerja. Kajian ini mempergunakan teknik analisis data statistik deskriptif dan inferensial, yang didukung oleh SmartPLS. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif memperlihatkan gambaran kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan cukup baik. Hasil statistik inferensial: kepemimpinan (2,060; sig. 0,040), lingkungan kerja (2,333; sig. 0,020) maupun kepuasan kerja (2,626; sig. 0,009) memengaruhi cukup penting bagi kinerja pegawai. Abstract

The government uses the e-purchasing method through local electronic catalogs (KEL) to support their operational expenditure by focusing on domestic products provided by MSEs and cooperation. This research aims to describe the use of KEL in the procurement process within the regional government of NTT. A descriptive qualitative method was used in this research, with observation, documentation, and interview as the data collection methods. This study found that the regional government apparatus, as the main user of the e-catalog platform, is not yet familiar with procurement planning. In contrast, they could benefit from understanding how to use the e-purchasing system. Further, the supporting factors for KEL are support from procurement parties, the availability of competitive prices and qualities of products, and a well-regulated policy. In comparison, the obstructing factors are lack of knowledge and consistency of the government apparatus on the policy about using KEL, limited alternatives of competitive prices and qualities of available products, and lack of accountability in an e-purchasing mechanism. Therefore, an optimization strategy of well-integrated socialization and formation on using KEL is needed, along with a scheduled evaluation and monitoring by internal auditors and an increasing range of available products on current providers.

Abstract

The Employee of Search and Research (SAR) Kupang Office have not accomplished the best performance. This indicated that those employees are need more training and educationto achieved their full performance. The purpose of this study was to see the role of education, training, and service quality in shaping employee performance at the Kupang Search and Rescue Office (SAR). This study used a quantitative method, with a data collection instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data collected were then analyzed using SPSS to see the results of multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that partially and simultaneously, education, training, and service quality had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Kupang Search and Rescue Office (SAR)

Abstract

The study analyzes the efficiency levels of general insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2023 using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method, specifically the input-oriented variable return to scale (VRS) model. The study uses total assets and operational expenses as input variables and premium income and claims paid as output variables. The results show that out of the 13 companies sampled, Asuransi Ramayana Tbk achieved optimal technical and scale efficiency with a lambda value of 1 throughout the 2020-2023 period. Other companies reached technical and scale efficiency but were not consistent over the four-year period. Academically, this research contributes to existing literature by adding theories on company performance efficiency using the DEA method in general insurance companies listed on the IDX. Practically, the analysis results provide insights into areas that need improvement by management to enhance efficiency. Thus, this study offers additional insights for various stakeholders to improve the performance and competitiveness of the insurance industry in the future.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan pengaruh baik secara parsial maupun simultan dari Arus Kas Operasi, Arus Kas Investasi, Arus Kas Pendanaan, Dan Laba Kotor Terhadap Harga Saham pada PT. Semen Indonesia Persero Tbk (SMGR). Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang berupa laporan keuangan tahunan, dari tahun 2014 – 2023. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial (analisis regresi linear berganda). Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 sampel. Hasil analisis data menggunakan IBM SPSS Versi 23 dengan memperoleh kesimpulan bahwa, arus kas dari aktivitas operasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan arus kas dari aktivitas investasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, dan arus kas dari aktivitas pendanaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Pada variabel laba kotor menunjukkan secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Dari keempat variabel tersebut yaitu Arus Kas Aktivitas Operasi, Arus Kas Aktivitas Investasi, Arus Kas Aktivitas Pendanaan, Dan Laba Kotor Secara Simultan Signifikan Berpengaruh Terhadap Harga Saham. Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the effect, both partially and simultaneously, of Operating Cash Flow, Investment Cash Flow, Funding Cash Flow, and Gross Profit on Stock Prices at PT. Semen Indonesia Persero Tbk (SMGR). The type of data used in this study is secondary data in the form of annual financial reports, from 2014 - 2023. The data analysis technique used in the study is descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis (multiple linear regression analysis). The sample used in this study was 40 samples. The results of data analysis using IBM SPSS Version 23 concluded that cash flow from operating activities did not have a significant effect on stock prices, while cash flow from investment activities had a significant effect on stock prices, and cash flow from financing activities had a significant effect on stock prices. The gross profit variable shows a significant effect on stock prices. Of the four variables, namely Operating Cash Flow, Investment Cash Flow, Funding Cash Flow, and Gross Profit Simultaneously Significantly Affect Stock Prices.

Abstract

Wilayah RT 08 RW 03 Kelurahan Lasiana Kota Kupang, terdapat satu lahan kosong berukuran 625 m2 yang tidak dimanfaatkan. Lahan tersebut menjadi hutan di tengah hunian penduduk dan tempat pembuangan sampah sehingga selalu menimbulkan bau tidak sedap dan mengganggu kenyamanan warga. Warga sekitar, khususnya ibu-ibu rumah tangga umumnya tidak memiliki pekerjaan sampingan yang produktif secara ekonomi untuk mendukung para suami dalam hal pendapatan keluarga. Tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu pendidikan bagi warga setempat, terutama ibu-ibu dan para pemuda untuk mengolah dan memanfaatkan lahan kosong tersebut menjadi lahan produktif secara ekonomi melalui bertanam sayur mayur. Metode kegiatan yaitu pendidikan masyarakat. Mitra kegiatan yakni ibu-ibu dan pemuda yang berdomisili di wilayah lokasi kegiatan. Mitra kegiatan diberi pembelajaran melalui ceramah dan praktek mengolah lahan kosong dimaksud untuk bertanam sayur mayur secara organik. Hasil kegiatan yang dicapai yaitu mitra kegiatan dapat memanfaatkan lahan untuk bertanam sayur mayur dan dapat memasarkan sayur kangkung cabut, sayur bayam dan sawi dari lahan kegiatan. Mitra kegiatan menyatakan gembira karena memperoleh satu aktifitas yang bersifat produktif secara ekonomi dari kegiatan yang dilakukan. Demikian pula warga yang berdomisili di sekitar lokasi menyatakan gembira karena persoalan lingkungan yang bersumber dari lahan tidur tersebut dapat diatasi. Disimpulkan bahwa lahan kosong dalam wilayah RT 08 RW 03 Kelurahan Lasiana Kota Kupang diberdayakan menjadi lahan produktif dan sumber pemasukan bagi mitra serta dapat mengatasi persoalan pencemaran lingkungan. Diharapkan dapat dilakukan peningkatan melalui memperbanyak jenis sayur mayur yang ditanam guna memenuhi selera konsumen secara lebih luas dan meningkatkan pendapatan mitra.
