Abstract

Penelitian ini di latarbelakingi oleh adanya rangkaian aktivitas yang dilakukan sekolah pada pengembangan kapasitas organisasi sekolah melalui pelatihan dan pengembangan Guru. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan guru terhadap kapasitas organisasi sekolah di SDN Pelandakan 2. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, kuesioner, dan observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan pengembangan guru di SDN Pelandakan 2 ini secara signifikan meningkatkan kinerja guru, efektivitas pengajaran, dan kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Temuan ini menyarankan bahwa investasi dalam pelatihan dan pengembangan guru merupakan strategi penting untuk memperkuat kapasitas organisasi sekolah. This research is motivated by a series of activities carried out by schools in developing the capacity of school organizations through teacher training and development. This training aims to explore the influence of teacher training and development on the capacity of school organizations at SDN Pelandakan 2. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques through interviews, questionnaires, and direct observation. The results of the study show that teacher training and development at SDN Pelandakan 2 significantly improves teacher performance, teaching effectiveness, and overall education quality. These findings suggest that investment in teacher training and development is an important strategy for strengthening the capacity of school organizations.

Abstract

Dengan menerapkan pendidikan inklusif, pemerintah berupaya mewujudkan pemerataan pendidikan bagi warga negara tanpa terkecuali. Pendidikan inklusif di kembangkan untuk semua siswa tanpa melihat sebelah mata mengenai kondisi intelektual, fisik, emosional, sosial atau disabilitas mereka. Tidak hanya itu, segala jenis bentuk kebutuhan bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus, mulai dari yang Tingkat rendah, sedang, sampai berat, ditempatkan di kelas reguler dan satu kelas dengan siswa lain atau siswa kategori normal pada umumnya. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui beberapa aspek penting terkait implementasi manajemen dan kendala yang diahadapi oleh sekolah menerapkan pendidikan inklusi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meggunakan metode dekriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini juga dilaksanakan di SD Holistik Awliya Fahmina. Subjek penelitian dipilih sebagai informasi yang relevan dan berdasarkan tujuan tertentu. Subjek penelitian ini meliputi : kepala sekolah, guru kelas, guru pembimbing khusus dan 1 tua murid yang memiliki anak berkebutuhan khusus. Kendala dari program Pendidikan inklusi yaitu sumber daya manusia dan biaya pendidikan. By implementing inclusive education, the government seeks to realize equitable education for citizens without exception. Inclusive education is developed for all students regardless of their intellectual, physical, emotional, social conditions or disabilities. Not only that, all types of needs for children with special needs, ranging from low, moderate, to severe levels, are placed in regular classes and one class with other students or normal category students in general. This study aims to find out some important aspects related to the implementation of management and the obstacles faced by schools implementing inclusive education. The method used in this research uses a qualitative descriptive method. This research was also conducted at Awliya Fahmina Holistic Elementary School. The research subjects were selected as relevant information and based on specific objectives. The subjects of this study include: principals, class teachers, special mentor teachers and parents of students who have children with special needs. The constraints of the inclusive education program are human resources and education costs.

Abstract

Quality provides satisfaction to the user, relative quality provides an illustration of the use of a product that can be used based on satisfaction. Education as the development of quality human resources has the power that can be used for nation development. Reliable quality education contributes to a complete human being. The school committee carries out activities in order to maintain the quality of the school, the principal executes quality activities to make the school quality, the school's achievements cannot be separated from the strength of the committee's resources and the principal who has an active role in every school activity. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques of observation, document study and interviews. The results of this research really require synergy from all parties, commitment, communication and providing space for discussion and motivating internal school parties and supporting each other.

Abstract

Currently we have entered the era of Society 5.0 where this era was born as a result of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 which made the role of humans slightly reduced due to technology. Society 5.0 has entered all sectors, including education. Educational institutions are a place to gain knowledge. This research aims to present a comprehensive overview of Madrasah Aliyah's steps in preparing for the Society 5.0 era. Library study (library research) as a research method. Data comes from the literature regarding this research topic. Meanwhile, scientific articles, proceedings, theses, and these are data sources. Observation as a data collection technique. 27-3 December 2023 was used for data collection. The research location is optional. The research results show that Madrasah Aliyah must make various efforts to face the era of Society 5.0, including the role of the head of the Madrasah Aliyah in the educational unit, the competence of educators, and 21st-century learning. Readers can build awareness of the importance of the competencies needed to face the era of Society 5.0. Of course, this is useful so that Indonesian human resources form strong, intellectual, and skilled personalities.

Abstract

This type of research is qualitative research which contains descriptions and explanations related to the implementation of the new curriculum, namely the independent learning curriculum. The main purpose of this research is to reveal what problems occur in implementing the new curriculum. There are so many problems that are obtained. The result of this research is that some students feel new things with this curriculum. The new thing is the P5 project at the end of each lesson. However, some students are actually burdened and feel objections to the implementation of the independent learning curriculum. In addition to students, teachers also feel the same way because of the lack of teaching materials that can be used as examples for the learning process. So that teachers have to be extra in finding sources and new ideas in implementing and making P5 projects. The conclusion of this research is that the government, which focuses on education, must fix the implementation of the curriculum, because not all schools are able to implement it due to the lack of facilities which is the main factor.

Abstract

Fulfillment of national education standards as a barometer of institutional quality experiences obstacles that are sometimes very serious. However, there are also historical, cultural factors and many other components that also have an influence. This is where the ability to manage the potential that exists and grows in society is needed so that it becomes capital in managing educational institutions. Therefore, this research aims to determine community participation in the sustainability of educational institutions. To find out how the management of educational institutions manages the potential of the surrounding community in managing educational institutions, as well as to explore supporting elements and elements that hinder the process of community participation in educational institutions. The research pattern used here is literature review. The results obtained from this research are that methods that can be used in participation management patterns include, 1) Developing strong parent-child and community communication. 2) Involving Parents and the Community in School Programs and 3) providing invitations to the surrounding environment to the annual community school meeting.

Abstract

Moral education has a very important role in forming adolescents who are qualified intellectually and behaviorally, have a character that has charisma and become human beings who are hablumminallah and hablumminannas. Adolescents at the age of 12 – 17 are an age group that is vulnerable to negative influences. These negative influences are usually obtained from the environment through the family environment, school environment and social environment with friends, and And also from the influence of social media especially living in an all-digital age. In today's era, technological development has a huge impact, both positive and negative impacts. It is undeniable that education that occurs in Indonesia is experiencing moral decay in studying because the character taught is minus the value of faith and manners. The phenomenon of moral decay is evident, such as promiscuity, crime among adolescents to children, violence, fraud and various other dishonorable acts. Therefore, it is necessary to instill moral education for adolescents, support systems from their environment. This research uses qualitative methods while the type of research used is a literature study. The purpose of this study is to analyze the concept of moral education for adolescents contained in the books of taisirul kholaq and akhlakul lil banin and their relevance to the moral degradation of adolescents. The results of this study show that in the book of taisirul kholaq and akhlakul lil banin there are several concepts of moral education for adolescents including morals towards the creator (Allah SWT), morals towards the Prophet Saw, morals towards both parents, Morals towards relatives, neighbors and some morals of getting along with fellow humans include having the nature of tawadhu, patient and kind to others, telling the truth. As for the relevance to the moral degradation of adolescents today, the two books are still relevant to be a guide in fostering, guiding adolescents even though it looks small, but the content conveyed by the muallif is very deep, firm and directed.

Abstract

Menjadi guru adalah sebuah profesi yang menjadikan pelakunya memiliki kehormatan. Didalam Islam guru merupakan salah satu profesi yang memiliki kedudukan yang tinggi karena dipandang sebagai seorang yang memiliki ilmu. Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala akan mengangkat derajat orang yang beriman dan memiliki ilmu. Selain membimbing peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran, guru juga dibebani amanah untuk mendidik hingga mengevaluasi hasil belajar peserta didik, bahkan guru dituntut harus menguasai materi serta amalan yang akan diajarkan. Dalam usaha memenuhi tugas yang beragam tersebut, tentunya membutuhkan kompetensi keikhlasan, santun dan juga rasa tanggungjawab dalam menjalankan proses edukasi kepada peserta didik, dimana sikap tersebut biasa dikatakan sebagai kompetensi kepribadian. Dalam sejarahnya, Islam telah banyak melahirkan tokoh-tokoh guru yang memiliki kompetensi kepribadian. Diantaranya Imam Al-Ghazali, sedangkan di era kontemporer yaitu Abdullah Nasih Ulwan dimana karyanya yaitu Tarbiyatul Aulad. Dalam kitab tersebut dituangkan berbagai macam masalah pendidikan yang dimana menurutnya tidak semua disebabkan rendahnya IQ, tetapi bisa jadi lentaran gurunya yang tidak piawai dalam menyampaikan ilmu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of school principals in improving the quality of teaching staff, influencing factors and efforts made by school principals. This study used a qualitative naturalistic approach with a descriptive type which took place at SMAIT Al Multazam 2 Linggajati, Kuningan using data collection techniques, observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results show that: 1). The Head of School Performance in general has shown good and optimal performance and meets the standards and indicators that have been set. This is explained in the "school work plan (RKS)" as the principal's plan for carrying out work programs and increasing teaching staff in schools. 2) There are several factors that influence the performance of school principals in improving the quality of teaching staff including the geographical conditions of the school, educators who teach not according to their educational background, and a conducive environment. 3) The Principal has made efforts to improve the quality of Educators through empowerment activities and school programs such as academic supervision, subject teacher deliberations (MGMP), self-evaluation (EDS), In House Training (IHT) and entrepreneurial activities intended for educators and students. Based on the research results, it can be interpreted that the principal has done his job optimally in improving the quality of teaching staff through supporting activities to improve the quality of teaching staff and based on national education standards.

Abstract

Pendidikan sebagai perisai dari masalah kurangnya karakter moral siswa.Pendidikan Islam memiliki posisi yang sangat strategis dalam pembangunan manusia .Pendidikan Islam memiliki posisi yang sangat strategis dalam pembangunan manusia. Sebagian besar topik mengenai akhlak bersumber dari agama, namun belum ada satupun dari literature psikologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan akhlak dan tahapan perkembangan akhlak dalam perspektif Al-Ghazali. Penelitian dilakukan metode analisa teks dari literature agama yaitu dalam kitab Ihya’ Ulumuddin bab riyadhah an-nafs (pelatihan jiwa) karya Al- Ghazali yang merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis isi (conten analysis). Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berupa naskah klasik dalam Bahasa Arab karya Al-Ghazali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan akhlak anak, yaitu pola asuh dan lingkungan sosial. Pola asuh yang didalamnya dijabarkan mengenai niat/motif pengasuhan, mengkonsumsi makanan yang halal, mendidik dan membiasakan anak dengan etika yang terpuji, mengawasi dan menasehati anak. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bahwa manusia memiliki beberapa tahapan perkembangan akhlak sampai terbentuknya akhlak yang terpuji. Tahapan Pertama: Lahir sampai 7 tahun, Tahapan Kedua: 7-15 tahun (tamyiz), dan tahapan ketiga: 15 tahun tamyiz.
