Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the achievement of the vision of XYZ University. The factors studied are democratic leadership, competence, and motivation. This research is important to understand how these factors contribute to the success of educational institutions in achieving the set vision. The research method used was survey research using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. Respondents in this study were staff and lecturers at XYZ University. The collected data were analyzed using regression techniques to identify the relationship between the variables studied. The results of this study indicate that democratic leadership, competence, and motivation have a positive and significant influence on the attainment of the vision of XYZ University. Democratic leadership that involves the active participation of all members of the university, strong competence of staff and lecturers, as well as high motivation to achieve a shared vision, are important factors in achieving the university's strategic goals. The implications of this research are the importance of building democratic leadership, increasing individual competency through training and development, and fostering high motivation among staff and lecturers. In the university context, these factors can become the basis for achieving the set vision, enhancing the university's reputation, and creating a quality academic environment.

Abstract

Transformational leadership has become an important subject of research in the field of management and organizational psychology, due to its powerful influence on individual and group performance. The method used in this study is the search for scientific articles in leading academic databases. Inclusion criteria were established to select articles relevant to this research topic, i.e. research explaining the relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance at XYZ University. After passing the selection process, articles that meet the inclusion criteria are taken as research samples. The results of this systematic literature review show that transformational leadership has a significant positive impact on employee performance at XYZ University. Several studies have found that transformational leadership is positively associated with productivity, work quality, job satisfaction, and employee organizational commitment. Previous research has shown that transformational leadership affects employee performance through several mechanisms. First, transformational leadership encourages employees to adopt a strong organizational vision, which provides clear goals and direction. Second, transformational leadership creates a work environment that supports employees' personal and professional development, which increases their motivation and commitment to the organization. Third, transformational leadership builds strong interpersonal relationships between leaders and employees, which improves trust, communication, and collaboration. In addition, this literature review also identified several contextual factors that can moderate the relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance. These factors include organizational culture, organizational structure, and individual characteristics of employees. In an organizational culture that supports innovation and participation, transformational leadership can have a stronger impact on employee performance. Similarly, flexible and empowering organizational structures can enhance the effects of transformational leadership on employee performance. In addition, individual characteristics such as motivation and personality can also influence the relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance. The findings of this study show that transformational leadership has an important role in improving employee performance. Organizations need to understand the importance of transformational leadership and apply it in their context to improve employee productivity and success. However, more research is needed to understand more deeply the mechanisms and contextual factors that influence these relationships, as well as test their effects in different organizational contexts.

Abstract

Strategic planning impacts a company's finances, as does good management, but when the two strategies are synchronized, tools are available to achieve growth and development. Financial management as a tool that helps to have clear information and the real state of the company, on the other hand, strategic planning for setting goals, meeting goals and making good decisions. Financial management in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or better known as MSMEs which is characterized by bankruptcy and low liquidity, as a result of ineffective financial policies implemented by the owners-and motivated by a lack of knowledge about proper management of their resources. Another aspect analyzed in relation to SMEs is the absence of a homogeneous definition at the international level. This study finds differences in the financial management of MSMEs, because this is influenced by the goals of MSME actors in the company, so that it has a significant effect on competitiveness and sustainability in the market..

Abstract

This research aims to determine efforts to prevent corruption in village funds in Sekarwangi Village, Cibadak District, Sukabumi Regency, West Java. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection through interviews with Village Heads and Financial Planning Staff. This research states the modus operandi for misappropriating village funds, the village head's efforts to minimize opportunities for misappropriation or corruption of village funds. The modus operandi includes the preparation of the RAB which is not in accordance with the agreement at the village meeting, the accountability of the village head which is not in accordance with the funds used, the village head who borrows village funds for reasons but is not returned, official trips which are never carried out, inflated incentives for equipment. villages and others. The village head's efforts to minimize opportunities for misappropriation or corruption of village funds include when compiling and allocating village funds through deliberation, payments for development purposes through transfers, there must be inscriptions or banners containing information about a project being built, the village head and village officials must be firm, work on development projects is carried out by the community, the community carries out supervision through PTPKD, increases the capacity building of village officials, training for village heads and their staff, strengthening the capacity of village assistants, reducing regional government interference and optimizing the role of existing organizations in the village.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of supervising the use of village fund budgets, considering that there are many legal problems related to village funds involving village officials and village heads in Indonesia. Through the stages of supervision, namely monitoring, examination and evaluation and using qualitative descriptive research methods, it intends to describe the supervisory process carried out by the community in participating in supervising village funds. The result of this study is that the role of the community in participating in village fund supervision has not been optimal both from the dimensions of monitoring, examination and evaluation so it is suggested that there is a need for education or advocacy of community participation in supervising the process of using the budget and monitoring the results of village performance using village funds.

Abstract

The level of responsibility in planning and managing village finances. The method used in this research is qualitative, with data collection carried out through interviews, observation and document analysis. The research results show that the Sekarwangi village office has implemented special actions to increase the accountability of village financial planning, such as implementing a village financial information system and attracting active community participation in the planning process. However, this study also identified a number of obstacles faced by village level offices in achieving harmonious accountability, such as limited human resources and limited technology. Therefore, this research provides suggestions for increasing the accountability of village-level financial planning, including human resource training and improving technological infrastructure. This study provides valuable insight into the efforts of the Sekarwangi Village Office in realizing harmonization of accountability in village financial planning, which can be a basis for further improvements in village financial management, not only in Sekarwangi Village but also in all villages.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian sebelumnya atau penelitian yang relevan, itu memainkan peran penting dalam penelitian atau penelitian. Penelitian sebelumnya dan penelitian yang relevan harus berfungsi sebagai teori konfirmasi jika terjadi hubungan, yaitu efek antar variabel. Pada artikel ini meriview bagaimana pengaruh yang biasanya mempengaruhi sebuah fungsi dari audit internal diantaranya: Current Ratio, Debt to Assets Ratio, serta Debt to Equity Ratio. Tujuan atas penulisan artikel ini agar dapat membangun sebuah hipotesis pengaruh antar sebuah variabel agar dapat digunakan untuk penelitian selanjutnya. Artikel riview ini menghasilkan diantaranya: 1) current ratio berpengaruh terhadap perataan laba; 2) debt to assets ratio berpengaruh terhadap perataan laba; 3) debt to equity ratio berpengaruh terhadap perataan laba.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Return on Assets, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Leverage terhadap Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility. Riset yang relevan berfungsi untuk memperkuat teori dan fenomena hubungan atau pengaruh antar variable. Artikel ini mereview Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Pengungkapan Coporate Social Responsibility, yaitu: Return on Assets, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Leverage. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara Return on Assets, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Leverage terhadap Pengungkapan Coporate Social Responsibility. Hasil artikel literature review ini adalah:  1) Return on Assets berpengaruh terhadap Pengungkapan Coporate Social Responsibility; 2) Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap Pengungkapan Coporate Social Responsibility; dan 3) Leverage berpengaruh terhadap Pengungkapan Coporate Social Responsibility.

Abstract

Kas adalah bentuk aset lancar yang sangat fleksibel dan dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan entitas atau perusahaan. Kas merupakan parameter krusial karena tanpa ketersediaan kas, perusahaan tidak dapat melakukan kegiatan operasinya sesuai rencana dan keinginan. Dengan demikian, penahanan kas perusahaan bergantung pada profitabilitas, modal kerja bersih, dan leverage yang dimiliki. Inilah mengapa peran penahanan kas sangat penting bagi keberlangsungan perusahaan. Menjaga jumlah kas yang terlalu sedikit atau berlebihan dapat berdampak negatif pada perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu memperhitungkan faktor-faktor yang dapat memengaruhi tingkat penahanan kas perusahaan. Artikel ini membahas tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penahanan kas yaitu: profitabilitas, modal kerja, dan leverage. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini guna membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel untuk digunakan pada riset selanjutnya. Adapun hasil dari artikel literature review ini adalah: 1) profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap penahanan kas; 2) modal kerja bersih berpengaruh terhadap penahanan kas; dan 3) leverage berpengaruh terhadap penahanan kas.

Abstract

This article specifically aims to present in-depth insights into how organizational culture, work life balance, resilience, Psychological Structure and Organizational Culture and Employee Wellbeing are applied in organizations derived from literature. The method used is qualitative by reviewing papers related to variables that exist for the duration of this paper within eight years. The presentation is related to the paper with the variables in this paper by seeing whether there have been findings in the application paper regarding the variables in this variable. The analysis highlights the pivotal roles of Work Life Balance, Resilience, Psychological Structure, and Organizational Culture in shaping Employee Wellbeing. A holistic approach that recognizes the interconnectedness of these factors is essential for creating a workplace that prioritizes and enhances overall employee wellbeing. Prioritizing these aspects not only benefits employee wellbeing but also contributes to increased productivity, retention, and a positive organizational reputation. Regular evaluation and adaptation are crucial for sustained positive impacts.
