Abstract

Penggunaan istilah empat pilar kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara untuk program sosialisasi telah menimbulkan polemik dan perdebatan di masyarakat. Empat pilar tersebut meliputi Pancasila, UUD 1945, NKRI, dan Bhinneka Tunggal Ika yang dirumuskan oleh MPR RI. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dampak sosialisasi Empat Pilar tersebut terhadap pendidikan Pancasila di perguruan tinggi. Data penelitian diambil dari buku, jurnal ilmiah, artikel surat kabar, dan berita di media online ataupun offline, dan dokumen yuridis, seperti peraturan perundang-undangan. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan interpretatif, induksi-analitis, semiotik, dan analisis wacana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) sosialisasi empat pilar berdampak pada ambiguitas pemaknaan dan pemahaman baik dari peserta didik maupun dosen dalam pembelajaran Pancasila sebagai dasar atau pilar kehidupan bernegara dan berbangsa, dan (2) penggunaan istilah empat pilar telah mengacaukan pemahaman dan pengetahuan para peserta didik dalam memahami Pancasila.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The application of the term "Four Pillars of Life of the People and the Nation" in socialization creates polemic and debate in society. Those four pillars are Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, and Unity in Diversity, which formulated by the People's Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia. The objective of this research is to investigate the impact that socialization has on the education of Pancasila in a higher level of education. The research data obtained from books, scientific journals, newspaper articles, other online and offline sources, and legal documents, for instance, legislation. Interpretative, analytic-induction, semiotic, and disclosure approaches applied to the analysis. The result shows that the socialization has immense impacts on 1). The ambiguity toward the meaning and the understanding by both students and lecturers in learning Pancasila as the pillar of the life of the people and the nation, and 2).  The use of the term "four pillars" has disrupted the understanding and the knowledge of students in their comprehension toward Pancasila.

Abstract

Pancasila is mentioned as the basis of the philosophy of the State. Understanding the narrow and limited meaning of Pancasila has resulted in polemics in the life of the nation and state, especially in Pancasila education. This study aims to analyze the debate and dynamics of Pancasila education from the aspects of legitimacy, recognition, and institutionalization. This research is philosophical research, using qualitative research methods through literature review. The analysis in this study used critical discourse analysis. The research process includes data inventory, data categorization, and data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the debate about Pancasila education since the post occurred from the framework of the legitimacy of power, there has been a dualism of legitimacy between the executive and the legislature. Based on the recognition aspect, Pancasila education has not yet received adequate recognition from the state and educational institutions. From the institutional aspect, efforts to institutionalize the values of Pancasila from the educational aspect still encounter problems because there is no certainty in placing Pancasila under what kind of institution.

Abstract

Karakter Mahasiswa. Dosen yang memiliki jiwa merdeka menjadi poin penting dalam mensukseskan program Merdeka Belajar dan Kampus Merdeka. Dosen yang merdeka adalah mereka yang mengaktualisasikan diri dengan baik guna menjadi pribadi yang memiliki kecakapan yang seimbang dalam berbagai aspek seperti Intelektual (IQ), Emosional (EQ), Spiritual (SQ), Kinestetik (KQ) dan Ketangguhan (AQ) dalam semangat keIndonesiaan. Tujuan membangun jiwa merdeka ini didasarkan pada semangat berdirinya Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia untuk merdeka dari berbagai bentuk penjajahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data penelitian didapatkan melalui Training of Trainer (ToT), Focus Group Discussion (FGD), pendampingan terstruktur, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan mampu menstimulasi pengembangan jiwa merdeka pada dosen, melalui pengembangan aspek emosional, spiritual, intelektual, kinestetik, dan ketangguhannya. Kemampuan tersebut merupakan modal utama dalam penguatan karakter mahasiswa agar lebih berjiwa merdekaKata kunci : Jiwa Merdeka, Dosen Pancasila, Karakter MahasiswaAbstract:  Build The Independent Soul For Pancasila Lecturers Its Relevance For Strengthening The Student’s Character. Government policies related to the Independent Learning program and the Independent Campus will be difficult to achieve if lecturers, students, and education staff are still shackled to various life problems. Life problems become challenges and obstacles for lecturers to embody themselves maximally to be a person who has balanced skills in various aspects such as Intellectual (IQ), emotional (EQ), Spiritual (SQ), Kinesthetic (KQ), and Adversity (AQ). In addition, the goal of building an independent soul is based on the core of the founding of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia which is based on the fighting spirit for independence. This study used a qualitative approach while the research sources were obtained through Training of Trainer (ToT), Focus Group Discussions (FGD), structured coaching, and literature studies. The results obtained in this study indicate that the training can stimulate the development of an independent soul in lecturers, through the development of emotional, spiritual, intellectual, kinesthetic, and toughness aspects. This ability is the main capital in strengthening the character of students to be more independent-soul.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the existence of Pancasila Education before the issuance of Government Regulation Number 57 of 2021 concerning National Education Standards and analysis of legal certainty for the implementation of Pancasila Education through Government Regulation Number 57 of 2021. This study used a qualitative approach, with normative and empirical legal research types. Sources of data obtained from secondary data and primary data. The study results showed that the existence of Pancasila Education experienced various dynamics before the issuance of Government Regulation Number 57 of 2021. Pancasila began to lose its role after issuing Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System by eliminating Pancasila Education from primary education to higher education. The main issue of Government Regulation Number 57 of 2021 was based on the findings of inconsistent legal drafting with one another. The issuance of Government Regulation Number 57 of 2021, which did not include the contents of the Pancasila Education material, created legal uncertainty, which had implications for contradicting the laws and regulations on it.

Abstract

AbstractThe rise of the Takfirism phenomenon in society indicates a threatening condition which potentially causes the disintegration of Pancasila. Pancasila as a core value and the basis of national ideology has not been effectively solved the issue of the rise of Takfirism in society. Internal and external factors play an important role in the process of spreading ideas of Takfirism which triggers the emergence of radicalism that eventually leads to acts of terrorism and separatism. The process of searching and finding the right method to build Pancasila as the standard criteria and the validity of values is important to be discussed in the studies and research of Pancasila. This study will explore and describe Pancasila as a method in countering radicalism which is rooted in Takfirism. The method used in this study is a critical study method approach and social phenomenology. The data in this research were obtained through news articles, research reports, study results, scientific journals, and books related to the topic of this research. The result of this research indicates that the Pancasila method as an effort to counter radicalism is very crucial and urgently needed by the state and society in general. Pancasila as a value system and a state system needs to be strengthened by the establishment of the standard criteria and the validity of values that are trustworthy and acknowledged by all social classes.------AbstrakFenomena berkembangnya paham takfirisme yang berada di lingkungan masyarakat telah menunjukkan kondisi yang rawan dan berpotensi pada disintegrasi Pancasila. Pancasila sebagai sumber nilai dan dasar negara belum dapat berperan secara maksimal dalam menangani persoalan maraknya paham takfirisme di kalangan masyarakat. Faktor internal dan eksternal memiliki peran penting dalam proses berkembangnya paham takfirisme yang melahirkan gerakan dan paham radikalisme yang mengarah pada tindakan terorisme dan perpecahan di masyarakat. Proses pencarian dan penemuan metode yang tepat untuk menjadikan Pancasila sebagai standar kriteria dan validitas nilai menjadi penting untuk dideskripsikan dalam kajian dan penelitian tentang kepancasilaan. Studi ini akan mengeksplorasi dan mendeskripsikan tentang Pancasila menjadi metode dalam menangkal paham radikalisme yang berakar dari paham takfirisme. Metode dalam kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kajian kritis dan fenomenologi sosial. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari berita, laporan penelitian, hasil kajian, jurnal ilmiah, dan buku yang berkaitan dengan tema penelitian ini. Hasil yang dicapai dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode Pancasila sebagai upaya untuk menangkal radikalisme menjadi sangat penting dan dibutuhkan bagi negara dan masyarakat. Pancasila sebagai sistem nilai dan sistem negara perlu diperkuat dengan pembentukan standar kriteria dan validitas nilai yang dapat dipercaya dan diakui oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat.

Abstract

Peran data dalam penelitian menjadi bagian penting sebagai dasar analisis dan pembahasan. Namun tidak banyak bahan pembelajaran yang dilakukan mempertimbangkan data apa yang perlu dan tidak perlu, dan data seperti apa yang bisa digunakan untuk penelitian, dan apakah ada alterntif data yang perlu diperoleh untuk pembelajaran di bidang psikologi Indigenous. Tujuan riset ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis peran penting digital humanities dalam riset Pendidikan, sosial, dan humaniora secara khusus dalam bidang piskologi indigenous untuk peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Metode kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa digital humanities data memiliki peran yang penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran psikologi indigenous yang jarang digunakan dalam riset dan pembelajaran.

Abstract

The quality of education is largely determined by teachers’ pedagogical competence, which can be enhanced through effective leadership. School principals play a critical role in improving teachers' teaching abilities, particularly in the context of differentiated learning, where strategies are tailored to meet diverse student needs. This study aims to analyze the role of school principals in improving teachers’ pedagogical competence, focusing on their managerial efforts related to differentiated learning. Specifically, the research investigates the principal's role in planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring differentiated learning to foster improved pedagogical skills among teachers. A qualitative research approach was used with a descriptive design. Seven participants were involved: one principal, two supervisors, and five lead teachers. Data were collected through triangulation techniques to ensure reliability. The study examined the principal’s activities related to differentiated learning and their impact on improving teachers' pedagogical competence. The results of the research findings are as follows: (1) The managerial role of school principals plays an important role in improving teacher competence in differentiated learning. Principals effectively use a variety of strategies to manage and improve the quality of teaching, including planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluation. (2) The principal has established comprehensive planning steps in improving pedagogical competence in the annual Activity Plan (RKT). (3) The principal has set clear standards and success indicators related to differentiated learning, which are listed under the supervision of teachers. The study concludes that school principals play a vital role in improving teachers' pedagogical competence.

Abstract

Upaya untuk mencari model dan formulasi yang tepat dan ideal dalam pembudayaan Pancasila pada era pasca reformasi menjadi pokok perhatian penting dalam kajian Pancasila saat ini. Menanamkan nilai nilai Pancasila pada era yang mengalami perubahan dan dinamika masyarakat yang terus berkembang menjadi tantangan tersendiri. Saat ini, negara diperhadapkan pada lunturnya nilai nilai Pancasila yang berdampak pada rendahnya rasa cinta tanah air, gerakan intoleransi, radikalisme, fundamentalisme, korupsi, dan terorisme semakin tumbuh dan berkembang di negara yang disebut sebagai negara Pancasila. Bagaimana Pancasila dapat diamalkan dan dilaksanakan oleh penyelenggara negara dan masyarakat, masih menyisahkan tanda tanya besar. Tidak adanya model yang ideal dan tepat sebagai contoh dianggap sebagai pemicu dan akar persoalan pembudayaan Pancasila kurang efektif dijalankan. Selain itu, berbagai program lembaga negara untuk melakukan pembudayaan Pancasila dinilai masih belum serius karena masih ditemukan perbedaan pendekatan dan materi dalam melakukan pembudayaan Pancasila antar lembaga negara. Dampaknya masyarakat menjadi bingung terkait nilai-nilai Pancasila yang mana yang akan dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan tinjauan kritis atas berbagai konsep dan model pembudayaan Pancasila yang berkembang pada era pasca reformasi dan tawaran model pembudayaan Pancasila yang perlu diformulasikan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian diperoleh dari observasi dan wawancara, serta kajian pustaka. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kritis (Critical discourse analysis), interpretasi, dan induktif-deduktif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembudayaan Pancasila dapat dilakukan melalui media kreatif. Rumah Garuda menjadi salah satu tempat untuk dapat mengembangkan formula dan format, serta media kreatif yang tepat dan ideal dalam pembudayaan nilai nilai Pancasila.

Abstract

Pancasila menjadi wacana yang menarik dalam catatan memori kolektif generasi muda paska reformasi. Pancasila tidak hanya menjadi produk pemikiran dan intelektual para pendiri bangsa tetapi juga menjadi produk politik dari berbagai ragam rezim yang telah memimpin negeri ini sepanjang negara Indonesia berdiri. Isu penting dalam wacana Pancasila sejak paska reformasi ialah persoalan kehadiran Pancasila apakah diakui keberadaan di kalangan generasi muda atau dianggap absen dari pemikiran, memori, dan imajinasi mereka dalam berbangsa dan bernegara. Generasi yang lahir sejak paska reformasi periode tahun 2000 menjadi generasi yang memiliki imajinasi tentang Pancasila yang cukup berbeda dengan generasi pada periode sebelumnya. Penelitian ini akan menggali dan mengeksplorasi apa yang diimajinasikan dan dipikirkan generasi muda tentang Pancasila. Terbentuknya Badan Pembinaan Ideologi Pancasila (BPIP) pada tahun 2018 ikut mewarnai dalam proses pembentukan wacana dan memori generasi muda dalam memahami Pancasila. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk melihat sampai sejauh mana persepsi Generasi Muda terhadap Pancasila pasca terbentuknya BPIP. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode bibliometrik (bibliometrics). Data sekunder diperoleh melalui kajian pustaka dari hasil laporan, kajian, dan penelitian berkaitan dengan tema Pancasila dan kepemudaan. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan interpretasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tren penelitian tentang Pancasila sejak terbentuknya BPIP terjadi peningkatan cukup signifikan. Isu yang diangkat pada periode 2019 sampai dengan 2023 mengarahkan pada tren penelitian tentang Pendidikan, Kurikulum dan Pedagogi, Filsafat dan Studi Keagamaan
