Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pengangguran yang merupakan persoalan yang belum terealisasikan sampai saat ini sehingga akan berdampak pada masalah sosial di masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis, (1) perencanaan pembelajaran kewirausahaan, (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran kewirausahaan, (3) evaluasi pembelajaran kewirausahaan, (4) kendala/hambatan pembelajaran kewirausahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk mendapatkan data yang valid digunakan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan; (1) perencanaan berupa Rencana Pelaksanaan Program Keterampilan (RPPK), (2) pelaksanaan meliputi; guru menyampaikan materi teknik budidaya jamur, pembagian kelompok, dan siswa melakukan praktik dengan langkah-langkah; penyediaan alat dan bahan, pengayakan serbuk gergaji, pembungkusan dan penyimpanan, (3) Evaluasi yang dilakukan adalah evaluasi terhadap hasil kerja siswa. Dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi masih ada kendala yang dihadapi serta kekurangan-kekurangan baik dari faktor internal maupun eksternal.This research is motivated by unemployment is a problem that has not been realized to date so that will have impact on social problems in society. This study to identify and analyze, (1) planning entrepreneurial learning, (2) the implementation of entrepreneurial learning, (3) evaluation of entrepreneurial learning, (4) the obstacles/barriers to entrepreneurial learning. Method used in this research descriptive qualitative. The technique used to collect data such as interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was performed by means of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. To obtain valid data used triangulation of data. Results; (1) planning form Skills Program Implementation Plan (RPPK), (2) implementation include; teachers deliver material mushroom cultivation techniques, the division of group, and students to practice with steps; supply of equipment and materials, sieving sawdust, packing and storage, (3) evaluation is done is the evaluation of students work. In the planning, implementation, evaluation, there are still obstacles faced and shortcomings of both internal, external factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kemampuan siswa dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan masih kurang sehingga kompetensi kewirausahaan belum bisa diterima secara menyeluruh. Adanya persaingan yang semakin ketat membutuhkan sikap pantang menyerah, kerja keras, disiplin dan kemandirian.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis : (1) perencanaan pembelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan dengan teaching factory, (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan dengan teaching factory, (3) evaluasi pembelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan dengan teaching factory. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk mendapatkan data yang valid digunakan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan; (1) perencanaan berupa silabus, Rencana Program Pembelajaran (RPP), (2) pelaksanaan meliputi; guru menyampaikan materi kerajinan dari limbah kayu, pembagian kelompok, dan siswa melakukan praktik dengan langkah-langkah; penyediaan alat dan bahan, pemotongan kayu dengan gergaji, pemasangan, pengecatan dan finishing. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan penilaian proses dan penilaian hasil kerja. Dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi masih ada kendala serta kekurangan baik dari factor internal maupun eksternal.

Abstract

Kurikulum 2013 menekankan pada dimensi pedagogik modern, yaitu menggunakan pendekatan ilmiah (scientific approach) dalam pembelajaran meliputi mengamati, menanya, mengumpulkan informasi, mengasosiasikan, membentuk jejaring. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu (1) untuk mengetahui perangkat pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh SMA. (2) untuk mengembangkan Perangkat Pembelajaran yang berdasarkan kurikulum 2013. (3) untuk mengevaluasi Perangkat Pembelajaran sehingga efektif dalam implementasinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan berdasar model pengembangan Borg and Gall, dengan memakai model CIPP (context-inputs-process-product) yang mengarahkan objek sasaran pada proses dan masukan sampai hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Silabus, RPP yang dikembangkan adalah efektif. Kegiatan pembelajaran menggunakan Silabus, RPP saintifik membuat hasil belajar siswa meningkat dan memuaskan.Development Tool Based Learning Curriculum 2013 In Basic Competencies describe the concept of the market and the Market Price Formation in Economy At SMA. 2013 curriculum emphasizes modern pedagogical, using a scientific approach (scientific approach) in learning include observing,  asking, gather information, to associate, forming networks. Fundamental change in the basic arrangement mindset, deepening and expansion of the material, the strengthening process, the burden of adjustment. Another element that changed between Competency Standards, Content Standard, Standard Process, and Assessment Standards. Learning Process touches three domains, namely attitudes, knowledge, and skills. Proses using authentic assessment of learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is (1) to determine the learning device used by SMA. (2) to develop a learning device based on the curriculum of 2013. (3) to evaluate the learning device so effective in its implementation. This research is the development of a model -based development Borg and Gall, the model of CIPP (context-inputs-process-product) which directs the target object on the input to the process and results .  The results showed syllabus, lesson plan developed is effective. Learning activity using the syllabus, making scientific lesson plan increased student and can be used as a learning tool to support the learning of economics.

Abstract

Nilai kewirausahaan merupakan karakter yang sangat penting untuk dikembangkan di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis upaya guru menanamkan nilai kewirausahaan berani mengambil resiko dengan pembelajaran berbasis business plan pada siswa SMK dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan saintifik. Guru menugaskan peserta didik untuk memperoleh informasi melalui observasi pada suatu perusahaan dan kemudian menyusun idenya menjadi business plan. Penekanan masih pada sikap mau menerima, merespon dan menghargai nilai berani mengambil resiko, sedangkan sikap mau menghayati dan mengamalkan belum dilakukan. Evaluasi dilakukan terhadap proses dan hasil pembelajaran. Guru telah menyusun perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan penilaian secara baik dan peserta didik secara antusias memperoleh pendidikan yang bermakna.

Abstract

Research objectives to find out and analyze the factors that hinder student's learning difficulties Papua grantee LPMAK on economic subjects. This research is descriptive research approach to mix method. The subject in this study is the whole student scholarship recipients Papua LPMAK totaled 52 students. Data collection is done with the now, interview and documentation. Data analysis was done with the analysis of factors and descriptive data analysis. The results showed there is a dominant factor that inhibits student learning difficulties Papua grantee LPMAK in Semarang City: Factors of mass media and the social environment, the use of mass media overload causing trouble Learning (learning difficulty) students. The head of Papua's Dormitory (teachers) will need to limit the activity of the child his protégé in the use of mass media and association with students of Papua and the media in the dorm.

Abstract

Based on Permendikbud Number 22 of 2016 regarding the standard of primary and secondary education process, the policy is a motivation to conduct research to know the extent to which the implementation of scientific approach in economic learning. This research aims to find out and analyze the preparation of RPP (Lesson Plan), implementation of learning, evaluation of learning economic and students’ perception to the teacher’s skill in implementing economic learning by using scientific approach. The significance of this research can add to the repertoire of science on the implementation of scientific approach in economic learning. This research uses desciptive qualitative approach. The research technique used to collect the research data in the form of interview, observation, and documentation. The data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. To obtain valid data used triangulation of data. The result indicates; the preparation of lesson plan is adjusted to the rule or instruction that applies in the school either through meetings or internal MGMP (Teacher Education Consensus Points). The implementation of economic learning is carried out with the system and principle of scientific learning that is student center. Assessment conducted at SMA Negeri 2 Mranggen is authentic consisting of process or skill assessment conducted through observation with assessment indicator of group work, individual work and presentation. According to the students the skill of economics teacher at SMA Negeri 2 Mranggen in economic learning by using scientific approach is good enough.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to analyze the effect of understanding tax rules and awareness of taxpayer compliance as well as analyze the influence of understanding tax rules and awareness of taxpayer compliance after it is moderated by tax socialization. This study was quantitative research and used deductive approach as well as causal studies. The location in this study was in Kudus Regency and the population was a medium and large industry performer, they were 174 industry performers. The determination of the sample in this study was by using saturated sampling or census method which means the number of samples equal to the number of population. This study used regression analysis for the moderation variables. The results of this study is the understanding of tax and awareness have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. The tax socialization affects and strengthens the relationship between understanding tax rules on taxpayer compliance but fails to affect the relationship between taxpayer awareness and compliance. In this study, tax socialization runs two types of moderation: pseudo-moderation and moderation of predictors. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah pemahaman peraturan pajak dan kesadaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Sosialisasi pajak mempengaruhi dan memperkuat hubungan antara pemahaman peraturan pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak namun gagal mempengaruhi hubungan antara kesadaran dan kepatuhan wajib pajak. Dalam penelitian ini, sosialisasi pajak menjalankan dua jenis moderasi yaitu moderasi semu dan moderasi prediktor. Abstract

The potential which is possessed by tourism object of Kreo Cave still needs to be developed again so that it becomes the major of tourism destination that is the most attractive in Semarang city. Therefore, it is needed the strategy of developing the tourism object that is really prepared carefully accompanied by a good handling by the manager of the Kreo Cave tourism object. The objectives of the research are (1) Assessing and analyzing tourist attraction strategies in the development of Kreo Cave Tourism Object in Semarang. (2) Reviewing and analyzing tourism facility strategies in the development of Kreo Cave Tourism Object in Semarang. (3) Reviewing and analyzing the accessibility strategies in developing Kreo Cave Tourism Object in Semarang. (4) Reviewing and analyzing the hospitality strategies in the development of Kreo Cave Tourism Object in Semarang. (5) Reviewing and analyzing the government support strategies in developing Kreo Cave Tourism Object in Semarang. (6) Reviewing and analyzing the tourism promotion strategies in the development of Kreo Cave Tourism Object in Semarang. The method of collecting data in this research was by using questionnaire and interview techniques. This type of the research was qualitative with SWOT analysis method. The result of descriptive qualitative shows the profile and condition of Kreo Cave Tourism Object, while the result of the calculation of SWOT analysis shows that Kreo Cave is in quadrant one, has the dominant strengths and opportunities that have the potential to be developed.

Abstract

Nowadays, Batik has become a fashion trend and lifestyle of the people. Certainly, It gives an impact on the growing need for so many emerging batik businesses in Indonesia. Lifestyle, product quality, price, and purchase motivation are factors that predicted influence and participate in determining consumers before making a purchasing decision. This study aimed to analyze and describe the influence of lifestyle, product quality, and price, either directly or indirectly, on purchasing decisions through purchase in the buying motivation at Trusmi Batik Cirebon Showroom. The research used the quantitative method with path analysis were processed using SPSS. The populations of this reaserch were all consumers who buy at Trusmi Batik Cirebon Showroom. The samples were 110 respondents, with accidental sampling method. The results showed (1) the influence of lifestyle on purchasing decisions directly and indirectly through the purchase of a greater motivation indirect influence. (2) The impact of product quality on purchase decisions directly and indirectly through the purchase of a greater motivation indirect influence. (3) The effect of price on purchase decisions directly and indirectly through the purchase of a greater motivation indirect influence. (4) Motivation to purchase gave a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions in Trusmi Batik Cirebon Showroom. (5) Product quality is the most dominant variable in influencing purchasing decisions and purchase motivation is proven to be a good mediation between lifestyle variables, product quality and price of purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Learning achievement of economy lesson at Public SHS I Sale has not met minimum passing grade. Therefore, there is a need to develop practice and effective learning model to improve it. This research aims to describe and analyze economy lesson learning in the school. To find out problem based learning model design through blended learning aided by Google Classroom and to analyze practicability and effectiveness of the learning model aided by blended learning and Google Classroom media in learning. This Research and Development was done in three stages: preliminary, product development, and product evaluation. Techniques of collecting data used questionnaire, observation, and test. The preliminary stage presented factual learning model. The development stage was initiated by designing model, expert and practitioners’ validation, and trial run. Evaluating step was done by two random selection design and pre-test and post-test to find out practicability and effectiveness of the model was done by Wilcoxon. The findings showed poor factual learning model, problem based learning model development with blended learning aided by Google Classroom, and product trial run and product reliability test. The observation and questionnaire of the students showed that the model development was implemented. The finding of reliability test showed post-test of experimental group was higher. It showed the product was practice and effective to be implemented in the school.
