Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keterkaitan antara teks Serat Jatiswara dengan tradisi nyunatan di Desa Lendang Nangka, Kecamatan Masbagik, Kabupaten Lombok Timur, NTB. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif karena mendeskripsikan tentang keterkaitan teks Jatiswara dengan tafsiran masyarakat Sasak Desa Lendang Nangka yang kemudian dijadikan sebagai salah satu prosesi dalam acara nyunatan. Penelitian ini membahas tentang nilai-nilai dan pesan yang terkandung dalam teks Jatiswara sehingga mempunyai kelarasan dengan acara nyunatan di Desa Lendang Nangka. Teks Serat Jatiswara adalah sastra lama berbentuk prosa yang mengisahkan tentang perjalanan Jatiswara menyebarkan Islam ke tanah Jawa. Dari isi teks tersebut masyarakat Sasak di Desa Lendang Nangka menilai secara filosofis bahwa ada keterkaitan antara nilai-nilai dan pesan dengan acara nyunatan. Adapun teori yang dipakai untuk bisa memantau apakah ada keselarasan di antara dua aspek yang berbeda itu penulis skripsi ini memakai Hermeneutika Gadamer. Teori ini dijadikan alat penelitian karena memiliki nilai humanisme yang bisa melihat dari segi tradisi masyarakat dalam penafsiran suatu teks. Sehingga dalam hasil penelitian ini, peniliti menemukan keselarasian antara kedua aspek yang berbeda itu dari tafsiran terhadap teks dengan kepercayaan yang ada di masyarakat (culture) Desa Lendang Nangka.Kata Kunci: Keterkaitan, Serat Jatiswara, Nyunatan, dan Hermeneutika Gadamer

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation and implications of sound pronunciation in memorizing the Qur'an methode of students at the Baitul Qurro' wal Huffazh Kerongkong Islamic boarding school. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Primary data sources is the results of interview with  the head of the Baitul Qurro' wal Huffazh Kerongkong Islamic boarding school, the head of the Tahfizh Institute, the coach, and the students. While secondary data are used consists of a number of books, research results, journals, and other documents.  The results showed that the method used in the pronunciation of sounds in memorizing the Qur'an at Baitul Qurro' wal Huffazh Kerongkong Islamic Boarding School is the jibril method. The implementation of the program applied in learning is by (1) depositing every halaqah, (2) tahsin in general (3) and reading tajweed poems (4) students read together led by one student (5) students who are good at reading are directed to guide their other friends. The implication of sound pronunciation in memorizing the Qur'an is that students can memorize faster and more fluently. The data processing and analysis technique in this thesis consists of data reduction, and data presentation. To test the validity of the data, triangulation was used.

Abstract

Budaya literasi merupakan satu aspek yang masih menjadi momok dalam iklim pendidikan di Indonesia. Mulai dari satuan pendidikan paling rendah sampai ke perguruan tinggi. Pengabdian dalam bentuk kemah literasi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi dan mendorong semangat belajar baca tulis anak-anak di dusun Sukadamai, Desa Dames Kecamatan Suralaga. Observasi dan simak libat cakap digunakan untuk menentukan lokasi kegiatan pengabdian. Metode belajar yang digunakan adalah Play Based Learning (belajar sambil bermain). Adapun luaran yang diperoleh dalam kegiatan ini yaitu intensitas belajar dan animo membaca anak-anak cukup baik dibuktikan dengan keaktifakan mereka datang belajar baca tulis dan membaca di lapak buku yang disediakan.

Abstract

Every object in the form of an earth element or man-made feature has a name with various origins. The origins of place names can be categorized based on geography, history, folklore/culture and language so that their spatial distribution can be known. This research explores the spatial distribution of the origins of naming earth elements and man-made features in the Giritontro District. The study begins by identifying the aspects of the earth's appearance and man-made features and then finding the meaning of naming each identified element. Data collection was carried out using in-depth interviews. Determining the sources used the snowball sampling method. The results of the research show that the toponymically identified objects are dominated by man-made features with a spatial distribution of 92% in Giritontro Village, 72% in Pucanganom Village, 52% in Tlogosari Village and 78% in Jatirejo Village. The remainder is dominated by the earth's elements of the Karst Area, such as caves, hills, and springs, with a spatial distribution of Bayemharjo Village at 63%, Ngargojarjo at 53% and Tlogoharjo Village at 66%. Meanwhile, the spatial distribution of toponymy in Giritontro District, whose origin is dominated by language, is known to be spread across Giritontro District with a percentage of 60%. Apart from that, the toponymy found was predominantly geographically dispersed across Pucanganom Village with a portion of 40%, Tlogosari Village at 60%, Jatirejo Village at 61%, Bayemharjo Village at 61%, Ngargoharjo Village at 57% and Tlogoharjo Village 46%. The geographical conditions referred to are those attached to the object or the object's proximity to geographical things (associations) which are dominant in the Karst Area.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implikasi praktik menari tradisional terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa sekolah dasar, khususnya dalam aspek gotong royong, berkebhinekaan, dan kreativitas, serta untuk menjelaskan hubungan praktik menari dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, dilaksanakan di lima sekolah dasar di Lombok Timur. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa praktik menari tradisional memiliki implikasi positif terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa, memperkaya pengalaman belajar, dan memperkuat pemahaman akan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Praktik menari mempromosikan kerjasama, keberagaman budaya, kreativitas, serta nilai-nilai gotong royong dan toleransi. Integrasi praktik menari dalam kurikulum diharapkan dapat menjadi sarana efektif dalam mendukung pendidikan karakter dan pelestarian budaya bangsa. Simpulan dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya praktik menari tradisional sebagai upaya untuk membentuk kepribadian yang holistik dan menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai kemanusiaan. Kata kunci: Keberagaman budaya, Pendidikan karakter.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the forms and factors that influence the degradation of rhetoric used by community leaders in Ijobalit Village, using a sociolinguistic approach. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The population in this study were community leaders and the local community, with informants consisting of 12 people. The techniques used for data collection are observation, interviews and recording techniques. The research results show that the rhetoric used by community leaders in conveying information or appeals to the public tends to take the form of monologues. In this context, communication is carried out by one person via loudspeakers in the mosque or prayer room. This research uses Ardiansyah's theory which states, "rhetoric is the science of the art of speaking effectively, describe phenomena that occur.

Abstract

Masalah yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini bagaimana penggunaan Bahasa Indonesia pada anak usia dini di media sosial tiktok.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pola pengunaan Bahasa Indonesia oleh anak usia dini di platform media sosial tiktok. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif, yang mana mencoba menggambarkan bagaimana penggunaan Bahasa Indonesia pada anak usia dini di media sosial tiktok. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode simak dan cakap. Untuk mengecek balik data yang diperoleh, peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi,dokumentasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, peneliti menganalisisnya dengan menggnakan metode padan yakni menganalisis data secara bertahap. Langkah pertama yang dilakukan yaitu reduksi data kemudian penyajian data sehingga dapat menarik kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh ditemukan bahwa penggunaan bahasa Indonesia oleh anak usia dini di TikTok menunjukkan pola yang bervariasi, termasuk penggunaan bahasa campuran antara Bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris, serta penggunaan bahasa gaul dan slang. Anak-anak sering mencampurkan kedua bahasa dalam percakapan sehari-hari, terpengaruh oleh tren global dan konten berbahasa Inggris. Selain itu, mereka cenderung menggunakan istilah slang yang tidak baku, seperti "santuy" dan "gasken," yang menjadi bagian dari komunikasi sehari-hari mereka.

Abstract

Technological advances in education demand innovation in learning media to support the quality of the teaching and learning process. This study aims to develop and test the effectiveness of audio-visual learning media in IPAS subjects, especially on ecosystems and biodiversity. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model, which includes five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subjects consisted of 15 fourth grade students of SDN 1 and 2 Sembalun Lawang, with the results of a 3-minute 30-second video showing an increase in student understanding. From the results of the analysis, 10 students achieved a “High” N-Gain classification (≥ 0.7), with two students achieving the highest scores of 0.962 and 0.926, indicating that this audio-visual media is effective in improving understanding of the material. The learning media developed has been validated by experts and received positive responses from students and school principals, who assessed this media as feasible and effective in increasing student motivation and learning outcomes. This research shows that audio-visual media plays an important role in overcoming the challenges of IPAS learning and has a significant positive impact on student motivation and understanding, making it reliable as a technology-based learning approach

Abstract

ABSTRACT   This study aims to describe the form of code switching and code mixing in Tuan Guru Bajang's lecture on YouTube media. The method in this study is descriptive qualitative. The data in this study are in the form of words, phrases, or clauses originating from Tuan Guru Bajang's speech which contain linguistic phenomena of code switching and code mixing. The source of this data is in the form of a video of Tuan Guru Bajang's (TGB) lecture on September 15, 2024 which has been selected and determined according to the needs of the researcher. The data collection technique in this study uses tapping techniques and note-taking techniques. The data analysis procedure uses the analysis steps proposed by Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. Based on the results of the data analysis, several uses of code switching and code mixing were found. the use of code switching as many as 6 data, namely 1 internal code switching data and 4 external code switching data. Meanwhile, the use of code mixing was found in 6 data, namely, internal code mixing with the insertion of elements in the form of words 3 data, external code mixing based on the insertion of words 1 data, code mixing based on the insertion of phrases 1 data, and mixed code mixing as many as 2 data.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PkM) aimed to enhance the ability of final-year students of the Faculty of Language, Arts, and Humanities, Hamzanwadi University, in writing scientific articles eligible for publication in nationally accredited journals. The main problems encountered by students included low reading interest, lack of self-confidence, limited mastery of research theory and methodology, and insufficient academic writing skills, which hindered them from transforming their theses into publishable articles. The implementation was designed in three stages. First, the preparation stage involved participant selection, needs assessment, and scheduling. Second, the technical training stage was conducted through workshops and writing clinics, covering article structure, academic language use, abstract and conclusion writing, reference management with Mendeley, and manuscript editing using Grammarly. Participants were also introduced to publication ethics, particularly issues of plagiarism. Third, the intensive mentoring stage provided personal guidance from lecturers and senior student assistants to revise and finalize manuscripts for submission to national journals. The results indicated that intensive mentoring was effective in improving students’ academic writing skills. Students gained a better understanding of article structure, enhanced their ability to use academic language, mastered citation techniques, and developed skills in manuscript editing. Thus, this program not only addressed students’ difficulties in article writing but also produced tangible outputs in the form of publishable articles and a training module that can be utilized sustainably.
