Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru di TK Muslimat NU Masyithoh 19 ANNISA Jenggot. Fokus penelitian pada empat peran utama kepala sekolah: sebagai edukator, manajer, supervisor, dan inovator. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, dengan pengecekan keabsahan data melalui credibility, transferability, defendability, dan confirmability. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah telah menjalankan keempat perannya dengan baik, dengan peran supervisor menjadi yang paling menonjol dan efektif. Sebagai edukator, kepala sekolah menerapkan sistem pembimbingan komprehensif dan memberikan keteladanan langsung. Sebagai manajer, kepala sekolah menunjukkan kemampuan analisis kebutuhan yang baik dan menerapkan manajemen berbasis data. Sebagai supervisor, kepala sekolah menerapkan supervisi terdiferensiasi sesuai kebutuhan guru. Sebagai inovator, kepala sekolah berhasil membangun iklim kondusif untuk inovasi melalui forum diskusi internal dan program komunitas belajar. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan sistem dokumentasi inovasi, peningkatan strategi kemitraan dengan institusi pendidikan tinggi, dan pengembangan sistem transfer pengetahuan antar guru.Kata kunci : peran kepala sekolah, kompetensi profesional guru, supervisi terdiferensiasi, manajemen berbasis data, inovasi pendidikan

Abstract

Klinter River in Nganjuk is subjected to pollution loads from various pollution sources, including domestic and industrial waste. Water quality can affect the condition of Klinter River, which is still used by the local community to support daily activities. The parameters analyzed include TSS, COD, BOD, NO3-, NO2-, NH3, PO4, and oil and grease, taken from data provided by the Nganjuk Environmental Agency. The study aims to assess the carrying capacity of Klinter River by analyzing pollutant loads and the river's assimilative capacity. Regression analysis is conducted to obtain equations and graphs illustrating the relationship between pollutant concentration and assimilation capacity for each parameter. The analysis results indicate that COD, BOD, and NH3 parameters are no longer able to undergo self-purification.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the discovery learning theory in science education at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) and its impact on improving students' science skills. The research method used is library research by reviewing various literature sources such as books, journals, and relevant scientific articles. The findings indicate that the application of discovery learning is capable of enhancing students' science process skills, such as observation, classification, hypothesis formulation, and conclusion drawing. The implementation of this method is carried out through exploration activities, simple experiments, group discussions, and reflections tailored to the characteristics of students at MI. However, the implementation of discovery learning faces challenges such as limited facilities and infrastructure, varying teacher competencies, limited learning time, and diverse student abilities. To overcome these obstacles, strengthening strategies are needed, such as teacher training, the development of simple and contextual learning media, support from school leaders, as well as the integration of technology and parental involvement in the learning process. In conclusion, discovery learning is an effective approach to enhancing students' science skills in MI, provided it is supported by various comprehensive and sustainable supporting factors.

Abstract

Background: Shallots (Allium ascalonicum L.) are a commodity that contributes significantly to the country's foreign exchange, holding high economic value. Rabbit urine, when processed into liquid organic fertilizer, provides plants with the macro and micro nutrients they need. This study aims to investigate the interaction between liquid organic fertilizer concentrations derived from rabbit urine and three varieties on the growth and yield of shallots. Method: The method chosen for this study was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of two treatment factors: three varieties of shallots (Bima Brebes, Bauji, and Tajuk) and five levels of rabbit urine LOF concentration (0, 100, 250, 400, and 550 ml/L). and obtained 15 combinations (V1, V2, V3 and K1, K2, K3, K4, K5). Results: Significant interaction occurred in the number of leaves aged 7–14 HST. The Bima variety showed the best vegetative growth, while the Tajuk variety produced the highest number of bulbs. A concentration of 550 ml/l gave the highest results in plant length, number of leaves, and wet and dry weight of the stover. Conclusion: Rabbit urine LOF concentration of 550 ml/l is effective in increasing the growth and yield of shallots, especially in the Bima variety.

Abstract

Capaian belajar matematika siswa di Indonesia yang terpotret dalam laporan PISA 2022 serta hasil Asesmen Nasional 2021, menunjukkan perlunya inovasi pembelajaran yang dapat memperkuat pemahaman serta partisipasi aktif siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji efektivitas model TPS yang dipadukan dengan media interaktif Liveworksheet dan Zep Quiz pada materi trigonometri, khususnya relasi sudut. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu tipe posttest-only control group design. Subjek penelitian mencakup siswa kelas X SMAN 2 Sidoarjo tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Kelas X-2 ditetapkan sebagai kelas yang diberi perlakuan, sedangkan kelas X-11 sebagai kelas yang tidak diberi perlakuan. Alat ukur yang dipakai berupa tes hasil belajar berisi soal pilihan ganda serta uraian. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney U karena tidak berdistribusi normal, disertai perhitungan ukuran efek menggunakan rank biserial correlation. Analisis menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan (p < 0,001) antara kelompok eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol. Nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh kelompok eksperimen adalah 89,3, sementara kelompok kontrol memperoleh 69,9. Nilai effect size –0,937 tergolong sangat besar, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model TPS berbantuan Liveworksheet dan Zep Quiz mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa. Temuan ini menegaskan urgensi integrasi media digital interaktif dengan strategi kolaboratif sebagai sarana mewujudkan pembelajaran aktif, inovatif, dan sesuai dengan tuntutan abad ke-21.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah hasil belajar siswa kelas X di SMAN 10 Surabaya mengalami peningkatan setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw serta membandingkan dengan kelas yang meggunakan model konvensional. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu, dengan desain penelitian Pretest-Postest Control Group Desain. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas X di SMAN 10 Surabaya, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan ialah kelas kontrol X J (30 siswa) dan kelas eksperimen X H (30 siswa). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa tes tertulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw ini signifikan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dibandingkan menggunakan model konvensional. Didapatkan rata-rata nilai yang lebih tinggi dari kelas eksperimen. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan platform Nearpod dalam mendukung pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen yakni Pre-Eksperimental Design dengan desain penelitian One-Group Pretest Posttest Design. Data diperoleh dari 27 peserta didik kelas IV B Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Sidoarjo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan setelah diadakan Pre-Test yakni sebelum diberikan materi pembelajaran dan Post-Test yakni sesudah diberikan materi pembelajaran. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya Platform Nearpod efektif untuk mendukung pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas IV pada mata pelajaran IPAS (Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial) materi fotosintesis di MIN 2 Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the mathematical creative thinking abilities of junior high school students on the subject of curved-sided shapes: spheres. Creative thinking abilities were analysed based on four indicators, namely fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with ninth-grade students at Sidoarjo State Junior High School as the subjects. The instrument used was an essay test consisting of four questions designed to explore students' creative thinking abilities. The results showed that the percentage of achievement for the fluency indicator was 80%, flexibility 70%, originality 70%, and elaboration 55%. These findings indicate that students have begun to develop good creative thinking skills, but there is still room for improvement, especially in the areas of flexibility and elaboration. These results can serve as a basis for teachers in designing learning activities that encourage the optimal development of students' creativity.

Abstract

Real Work Lecture (KKN) is a form of implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which provides learning and working experiences to students through community service. KKN which was implemented in Durian Lebar Village, Merigi Sakti District, Central Bengkulu Regency aims to provide training to the community on the utilization of waste fabric scraps. Waste fabric scraps, which are leftover pieces of cloth from the convection and garment industry, are often a problem because they are burned and pollute the environment. This training aims to increase public awareness and concern for waste fabric scraps and to equip mothers to be able to process this waste into products with sales value so as to help the family economy. The results of the training show that the utilization of fabric scraps can reduce textile waste and has sustainable economic potential. With the implementation of the right management strategy, waste fabric scraps can become a source of creative economy for the community.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to increase the activity and achievement of learning Mathematics in determining the volume of Building Space with a Joyful Learning approach, Class V students of SD Negeri 6 Gedong Tataan, Pesawaran Regency, Lampung Province 2019/2020. The research method uses a Classroom Action Research (Self Reflective Inquiry) design which is carried out in three research cycles. Through the stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results of the Cycle I study, the average learning outcomes were 62 with the Enough category, 63% Completed. Cycle II learning outcomes Average 78 in the Good category, Completed 81% Cycle III learning outcomes Average 87 in the Very Good category, Completed 96%. Learning activities in Cycle I 63%, Cycle II 81% and Cycle III 85%. Observer's observation about teacher's performance in learning is on average Good. Thus, the use of the Joyful Learning approach can increase the activity and achievement of learning mathematics in determining the volume of building spaces in Class V students of SD Negeri 6 Gedong Tataan Pesawaran 2019/2020.
