Abstract

Moral education has a very important role in forming adolescents who are qualified intellectually and behaviorally, have a character that has charisma and become human beings who are hablumminallah and hablumminannas. Adolescents at the age of 12 – 17 are an age group that is vulnerable to negative influences. These negative influences are usually obtained from the environment through the family environment, school environment and social environment with friends, and And also from the influence of social media especially living in an all-digital age. In today's era, technological development has a huge impact, both positive and negative impacts. It is undeniable that education that occurs in Indonesia is experiencing moral decay in studying because the character taught is minus the value of faith and manners. The phenomenon of moral decay is evident, such as promiscuity, crime among adolescents to children, violence, fraud and various other dishonorable acts. Therefore, it is necessary to instill moral education for adolescents, support systems from their environment. This research uses qualitative methods while the type of research used is a literature study. The purpose of this study is to analyze the concept of moral education for adolescents contained in the books of taisirul kholaq and akhlakul lil banin and their relevance to the moral degradation of adolescents. The results of this study show that in the book of taisirul kholaq and akhlakul lil banin there are several concepts of moral education for adolescents including morals towards the creator (Allah SWT), morals towards the Prophet Saw, morals towards both parents, Morals towards relatives, neighbors and some morals of getting along with fellow humans include having the nature of tawadhu, patient and kind to others, telling the truth. As for the relevance to the moral degradation of adolescents today, the two books are still relevant to be a guide in fostering, guiding adolescents even though it looks small, but the content conveyed by the muallif is very deep, firm and directed.

Abstract

This study aims to 1. Describe the implementation of Islamic Education (PAI) learning based on the Free Learning Curriculum in the Motorcycle Business Engineering Department for 10th-grade students at SMK Islam Diponegoro Losari, 2. Determine the impact of implementing PAI learning based on the Free Learning Curriculum on the Improvement of Ethics of 10th-grade students in the Motorcycle Business Engineering Department at SMK Islam Diponegoro Losari, and 3. Identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of PAI learning based on the Free Learning Curriculum on the Improvement of Ethics of 10th-grade students in the Motorcycle Business Engineering Department at SMK Islam Diponegoro Losari. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The main findings indicate that the implementation of PAI learning based on the Free Learning Curriculum has a positive contribution to shaping the character and morals of students. PAI teachers play a crucial role in adapting the curriculum and learning materials to be relevant to the needs and interests of students. Supporting factors include teacher training, infrastructure support, and student involvement in learning, while obstacles include a lack of resources and challenges in online implementation during the pandemic. The implications of this study underscore the importance of continually improving the quality of relevant and applicable PAI learning for students, as well as expanding support and facilities to support the implementation of the Free Learning Curriculum in vocational high schools.

Abstract

Islamic education in Indonesia has a unique characteristic, namely the ability to adapt to local cultures without losing Islamic values, as seen in the concept of Islam Nusantara. Through this approach, Islam has been widely accepted in Indonesia, especially through the role of Walisongo, who utilized various cultural media, such as arts and Islamic boarding schools (Pondok Pesantren). Pondok Pesantren Al-Hasaniyah in Kedawon Brebes is one such institution that integrates Islamic teachings with local culture through the Islam Nusantara concept. This study aims to describe and analyze the concept of Islamic education at Pondok Pesantren Al-Hasaniyah from the Islam Nusantara perspective using a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through interviews and documentation. The findings reveal that Pondok Pesantren Al-Hasaniyyah implements Islamic education oriented toward Nusantara values. Values such as mutual cooperation (gotong royong), simplicity, and tolerance are consistently practiced to shape students who are religious, independent, and tolerant. Additionally, national values are taught to instill a spirit of nationalism among students. Aswaja principles such as tasamuh (tolerance), tawazun (balance), and tawasuth (moderation) serve as the primary guidelines in shaping students’ character, enabling them to coexist harmoniously in a diverse society.

Abstract

Professionalism for teachers and lecturers is a capability that must be owned by both in carrying out their duties. The teacher's ability to be able to develop the potential of his students in learning is a task that he must do. Professional teachers and lecturers must have several abilities to carry out their duties as educators. Law No. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers, in which it is explained that teachers are able to understand, master, and are proficient in utilizing new learning resources and have pedagogical, personal, professional, and social competencies as part of teacher professionalism as educators. This research was conducted to discuss the professionalism criteria of a teacher and lecturer as educators. This research uses a qualitative approach, through literature studies on articles, books, and writings related to the discussion. The results of the study show that professional teachers and lecturers are educators who are able to: (1) deliver their students to the standards set by the government, with various basic abilities that must be achieved, (2) Teachers are required to have qualified competence, for an educator who working in formal schools, starting from elementary to high school levels, (3) Lecturers have an important task, namely teaching a science at a deep level. Higher education as an institution that organizes education, has an important role in national development. Higher education has the main task of educating the nation's next generation to master science and technology, as well as being a locomotive for national development.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini memiliki latar belakang dengan ditemukannya perilaku sopan santun remaja yang sudah sesuai harapan, karena kebanyakan para orang tua menerapkan pola asuh demokratis dalam mendidik anak-anaknya, dan sopan santun remaja di RW 08 Cadas Ngampar Kelurahan Argasunya Kecamatan Harjamukti Kota Cirebon sudah dikatakan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memperoleh data tentang pola asuh demokratis yang diterapkan para orang tua, perilaku sopan santun remaja Cadas Ngampar  berperilaku baik, hubungan antara Pengaruh Pola Asuh Demokratis  Orang Tua Terhadap Perilaku Sopan Santun Remaja Usia 13-17 Tahun Di RW 08 Cadas Ngampar Kelurahan Argasunya Kecamatan Harjamukti Kota Cirebon.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Teknik Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif, dan uji korelasi.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Perilaku Sopan Santun Remaja di RW Cadas Ngampar Kelurahan Argasunya Kecamatan Harjamukti Kota Cirebon dalam kategori  Baik dengan skor sebesar 75.7% karena berada pada rentang prosentase antara 75% - 100%. Pengaruh Pola Asuh Demokratis Orang Tua Terhadap Perilaku Sopan Santun Remaja Usia 13-17 Tahun di RW 08 Cadas Ngampar Kelurahan Argasunya Kecamatan Harjamukti Kota Cirebon terdapat nilai cukup tinggi karena berada pada interval 0,40 – 0,70 dengan nilai rxy = 00,630. Dengan demikian ada variabel lain yang lebih memiliki hubungan dengan perilaku sopan santun remaja..

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki latar belakang dengan masih ditemukannya minat siswa untuk menghafal Al-Qur’an yang belum sesuai harapan, padahal proses pendidikan di MTs Hidayatus Shibyan Desa Kecomberan Kecamatan Talun Kabupaten Cirebon sudah baik. Beberapa indikasinya adalah sebagian besar mata pelajaran yang ada di MTs Hidayatus Shibyan memerlukan kemampuan menghafal Al-Qur’an dengan baik, khususnya pada mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadits dan SKL dari Al-Qur’an Hadits tersebut menitik beratkan pada siswanya untuk terampil menghafal Al-Qur’an terutama Juz 30.Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini yaitu, pemberian tugas hafalan pada bidang studi Al-Qur’an Hadits di MTs Hidayatus Shibyan, memperoleh skor 2,51 termasuk dalam kategori rendah. Kemampuan menghafal siswa pada bidang studi Al-Qur’an Hadits di MTs Hidayatus Shibyan memperoleh skor 2,85 termasuk dalam kategori rendah dikarenakan jumlah hafalan siswa-siswi MTs Hidayatus Shibyan masih belum tercapai sepenuhnya. Pengaruh antara pemberian tugas hafalan terhadap kemampuan menghafal siswa pada bidang studi Al-Qur’an Hadits di MTs Hidayatus Shibyan Desa Kecomberan Kecamatan Talun Kabupaten Cirebon memiliki tingkat korelasi yang lemah atau rendah, dengan diperoleh nilai koefisien 0,399 yang menunjukkan pada korelasi yang lemah atau rendah, karena berada pada interval 0,20 – 0,40.

Abstract

The purpose of this study relates to the state detention house which is basically a home for inmates who have committed criminal acts, perpetrators of crimes with various actions. However, the researcher analyzed that they had lost their way in life. So, it is not kept away but given a humanitarian approach. A powerful humanitarian approach by providing education to them. The approach to Islamic religious education is the bulwark of morality in their lives after leaving the detention center. Researchers divide Islamic religious education into five aspects, namely: (1) iqro, (2) fiqh, (3) moral aqidah, (4) quran hadith, (5) cultural history, and (6) deepening of the Koran. The researcher concludes: (a) the implementation of adding material is important, measuring the success of education, adequate teaching staff, (b) the curriculum must be standard, the material still depends on the ustad, the material is in accordance with the respective cleric's ormas, and (c) there are several obstacles inmates who are difficult to take to class, lazy to learn and low motivation from inmates, lack of teaching staff and incomplete facilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen guru pada otonomi daerah. Guru adalah salah satu faktor yang sangat penting yang mempengaruhi kualitas pendidikan secara umum dan secara khusus prestasi peserta didik. Pendidikan yang berkualitas hanya akan dapat diwujudkan jika tersedia guru yang berkualitas. Untuk mewujudkan guru yang berkualitas diperlukan manajemen guru yang efektif mulai dari pengangkatan, penempatan, induksi, kesejahteraan, dan pengembangan profesi guru. Metode analisis dilakukan dengan membandingkan manajemen guru yang telah dilakukan selama ini dengan manajemen guru yang ideal. Dengan demikian dapat diketahui perbedaannya yang selanjutnya diberikan saran-saran pemecahannya. Kenyataannya manajemen guru di Indonesia dari waktu- kewaktu semakin tidak efektif. Manajemen guru banyak dipengaruhi oleh politik lokal dan sering dipolitisasi oleh penguasa. Manajemen guru belum dilaksanakan secara partisipatif, transparan, dan akuntabel. Oleh karena itu diperlukan perubahan yang mendasar dalam manajemen guru yang dimulai dari perubahan undang-undang dan peraturan pemerintah.
