Abstract

This study focuses on the development of an eco-friendly business model for culinary MSMEs in the coastal tourism area of ​​East Java, Indonesia. The rapid growth of culinary MSMEs in this area has resulted in significant environmental challenges, including increased waste and unsustainable resource use. This study aims to develop a model that integrates environmental sustainability with economic growth in the culinary sector, adopting the triple bottom line approach, which encompasses economic, social, and environmental factors. This qualitative study used a case study design. Data were collected from in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis focused on eco-friendly business practices, supporting and inhibiting factors, and an eco-friendly business model to improve the profitability and environmental performance of culinary MSMEs and contribute to sustainable tourism practices. This study encourages policymakers, business owners, and other stakeholders to promote an eco-friendly culinary industry in the coastal tourism area of ​​East Java.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of store atmosphere, service quality, and social media marketing on customer satisfaction at Spread Cafe by Tootoomoo Surabaya. In this competitive digital era, understanding the factors that influence customer satisfaction is crucial for the sustainability of businesses, especially in the F&B industry. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection through questionnaires distributed to Spread Cafe customers. A total of 124 respondents were selected as the sample, using purposive sampling technique. The data collected were then analyzed using PLS-SEM with the aid of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The analysis results show that store atmosphere, service quality, and social media marketing each have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. These findings indicate that a comfortable cafe atmosphere, excellent service quality, and effective social media marketing strategies can enhance overall customer satisfaction. This research contributes to cafe managers in formulating marketing and operational strategies focused on customer experience. Furthermore, the results also strengthen the literature regarding the factors that influence customer satisfaction in the context of the local F&B industry.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari bagaimana kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, dan kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi Go-Food di Kota Surabaya memengaruhi keputusan konsumen untuk membeli produk tersebut. Populasi yang diteliti terdiri dari seluruh pengguna aplikasi Go-Food di Surabaya, dan sampel yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif. Kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, dan kemudahan penggunaan digunakan sebagai variabel bebas dan keputusan pembelian digunakan sebagai variabel terikat. Peneliti menggunakan software SmartPLS 4.0 untuk menganalisis data dan mencapai kesimpulan penting. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan SmartPLS 4.0, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas produk memengaruhi keputusan konsumen untuk membeli barang atau jasa. Kualitas pelayanan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, karena pelayanan yang baik dapat mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam melakukan transaksi. Selain itu, kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, karena aplikasi yang mudah digunakan tanpa kendala akan mempermudah konsumen dalam membuat keputusan untuk bertransaksi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of brand experience on brand trust and brand loyalty among coffee shops in Surabaya. The research employs a quantitative method using questionnaire distribution to 115 coffee shop consumers in Surabaya. SEM-PLS analysis reveals that brand experience has a positive and significant impact on building customer trust and loyalty. These findings provide an important foundation for business owners to develop marketing strategies focused on enhancing customer experience quality to strengthen brand relationships.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh digital marketing, branding, dan product quality terhadap customer loyalty di BRAUD Bali. Pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan data yang diperoleh dari 207 responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan kuesioner berbasis Skala Likert dan menganalisis data dengan menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digital marketing, branding, dan product quality memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap customer loyalty, dengan product quality menjadi faktor yang paling berpengaruh. Model ini dapat menjelaskan dengan jelas variasi customer loyalty, yang mengindikasikan bahwa loyalitas dalam industri kafe dan bakery dipengaruhi oleh product quality, oleh branding dan strategi digital marketing yang terintegrasi. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya digital marketing dalam membangun hubungan emosional melalui konten yang menarik dan interaksi di media sosial. Branding yang efektif, bersama dengan narasi yang autentik dan nilai-nilai keberlanjutan, memperkuat kepercayaan pelanggan dan mendorong loyalitas. Selain itu, product quality yang konsisten, terutama dari segi rasa, bahan baku, dan penyajian, menjadi dasar bagi kepercayaan pelanggan dan pembelian ulang. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman penting bagi pemilik usaha di sektor F&B, dengan menyarankan bahwa strategi menyeluruh yang mencakup digital marketing, branding, dan product quality sangat diperlukan untuk menjaga customer loyalty, terutama di pasar yang sangat kompetitif seperti industri kafe dan bakery di Bali.
