Abstract

The research in this thesis is motivated by moral aspect rather than overlooking learners, particularly learners who are experiencing puberty, when their curiosity raging-nggebu with things that are foreign to them. Technology is the most dominant factor in supporting their curiosity. For example, technology delivers everything instantly, software that enables google search of all knowledge, knowledge that can be both positive and negative. Subsequently, this fact affects the young who employ such technology improperly, especially those who are students. The rise of the porn video that has spread in cyberspace make this negative impact worse to those who are still studying. Thus, this situation requires teachers who are emotionally intelligent and have good morality in order to produce reliable output. Teachers who become educators at both institutions already have experience of EQ tests in collaboration with other universities psychiatrist. Emotional intelligence determines our potential to learn the skills - practical skills based on five elements: self-awareness, motivation, self-regulation, empathy and skills in developing relationships with others. This is associated with emotional intelligence as a teacher educator, who have the ability to recognize emotions, self-control, self-motivation, empathy and fostering hunbungan to provide a forum for students to pay more attention to their behavior. Students will indirectly follow what the teacher do.

Abstract

Quality of Education will succeed with the right strategic management. So far, management implementation has had several problems, including teacher professionalism, graduate competency standards, effective learning and programs without consideration. In order to get a complete picture, the researcher uses a type of qualitative descriptive research conducted at Islamic Elementary Darunnajah Trenggalek. The results of the study show that Islamic Elementary Darunnajah describes the vision, mission, goals, objectives and profile of madrasah resources. strategy implementation at Islamic Elementary Darunnajah is carried out through internal and external madrasa environmental activities which are described through the madrasah organizational structure, person in charge of activities, job descriptions, study days and times, financing budget, curriculum, school promotion, new student admissions, school culture, code of ethics schools, school policies, geographic, demographic, cultural and community appreciation, involvement of school committees, developments in science and technology, partner institutions and strategic implementation in meeting national education standards (MI). This step creates new awareness in schools about the importance of using quality standards in carrying out activities or programs. [Mutu Pendidikan akan berhasil dengan adanya manajemen strategi yang tepat. Selama ini, implementasi manajemen mempunyai beberapa permasalahan, diantaranya profesionalisme guru, standar kompetensi lulusan, pembelajaran efektif dan program-program tanpa pertim-bangan. Guna mendapatkan gambaran yang utuh, maka peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang dilakukan pada Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darunnajah Trenggalek. Hasil penelitian bahwa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darunnajah mendeskripsikan visi, misi, tujuan, sasaran dan profil sumber daya madrasah. implementasi strategi pada Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darunnajah dilakukan melalui aktivitas lingkungan internal dan eksternal madrasah yang dideskripsikan melalui struktur organisasi madrasah, penanggung jawab kegiatan, job deskripsi, hari dan waktu belajar, anggaran pembiayaan, kurikulum, promosi sekolah, penerimaan siswa baru, budaya sekolah, kode etik sekolah, kebijakan sekolah, keberadaan lingkungan geografis, demografis, lingkungan budaya dan apresiasi masyarakat, keterlibatan komite sekolah, per-kembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, lembaga Mitra dan implementasi strategik dalam memenuhi standar (MI) pendidikan nasional. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan pendekatan multikultural dalam pengajaran sastra di MA Darunnajah Trenggalek dan dampaknya terhadap pemahaman antarbudaya siswa. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas integrasi karya sastra dari berbagai budaya dalam kurikulum, respons siswa terhadap pembelajaran tersebut, serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam proses pengajaran. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan dengan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi kelas, wawancara dengan guru dan siswa, serta dokumentasi terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan karya sastra multikultural secara signifikan memperluas wawasan siswa tentang keragaman budaya dan meningkatkan sikap toleransi serta penghargaan terhadap perbedaan budaya. Respons siswa bervariasi, dengan sebagian menunjukkan antusiasme dan keterlibatan tinggi, sementara yang lain mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami konteks budaya yang baru. Tantangan utama termasuk kesulitan menjelaskan konteks budaya asing dan keterbatasan pengetahuan awal siswa. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendekatan multikultural dalam pengajaran sastra berkontribusi positif terhadap pemahaman antarbudaya, namun memerlukan strategi pengajaran yang lebih adaptif dan dukungan tambahan untuk siswa agar dapat diimplementasikan secara efektif.

Abstract

  This study aims to investigate effective Islamic education strategies in the digital era. In the context of globalization and technological advancement, Islamic education needs to face new challenges and harness the potential of digital technology to improve the quality of learning and the application of Islamic values. This abstract presents the background, objectives, research methods, findings and potential implications of this study. The digital age offers various opportunities and challenges in Islamic education. Digital technologies, such as computers, the internet, mobile devices, and social media, have changed the way we learn and interact with knowledge. The purpose of this study was to identify effective Islamic education strategies in the digital era, focusing on the use of technology in enhancing religious understanding, student engagement, and the application of Islamic values in daily life. This research uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through a literature review.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of PAI learning evaluation with HOTS approach. The method used in this research is a literature study method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected from various primary sources, such as scientific journals, academic books, and policy documents, as well as secondary sources in the form of seminar reports and related articles. The analysis was conducted descriptively-analytically with the stages of data classification, content analysis, and synthesis of findings. The results showed that the application of HOTS in PAI learning evaluation can improve students' critical thinking skills, especially in the aspects of analysis, synthesis, and evaluation. However, the implementation of HOTS still faces challenges such as teachers' lack of understanding of HOTS concepts, limited resources, and lack of available training. Therefore, this study recommends improving teachers' understanding through continuous training, providing adequate resources, and developing more innovative and contextualized evaluation designs. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the development of PAI learning evaluation strategies that are more effective and relevant to the demands of education in the digital era.

Abstract

Modern education is currently undergoing a significant transformation with the integration of technology in various aspects of learning. Technological innovations, such as online learning platforms, computer-based applications, and the use of technologies like virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR), have introduced new, more flexible, and interactive approaches to education. This study aims to explore technological innovations and approaches in modern education, as well as their impacts on the learning and teaching process. The research employs a library research method, analyzing various relevant literatures on the application of technology in education. Data was collected through a literature review of journal articles, books, and academic publications discussing this topic. The research findings indicate that technology has brought positive impacts to education, including improvements in access, interactivity, and personalized learning. Additionally, new approaches such as blended learning, gamification, and adaptive learning are increasingly being implemented to meet students' individual needs. However, challenges such as the digital divide and resistance to change remain significant barriers that need to be addressed. This study concludes that, while technology offers various benefits, its implementation requires adequate support from all relevant stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the utilization of digital technology in enhancing teachers' pedagogical competence in madrasahs in Jombang Regency. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis involving teachers, madrasah principals, and students. The findings indicate that digital technology has positively impacted teachers by enhancing their creativity and teaching effectiveness. The use of learning applications such as Google Classroom, Zoom, and Quizizz has helped teachers deliver lessons more interactively. Moreover, the integration of technology into learning has increased student engagement, particularly in discussions and group work. The study also reveals several challenges in implementing digital technology, such as limited infrastructure, lack of teacher training, and disparities in students' readiness. Some madrasahs still struggle with providing stable internet access and adequate learning devices. Additionally, resistance among some teachers due to limited digital skills and the time required to adjust teaching methods remains a challenge. To address these issues, strategies such as continuous teacher training, improvement of technological infrastructure, and the development of a more adaptive technology-based curriculum are necessary. By implementing these measures, the utilization of digital technology can be optimized to support the enhancement of teachers' pedagogical competence and the quality of learning in madrasahs in Jombang Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the student-centered learning approach in improving academic achievement in elementary schools in Jombang Regency. The research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation involving students and teachers participating in the learning process. The findings indicate that the student-centered learning approach significantly contributes to enhancing students' understanding and academic performance. Students engaged in this method were more active, highly motivated, and demonstrated improvements in critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Teachers also experienced positive impacts in increasing student participation, although they faced challenges such as time constraints and the need to adapt teaching methods. The study concludes that student-centered learning can be an effective strategy for improving the quality of education in elementary schools. To ensure its success, support from various stakeholders is needed, including teacher training and the provision of adequate learning resources.
