Abstract

This research aims to identify parenting patterns in the development of emotional intelligence in children aged 12-15 years in the neighborhood of RT 14 Vila Tangerang Elok, Kutajaya District, and evaluate the results of parenting patterns in the development of emotional intelligence in children aged 12-15 years in the neighborhood of RT 14 Vila Tangerang Elok, Kutajaya Village, and analyzing the factors that influence parenting patterns in the development of emotional intelligence in children aged 12-15 years in the neighborhood of RT 14 Vila Tangerang Elok, Kutajaya Village. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources obtained were 5 parents and 5 children. The results of this research show that the parenting pattern applied by parents about RT 14 Vila Tangerang Elok is a democratic parenting style where this parenting has developed well, although there are still children who are not able to control their emotions.

Abstract

Learning in the new normal era requires children to study online at home so that it requires parents to be involved in children's learning so that they can accompany so that children stay enthusiastic during learning in the new normal era. The aims of the study were to describe: (1) parental involvement in learning in the new normal era, (2) primary school age children's learning motivation in the new normal era, (3) factors that influence parental involvement in learning in the new normal era in increase the learning motivation of elementary school age children in Sukaratu Village. This research uses qualitative descriptive. respondents consisted of 11 parents and 11 children of primary school age. Data were collected through interview, observation and documentation techniques. Based on the research results (1) the involvement of parents in learning in the new normal era, namely: providing infrastructure; assisting children in learning, helping children when they have difficulties and reminding them of assignments; give words of encouragement, praise, advice, rewards and punishments (rebuke). (2) Children's learning motivation in learning in the new normal era is seen from perseverance, tenacity, interest and boredom in routine tasks. (3) The influencing factors are cooperation between families, parental firmness, children's condition, parents' busyness, environmental conditions, economic conditions and parents' education level.

Abstract

Pendekatan kelompok adalah salah satu cara paling efektif untuk memulai suatu kegiatan bersama. Secara individu masyarakat miskin tidak memiliki daya dan kekuatan yang menyebabkan masyarakat sangat sulit untuk dapat menyelesaikan suatu masalah yang terjadi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan peneliti dalam mengumpulkan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi yang dilakukan kepada penerima PKH di Kelurahan Kebon Pala yang berjumlah 16 orang yang terdiri dari 1 Pendamping PKH, 1 Koordinator Kelompok, 12 KPM PKH aktif, 2 KPM PKH graduasi mandiri, dan 2 KPM PKH graduasi alami. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu  Kelompok KPM PKH terbentuk karena adanya pergaulan, interaksi dan kesamaan tujuan, setiap kelompok KPM PKH terdiri dari 20 orang dengan Karakteristik penerima PKH berusia di atas rentang usia 40-50 tahun dan Tingkat pendidikan KPM PKH paling tinggi mencapai tingkatan sekolah dasar (SD). selain kurangnya fasilitas yang menunjang dalam program pendampingan adapaun Mekanisme pengambilan bantuan yang sering berubah-ubah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di lapangan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam kegiatan program pendampingan di Kelurahan Kebon Pala dilakukan dalam bentuk pendekatan kelompok yang dimana dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pendamping sangat terbatas dengan fasilitas serta sarana yang diberikan oleh pemerintah dalam  melaksanakan kegiatan-kegiatan PKH di Kelurahan Kebon Pala serta sistem penyaluran bantuan yang sering berubah-ubah dan tidak tepat waktu. Use of a Group Approach in the Hope Family Assistance Program Abstract The group approach is one of the most effective ways to start an activity together. Individually, the poor do not have the power and strength which makes it very difficult for the community to be able to solve a problem that occurs. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The technique used by researchers in collecting data was in the form of interviews, observations and documentation conducted for PKH beneficiaries in the Kebon Pala Village, totaling 16 people consisting of 1 PKH Facilitator, 1 Group Coordinator, 12 active KPM PKH, 2 KPM PKH independent graduates, and 2 KPM PKH natural graduation. The results of this study are that the PKH KPM group was formed due to association, interaction and common goals, each PKH KPM group consisted of 20 people with PKH beneficiary characteristics aged over the age range of 40-50 years and the KPM PKH education level was the highest at the elementary school level (SD). apart from the lack of supporting facilities in the mentoring program, there is a mechanism for taking assistance that often changes. Based on the results of research in the field, this research shows that the assistance program activities in the Kebon Pala Village are carried out in the form of a group approach where the implementation of the assistance activities is very limited with the facilities and means provided by the government in carrying out PKH activities in the Kebon Pala Village and the system distribution of assistance that often changes and is not timely.

Abstract

The focus of the research is to analyze the correlation between the culture of the Salaf Islamic Boarding School and the student behavior in Wewengkon Citorek. The approach used in this research was quantitative research with correlation type of research. Data collection used a questionnaire. Primary data is collected through questionnaires that are distributed directly to respondents. Secondary data obtained from the library, previous research reports, monthly reports of Islamic boarding schools, recapitulation condition of Islamic boarding schools, as well as other supporting data in section administration. Data analysis techniques include validity testing, reliability testing, and hypothesis testing with test criteria. If ρ empirical > ρ table, then reject H0 and accept H1. Likewise, if empirical ρ < ρ table, then reject H1 and accept H0. The population of this study consisted of 1513 students of Wewengkon Citorek from 24 Islamic boarding schools, and the criteria for male students were 1019 and female students were 494. Those samples were counted by a random sampling technique that used the table by Isaac and Michael for an error rate of 5%. Sampling in this study was carried out by the technique of disproportionate stratified random sampling. The total population is 1513, consisting of 1019 male students and 494 female students, so the sample calculation results obtained as many as 307 respondents. The distribution was for male students, as many as 207 respondents, and female students, as many as 100 respondents. The results of this study were as follows: Based on the calculation of the SPSS software version 25, it shows that the calculation of the normality test of the data is normally distributed because the significance value is 0.200, or it can be said that 0.200 ≥ 0.05. The linearity test calculation shows a linear pattern because the significance value is 0.298, or it can be said that 0.298 ≥ 0.05. Based on the correlation test of the Salaf Islamic boarding school culture using the product moment correlation technique, the value is 0.421. It can be said that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected, and the research hypothesis (H1) is accepted. The rxy value that has been obtained is 0.421, and it is located between 0.40 – 0.59 in the product-moment correlation index. The results of testing the hypothesis show that there is a positive relationship between the culture of the Salaf Islamic boarding school (X) and the behavior of students (Y) on the strength of the relationship that is moderate or sufficient.

Abstract

When industrialization began in 1930, in line with the world economic recession, there were massive protests from the public demanding company transparency in their operational activities. The term Corporate Social Responsibility or CSR emerged among companies, which was soon followed by legal authority that regulated mandatory CSR for companies and in the 2000s in Indonesia, the term CSR began to be known intensively in social investment through the concept of development. public. The approach used in this research is qualitative with descriptive methods. Through observations and interviews conducted, the research results showed that the social investment carried out by PT. PLN Indonesia Power inventories the community around the company with social service activities, environmental service and other assistance activities through community service and community relations programs and empowers them in various aspects through several programs, such as plasma farmers, Climate Villages, Waste Banks and MSMEs. These three programs are interrelated in maintaining harmony and public trust. So that through these programs, sustainability can be achieved for the company. Abstract

Package A Chase at PKBM Budi Luhur Tangerang Regency is a form of non-formal education that is equivalent to basic education, aimed at helping children or adolescents who cannot complete formal education. The CALISTUNG teaching program (reading, writing, counting) is a basic skill that is very important to teach to children. However, there are a number of children at PKBM Budi Luhur who have difficulty in mastering this skill, so this community service aims to provide a fun and easy-to-understand teaching approach. The method used is Community-Based Research (CBR), which involves students, teachers, and schools in designing and implementing training. Students are directly involved in the journalistic process, from data collection to news publication, with guidance and feedback from experts. Evaluation is carried out through observation and assessment of student work results, as well as interviews to assess changes in children or adolescents who cannot complete formal education. The results of this activity show an increase in CALISTUNG skills in children, especially in terms of vocabulary and reading skills. Fun teaching also motivates students to be more active in learning and participating in the Package A program. In conclusion, a varied and systematic approach in teaching CALISTUNG at PKBM Budi Luhur has succeeded in supporting a more effective learning process, helping children achieve the basic competencies needed to continue formal education.

Abstract

Kemampuan literasi digital menjadi tuntutan yang harus dimiliki oleh masyarakat khususnya warga belajar pendidikan kesetaraan dalam memasuki dunia kerja di era revoluasi industry 4.0. Berdasarkan observasi di PKBM abdi pertiwi ditemukan permasalahan yang perlu segera diselesaikan diantaranya, warga belajar belum mampu menguasai literasi digital dengan baik dan belum memiliki cultural dan social understanding dalam menentukan dan memilih informasi yang sejalan dengan konteks pemahaman sosial budaya sekitar. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memperikan pendampingan dalam rangka pengembangan kompetensi literasi digital warga belajar pendidikan kesetaraan dalam menghadapi era revoluasi industry 4.0. Pengabdian dilaksanakan di Pusat Kegiatan Belajara Masyarakat (PKBM) Abdi Pertiwi dan PKBM Insan Madani. Hasil pemdampingan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan literasi digital seperti tutor berpartisipasi dalam ruang digital, keahlian dalam menggunakan ICT, dan sebagainya. Digital literacy skills are a requirement that must be possessed by society, especially citizens learning equality education when entering the world of work in the era of revolution 4.0. Based on observations at Abdi Pertiwi’s PKBM problems were found that needed to be resolved immediately, including that students were not yet able to master digital literacy well and did not have cultural and social understanding in determining information that was in line with the socio-cultural context of understanding around them. The aim of this service activity is to provide assistance in developing digital literacy competencies for citizens studying equality education in facing the era of industrial revolution 4.0. the service was carried out at the Abdi Pertiwi Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) and PKBM Insan Madani. The results of the mentoring show an increase in understanding and digital literacy skills such as tutors to participate in digital spaces, skills in using ICT, and so on.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses komunikasi interpersonal orang tua dalam menghadapi anak yang putus sekolah untuk mengikuti program kesetaraan di PKBM nurul Ilman, faktor yang menjadi penyebab anak putus sekolah, dan karakteristik pola asuh orang tua pada anak putus sekolah. Fokus penelitian ini adalah memahami bagaimana komunikasi interpersonal antara orang tua dan anak putus sekolah, faktor yang menyebabkan anak putus sekolah, dan bagaimana karakteristik pola asuh orang tua. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan masih banyaknya orang tua yang memiliki kesulitan dalam berkomunikasi kepada anaknya yang diakibatkan karena kesibukan mereka, selain itu terdapat banyak faktor yang menyebabkan anak putus sekolah, seperti faktor perceraian orang tua, faktor ekonomi, faktor lingkunga dan lain-lain, kurang tegasnya orang tua dalam mendidik anak membuat anak lebih cenderung santai.

Abstract

This study aims to describe (1) the strategy of the Civil Servant Human Resource Development program, (2) the implementation of the work culture mindset training, and (3) the improvement of Civil Servant work behavior after participating in the work culture mindset training. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, documentation, and literature studies. The data collection methods used are interviews, observations, documentation, and literature studies. The informants in this study consist of the Head of the General Affairs Subdivision, 1 trainer and 10 Civil Servants from the Banten Provincial Government. The results of this study are as follows: (1) The strategy for the Civil Servant Human Resource Development program is carried out through several elements, including the identification of development needs, the preparation of training and development programs, the introduction of continuous training, management and leadership support, performance evaluation and measurement, as well as the use of the latest technology and learning methods. The implementation of the work culture mindset training is carried out based on the results of the development needs identification and program preparation within the human resource development strategy that has been conducted. The implementation of this training consists of several components, such as setting goals, training benefits, training participants, trainers, training schedule, training materials, training facilities, training methods, and training media. After the Civil Servant Human Resource Development program strategy is implemented through work culture mindset training, it has a positive impact, resulting in improvements in work behavior such as the development of cooperative social skills, work quality, positive work habits, and personal presentation or self-control.

Abstract

Ketahanan pangan adalah sebuah konsep yang terus berkembanga pesat dari waktu kewaktu. Menjaga ketahanan pangan keluarga tidak hanya sebatas mengandalkan pendapatan yang dimiliki oleh orang-orang yang bekerja dalam keluarga tetapi akses terhadap saluran informasi dan komunikasi memiliki dampak besar pada partisipas perempuan dalam ketahanan pangan. Menurut identifikasi masalah tersebut maka peneliti ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pilihan saluran pendidikan yang diakses oleh para dosen perempuan di FKIP dalam menambah informasi ketahanna pangan keluarganya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penentuan informan penelitian dilakukan dengan teknik purposive dengan sasarannya adalah dosen perempuan. Lokasi penelitian adalah kampus FKIP Untitrta dan tempat tinggal informan. Proses analisis data dilakukan menurut Miles & Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa saluran pendidikan yang sering dimanfaatkan dalam menambah pengetahuan terkait ketahanan pangan adalah media sosial berupa Instagram. Dengan pertimbangan karena platform tersebut menyajikan informasi yang kekinian dan informatif.
