Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between learning motivation, study habits, and self-confidence on learning outcomes in class XI students of SMKN 22 and 51 Jakarta. The research period was from March 2021-June 2021. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with a survey method. The affordable population for this study were all class XI SMKN 22 and 51 Jakarta, totaling 144 students. The sampling technique used proportional stratified random sampling so that the sample obtained was 108 students. The instrument used to obtain data on the variable X1 (Learning Motivation), Variable X2 (Study Habits), and Variable X3 (Self Confidence) were measured using a Likert scale using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Multiple regression equation model = 76.321 + 0.060X1 + 0.046X2 + 0.078X3. Normality and linearity tests show that the data are normally distributed and have a linear relationship. The results of the T test indicate that learning motivation, study habits, and self- confidence had a positive influence on learning outcomes. Then, the results of the F test show that learning motivation, study habits, and self-confidence have a significant effect on learning outcomes simultaneously. The results of this study indicate that learning motivation, study habits, and self- confidence have a contribution of 36.2% to learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether study habits and study discipline affect the learning outcomes of students' accounting practicum trading services at SMK Negeri 48 and 50 Jakarta. The population in this study were students of class XI Accounting at 48 and 50 State Vocational School High School, totaling 150 students. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaries. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, analysis requirements test, multiple regression analysis (t test and F test), multiple correlation coefficient test, and determination coefficient test using SPSS software. The results of the analysis of study habits data show the results of t count of 1,996 > t table of 1,982, which means study habits have a partial effect on learning outcomes. The same results were also obtained from learning discipline with t count 3,271 > t table 1,982, this means that learning discipline has partial effect on learning outcomes. Simultaneously there is an influence between study habits and learning discipline on learning outcomes. This can be seen from the calculated F value of 7.444 > F table 3.08. There is a positive relationship between study habits and learning discipline on learning outcomes and correlated with a multiple correlation coefficient score of 0.240, so the hypothesis is accepted. Then the coefficient of determination (R2) shows a result of 7.3% where this result is the percentage of the influence between study habits and learning discipline on learning outcomes, while the rest is the influence of other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and learning discipline on learning outcomes of spreadsheet subject at SMK Negeri 13 Jakarta. The population of this research was 108 students and the sample of this study was taken as many as 84 students with the sampling technique using Proportional Random Sampling. The technique of collecting data is through a questionnaire with a Likert scale and documentation. Based on multiple linier regression analysis technique, t test result show that emotional intelligence and learning discipline partially have a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes with t value < 0,05. Meanwhile, F test result show that emotional intelligence and learning discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes with F significance < 0,05. The analysis of the coefficient of determination has an R Square value of 0.804, it means that emotional intelligence and learning discipline simultaneously have ability to explain students learning outcomes by 80,4%, while the remaining is influenced by unexamined variables.

Abstract

One of the most important factors in learning is student interest, using learning media is one technique to encourage student participation and increase their interest towards learning materials. This research aims to test whether or not there are differences before and after the use of Kahoot! learning media on students' interest in learning. The research method used in this research is experimental quantitative method one group pre-test-post-test design. The data used in this study are primary data by distributing questionnaires that measure interest in learning before treatment (Kahoot!) and after treatment, then the result processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 20 version. The sample in this study used one class in class XI majoring in Office Management and Business Services (MPLB) at Public Vocational High Schools 48 Jakarta totaling 36 students. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant difference before and after the use of Kahoot! learning media on student interest in learning with a significance level of 5%. So it can be concluded in this study that the use of Kahoot! as a learning media is effective for increasing students' interest in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between parental support, the role of the school, and student readiness on the interest in continuing education to college. The population in this study were students majoring in accounting at Public Vocational High School in Central Jakarta, with an accessible population of 177 students. The sampling technique in this study used proportional random sampling with a sample of 122 respondents. The method used in this study is quantitative using questionnaires and surveys. The analysis methods in this study are descriptive statistical tests, validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, linearity tests, multiple regression tests, hypothesis tests (t-test and f-test), and determination coefficient tests. The results of the research state that parental support has a significant effect on the interest in continuing education to college, the role of the school has a significant effect on the interest in continuing education to college, student readiness has a significant effect on the interest in continuing education to college, and parental support, the role of the school, and student readiness have a significant effect on the interest in continuing education to college.

This study aims to determine the effect of work interest, self-potential and industrial work experience on students' work readiness. The population in this study were accounting students at Public Vocational High School in Central Jakarta. The sampling technique in this study used proportional random sampling with a sample of 121 respondents. The method used in this study is quantitative using questionnaires and surveys. The analysis methods in this study are descriptive statistical tests, validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, linearity tests, multiple regression tests, hypothesis tests (t-test and f-test) and determination coefficient tests. The results of the research that has been conducted state that work interest, self-potential and industrial work experience have a positive and significant effect on work readiness both simultaneously and partially.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Knowledge, Religiosity, and Pocket Money on interest for saving in shariah banks. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and using primary data with a population of 503 students from the Faculty of Economics at the State University of Jakarta. The sample selection was done by proportional random sampling technique which resulted 205 samples. Data analysis uses several regression analyses with the help of SPSS. The results showed: (1) Partial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on interest in saving. (2) Partial religiosity does not affect interest in saving. (3) Partial pocket money has a positive and significant effect on interest in saving. (4) Knowledge, religiosity and pocket money simultaneously affect interest in saving.

Abstract

Kondisi oseanografi dan pemilihan lokasi adalah faktor penting dalam keberhasilan dan keberlanjutan kegiatan budidaya lobster laut menggunakan sistem keramba jaring apung. Salah satu kendala budidaya lobster adalah belum adanya aturan khusus mengenai kriteria kesesuaian lokasi budidaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan kriteria dan lokasi yang sesuai untuk budidaya lobster di sekitar perairan Teluk Pidada. Dasar kriteria yang digunakan adalah kesesuaian kondisi oseanografi dan kualitas air laut terhadap konstruksi keramba jaring apung dan habitat alamiah lobster. Metode analisis spasial menggunakan sistem informasi geografi dengan sistem pembobotan digunakan dalam penentuan lokasi yang sesuai untuk budidaya, yang mencakup kecerahan, kekeruhan, TSS, klorofil-a, DO, nitrat, fosfat, amonia, pH, TOM, dan salinitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 9 dari 15 parameter memiliki kondisi yang sangat sesuai. Hasil studi analisis kesesuaian wilayah memperlihatkan bahwa 78,8% perairan atau seluas 2.890,8 ha dalam kategori sangat sesuai, kemudian hanya 21,2% perairan atau seluas 755,2 ha yang tergolong sesuai, dan tidak ditemukan kategori tidak sesuai di perairan Teluk Pidada. Hampir sebagian besar wilayah teluk sesuai untuk budidaya lobster, namun sebagian titik berlokasi agak menjauh dari daratan karena tingginya nutrien dan run-off kurang sesuai untuk kegiatan budidaya.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan upaya Eco Learning Camp dalam membangun kesadaran individu untuk peduli pada lingkungan hidup melalui pendidikan nilai berbasis lingkungan hidup. Upaya membangun kesadaran peduli lingkungan hdiup penting dilakukan, mengingat kondisi lingkungan hidup saat ini sudah menunjukkan penurunan kualitas yang cukup signifikan. Dampak yang paling dirasakan adalah perubahan suhu yang ekstrem dan pemanasan global. Banyak cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk menanamkan kesadaran tersebut. Salah satunya melalui jalur pendidikan nilai, yang ditempuh oleh Eco Learning Camp atau rumah belajar lingkungan hidup yang dikelola oleh Yayasan Sahabat Lingkungan Hidup. Melalui metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan informan, observasi dan kajian literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, melalui serangkaian aktifitas yang dirancangnya, Eco Camp memberikan pengetahuan tentang lingkungan hidup dalam bentuk pendidikan informal praktis sehingga peserta merasakan langsung seperti apa kegiatan yang dilakukan. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan antara lain pola hidup ekologis, permainan kelompok, membangun motivasi, bercocok tanam, serta aktifitas lainnya, yang dilakukan secara menyenangkan dengan bantuan pemandu. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah wisata pendidikan di Eco Camp berupa pendidikan nilai berbasiskan lingkungan hidup memberikan dampak secara kognitif, afeksi dan psikomotorik pada diri peserta, terutama anak-anak yang mengikuti pendidikan. Penanaman kebiasaan hidup ekologis, terinternalisasi dalam diri peserta termotivasi untuk melakukan aktifitas yang berkaitan dengan gaya hidup ekologis, seperti tidak membuang sampah sembarangan atau membawa air minum dalam botol minum sendiri ke sekolah daripada membawa air minum dalam kemasan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan pengelolaan program hiburan televisi berbentuk reality competition show yang berhasil menarik perhatian penonton melalui tujuh aspek, yakni konflik, durasi, kesukaan, konsistensi, energi, timing dan tren. Metode kualitatif pendekatan studi kasus digunakan dengan subjek penelitian orang-orang yang terlibat dalam produksi D’Academy dan D’Star Indosiar, yaitu tim produksi, pengisi acara dan penonton. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, D'Academy dan D'Star memenuhi tujuh aspek keberhasilan program hiburan dengan treatment yang hampir serupa sebagai suatu program kompetisi dangdut. Tim produksi pun melakukan komodifikasi pada kedua program tersebut, berupa komodifikasi isi maupun komodifikasi khlayak yang berhubungan dnegan aspek-aspek keberhasilan program hiburan televisi pada D’Academy dan D’Star. Kesimpulan penelitian ini, program D’Academy dan D’Star melakukan proses pembentukan yang hampir sama terhadap aspek-aspek kesuksesan suatu program dan hanya memiliki sedikit perbedaan yang disesuaikan dengan inovasi yang diusung.
