Abstract

Menopause is a process of transition from a productive period heading slowly to the non-productive time due to reduced estrogen and progesterone. There are many factors associated with menopause. Factors contraceptives may affect the occurrence of menopause, which in women who use hormonal contraseption to have compromised menopause compared to those using a non-hormonal contraception. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between hormonal contraception and menopause. The research method uses a Systematic Literature Review. The independent variable is hormonal contraception. The dependent variable is Menopause Age. The population is all research journals with the topic of the relationship between hormonal contraception and age menopause. The sample is a journal of research results of the relationship between hormonal contraception and age menopause. Sample inclusion criteria in this study include: 1). Subjects of the study were postmenopausal women, 2). The type of research is case control and cross sectional 4). National and international journals of the10 years last. The results of the study found that hormonal contraception was associated with age at menopause. Suggestions for women postmenopausal to have a healthy lifestyle and have regular the health check posyandu or to health care facilities. Keywords: contraception, hormonal, menopause

Abstract

Human performance, that is, human performance, includes the ability to think and physical strength, which are important elements that make up an organization. As a matter of fact, employee performance is still relatively low at SMK Angkasa, and the success of the organization is highly dependent on employee performance. This is reflected in inefficient working hours (not punctual) and lack of accountability for tasks. Motivate and train employees to solve employee performance issues that often arise in SMK Angkasa organizations and institutions. The purpose of this study is to clarify the effects of motivation and discipline in improving human resource performance in the work environment, and to clarify whether there are factors that hinder or support the improvement of human resource performance due to motivation and discipline in the work environment. . Respondents for this study were selected using objective sampling by distributing questionnaires to up to 88 employees. Based on research results, the R-squared (R2) value is only 0.242. This can be explained by the influence of work environment, discipline, and work motivation. Work environment, discipline, and work motivation all come together to have a significant positive impact on HR performance.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of non-performing loans, loan to deposit ratio and capital adequacy ratio on profitability with allowance for impairment losses as a moderating variable. The population in this study are banking companies listed on the IDX in 2020-2021. 66 data samples were selected after selecting the sample by purposive sampling method. This study used the panel data regression analysis technique which was processed using the Eviews 11 application with the selected regression model being the fixed effect model. The results of the study show that partially non-performing loans, loan to deposit ratios, and capital adequacy ratios have an effect on profitability. Allowance for impairment losses is able to moderate the effect of non-performing loans on profitability. Allowance for impairment losses is unable to moderate the effect of the loan to deposit ratio and capital adequacy ratio on profitability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how education level, accounting knowledge, and accounting training impact the usage of accounting information in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Makasar District, East Jakarta. This analysis includes MSME owners from Makasar District who have registered on the JakPreneur platform and correspond to the specified sample. This study employs a non-probability sampling strategy with the Purposive Sampling type and the Convenience aSampling technique. For this study, we performed inferential analysis using SmartPls 3. According to the findings, accounting expertise has a favorable influence on the utilization of accounting information in MSMEs, however education level has a negative impact. Accounting training has a detrimental influence on how MSMEs use accounting information. Based on these findings, future researchers are advised to increase the sample of MSMEs utilized as respondents and investigate additional characteristics that may impact the usage of accounting data.

Abstract

Purpose: The aim of this research is to determine whether Third Party Funds (TPF) influence Murabahah Financing, Non-Performing Financing (NPF) influences Murabahah Financing, Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) influences Murabahah financing, and Third Party Funds (TPF), Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) influence Murabahah financing at BPRS in Indonesia for the 2023 period. Research methodology: This type of research is quantitative and uses associative analysis. The data used is Secondary data were obtained from the financial statements of the Sharia People's Financing Bank (BPRS) and the annual financial ratio from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) website. The sampling technique used purposive sampling by determining the criteria so that 145 BPRS were obtained as samples. Data analysis techniques consisted of descriptive statistics, analysis requirements tests (Normality Test and Linearity Test), Classical Assumption Test (Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Autocorrelation Test), Multiple Linear Regression, T Test, F Test, and Correlation Coefficient and Determination Test. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 25. Results: Based on the research results, it can be concluded (1) Partially. TPF has a positive and significant effect on murabahah financing in the BPRS Indonesia for the period 2023. (2) Partially, NPF has a negative and significant effect on murabahah in the Indonesian BPRS in 2023. (3) Partial FDR has a positive and significant effect on murabahah in the Indonesian BPRS for the period 2023. (4) TPF, NPF, and FDR have a significant influence on murabahah financing in BPRS Indonesia for the 2023 period. Limitations: The limitation of this study is that there are many factors that affect Murabahah financing, but the researcher only takes three factors: Third Party Funds (TPF), Non-Performing Financing (NPF), and Financing To Deposit Ratio (FDR). No independent variables or moderation effects were included. Contribution: This research is useful for Islamic People's Financing Banks (BPRS), which aim to analyze customer eligibility, avoid congestion, and reduce financing risks. Thus, in the future, the BPRS can maximize other financing products.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate how Javanese individuals in Bandung perceive and apply the Sundanese culture, otherwise known as Kasundaan. We utilized a qualitative research approach, employing phenomenology, and interviewed seven Javanese informants with Kasundaan experience in their daily lives. Our data collection methods included interviews, observations, documentation, and literature studies. This study revealed that there was an extrinsic and Intrinsic Motivating Aspects as well as aspects of hope that motivated Javanese individuals in applying Kasundaan. Family environment, social environment, and the natural environment played a very big role in the formation of the meaning of Kasundaan on the Javanese and Chinese individual subjects of  this research through their cultural literary experience in their lives.  Being a Sundanese, for the research subjects was interpreted philosophically as a perspective and “nyunda” mindset and manifested in the form of a real contribution to the Sunda. This interpretation gives rise to self meaning of the Javanese individual in being a Sundanese, namely the self that explores Sundanese cultural knowledge and the self as a preserver of Sundanese culture.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of learning discipline and peer environment on learning outcomes of business economics subjects in class X at one of SMK Negeri in Jakarta. The population of this research was 252 students. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling to obtain a sample of 147 students. The results of this research are: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between learning disciplines on learning outcomes as indicated by tcount> ttable which is 5.097> 1.97658. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between the peer environment on learning outcomes as indicated by tcount> ttable which is 3.232> 1.97658. (3) There is a positive and significant influence between learning discipline and peer environment on learning outcomes as indicated by the value of Fcount> Ftable which is 33.833> 3.06.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether there is an influence between Mindset and Motivation with Grit of Students University in Jakarta. The Study was conducted for three months staring from November 2019 until January 2020. The research method used survey method. The Population in this research is 320 accounting students of University in Jakarta. The Sampling technique used random sampling so that the sample was 167 students. Data of variable (Y) Grit, (X1) Mindset, and (X2) Motivation were obtained from the questionnaire. The requirements analysis test done is to find regression equation that produces Ẏ = 5,177 + 0,477X1 + 0,677X2. The results of analysis show: (i) there is significant positive influence between mindset with grit, (ii) there is significant positive influence between motivation and grit, (iii) there is significant positive influence between mindset and motivation with grit. Basic on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that mindset and motivation stimultaneously affect grit.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the infulence of parenting style and peers to the learning dicipline. The method used is a quantitative method. The research population reached 185 SMK students majoring in Accounting in East Jakarta. The sample used was 126 students using proportional random sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire instrument with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, multiple regression equations, test requirements analysis, hypothesis testing and determination test. The results of data analysis show that the data used are normally distributed and linear. The coefficient of determination test results show that the percentage of parenting styles and peers to explain the learning discipline variable simultaneously is 33.9%. Simultaneously, the results showed that there was a significant influence between parenting styles and peers on learning discipline. Partially, there is a positive and significant influence between parenting styles on learning discipline, there is also a positive and significant influence between peers on learning discipline.
