Abstract

Depok Baru Station is a train operating facility that stops regularly to pick up and drop off passengers, Depok Baru Station is in the operational area of DAOP 1 Jakarta. Depok Baru Station has so many passengers that one of the motorized vehicle parking facilities cannot accommodate vehicles parked in the area at Depok Baru Station. Therefore, it is necessary to study parking analysis at Depok Baru Station to provide benefits for motorbike users who do not get parking space, this is to create comfort and security for passengers who park their motorbikes in the Depok Baru Station area. So that it can provide an alternative parking control at Depok Baru Station so that no more motorized vehicles are found that are not parked neatly. This study aims to obtain the existing capacity of parking locations at Depok Baru Station and to obtain parking characteristics (accumulation, duration of each vehicle, parking space turnover rate and parking index) of motorized vehicles in the Depok Baru Station area. This study uses quantitative methods, data collection is carried out by means of observation as primary data, including data on the number of incoming vehicles, data on the number of outgoing vehicles, data representing peak hours, peak days, normal hours, normal days, number of Parking Space Units (SRP) . The results of this study are that the existing parking lot obtained secondary data using the survey method to produce existing data on an area of 840m2 motorcycle parking area with a capacity of 300 SRP (parking space units) and a slope angle of 90° at Depok Baru Station. the largest accumulation stasis was 358 vehicles with an average parking duration of 12.20 hours on Tuesday 13 June 2023. During the eight days of the survey, the maximum parking volume was 480 vehicles with a maximum accumulated vehicle parking of 424 vehicles which occurred on Monday June 12, 2023, the highest turn over for motorcycle parking at Depok Baru Station reached 161.00%, therefore the performance of motorcycle parking is quite high. The capacity of motorcycle parking spaces at Depok Baru Station cannot accommodate the available parking space requirements. This can be reviewed by looking at the parking index which exceeds 100%.

Abstract

Landslides that occur in the area, where every landslide event always poses no small danger. Jampang Tengah is one of the sub-districts located in Sukabumi Regency which has interesting landscape conditions to study regarding the potential for landslide disasters. The Central Jampang area has a steep sedimentary hill morphology. The geology of this area is dominated by sandstone, breccia, limestone lithology and is influenced by geological structures such as the Walat fault and the Cimandiri fault. Basically, Jampang Tengah is an agrarian area, where the majority of people are farmers. The purpose of this paper is to analyze by considering the need for environmentally friendly concrete retaining structures in order to obtain a minimum cost. To identify eco-friendly and cost-effective designs.

Abstract

MCK is one of the public facilities which are usually shared by several families to bathe, wash and defecate in a settlement which can be judges as a location with a fairly dense population and low economic. One of villages in Bogor Regency still uses MCK because it doesn’t have a private toilet in each house. The number of people who use the MCK is 25 people. The MCK used by the community is still not suitable for use, so that they are more flexible and comfortable when used, we plan to repair the MCK. For the sake of creating a suitable bathroom for use and realizing MCK that there are no proper repair facilities. This research contains that the availability of a new MCK design can help the community rebuild the MCK. Hopefully this MCK planning can be realized because with proper planning it can minimize bathroom problems faced by the community.

Abstract

The bridge is a connecting road whose benefits are very visible for the mobility of residents to connect the village with other villages, so that this connecting road is one of the accesses for residents to travel. Along with the increasing number of residents and also the number of vehicles owned by residents, if there is high enough rainfall it causes runoff of rainwater to inundate the bridge, therefore the size of this bridge must be carefully calculated so that it does not become a disaster for the community.

Abstract

Flood control buildings or commonly known as drainage channels are a global element of the legacy of infrastructure to help facilitate community activities and are a major component of road support construction. The Jalan Cimahpar area which is the main road that connects to Jalan Pandu Raya, an area where the majority of the people sell and pass through the road is still facing various problems. Problems that are quite disturbing to the community are when there is high rainfall, there is a puddle of water on the shoulders and road bodies as a result of overflowing drainage channels that are not functioning properly, as a result, the busyness of the community and road users falters. The slope of the road and the accumulated sediment is also one of the factors that causes the drainage water to not function properly. Thus, it is necessary to expand the drainage channel that is able to accommodate puddles of water during high rainfall.

Abstract

Jalan Transyogi merupakan jalan yang menghubungkan 5 pemerintahah daerah yaitu DKI Jakarta, Kota Depok, Kabupaten Bogor, Kabupaten Bekasi dan Kota Bekasi. Daerah dengan tingkat pertumbuhan tinggi untuk wilayah Kabupaen Bekasi, Kota Bekasi, dan Kabupaten Bogor karena menghubungkan pusat-pusat wisata di Jawa Barat. Untuk jalan Transyogi sesi Transpark-Citra Mall berjarak 2.89 km dan berada di dua wilayah pemerintahan daerah yaitu Kota Depok dan Kota Bekasi, Untuk mengetahui kinerja ruas jalan Transyogi sesi TransparkCitra Mall dalam konteks transportasi maka perlu diadakannya analisis kinerja ruas jalan tersebut dengan metode (MKJI 1997). Menurut MKJI 1997 jalan perkotaan merupakan segmen jalan yang mempunyai perkembangan secara permanen dan menerus sepanjang seluruh atau hampir seluruh jalan, minumum pada satu sisi jalan, apakah berupa perkembangan lahan atau bukan. Penelitian yang dilakukakan yaitu survey jumlah kendaraan (Traffic counting), survey data hambatan samping, dan survey geometrik jalan. Untuk survey jumlah kendaraan (traffic counting) di lakukan pada hari kamis untuk mewakili hari kerja dan hari minggu untuk mewakili hari libur. Data hasil survey kemudian di olah dengan menggunakan metode (MKJI 1997),untuk jalan perkotaan seperti di jalan Transyogi sesi Transpark-Citra Mall. Kinerja ruas jalan, di jalan Transyogi sesi Transpark-Citra Mall dengan LOS di hari kerja B, sedangkan untuk hari libur LOS nya adalah C terkecuali untuk segmen 7 yaitu untuk hari kerja adalah mempunyai LOS C dan hari libur LOS nya adalah D disebabkan oleh adanya aktifitas mall dan simpang kranggan dengan APIL (Alat Pemberi Isyarat Lalu Lintas) yang menimbulkan tundaan dan antrian panjang

Abstract

Jalan MH. Thamrin adalah jalan utama yang langsung menerima kendaraan dari semua arah pintu toll, baik itu dari arah jakarta ataupun arah bogor. Jalan MH. Thamrin ini menjadi salah satu titik pusat kemacatan di daerah perumahan Sentul City karena jalan tersebut merupakan muara kendaraan yang akan masuk dan keluar dari dareah Sentul City. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kinerja simpang tak bersinyal dan membuat pola yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja simpang dengan sesuai Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997. Adapun hal yang perlu dihitung antara lain Kapasitas (C), Derajat Kejenuhan (DS), Tundaan, Peluang Antrian (QP%), Volume Capacity Rasio (VCR). Adapun data-data pendukung untuk pengerjaannya antara lain kondisi geometri jalan, kondisi lalu lintas, kondisi lingkungan. Evaluasi dilakukan pada hari kerja dan hari libur, serta pola pengaturan yang efektif. Dari hasil analisis dan data hasil survei pada hari kerja, didapat DS pada kawasan Simpang Belanova tertinggi pada pukul 11.00-12.00 dengan derajat kejenuhan (DS) =0.103 dan nilai peluang antrian (QP%) yaitu 1,16 – 4,71,sedangkan pada Simpang Karimata pada pukul 07.00-08.00 dengan derajat kejenuhan(DS) = 0.118 dan peluang antrian (QP%) yaitu 1,36 – 5,36. Dari hasil analisis dan data hasil survei pada hari libur didapat DS pada kawasan Simpang Belanova tertinggi pada pukul 16.00-17.00 dengan Derajat Kejenuhan (DS)= 1,105 dan nilai peluang antrian (QP%) yaitu 49,39 – 98,86 dan pada Simpang Karimata tertinggi pada pukul 17.00-18.00 dengan Derajat Kejenuhan (DS)= 0.831 dan nilai peluang antrian (QP%) yaitu 27,76 – 54,96. Adapun pada pengaturan pola lalu lintas pada Simpang Belanova didapat hasil analisis dan data hasil survei, didapat DS tertinggi pada pukul 16.00-17.00 dengan derajat kejenuhan (DS) = 0.677 dan nilai peluang antrian (QP%) yaitu 18.83 – 38.51, sehingga penerapan pola pengaturan pada lebih efektif dalam memecah masalah kapasitas.

Abstract

ABSTRAKLahan parkir Fakultas Teknik dan Sains Universitas Ibn Khaldun Bogor memiliki luas lahan 345,15m2dan hanya mampu menampung 80 untuk sepeda motor. Kondisi lahan parkir tersebut sangat terbatas untuk menampung sepeda motor di jam-jam puncak, sehingga seringkali bahu jalan digunakan sebagai tempat parkir kendaraan. Jumlah sepeda motor setiap durasi parkir dapat dapat diketahui melalui survei dengan metode berdasarkan selisih terbesar antara kedatangan dan keberangkatan sepeda motor. Jumlah sepeda motor yang masuk lahan parkir setiap durasi adalah beragam dan puncak sepeda motor yang masuk terjadi pada pukul 08:00 - 11:00 WIB. Tersedianya gedung parkir bertingkat merupakan solusi yang tepat untuk mengatasi ketersediaan lahan parkir. Gedung parkir tersebut direncanakan 4 lantai dengan luas bangunan 26mx13m dapat menampung 288 sepeda motor. Pemodelan struktur menggunakan software ETABS dengan standarisasi yang berlaku yaitu SNI-2847-2013, SNI-1726-2012 serta PPPURG-1987. Material yang digunakan adalah beton bertulang dengan mutu beton K-250 dengan kolom 500/500mm dengan tulangan utama 8D20 dan tulangan geser í˜10-150. Balok utama dengan dimensi 300/500mm dengan tulangan tarik 6D16, tulangan tekan 5D16, tulangan geser í˜10-200mm dan untuk balok anak dengan dimensi 200/400 mm dengan tulangan tarik 4D16, tulangan tekan 3D16, tulangan geser í˜10-150mm. Tebal plat 15cm dengan tulangan D13-250mm. Pengecekan kolom menggunakan software PCACOL.Kata Kunci: kapasitas parker, gedung parkir bertingkat, pemodelan struktur, aplikasi ETABS.ABSTRACTThe parking area for the Faculty of Engineering and Science, Universitas Ibn Khaldun Bogor with area of 345.15m2 can only accommodate 80 motorbikes. Parking lot capacity is very limited to accommodate motorbikes at peak hours, so often that, the road is used as a parking area. The number of motorbikes per parking duration can be determined through a survey with a method based on the largest difference between motorbike arrivals and departures. The number of motorbikes that enter the parking lot for each duration varies and the peak of the incoming motorbikes occurs at 08:00 - 11:00 WIB. The availability of multi-stories parking buildings is the right solution to overcome the limited capacity of parking lots. The parking building is designed with 4 stories, 26x13 m2 area, which can accommodate 288 motorbikes. Structural modeling used ETABS software with applicable standards, namely SNI-2847-2013, SNI-1726-2012 and PPPURG-1987. The material used is reinforced concrete with K-250 concrete quality with 500/500mm columns with 8D20 main reinforcement and í˜10-150 shear reinforcement. Main beam with dimensions 300 / 500mm with 6D16 tensile reinforcement, 5D16 compressive reinforcement, shear reinforcement í˜10-200mm and for joist with dimensions 200/400 mm with tensile reinforcement 4D16, compressive reinforcement 3D16, shear reinforcement í˜10-150mm. 15cm thick concrete plate with D13-250mm reinforcement. the column integrity is controlled using PCACOL software.Keywords: parking capacity, multi-stories parking building, structural modelling, ETABS software.

Abstract

Abstrak: Jalan Kumbang merupakan jalan alternatif dari jalan Padjajaran ke Jalan Sancang dan Jalan Lodaya. Kerusakan jalan diakibatkan oleh tingginya lalu lintas kendaraan, banykaknya kendaraan berat yang melintas, juga akibat saluran drainase yang tidak dapat menampung volume air sehingga air melimpas ke jalan. Proses perawatan (maintenance) berupa penambalan dengan aspal (overlay) sudah dilakukan oleh Dinas Bina Marga Kota Bogor akan tetapi hal tersebut belum maksimal. Solusi terbaik adalah dengan metode rigid pavement berdasarkan perhitungan dengan metode NAASRA (1979). Metode perencanaan perkerasan meliputi pengumpulan data primer seperti hasil pengukuran jalan eksisting dan data pengamatan volume lalulintas harian rata-rata, sedangkan data sekunder seperti: data CBR tanah dan data angka pertumbuhan lalulintas tahunan dari DLLAJ Kota Bogor. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan metode NAASRA, tebal perkerasan minimum yang digunakan adalah 15 cm, digunakan tebal perkerasan sebesar 20 cm. Penulangan menggunakan D12 mm dengan jarak 250 mm dan tulangan melintang tulangan D16 dengan jarak 300 mm. Dowel atau Ruji yang dipakai dengan diamater 250 mm, panjang 450 mm, dan jarak 300 mm, Penulangan tie bar maksimum yang digunakan sesuai metode ASSHTO bila jarak 3 meter dengan besi D12 maka jarak maksimum adalah 120 mm.Kata Kunci: perencanaan perkerasan, tebal perkerasan kaku, metode NAASRA 1979, data lalu lintas harian.Abstract: Jalan Kumbang is an alternative road from Padjajaran Street to Sancang Street and Lodaya Street. Road damage is caused by high vehicle traffic, the large number of heavy vehicles passing through, as well as the drainage channel that cannot accommodate the volume of water so that water spills over to the road. The maintenance process in the form of patching with asphalt (overlay) has been carried out by the Bogor City Highways Agency but this has not been optimal. The best solution is the rigid pavement method based on calculations using the NAASRA method (1979). Pavement planning methods include primary data collection such as the measurement results of existing roads and observation data of average daily traffic volume, while secondary data such as land CBR data and annual traffic growth rate data from DLLAJ Bogor City. Based on the results of calculations using the NAASRA method, the minimum pavement thickness used is 15 cm, 20 cm thick pavement is used. Reinforcement using D12 mm with a distance of 250 mm and cross-reinforcing reinforcement D16 with a distance of 300 mm. Dowel or bars are used with a diameter of 250 mm, a length of 450 mm, with distance of 300 mm, the maximum tie bar reinforcement used is according to the ASSHTO method if the distance is 3 meters with D12 iron, the maximum distance is 120 mm.Keywords: pavement planning, rigid pavement, NAASRA 1979 method, daily traffic data.

Abstract

ABSTRAKJalan merupakan prasarana transportasi darat yang paling banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat untuk melakukan mobilitas keseharian. Kondisi Jalan Arzimar sekarang ini mengalami kerusakan di beberapa titik diantaranya kerusakan jalan yang berlubang akibat limpahan air dari saluran drainase yang tidak berfungsi dengan baik, keretakan jalan dan pengelupasan lapisan aspal. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran kondisi eksisting kerusakan jalan dan tebal rencana perkerasan kaku yang sesuai dengan kondisi lalu lintas yang ada. Analisis perkerasan kaku jalan menggunakan standar Metode NAASRA (National Association of Australian State Road Authorities), serta perhitungan anggaran biaya menggunakan Harga Satuan Pekerjaan Kota Bogor tahun 2019. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh perkerasan kaku dengan tebal plat 20 cm, tulangan memanjang D12-250 mm dan tulangan melintang D16-710 mm. Dowel atau Ruji yang dipakai dengan diameter 25 mm, panjang 450 mm, dan jarak 300 mm. Tie bar dengan diameter 16 mm, panjang 600 mm dan jarak 250 mm. Biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk kegiatan pelaksanaan peningkatan jalan beton ini adalah sebesar Rp 2.245.923.015,00.Kata Kunci: perencanaan perkerasan, tebal perkerasan kaku, metode NAASRA 1979, data lalu lintas harian. ABSTRACTRoads are the most widely used land transportation infrastructure for people to carry out their daily mobility. The condition of Arzimar Road is currently experiencing damage at several points including potholes due to overflow of water from drainage channels that are not functioning properly, asphalt cracking, and peeling. This study aims to obtain a description of the existing road damage conditions and the thickness of the rigid pavement plan, following existing traffic conditions. Analysis of rigid pavement using the standard method of NAASRA road (National Association of Australian State Road Authorities), and budget estimation using work unit price. Based on the results obtained by analysis of rigid pavement with a plate thickness of 20 cm, D12-250 mm, and a longitudinal reinforcement transverse reinforcement D16-710 mm. The estimated cost for pavement at Arzimar road is Rp 2.245.923.015,00.  Keywords: pavement planning, rigid pavement thickness, NAASRA 1979 method, daily traffic counting.
