Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the magnitude of the influence between motivation. Work, Training and Compensation for Employee Performance. The number of samples in this study were 67 employees at Medirossa Hospital 2 Bekasi. The sampling method used is nonprobability sampling, with the help of statistical software SPSS version 26. The results of the t-test data processing for the work motivation variable (X1) t count 4.554 > 1.998, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the Training Variable t count 5,600 > t table 1.998 with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05 and compensation (X3) t count -2.582 < 1.998 with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05 then work motivation and training partially have a significant effect while partial compensation has no effect . The results of the f test data processing with an f table value of 35.806 > F table 3.16 and a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05 then Ho is rejected and H4 is accepted, so that work motivation, training and compensation have a simultaneous effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The success of a company is measured by how optimally it uses existing resources to achieve high productivity. This research aims to find out how much influence work motivation, work discipline and training have on the work productivity of PT employees. IEI. This type of research is quantitative research analyzed using statistics. The author is an employee of PT. IEI in the production operator section has a total population of 62 employees. The sample size uses a saturated sample by means of all members of the population being sampled. Data analysis used SPSS Version 25. This research resulted that the variables of work motivation, work discipline and training had a positive and simultaneous effect on the work productivity of PT employees. IEI. This is proven by the results of F calculated 59.747>2.76 (F calculated>F table) so that Ho4 is rejected and Ha4 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation, work discipline and training simultaneously on the work productivity of PT employees. IEI.

Abstract

This research aims to study factors affecting consumer repurchase intention in department store’s online channels. The study covers respondents from Jabodetabek area in Indonesia who have carried out transactions through the department store’s online channel and follow their social media. We chose the Matahari department store because it is the largest department store in Indonesia. Based on the theory of repurchase intention, we consider and identify the nexus between e-service quality, social media engagement, privacy concerns, and e-promotion. Data were collected from 100 samples. Multiple regression is used in this study's analysis to evaluate the hypothesis of each independent variable's effect on the dependent variable. The statistical program SPSS was utilized to help with the testing and analysis of the data gathered from survey responses. The findings show that e-service quality, social media engagement, privacy concerns, and e-promotion have a positive impact on repurchase intention

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberdayakan perempuan melalui literasi hukum dalam rangka mencegah kekerasan berbasis gender (KBG) sekaligus mendukung upaya pencegahan stunting di Desa Cibarusahjaya. Perempuan sering menjadi korban KBG yang berdampak negatif terhadap kesehatan fisik, psikologis, dan kesejahteraan keluarga, termasuk pemenuhan gizi anak. Literasi hukum menjadi strategi penting untuk meningkatkan pemahaman hak-hak perempuan, mekanisme perlindungan hukum, serta langkah preventif dan represif terhadap KBG. Metode kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, diskusi interaktif, dan pendampingan berkelanjutan dengan melibatkan pemangku kepentingan desa, kader kesehatan, serta aparat setempat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta tentang bentuk-bentuk KBG, prosedur pelaporan, dan keterkaitan antara kekerasan terhadap perempuan dengan risiko stunting pada anak. Selain itu, kegiatan ini mendorong terbentuknya kelompok perempuan peduli hukum dan kesehatan keluarga sebagai agen perubahan di lingkungan mereka. Pemberdayaan ini diharapkan mampu menciptakan lingkungan yang aman, mendukung kesehatan ibu-anak, serta memperkuat upaya pencegahan stunting secara berkelanjutan melalui pendekatan berbasis hak asasi manusia dan keadilan gender.

Abstract

The problems faced by home businesses are quite diverse, ranging from operational management, employee performance, finance, to marketing, are tasks that must be completed by businesses. The challenge faced in this digitalization era is technological competition in terms of product marketing. The lack of utilization of existing digital marketing is one of the problems that exist for business actors who are doing competition. After Covid-19, consumers who are already familiar with the digital era are very used to the convenience of technological facilities that assist in every transaction activity that is carried out, such as when we are going to shop for clothes or food to choose the menu or model we want. want, we don't have to come to the seller's place, just look at the seller's social media, website, or e-commerce(Danny and Robin, n.d.). If business people can no longer follow the existing trends, then our products will lose competitiveness with other people's products that are easy to reach. In addition, it can have an impact on business development, business actors do not develop because income does not increase, the marketing area is not wide(Hidayati, Triajeng Pungkasanti, and Wakhidah 2020a). This becomes self-introspection in increasing mastery of digital marketing in this digitalization era. There are many kinds of marketing strategies, one of which is the use of quite a lot of digital marketing. This is an awareness for Mrs. Dina Marlina as the owner of the Basreng Teh Dina business that assistance is needed in using social media, be it Instagram, Facebook, or opening an e-commers account. in a store or app. other e-commers to become a product marketing tool. Departing from this, it is felt that assistance is needed regarding marketing strategies that focus on the use and utilization of digital marketing in the era of society 5.o so that the business owned is not inferior to other competitors.
