Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze digital marketing strategies that are effective in increasing product sales in the online market. The research methods used include actor surveys of local businesses, and data analysis from digital platforms. Research results show that the use of social media, search engine optimization and content marketing play an important role in expanding market reach and attracting potential customers. Integrating e-commerce with digital marketing strategies such as paid advertising (PPC), email marketing, and influencer marketing has also proven effective in increasing sales. And the use of platforms such as Instagram, Shopee, TikTok has also been proven to increase sales in this digital era

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of management development on improving service quality in grilled chicken MSMEs. The research method used is a quantitative approach with survey techniques on a number of grilled chicken MSMEs. The results showed that management development, which includes aspects of resource management, operational system development, and customer satisfaction, has a significant effect on service quality. These findings are expected to be a reference for MSME players in increasing competitiveness through structured management improvements. The implication of this study is the importance of continuous management improvement in improving service quality.

Abstract

MSMEs (Enterprises, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) play a crucial role in the economy in Indonesia, but many MSME owners (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) have not maximized digital technology in their business activities, so they cannot develop and explore technological advances. Seblak MSMEs in Kedung Waringin are one of the businesses that have great potential to compete and promote in digital technology. This community service activity aims to provide digital content creation training to Seblak MSME actors in Kedung Waringin. This training includes creating attractive product photos, creating simple promotional videos, as well as marketing techniques through social media such as Instagram and Tiktok. The methods used in the training include discussions, and content creation practices. The results of this activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the importance of digital content in supporting promotions and abilities in creating relevant and interesting Seblak content in Kedung Waringin. With this training, it is hoped that MSMEs will carry out more effective digital promotions so that they can increase their competitiveness through this training. The number of participants is expected to be approximately 20 participants of Seblak MSMEs in Kedung Waringin so that they can create maximum results

Abstract

This community service activity successfully initiated simple financial recording practices in MSME “Es Teh Nusantara”, addressing the initial condition where the MSME had no formal financial records. This initiation not only increased the awareness of MSME owners and staff about the importance of financial management but also equipped them with practical skills in recording daily transactions, which is a crucial foundation for more effective financial management. Furthermore, this activity paved the way for a broader understanding of managerial economics concepts, such as the importance of understanding costs in pricing decisions. A gradual approach, starting with simple recording and supported by mentoring tailored to the specific needs of micro-enterprises, proved effective in initiating positive changes in business financial management and creating the potential for more sustainable business development.

Abstract

The Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) industry, such as Teras Steak, plays a significant role in strengthening the economy. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how price influences demand and to calculate price elasticity as a foundation for business decision-making. The methodology employed includes sales data analysis, customer satisfaction surveys, and interviews. The findings indicate that demand for Teras Steak’s products is highly sensitive, meaning that price changes have a significant impact on the quantity demanded. Therefore, pricing strategies must consider a balance between sales volume and profit. To enhance competitiveness and maintain customer loyalty, it is recommended to diversify products, innovate the menu, adjust prices according to market segments, and implement effective promotions. Understanding this elasticity is crucial to support sustainable business growth.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi semakin pesat dan saat ini mempengaruhi hampir setiap aspek kehidupan. Dengan terciptanya media sosial menambah semakin kuat kemajuan yang terjadi di alami oleh teknologi termasuk juga teknologi informasi. Dengan kemajuan teknologi saat ini juga mempengaruhi kemajuan ekonomi di Indonesia, contoh penerapannya yaitu pelaku usaha yang terus mau ikut serta mengambil hal positif dari perkembangan teknologi. Metode yang diguanakan yaitu metode tindakan partisipatif, kegiatan yang mencakup yaitu dengan memberikan materi berupa teori – teori pemasaran dan berlanjut mendampingi dan membimbing pelaku UMKM dalam membuat akun di media sosial, dan juga pembuatan berbagai postingan yang menarik dalam media sosial. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini sangat di harapkan terciptanya peningkatan potensi dan peluang untuk mendorong lebih banyak penjualan, dan Platform media sosial dapat memungkinkan segmentasi yang sangat tepat untuk pelanggan tertentu berdasarkan demografi, minat, perilaku online, dan lainnya, memungkinkan pelaku usaha UMKM untuk menargetkan kampanye mereka secara efektif dan signifikan

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the role of SWOT analysis in the strategic decision-making process at Warcaf, Warcaf is a business operating in the culinary sector. In the context of increasingly tight business competition today, it is very important for a company to have a good strategy in order to remain competitive in the market. SWOT analysis, including the recognition of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, serves as a fairly efficient instrument in designing strategies that are in accordance with the company's internal and external situations. The method applied in this study is a qualitative approach, where information is obtained through in-depth interviews with Warcaf management. This study shows that SWOT analysis not only plays a role in the strategic decision-making process, but also as a basis for long-term planning. It is expected that this study can provide contributions such as information and strategies in the culinary industry.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of increased shipping costs on the price elasticity of demand for products on the Shopee marketplace platform. The method used in this study is qualitative, focusing on secondary data sourced from various literatures, research findings, scientific publications, and relevant public data. Through a comparative analysis approach and interpretation of the available data, this study intends to identify patterns, trends, and inconsistencies related to the impact of increased shipping costs on the price elasticity of demand for products on marketplace platforms like Shopee. The results of this study are expected to help sellers and Shopee address the impact of increased shipping costs on market demand. Additionally, academically, this research expands the understanding of product demand reactions to changes in shipping costs on marketplace platforms.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi peran sumber daya dalam proses pengambilan keputusan ekonomi manajerial, khususnya pada sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Dalam menghadapi dinamika pasar dan keterbatasan sumber daya, UMKM dituntut untuk melakukan evaluasi yang tepat agar keputusan manajerial yang diambil dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan keberlanjutan usaha. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik studi pustaka dan wawancara mendalam terhadap pelaku UMKM untuk menganalisis bagaimana sumber daya baik finansial, manusia, maupun material dimanfaatkan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan strategis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman dan evaluasi sumber daya yang akurat berkontribusi signifikan terhadap kualitas keputusan ekonomi manajerial, serta mampu meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di tengah persaingan yang semakin ketat.
