Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penggunaan metode interaktif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara bahasa Inggris dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode interaktif adalah suatu pendekatan di mana siswa aktif terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran melalui interaksi langsung dengan materi pembelajaran, rekan sekelas, guru, dan lingkungan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Dengan sumber informasi yang didapat melalui pengamatan, survei, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode interaktif yang digunakan memberikan dampak yang sangat baik terhadap hasil kemampuan berbicara bahasa Inggris maupun hasil belajar siswa. Dalam metode ini, siswa lebih leluasa berbicara dengan berbahasa Inggris baik itu terhadap guru ataupun teman. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah penggunaan metode interaktif dapat dilakukan dengan lebih luas di dalam proses pembelajaran demi meningkatkan efektivitas dan motivasi bagi siswa dalam berbicara bahasa Inggris baik di dalam proses pembelajaran maupun di luar sekolah, sehingga siswa bisa menggunakan kemampuan yang sudah dimiliki dan menerapkannya di kehidupan sehari-hari

Abstract

Receiving, Purchasing, dan general store memiliki peran penting dalam menunjang operasional hotel, terutama dalam menjaga kelancaran alur barang masuk dan keluar, serta pengelolaan persediaan. Proses receiving tidak hanya mencakup penerimaan barang yang sesuai dengan pesanan, tetapi juga melibatkan pengecekan kualitas, kuantitas, dan kelengkapan dokumen barang yang diterima. Dengan pengelolaan yang baik, kinerja staff bagian Receiving, Purchasing, dan general store dapat memastikan ketersediaan kebutuhan operasional, meningkatkan efisiensi, dan memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada tamu.Watermark Hotel & Spa Jimbaran sebagai salah satu hotel ternama di Bali turut mengedepankan pengelolaan receiving, purchasing department dan general store yang efisien. Pada lingkup operasional, hotel ini menerapkan standar prosedur operasional yang mendukung kelancaran proses penerimaan dan penyimpanan barang. Teknologi digital juga dimanfaatkan untuk mencatat dan memonitor barang masuk serta keluar guna mengurangi risiko kesalahan pencatatan dan memastikan ketersediaan barang sesuai kebutuhan. Pentingnya sistem informasi akuntansi pada bagian receiving, purchasing dan general store tidak hanya berkaitan dengan efisiensi internal, tetapi juga dengan kemampuan hotel dalam menyediakan layanan yang memuaskan untuk tamu, sekaligus meningkatkan kinerja staff tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of e-government in population administration services at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Palu City using a qualitative descriptive method based on the four principles of management according to George R. Terry, with 4 (four) aspects of planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring. Data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed that despite progress in strategic planning in separating manual and electronic-based service systems, the implementation of e-government still faces obstacles, such as the absence of a formal organizational structure, unclear division of tasks, technical problems, lack of guidance for users, and lack of training for human resources. Supervision has been carried out through monitoring, satisfaction surveys, and online complaints, but still needs to be improved. Therefore, improvements in the aspects of organization and implementation are needed so that the benefits of e-government services can be optimally felt by the community.

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved in the research of this scientific work are to determine the influence of lack of Christian Religious Education on character building, the influence of Christian Religious Education on Christian students, and the level of influence of Christian Religious Education on the character building of Christian Students at SD Inpres Pos 7 Sentani. The research method used in this study is Classroom Action Research. It was found that students who study PAK at SD Inpres Pos 7 Sentani, especially in grades IV-V, are formed by having Christian character seen from three indicators, namely indicators similar to Christ, quality of life, and responsibility, where these indicators complement each other and cannot be separated from one another. All of these indicators must be practiced by students in a balanced manner in following the PAK learning process so that they become Christian character builders that can be owned. Students with Christian character cannot be separated from PAK learning and this has a positive relationship. This is evidenced by the analysis of the research results which reached 45% of students who gave a high response. Through the results of this PTK, it can be concluded that there are still some students who have not displayed Christian character optimally in the PAK learning process. This is evidenced by the analysis of the research results which reached 23.61% of students who gave a low response.

Abstract

Hypertension remains one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality globally, with poor medication adherence being a key barrier to effective management. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between attitude and motivation with medication adherence in hypertensive patients at Royal Prima General Hospital Medan. A quantitative, cross-sectional approach was employed, involving 150 respondents selected via purposive sampling. Primary data were collected using validated questionnaires covering demographics, attitude, motivation, and medication adherence. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 25 through univariate and bivariate (Chi-square) methods. Results showed that 59.3% of respondents had a fair attitude, 44.0% had moderate motivation, and 75.3% adhered to their medication. Bivariate analysis revealed a significant relationship between attitude and adherence (p = 0.000), and between motivation and adherence (p = 0.016). Patients with better attitudes and higher motivation demonstrated higher compliance with antihypertensive therapy. These findings highlight that psychosocial factors like attitude and motivation play critical roles in influencing patient behavior. Interventions targeting these behavioral dimensions could substantially improve treatment adherence and long-term health outcomes in hypertensive patients. Healthcare professionals should incorporate patient education and motivational strategies into hypertension management to foster sustained adherence.

Abstract

Alienation does not only contribute to male terror actors, it turns out that women as executors have played a major role in acts of terror, especially in the last five years; before and during Covid-19. For example, women as suicide bombers. This act of terror has taken away human rights. Humans who deserve the right to life, are free from fear and a sense of security. Acts of terror seemed to be something banal. Hannah Arendt's philosophy on the banality of crime and obedience has argued that the essence of terrorism is the feeling of being left out of modern life. In addition, this article has also reviewed that people at the grassroots level in Indonesia still consider the concept of obedience by putting aside critical thoughts as a virtue and also could be a threat to humanity universally. The author had used a qualitative research method with a descriptive-interpretative approach from literature review.

Abstract

This study explores the effectiveness of interactive learning in teaching fraction concepts to students of the Elementary School Teacher Education Program at UKI Toraja. A qualitative approach using a case study method was employed to gain an in-depth understanding of students' experiences during the learning process. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis, and analysed using Miles and Huberman's interactive model. The findings reveal that interactive approaches promote active student engagement, enhance conceptual understanding, and help address common misconceptions in fractions. These results highlight the importance of contextual, collaborative, and experience-based learning strategies in elementary mathematics education. The study offers implications for designing more meaningful instruction for prospective teachers and contributes to curriculum development based on students learning needs.

Abstract

Democracy gives people the freedom to choose and determine their course of government and democracy is realized through elections, in an election the community has voting behavior that is heavily influenced by various factors so this study aims to find out what factors influence the people of Pantai vermin kiri village, Serdang berdagai sub-district. Different in determining their choice. This research uses a quantitative method that produces descriptive data regarding information through spoken and written words, the results of the research show that psychological and also rational sociological factors are factors influencing the left mirror beach community in choosing the president and Vice President in 2019 these factors are also factors that will influence society in determining their choices in 2024.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Masyarakat (PKM) ini Masalahnya adalah: Para pelaku olahraga Kabupaten/kota banyak yang masih belum memahami secara implisit muatan dan arah kebijakan tentang Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 86 Tahun 2021 tentang Desain Besar Olahraga Nasional. Sasaran eksternal adalah utusan pelaku olahraga dari setiap kabupaten/kota di Aceh yang berjumlah 2 orang dari kabupaten/kota masing-masing. Para Akademisi Program studi Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga dan Badan Pembinaan Olahraga Mahsiswa Indonesia Pengprov Aceh harus mengambil peran yang strategis dalam mewujudkan tujuan dari DBON. Metode yang digunakan adalah: sosialisasi, diskusi, dan tanya jawab. Hasil yang dicapai adalah (1) mitra memiliki pengetahuan desain besar olahraga nasional, (2) Mitra memiliki kemampuan meningkatkan manajemen tata Kelola olahraga Prestasi, olahraga Pendidikan. (3) Mitra memiliki pengetahuan dalam memilih strategi menentukan skala prioritas utama dan prioritas kedua pada olahraga prestasi. (4) Mitra dapat memanfaatkan ruang terbuka hijau dilengkapi dengan sport center. (5) Mitra dapat mengembangkan kreatifitas sumber daya lokal dalam meningkatan perekonomian daerah.

Abstract

This research is examining factors that affect auditor switching. Those factors are audit opinion, KAP size and financial distress. Population of this research are maufacturing companies which are listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in the years 2013-2017. Total sample in this research are 55 companies using purposive sampling method. The data used is secondary data obtained from the company's financial statements and independent auditor’s report published in the website www.idx.co.id. Data analys by using logistic regression analysis method. Result of this research is Audit Opinion and CPA firm size have significant effect with auditor switching. Meanwhile, financial distress does not have signifiicant effect with auditor switching.
