Abstract

This research was aimed to know factors influencing interest to utilize guidance and counseling service at school. This was a qualitative research by an explorative method. The research subject selection used a proportionate stratified random sampling numbered 161 students of State Senior High School MA Negeri 1 of Lubuklinggau. Data gathering technique used a questionaire filling. Data was analyzed using data reduction, data display, then conclusion drawing. The research results showed that factors influencing interest to utilize gudance and counseling service in forms of internal and external factors. Internal factor covered: the emerging problems, self motivation and the attitude shown. External factors covered: family influence, guidance and counseling teachers, guidance and counseling service facilities, associate friends and media used. Factor influencing motivation to utuilize guidance and counseling service in forms of internal and external factors. Internal factors covered: needs, the emerging behavior and having purpose in utilizing guidance and counseling service. External factors covered: parents influence, guidance and counseling teacher and also guidance and counseling service facilities, associate friends. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat memanfaatkan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode eksploratif. Pemilihan subyek penelitian menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling, sejumlah 161 siswa MA Negeri 1 Lubuklinggau. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan pengisian angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, display data, lalu kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat memanfaatkan layanan BK berupa faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal meliputi: adanya masalah yang timbul, motivasi diri, dan sikap yang ditunjukan. Faktor eksternal meliputi: pengaruh keluarga, guru BK, fasilitas layanan BK, teman pergaulan, dan media yang digunakan. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi memanfaatkan layanan BK berupa faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal meliputi: adanya kebutuhan, perilaku yang muncul, dan memiliki tujuan dalam memanfaatkan layanan BK. Faktor eksternal meliputi: pengaruh orang tua, guru BK serta fasilitas layanan BK, dan teman pergaulan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to answer the question of how to study urf on the habits of decorated women when attending weddings in Kotapadang District. Research methods used in empirical juridical research. Based on urf's review of the motivations of women's habits in decoration, it is seen from good motivation, one of which is to increase self-confidence, maintain the dignity of the husband, and appreciate the invitee, and see that the wedding party is a very special moment where many people gather, so in urf's view it is permissible because it provides good benefits and there is no prohibition to decorate as long as the decoration is in accordance with ekika the decoration of Islamic Shari'a. by not opening the aurat nor exaggerating and not showing the jewelry he wears other than what can be seen. The custom of decorated women while attending weddings is included in the Al-'urf al-'amali/fi'li.

Abstract

The development of social literacy skills in learning appears to meet the need to improve students’ knowledge based on local wisdom. This study aims to develop students’ social literacy skills in social science lessons based on local wisdom at Elementary School 88 in Rejang Lebong. The research method used a Research and Development (R&D) approach adopted from ADDIE, that includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The samples were the teachers and fifth-grade students. The data collection techniques were interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The qualitative data was analyzed through data collection, interpretation, verification, and conclusions. The quantitative data was analyzed using the percentage formula with intervals adopted from Hake. The research findings show that teachers and students need the development of social science leaning model based on local wisdom. The resulting material is suitable for use, and the test of the effectiveness of the learning model through small-group trials indicates that the model is effective in increasing the social literacy of elementary school students.

Abstract

Religious education plays an essential role in shaping students' personalities and their devotion to worship. Achievement in Islamic Religious Education is influenced by both internal and external factors. Internal factors can be enhanced through support from parents and teachers, while external factors depend on the student's social environment. With the advancement of information and communication technology, the teaching and learning process has undergone a significant transformation. Creative educators utilize learning media to make lessons more engaging and tailored to students' characteristics. The purpose of this study is to develop effective and practical learning media that can enhance student interest in learning, foster good character, and meet the interactive learning needs of the digital era. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The findings suggest that Canva-based learning media, as a development product for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) lessons for 7th-grade students at MTs. Muhammadiyah Curup, can be used by adhering to the steps and guidelines of the development model and the available Canva application, enabling teachers to conduct lessons in an easy, quick, accurate, and effective manner.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi dalam dunia pendidikan terus berkembang pesat, salah satunya adalah Augmented Reality (AR). Teknologi ini memungkinkan integrasi antara dunia nyata dengan dunia virtual, memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih interaktif dan menarik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi persepsi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) terhadap penerapan AR dalam pembelajaran PAI. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada guru-guru PAI tingkat SMP di berbagai sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru memiliki persepsi positif terhadap penggunaan AR dalam pembelajaran PAI, dengan 75% responden menyatakan AR dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Namun, tantangan berupa keterbatasan infrastruktur dan keterampilan teknis masih menjadi kendala utama. Kesimpulannya, teknologi AR memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran PAI, tetapi membutuhkan dukungan lebih lanjut berupa pelatihan intensif dan peningkatan fasilitas.

Abstract

The needs analysis for reconstructing the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka-transformative curriculum of the Primary School Teacher Education program at IAIN Curup was conducted to design a transformative MBKM curriculum aimed at strengthening students’ 21st-century competencies (4C). Specifically, this study aimed to (1) explore the needs analysis for the reconstruction of the PGMI-transformative curriculum; (2) describe the stages of designing and developing the MBKM-transformative curriculum; and (3) assess the feasibility of the MBKM-transformative curriculum reconstruction based on expert validation. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach following Borg and Gall’s framework with modifications from the Dick and Carey model. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and Likert scale questionnaires (1–5). The data analysis utilized both qualitative methods, including data reduction, display, verification, and conclusion drawing, and quantitative methods, employing percentage and Total Critical Response (TCR) techniques. The findings revealed: (1) The needs analysis for reconstructing the MBKM-transformative 4C curriculum, based on interviews, observations, and questionnaires, indicated that the MBKM-transformative curriculum for PGMI is “highly needed”; (2) The developed MBKM-transformative 4C curriculum design includes a conceptual draft outlining various curriculum design aspects; and (3) Expert validation of the MBKM-transformative 4C curriculum, involving experts in curriculum, language, and media, yielded a total score of 88%, indicating that the curriculum is “fit for use.”

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparison between Teachers who receive a Teacher's Professional Benefit (TPG) and teachers who are receiving a performance benefit (TuKin) against the spirit of work in MAN 01 Kepahiang. The research methods used are quantitative comparative studies with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, documentation, and quizzes. Teachers serve as the leading guardians in the education system and are an important and strategic component. Because they are directly involved in the teaching learning process and are a vital part of the educational system as a whole, teachers are vital for improving the quality of education. The granting of Teacher Profession Benefits (TPG) and Performance Benefit (TuKin) is expected to enable teachers to be more enthusiastic in carrying out their basic duties and functions, so as to get maximum results and improve the quality of education in Indonesia. The results of the study showed that from the results of hypothesis test / T test obtained average value of the work spirit of the teacher beneficiary of the profession benefit = 0.274 while Teacher Beneficiary performance benefit = 0,275 Average value of work spirit for both groups is very close to the difference of only 0.001 this suggests that in general the value of working spirit between the two groups is almost the same and has no significant difference. It shows that the allowance between the two groups of teachers has both had an impact on each other's work spirit in addition to other factors that can influence the work spirit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui implikasi neurosains pada projek based learning dalam meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi dan kolaborasi dalam pembelajaran PAI.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian field research. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini Penerapan Neurosains dalam model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) memiliki implikasi yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi dan kolaborasi siswa pada pembelajaran PAI di SDN 91 Rejang Lebong yaitu siswa menjadi lebih aktif dalam berbicara, percaya diri dalam menyampaikan pendapat, serta mampu bekerja sama dalam kelompok untuk menyelesaikan proyek.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi adanya Penerapan model inquiry learning dalam mengembangkan neurosains siswa di pembelajaran pendidikan agama islam sdit rabbi radhiyya rejang lebong. Pada penerapannya tentu dalam pelaksanaanya terdapat hal hal yang perlu diperhatikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan serta menganalisis hal yang berkaitan dengan Penerapan model inquiry learning dalam mengembangkan neurosains siswa di pembelajaran pendidikan agama islam sdit rabbi radhiyya rejang lebong. Penelitian ini menggunakan pedekatan kualitatif yakni Penelitian ini menggunakan pedekatan kualitatif yakni penelitian lapangan yang menuntut secara langsung peneliti ke tempat yang diteliti untuk mendapatkan informasi secara langsung dari informan.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (Field reaseach), yakni penelitian yang dilakukan secara langsung terjun ke lapangan untuk mendapatkan serta mengumpulkan informasi dari responden dan informan serta objek yang diamati melalui instrument pengumpulan data. Jenis penelitian adalah metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu obervasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penggunaan metode analisis dengan menggunakan model yang dikemukakan oleh huberman dan miles yang meliputi: Reduksi data, Display data, Pengambilan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Kemudian, keabsahan data menggunakan sistem triangulasi yaitu triangulasi sumber,triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi waktu.Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa Penerapan model inquiry learning dalam mengembangkan neurosains siswa di pembelajaran pai sdit rabbi radhiyya rejang lebong dilakukan dengan beberapa langkah yakni membangkitkan rasa ingin tahu siswa, pemberian masalah, eksplorasi dan diskusi disetiap tahapannya memberikan peluang untuk siswa dalam mengembangkan berpikir kritis hal ini di lihat hasil wawancara maupun observasi baik guru maupun siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Sedangkan untuk kendala dalam melaksanakan model inqury learning berbasis neurosains berpikir kritis siswa dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran ada beberapa siswa yang kurang aktif dan kemudian keterbatasan waktu dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berperan penting dalam membentuk karakter serta nilai-nilai keagamaan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan prinsip neurosains dalam gaya komunikasi guru PAI di MIN 1 Lebong dan dampaknya terhadap pemahaman keagamaan siswa. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun pemahaman guru tentang prinsip neurosains bervariasi, penerapan strategi komunikasi berbasis neurosains seperti storytelling dan stimulasi visual telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap pemahaman siswa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pelatihan untuk guru serta peningkatan fasilitas pembelajaran agar penerapan neurosains dalam komunikasi dapat dioptimalkan.
