Abstract

Penelitian ini memberikan konstribusi yang berharga bagi studi manajemen, khususnya pada topik kajian lingkungan kerja, psikologi kerja, dan manajemen sumber daya manusia. Temuan pada penelitian ini menguraikan bagaimana dan mengapa mekanisme keterikatan kerja memediasi pengaruh pertemanan ditempat kerja mampu meningkatkan resilensi perawat. Temuan penelitian ini juga dapat memberikan masukan kepada pihak manajemen organisasi dalam mendesain strategi untuk meningkatkan resilensi perawat. Hasil penelitian juga memberikan dukungan tambahan mengenai pentingnya lingkungan kerja dan psikologis tempat kerja dalam organisasi untuk membentuk sikap dan perilaku positif karyawan. Terakhir, penelitian saat ini diharapkan dapat menjadi katalisasi dalam memberikan perhatian yang lebih untuk penelitian-penelitian yang akan datang dari para akademisi dan praktisi dalam menjelaskan fungsi dari pertemanan ditempat kerja dan keterikatan kerja.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui menjelaskan dan menganalisis pengaruhpengaruh dukungan sosial Co-Woker Exchange dan Keterikatan Kerja diPemerintahan Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitianini adalah sebanyak 178 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakankuesioner. Teknis analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan StructuralEquation Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0 sebagai alatpengolahan data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Perceived co-wokers Support berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan terhadap Keterikatan Kerja,Perceived co-wokers Support berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan terhadap Co-wokers Exchange, Co-wokers Exchange berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikanterhadap Keterikatan Kerja. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa Co-wokersexchange memediasi hubungan antara Perceived co-wokers support terhadapKeterikatan Kerja di Instansi Pemerintahan Kabupaten Rokan Hulu.Kata Kunci: Dukungan Sosial, Co-Woker Exchange, Keterikatan Kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh servicescape terhadap revisit intention dengan variabel kepercayaan pada layanan dan kredibilitas pada layanan sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada seluruh masyarakat yang ada di Kota Pekanbaru yang pernah melakukan atau menggunakan jasa penyedia layanan kesehatan seperti rumah sakit, klinik ataupun puskesmas. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan metode menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan program WarpPLS 5 untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa servicescape berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan layanan pada pusat layanan kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru, servicescape berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kredibilitas layanan di pusat layanan kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru, kepercayaan layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention pada pelayanan di pusat layanan kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru, kredibilitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention pada pelayanan di pusat layanan kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru, Servicescape tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention pada pusat layanan kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru, dan servicescape melalui mediasi kepercayaan pada layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention. Variabel servicescape melalui mediasi kredibilitas pada layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention.

Abstract

This study aims to examine personal characteristics of auditor acceptance of dysfunctional audit behavior. More specifically, it aims to investigate locus of control on intention to quit and auditor acceptance of dysfunctional audit behavior. This study surveys public accounting firm in Sumatera with a total of107 respondents. Data analysis was performed by using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results show that locus of control has positive influence on intention to quit and auditor acceptance of dysfunctional audit behavior. In addition, it is also suggested that the effect of locus of control on auditor acceptance of dysfunctional audit behavior is indirectly influenced through intention to quit.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, several companies increased their leverage to enhance their performance and ultimately impact the value of their firm. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between leverage and firm value as well as to examine the potential mediating role of firm performance, specifically return on equity and earnings per share. The study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing the partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) tool, with a sample of 687 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2021 period. Sampling was conducted using a purposive sampling method. The findings indicate that leverage does not have a direct impact on firm value, but rather, the mediating role of return on equity is significant in this relationship. In contrast, earnings per share were found not mediate the relationship between leverage and firm value. This study provides an important contribution in the field of financial performance to managers and investors in making decisions. Limitations and suggestions for future research will be discussed. Abstract

This research was conducted at the Civil Servants of the Riau Provincial Council Secretariat with the aim of examining the role of work engagement in mediating the relationship between authentic leadership and employee innovative behavior. The population of this study amounted to 196 employees. As for the research sample size, the authors use a table from Krejcie & Morgan, 1970 of 132 which was taken using systematic sampling. Analysis of the research data using descriptive statistics and verification analysis, as an analytical tool used Structural Equational Model which is processed with SmartPLS2 Software. The results of the analysis prove that at the Secretariat of the Riau Provincial Council, the more effective the authentic leadership, the more likely it is to increase the innovative behavior of employees; and an increase in the authentic leadership behavior of the leader accompanied by better employee engagement and innovative behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leader humor behavior on employees’ work-family balance (WFB) with Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) as a mediating variable. The balance between work and family life has become an important issue in modern human resource management, particularly in public institutions such as BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, which demands both high performance and psychological well-being. This research applies a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 160 respondents from BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Regional Office of Sumbarriau. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with WarpPLS 5.0 software. The results reveal that leader humor behavior positively and significantly influences LMX and WFB, and LMX significantly mediates the relationship between leader humor and work-family balance. These findings emphasize that positive humor strengthens the emotional connection between leaders and subordinates, thereby enhancing employees’ psychological well-being. Theoretically, this study expands the understanding of social exchange theory within the context of humanistic leadership, while practically offering implications for developing leadership styles that promote work-life harmony.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between corporate social responsibility (CSR) and tax avoidance, and assesses how family ownership moderates this relationship within an agency theory perspective. The population consists of non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2022, with samples selected using a purposive sampling technique. Using regression analysis on 98 non-financial family firms (392 firm-year observations), the study finds that higher CSR engagement is associated with lower effective tax rates, indicating greater tax avoidance and challenging the conventional view of CSR as a disciplining mechanism. Although family ownership is positively related to tax compliance, its interaction with CSR increases tax avoidance. These findings suggest that family firms may use CSR instrumentally to enhance legitimacy, highlighting that CSRs ability to curb tax avoidance is context-dependent and shaped by governance dynamics.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze attitudes on the campaign of 100% love Indonesia, ethnosentrime level of consumers and willingness to buy local products Indonesia. Furthermore, we want to examine the influence of attitude on 100% of Indonesia love campaign and consumer ethnocentrism on willingness to buy local product of Indonesia. Smpel in this research is 100 people, taken by purposive sampling method and then analyzed to data obtained by using quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis includes: test of validity and reliability, test of classical assumption, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis test through t test, and coefficient of determination analysis (R2). Qualitative analysis is the interpretation of the data obtained in the research and the results of data processing that has been implemented by giving explanations and explanations. The result of the research found that partially consumer ethnocentrism only had positive effect on willingness to buy local product, while together, consumer attitude and consumer ethnocentrism have positive and significant effect to the willingness to buy Indonesian local product. Abstract

Motivasi karyawan memainkan peran sentral dalam manajemen, baik secara praktis maupun teoritis. Motivasi telah didefinisikan sebagai keyakinan, nilai-nilai, dan sikap yang melampaui kepentingan pribadi dan kepentingan organisasi, menyangkut kepentingan entitas politik lebih besar dan memotivasi individu untuk bertindak sesuai tujuan organisasi. Apakah kepemimpinan otentik memperkuat/memperlemah hubungan efikasi diri terhadap motivasi pada personil. Sifat penelitian ini deskriptif dan verifikatif, mengupas seluruh variabel yang diamati serta menguji kebenaran dari suatu andaian atau hipotesis. Uji statistik Structural equational modelling (SEM) PLS akan digunakan untuk analisa verifikatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah anggota Sat Polairud Kepolisian Resor Indragiri Hilir (Polres Inhil). Dengan total populasi adalah 33 personil. Karena jumlah populasi hanya 33 orang maka sekaligus dijadikan sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri mempengaruhi motivasi baik intriksik maupun ekstrinsik. Kepemimpinan autentik memperkuat pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap motivasi baik intrinsic maupun ekstrinsik.
