Abstract

Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi yang berharga bagi suatu manajemen. Khususnya pada topik kepemimpinan bersama, tekanan psikologis, meaning at work. Serta kajian tentang sumber daya manusia. Temuan dari penelitian ini mengambarkan bagaimana dan mengapa meaning at work memediasi kepemimpinan bersama dan tekanan psikologis. Hasil penelitian ini juga dapat memberikan masukkan kepada manajemen organisasi dalam menjalankan suatu organisasi, dan mengetahui begitu pentingnya kepemimpinan bersama dalam suatu organisasi. Dari uraian diatas maka dapat juga diambil kesimpulan disetiap hipotesis pengujian dalam penelitian ini : Terdapat hubungan negatif antara kepemimpinan bersama dan tekanan psikologis. hipotesis didukung secara statistik (β = - 289) ρ < 0,001. variabel kepemimpinan bersama secara negatif mempengaruhi variabel tekanan psikologis. Terdapat hubungan positif antara Kepemimpinan Bersama dan Meaningfull at work. hipotesis didukung secara statistik (β = 0,391) ρ < 0,001. Tabel 4.11. variabel Kepemimpinan Bersama secara positif mempengaruhi variabel Meaningfull at work. Terdapat hubungan negatif antara meaningful work dan Tekanan Psikologis. hipotesis ini didukung secara statistik (β=-0.190) p < 0,001). variabel meaningfull at work berpengaruh negatif terhadap Tekanan Psikologis. Terakhir, memprediksi Meaningfull at work tidak memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan bersama terhadap tekanan psikologis. hipotesis ini didukung secara statistik (β=-0.074 p < 0,001).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami konsep mengenai keberadaan dewan wanita di perusahaan dalam mengidentifikasi berbagai isu, seperti manfaat memiliki direktur wanita, strategi dalam mendorong partisipasi wanita, serta arah penelitian di masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini juga menjelaskan bahwa proporsi wanita di dewan perusahaan seluruh dunia masih sangat rendah. Representasi wanita dalam posisi manajemen, sifat industri, ukuran organisasi menentukan partisipasi wanita di dewan perusahaan. Memotivasi karyawan wanita, kesadaran mengenai filantropi sosial, dan meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan merupakan manfaat yang sangat berbeda dalam mendorong organisasi ketika perusahaan memiliki lebih banyak wanita di dewan.

Abstract

Rendahnya pengetahuan mengenai publikasi ilmiah, khususnya jurnal-jurnal ilmiah yang berkualitas merupakan sebuah alasan mengapa para dosen memiliki penilaian negatif terhadap publikasi ilmiah di jurnal-jurnal internasional bereputasi. Tujuan dilaksanakannya pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan para dosen mengenai publikasi ilmiah pada jurnal-jurnal bereputasi. Secara khusus, pengabdian ini melaksanakan pelatihan mengenai apa yang menyebabkan naskah publikasi ditolak oleh jurnal-jurnal bereputasi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan cara melaksanakan pelatihan secara daring menggunakan aplikasi “zoom.” Kegiatan diikuti oleh 19 orang peneliti dari Perguruan Tinggi (PT) “A” dan 5 orang peneliti dari Perguruan Tinggi “B.” Evaluasi kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pretest-posttest. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan para dosen, khsusnya pada PT “A” dan “B” mengenai penyebab naskah mereka ditolak oleh jurnal bereputasi.

Abstract

Pengetahuan yang tepat serta pemahaman mengenai bagaimana melakukan publikasi hasil riset pada jurnal ilmiah bereputasi merupakan wawasan yang berharga bagi para akademisi (dosen-dosen). Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman para dosen mengenai mengenai hal tersebut. Secara khusus, pengabdian ini melaksanakan pelatihan mengenai apa yang menyebabkan naskah publikasi diterima pada jurnal internasional bereputasi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan cara melaksanakan pelatihan secara daring menggunakan aplikasi “zoom.” Kegiatan diikuti oleh 17 akademisi dari berbagai perguruan tinggi di Kota Pekanbaru. Evaluasi Kegiatan pelatihan ini dievaluasi dengan menggunakan metode pretest-posttest. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan dari para akademisi, khsusnya mengenai alasan mengapa jurnal berkualitas menerima naskah publikasi ilmiah

Abstract

Minimnya pengetahuan tentang teknik menghindari plagiarisme menjadi penyebab negatif bagi mahasiswa dan dosen untuk berkolaborasi dalam publikasi ilmiah. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan penggunaan teknik parafrase saat menulis publikasi ilmiah. Secara khusus, pengabdian masyarakat ini mengadakan pelatihan tentang bagaimana teknik parafrase digunakan dalam publikasi ilmiah untuk menghindari tingkat plagiarisme yang tinggi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan pelatihan daring menggunakan aplikasi “google meet”. Kegiatan ini dilakukan oleh 12 peneliti dari Perguruan Tinggi “A” dan 6 peneliti dari Perguruan Tinggi “B”. Metode pretest-posttest digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk mengevaluasi hasil kegiatan pelatihan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman mahasiswa dan dosen di dua perguruan tinggi tersebut mengenai teknik parafrase dalam mereduksi plagiarisme.

Abstract

This community service initiative aimed to strengthen academic leaders’ capacity in developing research-based teaching materials that support evidence-informed learning in higher education. Conducted at XYZ University, Sumatera, the program involved deans, vice deans, and heads of study programs who often face challenges in translating institutional research outputs into effective instructional resources. Through the “From Research to Classroom” framework introduced in a structured workshop, participants were guided to identify pedagogically relevant research insights, extract key findings, and transform them into teaching components aligned with course learning outcomes. The workshop integrated lectures, hands-on exercises, and collaborative peer review to ensure practical skill development. Evaluation results indicated notable improvements in participants’ understanding and ability to convert research findings into modules, case materials, and structured learning activities. Overall, the program demonstrates the importance of capacity-building initiatives for academic leaders in fostering evidence-based teaching practices and narrowing the gap between research production and classroom implementation within Indonesian higher education institutions

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of altruistic leadership on voice behavior and evaluate the mediating role of trust in the leader, considering the significance of voice behavior as a driver of innovation and organizational performance improvement. This study focuses on the impact of altruistic leadership on voice behavior through the mediation of trust in the leader among civil servants (ASN) in Indragiri Hilir Regency. To examine the causal relationship between variables, a quantitative approach with a causal design was used. The population consists of active civil servants, with a sample of 152 respondents selected using purposive sampling to include relevant elements. The main instrument was a questionnaire that measured respondents' perceptions of the variables of altruistic leadership, trust in the leader, and voice behavior. It was found that altruistic leadership positively and significantly influences both voice behavior and trust in the leader, with trust in the leader also positively influencing voice behavior. The key finding is that trust in the leader fully mediates the relationship between altruistic leadership and voice behavior, indicating that a leader's authentic altruistic behavior can only enhance employees' willingness to speak up when it successfully establishes a solid foundation of trust, acting as a psychological buffer against potential risks. The implications of these findings emphasize the urgency for organizations to develop altruism-based leadership as a foundational strategy to build trust, ultimately supporting a participatory and innovative culture.

Abstract

Police organizations operate in high-risk, time-pressured environments that demand constant vigilance, professionalism, and rapid response to unpredictable situations. Such conditions make maintaining work-life balance challenging, especially due to long hours, shift systems, and exposure to critical incidents, which may lead to stress and burnout. This study examines the effect of collaborative culture on work-life balance, with knowledge management capability as a mediating variable among police officers. Using a quantitative approach with PLS-SEM, data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed to assess direct and indirect relationships. The findings reveal that collaborative culture positively influences both knowledge management capability and work-life balance. Knowledge management capability also significantly affects work-life balance and partially mediates the relationship. These results highlight the importance of fostering collaboration and systematic knowledge sharing to enhance officers’ well-being and organizational effectiveness.

Abstract

This research examines how altruistic leadership by village heads impacts public services via innovation in Tembilahan Hulu District. Effective public services play a crucial role in local growth, yet they frequently encounter hurdles like scarce human resources, intricate administrative processes, and insufficient creativity. Altruistic leadership, which prioritizes community needs, is anticipated to spark innovative practices that elevate service standards. To identify variable interdependencies, the study uses a quantitative approach with a causal framework. It draws from 150 community members who use the services, selected through a full census. Information was gathered using surveys assessing views on altruistic leadership, innovation levels, and service excellence, then analysis using PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling) to confirm hypotheses. Findings reveal that altruistic leadership positively and significantly affects both innovation and public services, but innovation lacks a notable direct influence on services and fails to bridge the two. The work offers theoretical and applied insights into refining local leadership frameworks, along with suggestions for bolstering community-driven innovation to better public services.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance novice researchers’ understanding of theoretical contribution in the fields of management and business at Perguruan Tinggi ABC. The main problem faced by the participants is limited conceptual understanding of the meaning and forms of theoretical contribution in scientific research, which often results in weak articulation of theoretical contribution in academic articles. The activity was conducted through a face-to-face workshop designed to strengthen both conceptual and practical understanding of theoretical contribution in research. A total of ten early-career researchers from management and business disciplines participated in the program. The effectiveness of the activity was evaluated using a pretest–posttest approach to measure changes in participants’ understanding before and after the training. The pretest results indicated that most participants were unable to adequately explain theoretical contribution from a scientific perspective. However, the posttest results, based on case analysis, showed a clear improvement in participants’ ability to identify and formulate theoretical contributions in research. These findings suggest that the training activity was effective in improving novice researchers’ conceptual understanding of theoretical contribution and has the potential to support the improvement of research quality and academic publications within Perguruan Tinggi ABC.
