Abstract

This research examines Mustika Ratu's business rejuvenation strategy in overcoming market stagnation and industry competition within the beauty and wellness industry. The study conducts a comprehensive market analysis and explores the implementation of various rejuvenation strategies, including product innovation, market expansion, marketing campaigns, and strategic partnerships. The evaluation of these strategies reveals positive outcomes in terms of increased customer satisfaction, expanded market reach, and improved brand perception. The findings highlight the importance of continuous adaptation, innovation, and targeted marketing efforts in revitalizing a business and regaining a competitive edge. The implications of the research suggest the need for ongoing product development, exploration of international markets, digital marketing enhancements, strategic collaborations, and continuous monitoring of consumer preferences. Overall, Mustika Ratu's successful rejuvenation serves as a valuable case study for businesses in similar industries facing market stagnation and intense competition.

Abstract

To be able to improve student learning outcomes and to build a pleasant learning atmosphere, teachers need to design learning well, one way is to apply an experience-based learning model so that students can develop their collaboration skills which are one of the important skills and are needed in the 21st century. This study aims to analyze the implementation model of experiential learning in developing collaboration skills of Vocational High School students through practicum-based project-based learning. This study used a mixed methods approach. The informants in this study were 3 teachers and 22 students of vocational high school as respondents. The data obtained in this study were collected using interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses a Sequential Exploratory Design. The results of this study indicate that (1) teachers have implemented experience-based learning for students through project-based practicum; and (2) experience-based learning through project-based practicum makes teachers and students feel that this learning model plays an important role in developing student collaboration skills that can be implemented in everyday life.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan e-marketing dalam mendukung penjualan produk kerajinan home industry R-Craft Kecamatan Tallo, Kota Makassar. Informan yang diambil dalam penelitian ini yaitu Ibu Fatriani selaku pemilik rumah produksi R-Craft dan bapak Muh. Yunus selaku suami Ibu Fatriani. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-marketing yang digunakan Ibu Fatriani melalui media sosial seperti Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram dan Toko pedia. Sangat berperan dalam mendukung penjualan produknya diantaranya dengan e-marketing dapat menemukan consumer baru, dapat membagikan informasi, meningkatkan penjualan, keamanan dalam menggunakan e-marketing, menghemat biaya dan tenaga dan dapat melakukan respon langsung.

Abstract

Sustainable and stable economic growth is a key goal for many countries. As times change and global challenges become more complex, it is important for countries to develop effective strategies to promote economic growth. One sector that has an important role in this regard is the public sector. This research aims to analyse the public sector development strategy as a driver of economic growth. The current research type is qualitative. Data collection techniques include listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The study results show that the public sector development strategy as a driver of economic growth plays an important role in creating a conducive environment for sustainable and inclusive economic growth. In the context of endogenous growth theory, the government has the ability to influence the determinants of economic growth through appropriate policies and actions.

Abstract

In the era of globalisation and increasingly fierce competition, the sustainability of human resources (HR) becomes very important for the success of the organisation. Organisations that have effective career development strategies are able to retain quality human resources, increase productivity, and create a competitive advantage. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyse effective career development strategies in improving HR sustainability in organisations. The current research type is qualitative. Data collection techniques include listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The study results show that in the context of improving HR sustainability in organisations, career development strategies play a very important role. In the above, we have discussed effective and relevant career development strategies by accommodating individual personality preferences and ensuring a match between the individual, the work environment, and organisational values. Holland's Career Choice Theory provides valuable insights in designing sustainable career development strategies.

Abstract

Metode penelitian ini menyajikan pendekatan komprehensif untuk mempelajari peran inovasi dalam kesuksesan wirausaha dalam konteks perusahaan rintisan yang berkembang pesat di industri teknologi. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan analisis bibliometrik, yang melibatkan evaluasi kuantitatif terhadap literatur akademis dan publikasi ilmiah yang relevan. Dengan memanfaatkan teknik bibliometrik, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tren utama, penulis yang berpengaruh, dan tema utama yang terkait dengan peran inovasi dalam kesuksesan wirausaha. Selain itu, pendekatan studi kasus akan digunakan untuk menganalisis startup yang berkembang pesat dan memeriksa implikasi praktis dari inovasi dalam perjalanan kewirausahaannya. Metode penelitian ini bertujuan untuk berkontribusi pada pengetahuan yang ada tentang inovasi dan kewirausahaan dengan memberikan wawasan dan rekomendasi yang dapat ditindaklanjuti bagi para akademisi dan praktisi di lapangan.

Abstract

Salah satu kegiatan yang dapat menambah jiwa kewirausahaan informal bagi masyarakat yaitu dengan usaha home industri atau biasa disebut usaha rumahan pada pembuatan bakpia. Bakpia merupakan salah satu camilan yang banyak dikonsumsi masyarakat Indonesia yang juga kerap dijadikan oleh-oleh dari daerah tertentu. Kondisi pasar yang terus mengalami perubahan berdampak pada selerah serta preferensi pelanggan juga ikut mengalami perubahan. Inovasi yang berkelanjutan dalam pembuatan bakpia penting untuk dilakukan agar bakpia mampu bersaing di pasaran. Selain itu juga dapat meningkatkan kewirausahaan informal bagi masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi ceramah, tanya jawab atau diskusi, dan pelatihan. Adapun hasil yang didapatkan yaitu (1) Pelatihan pembuatan bakpia direspon dengan baik oleh peserta; (2) Minat dan motivasi yang tinggi dari peserta pelatihan sangat menunjang transfer ilmu pengetahuan dan keterampilan dari pengabdi kepada peserta pelatihan, sehingga materi pelatihan yang diberikan dapat terserap semua; dan (3) Produk pelatihan pembuatan bakpia dapat dikonsumsi sehari-hari dan dapat dijadikan sebagai produk berwirausaha.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the contribution of entrepreneurial knowledge to the formation of Generation Z's entrepreneurial interest through self-efficacy. This study is a study with a quantitative approach. The population of this study is all generation Z in class XI of SMK Negeri 7 Pangkep, South Sulawesi with a total of 131 generations with a purposively drawn sample of 57 people with several criteria. The data in this study were collected using questionnaires and interviews. This study consists of 3 variables consisting of entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial interest, and self-efficacy. Data analysis used path analysis technique. The findings of this study indicate that entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on the self-efficacy of Generation Z. In addition, there is also a positive and significant effect of self-efficacy on the interest in entrepreneurship of Generation Z. Other findings indicate that entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant influence on Generation Z's entrepreneurial interest, and finally it was found that entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest through Generation Z's self-efficacy.

Abstract

The increasingly rapid business competition makes every business actor required to continue to innovate in order to develop and maintain their existence. One alternative for business actors to continue to develop and maintain their existence is to apply the 7P marketing mix to their business, especially in urban farming. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the 7P marketing mix on processed agricultural products as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the 7P marketing mix. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and FGD, for data analysis used coding techniques. There are 4 informants in this study. The results of this study indicate that in general, the 7P marketing mix for the processed products of the Orchid Women Farmer Group has been implemented. Then for the supporting factors for implementing the 7P marketing mix, namely (1) self-confidence; (2) cooperation; (3) encouragement from agricultural extension workers. The inhibiting factors include (1) lack of literacy; and (2) limited time. All elements of the marketing mix in the processed products of the Orchid Women Farmer Group are considered capable of increasing product sales and making the Orchid Women Farmer Group more exist and known. However, in the implementation process, there are several supporting and inhibiting factors as described in the research results.

Abstract

Pengaruh pendidikan ekonomi informal terhadap minat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi melalui modal psikologis positif sebagai variabel moderator pada siswa Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memperoleh informasi dan pemahaman mengenai pengaruh pendidikan ekonomi informal terhadap minat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi melalui modal psikologis positif sebagai variabel moderator pada siswa Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Kota Makassar. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 116 siswa Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Kota Makassar. Analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah bahwa memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap minat pendidikan ekonomi informal pada pendidikan menengah ke atas. Modal psikologis yang positif memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap minat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi. Modal psikologis yang positif dapat memperkuat hubungan antara pendidikan ekonomi informal dengan minat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi.
