Abstract

The learning outcomes of seventh grade students at MTs Negeri 1 Jambi City in Citizenship subjects are clearly below the KKM set by the school, which is 75. This is due to the lack of student interest in the learning strategies used in learning citizenship at MTs Negeri 1 Jambi City. Because it does not succeed in captivating students' attention or inspiring them to want to learn more. The purpose of this study was to determine how the resitation approach affects the learning outcomes of seventh grade students at MTS Negeri 1 Jambi City. The type of research used was a pseudo-experiment with a pre-test-post-test-control group design. The research findings show that there is an influence between the resitation method and the learning outcomes of seventh grade students at MTs Negeri 1 Jambi City. This can be proven by the results of the Mann-Whitney test conducted by researchers, namely Zhitung of -2.118 with a Sig value. 0,034. Because the significance level is smaller than 0.05, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

This research aims to determine character development for prisoners when viewed based on Law No. 35 of 2009 in class II A correctional institutions in Jambi City, and to determine the inhibiting factors in character development for prisoners and efforts to overcome these obstacles. The research approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. This type of research is a type of descriptive research where the author describes, describes an ongoing situation based on information and facts that have been obtained in the field and then analyzed based on one variable to another. The results of the research show that character development for prisoners in class II A correctional institutions in Jambi City when viewed from Law no. 35 of 2009 article 60 paragraphs 1 and 2 concerning guidance and supervision, most of its implementation has been carried out well. Penitentiary is a place of social rehabilitation for prisoners. Prisons have established development programs. Coaching consists of developing personality and independence. Both types of coaching have the same goal, namely providing teaching so that prisoners or inmates become better than before. The inhibiting factors for ongoing character development for narcotics convicts are firstly overcapacity, secondly a lack of officers, and thirdly a lack of focus among prisoners during the coaching process.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the team game tournament type cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes in class VIII Civics subjects at SMP Negeri 5 Muaro Jambi. This research was motivated by low student learning outcomes. This research method uses a quasi experimental design with a Nonequivalent Pre-test Post-test control Group Design. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 5 Muaro Jambi in the 2023/2024 academic year. The population in this study was class VIII and the sample for this study used two classes as sample groups, namely having a total of 40 students. The sampling technique for this research was total sampling. The data collection technique uses tests in the form of Pre-test and Post-test in the experimental class and control class. The data was tested using SPSS software version 24 for Windows. The research results showed that there was an influence of the team game tournament type cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes in class VIII Civics subjects at SMP Negeri 5 Muaro Jambi. This study uses nonparametric statistical tests because the data is not normally distributed. Next, the Mann Whitney test was carried out on the Asymp Sig value. (2-tailed) 0.002 < 0.05. in accordance with Asymp Sig decision making. (2-tailed) < 0.05, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So that the application of the team game tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning model influences student learning outcomes in class VIII Civics subjects at SMP Negeri 5 Muaro Jambi.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SMP N 3 Jambi City, Jalan Kh. Hasan Anang, Olak Kemang, Danau Teluk sub-district, Jambi City, Jambi. At the time the research began with observations in October 2022. This research used quantitative research. The results of this research are that after carrying out the pretest and posttest in class, the hypothesis was tested using an independent sample t-test, from which it can be seen that the sig (2-tailed) value on the output is 0.000 - 0.05. Thus h0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of critical incident active learning strategies on the PPKn learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMP N 3 Jambi City. Based on the results of the paired sample test above, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the pretest and posttest of the experimental class because the sig. (2-tailed) obtained 0.000 0.05. Then, based on the results of the paired sample test above, it can be concluded that there is no significant influence between the pretest and posttest of the control class because the sig. (2-tailed) obtained 0.147 0.05 To understand the difference between the two values, an independent t test was used posttest for the experimental class and the control

Abstract

The implementation of Pancasila values in Pondok Pesantren must be optimal to form ideological, nationalist, and religious santri, and prevent deviant behavior. It helps santri become independent, responsible, and improve problem-solving and decision-making skills. The great influence of boarding school administrators and coaches affects how santri practice the values of Pancasila. Research at the Al-Jauharen Islamic Boarding School in Jambi City used descriptive qualitative data methods with observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity was tested using triangulation of techniques, data sources, and time. The results showed that the implementation of Pancasila values in class XI A male students at the Al-Jauharen Islamic Boarding School has been carried out thoroughly through formal and non-formal education. The constraints of the coach include a less supportive environment, the diverse characteristics of the students are difficult to form conformity with the values of Pancasila, and the students' lack of understanding of these values.

Abstract

This research departs from initial observations made by researchers at SMA Negeri 4 Jambi City, that class X (Phase E) students did not show an attitude of defending the country. This research aims to describe the role of PPKn teachers in instilling an attitude of defending the country in class . The approach to this research uses a qualitative approach and uses a qualitative descriptive research type. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation techniques.The results of this research show that PPKn teachers have carried out their role in instilling an attitude of defending the country, but there are several roles of PPKn teachers that have not been implemented by PPKn teachers, so the researcher concludes that PPKn teachers have not fully carried out their role well in accordance with the theory of the role of PPKn teachers put forward by Marzuki and Feriandi (2016:195), namely 1) Motivating Students, 2) Directing Students, 3) Initiator, 4) Informator, 5) Evaluator, 6) Facilitator. Then, the obstacles for PPKn teachers in instilling an attitude of defending the country in class X (Phase E) students at SMA Negeri 4 Jambi City are divided into 2 factors, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors are factors that come from within the student, such as a lack of student awareness. Then external factors are factors that are caused from outside the student, such as the student's background, the influence of social media and the student's environment.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menyasar satuan pendidikan sekolah dasar dengan tujuan menumbuhkan rasa cinta pada lingkungan sejak dini bagi para peserta didik. Kegiatan dilakukan selama kurang lebih empat bulan penugasan tim Kampus Mengajar. Tahapan kegiatan dimulai dengan penyusunan program, forum komunikasi, dan implementasi aksi nyata. Kegiatan dipilih berlandaskan ecological citizenship dengan tujuan menginternalisasikan kepekaan terhadap permasalahan lingkungan dan mampu mengambil peran dalam upaya penanggulangannya. Kegiatan yang dilakukan diantaranya adalah perilaku bijak sampah, pengelolaan sampah, dan menciptakan lingkungan hijau. Ketiga hal tersebut dilaksanakan sebagai upaya pembiasaan kepada para siswa untuk memiliki rasa peduli dan kepekaan terhadap permasalahan lingkungan yang ada di lingkungan sekitar mereka. Kegiatan ini juga didampingi oleh seluruh tim kampus mengajar dan pihak sekolah untuk bersama-sama saling bersinergi bahu membahu membimbing dan memberikan contoh secara langsung sehingga mampu menumbuhkan rasa cinta terhadap lingkungan pada peserta didik dan mampu mengimplementasikannya secara mandiri.

Abstract

Generasi ini tidak bisa lepas dari teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, khususnya internet. Namun, mereka sering dipandang sebagai generasi yang paling tidak tertarik dengan isu politik dan tidak mau menggunakan hak pilihnya. Partisipasi politik mereka diperlukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengklarifikasi penggunaan media digital dan partisipasi milenial dalam politik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian dan penyebaran kuesioner secara online. Survei menyimpulkan bahwa 100% respondennya termasuk generasi milenial (usia 18-37) adalah pengguna internet.Ponsel adalah media yang paling banyak digunakan ketika dia terhubung ke internet dan dia membutuhkan waktu 5-10 jam sehari untuk berkomunikasi dan mencari informasi. Media sosial dan percakapan grup online juga menjadi media digital yang paling banyak digunakan.Generasi milenial menganggap remeh isu politik, namun mereka tetap mengikuti berita politik dari media online dan TV.Tingkat partisipasi politik mereka yang disurvei juga cukup rendah.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan peran warga negara dalam membentuk karakter bangsa mahasiswa melalui pendekatan berbasis nilai membangun warga negara yang baik melalui mata kuliah PPKN di perguruan tinggi. Pendidikan politik di perguruan tinggi adalah mengajarkan mahasiswa untuk memahami hakikat nilai-nilai filosofis negara, menjadi warga negara yang baik, berkarakter kuat, berwawasan luas dan mampu membedakan interpretasi yang beradab. Artinya, memupuk mereka sebagai calon-calon intelektual nasional. Kompetensi dasar mata kuliah Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Perguruan Tinggi adalah mahasiswa nantinya menjadi sarjana dan profesional yang memiliki rasa nasionalisme (nasionalisme) dan cinta tanah air (patriotisme), kompetitif, disiplin dan proaktif. menjadi warga negara yang dapat berpartisipasi dan membangun kehidupan. Perdamaian berdasarkan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan sumber data literatur dari jurnal, buku, dan penelitian akademis yang relevan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa PPKN sebagai media pembinaan kewarganegaraan tidak hanya harus menanamkan nilai-nilai kepada peserta didik, tetapi juga harus mampu menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai yang berlandaskan Pancasila agar Pancasila berfungsi sebagai nurani. . Ketika warga negara menjadi lebih sadar akan nilai-nilai ini, mereka dapat menginspirasi apresiasi dan praktik untuk membangun ketahanan mental dan moral ketika nilai-nilai yang saling bertentangan berbenturan.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara terpadat keempat setelah Amerika Serikat, dengan lebih dari 267 juta jiwa tercatat pada SUPAS 2019, dengan keragaman sosial, agama, suku, dan budaya. Itu telah dibangun. Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi keberagaman masyarakat Indonesia, baik di dalam maupun di luar masyarakat itu sendiri. Keberagaman ini merupakan tantangan yang dapat mengancam keutuhan bangsa Indonesia. Kami bertujuan untuk menganalisis keragaman dalam kerangka Bhinneka Tunggal Ika melalui penelitian ini dengan menggunakan pendekatan kepustakaan untuk mengumpulkan literatur yang relevan dengan penelitian yang dilakukan. Hasil penelitian ini menyarankan berbagai pendekatan untuk meningkatkan kerukunan antar suku, umat beragama dan kelompok sosial lainnya melalui kerjasama dengan tetap menghormati prinsip solidaritas, kesetaraan dan saling menghormati yang tertuang dalam Kerangka tersebut. Ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya diperlukan dalam beberapa cara. Konsolidasi warga negara Indonesia yang termasuk warga negara Bhinneka Tunggal Ika berlaku.
