Abstract

Manajemen inventory dan sistem Point of Sales (POS) merupakan bagian penting dari operasional bisnis modern, terutama dalam hal pencatatan stok dan penjualan yang akurat. PT. Visynta Comindo utama, perusahaan yang diteliti, masih menggunakan cara pencatatan manual, yang dapat menyebabkan kesalahan dan keterlambatan pelaporan. Penelitian ini membahas pembuatan aplikasi inventaris dan POS berbasis web menggunakan framework Laravel. Tujuannya adalah untuk memudahkan pencatatan stok secara real-time, menangani penjualan, dan menghasilkan laporan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Agile Development, yang berfokus pada perubahan cepat dan pemeriksaan berkelanjutan. Prosesnya meliputi pemahaman kebutuhan perusahaan melalui wawancara dan pengamatan langsung, perancangan antarmuka pengguna dan pengalaman dengan React.js, pembangunan back-end menggunakan Laravel, dan koneksi ke database MySQL. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode black-box dan User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat mencatat transaksi dengan benar, memperbarui stok secara otomatis, dan menampilkan laporan perubahan secara real-time. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat membantu perusahaan bekerja lebih efisien dan mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat diperluas di masa mendatang dengan menambahkan opsi pembayaran daring dan sistem peringatan stok.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengungkap faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi dasar dalam pembentukan niat dari para calon mahasiswa dalam memilih Universitas Terbuka (UT) sebagai tempat yang dipilih untuk kuliah berdasarkan model Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini melibatkan sebanyak 873 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa di Unit Program Belajar Jarak Jauh (UPBJJ) UT Ambon, UPBJJ-UT Bandung, UPBJJ-UT Batam, UPBJJ-UT Majene, UPBJJ-UT Serang, dan UPBJJ-UT Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sementara itu, analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan alat statistik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang berbasis pendekatan dua tahap. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) yang dikembangkan mampu menjelaskan dan memprediksi perilaku calon mahasiswa dalam memilih UT sebagai tempat untuk melanjutkan kuliah. Variabel pengetahuan mampu memoderasi pengaruh sikap, norma subjektif, dan kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan terhadap niat berperilaku. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengindikasikan bahwa citra UT memiliki pengaruh pada pembentukan sikap positif dari calon mahasiswa terhadap pemilihan UT.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan sosialisasi pelatihan-pelatihan marketplace dengan web edukasi marketplace kepada para pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di wilayah Jakarta Barat dilaksanakan untuk mendukung upaya pemerintah dalam mendorong akselerasi adopsi teknologi digital bagi UMKM agar mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan perilaku konsumen di era digital saat ini. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan tingkat pengetahuan dan keterampilan para pelaku UMKM untuk dapat penjualan/pemasaran produknya menggunakan platform marketplace yang ada saat ini. Pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan secara online menggunakan aplikasi zoom dengan metode pelaksanaan terdiri atas 3 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi kegiatan sosialisasi pemaparan pelatihan marketplace menggunakan website Edukasi Marketplace kepada 20 peserta UMKM di wilayah Jakarta Barat. Hasil yang diharapkan melalui sosialisasi ini tercapainya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para pelaku UMKM melalui pelatihan-pelatihan terkait marketplace pada web edukasi marketplace. Salah satu hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, melalui hasil pengisian kuesioner oleh 20 pelaku UMKM sebagai responden menunjukan bahwa 80% peserta sangat perlu dan 20%% perlu untuk mengikuti pelatihan-pelatihan lanjutan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan mereka terkait dengan marketplace. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menghasilkan peningkatan pengetahuan pelaku UMKM dalam menentukan strategi marketing dan menampilkan produk yang menarik minat konsumen di marketplace.

Abstract

E-commerce platforms would benefit from performing sentiment analysis of their customer's feedback. However, the vast amount of transaction data makes manual sentiment analysis of product reviews impractical. This research proposes an approach to automatically classify the sentiment of a given product review based on three major steps: data preprocessing, text representation, and classification model development. First, review data is cleaned to remove ambiguity and non-meaningful elements. Second, Word2Vec and GloVe features are combined to represent the words in a more unified vector space. Lastly, these combined features are classified to determine sentiment polarity using the Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory Network (BiLSTM) model. The test results demonstrate that the proposed BiLSTM model achieves 91% uniform performance for all four metrics (accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score), which is 3% higher than the results achieved by the standard LSTM model. Moreover, the BiLSTM model requires 9.91 seconds less training computation time than the LSTM.

Abstract

There are several methods for solving nonlinear equations, each method has a different number of iterations. This study aims to compare the number of iterations required by the Bisection, Regula Falsi, and Secant Method in finding the roots of an equation. These three methods were tested using two different equations in the Python programming language. From each equation in this study, Bisection Method requires thirteen and eighteen iterations, Regula Falsi Method requires nine and eight iterations, while Secant Method requires five iterations. From these three methods, Secant Method requires the fewest number of iterations, Regula Falsi Method requires a greater number of iterations than the Secant Method but less than the Bisection Method, and Bisection Method requires the highest number of iterations.

Abstract

In a company, the accounting system is very important, because it contains financial information that can be used to make a decision. Currently already developed online web-based accounting, where the accounting system can be used anytime and anywhere with an internet connection. An accountant is someone who has an important role in the success of financial processing company. Where, to facilitate the processing process, the accountant must be able to perform the company's cash mapping. By grouping into multiple accounts will facilitate the process of financial information delivery. The data of all transactions will be entered into accounts that have been made previously. And if the accounts that have been used in the year are not reused, then the accountant can delete the account, then add a list of new accounts. However, if the account is still reused, the accountant can also archive the account, so the data will not be deleted, but only archived or hidden. Abstract

Assets are entities that are tangible or intangible and have economic value. In a company, assets are important, because assets are assets that must be managed properly to provide good benefits also to the company. Companies must be able to keep the value of each company's assets to always be at a high level, avoiding damage so that the value of the asset does not fall in the selling price. With asset management, companies are increasingly eager in planning outgoing expenses to maintain the value of existing assets, monitoring assets that are bought, sold, or otherwise depreciated. Asset management based on this online accounting system, companies get asset data reports, accumulated depreciation of each asset until the asset value is updated or real-time. Any assets that have been added in the system can be archived, edited or deleted. Import feature on this system also facilitate the company in doing penginputan asset data in large quantity. Thus, with the asset management system directly synchronized with the company's financial data, will provide work efficiency in monitoring each company's assets. Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang diajukan di SMA Dharma Karya UT wilayah Pondok Cabe Tangerang Selatan, bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi dan pelatihan terkait penggunaan teknologi Augmented Reality (AR) pada kegiatan pembelajaran yang dapat dijadikan salah satu alternatif media pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan teknologi AR yang memberikan obyek tambahan berupa teks, suara, gambar, video, obyek 2 Dimensi maupun 3 Dimensi untuk mendukung peningkatan pelayanan pendidikan kepada guru dan siswa-siswa agar dapat memotivasi kegiatan belajar mengajar. Target khusus yang ingin dicapai adalah pemahaman dan kemampuan untuk menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi AR guna mendukung pembelajaran lebih efektif dan efisien sebagai pendukung pelayanan pendidikan di SMP/SMA Dharma Karya UT. Sementara metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini adalah Metode Community Based Participatory Action Research (CBPAR) terdiri atas tiga tahapan yaitu : perencanaan, implementasi dan evaluasi sesuai dengan siklus inti tindakan CBPAR. Dalam pelaksanaannya kegiatan dilaksanakan selama dua hari. Hari pertama dilakukan penyuluhan dan praktek yang melibatkan guru-guru di SMP/SMA Dharma Karya UT. Hari kedua dilanjutkan dengan praktek di kelas yang melibatkan siswa SMA Dharma Karya UT kelas X IPA 1 dalam mata pelajaran matematika. Hasil kegiatan ini meningkatkan pemahaman kemampuan secara praktis serta kreativitas para guru tentang kegunaan dan pemanfatan dari konten Augmented Reality (AR) sebagai pendukung pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan menyenangkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dunia pendidikan pada era digitalisasi.

This community service activity aims to take advantage of opportunities by sharing knowledge and increasing knowledge by utilizing information and communication technology by introducing G-Suite for Education as a learning model strategy in the current era of digitalization, especially for teachers of SMP Negeri 69. Abstract

Because of its emphasis on superimposing virtual information on top of real environments, augmented reality (AR) technology in education has emerged as a cutting-edge and promising field in both research and practice. This sets learning in a different context from traditional learning and opens up a whole new creative realm for learning.. The gap between teaching methods and the technological environment is increasing as a result of students' disinterest and low motivation when using traditional teaching approaches as well as teachers' reluctance to implement learning with technology. The lack of knowledge and ability of teachers at SDN Larangan 5, Tangerang City in the use and use of integrated technology in classroom teaching is still limited, especially for Augmented Reality (AR) technology, so boredom and lack of variety in the disclosure of their teaching materials often occur, which has an impact on learning outcomes. which is not optimal. This community service activity aims to achieve knowledge transfer by socializing learning content by utilizing Augmented Reality (AR) technology using a smartphone or tablet which will later be used to see and observe objects from the markers that have been provided. This activity uses the Community-Based Participatory Action Research (CBPAR) method with three core stages of the CBPAR action cycle, namely: planning, implementation and evaluation. And the results of the analysis of this activity state that there has been an increase in knowledge and interest regarding the use of technology, especially Augmented Reality (AR) technology which is included in learning activities with analysis results of 50%.
