Abstract

Tuberkulosis (TBC) masih menjadi masalah kesehatan global Pengetahun merupakan hasil tahu sehingga pengetahuan tentang tuberkolosis sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Ketika pengetahuan seseorang baik tentang sesuatu maka perilaku yang ditimbulkan menjadi perilaku yang positif. Sebaliknya jika pengetahuan seseorang tentang sesuatu kurang maka perilakunya akan negative pula. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk Mengetahui Apakah ada hubungan Pengetahuan Dengan perilaku masyarakat tentang pencegahan Tuberculosis di RT 003 desa blabak wilayah kerja Puskesmas Blabak Kabupaten Kediri 2019. Desain penelitian ini adalah Analitik Korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional Besaran sampel 98 responden. Sampling penelitian menggunakan random sampling, Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan proses perhitungan menggunakan uji spearman rho dengan menggunakan SPSS 18.0 kesalahan α 0.05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Hampir setengah (44.9%) responden berpengetahuan baik yaitu 44 responden dan Hampir setengah (42.9%) responden berperilaku baik yaitu 42 responden dari total 98 responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data diatas menggunakan uji spearman rho diperoleh p value = 0,000 yang berarti lebih kecil dari α = 0,05 dengan demikian dapat dikatakan H0 ditolak dan H1 Diterima yang berarti dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan Pengetahuan Dengan perilaku masyarakat tentang pencegahan Tuberculosis di RT 003 desa blabak wilayah kerja Puskesmas Blabak Kabupaten Kediri 2019. Pengetahuan dan perilaku responden baik. Ketika menjawab kuisioner responden dapat menjawab pertanyaan dan mendapatkan hasil yang baik. Sehingga responden alangkah baiknya mempertahankan dan meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang tuberculosis sehingga angaka penularan tuberkulasis di RT 003 desa blabak bisa berkurang

Abstract

Merokok merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan utama masyarakat di berbagai dunia, baik dinegara maju dan dinegara berkembang, bahkan merokok tidak hanya dilakukan pada orang dewasa, namun juga dilakukan pada kalangan remaja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan melalui media audio visual terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap remaja tentang bahaya merokok di MTS NURUL ULA Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan Desain pre experimen dengan rancangan penelitian One Group Pre Test Post Test. Teknik sampling menggunakan Propotional Stratified Random Sampling. Populasinya adalah seluruh siswa di MTS Nurul Ula Kota Kediri sebanyak 240 siswa/(i) dengan sampel 150 responden. Variable independent yaitu Pendidikan kesehatan bahaya merokok, sedangkan variable dependen yaitu pengetahuan dan sikap bahaya merokok. Sebelum dilakukan Pendidikan kesehatan tentang bahaya merokok sebagian responden memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup yaitu 55,3% (83 orang) dan sikap yang cukup sebanyak 51,3 % (77 orang). Setelah dilakukan Pendidikan kesehatan bahaya merokok pengetahuan meningkat menjadi baik yaitu 64,7% (97 orang) dan sikap yang baik yaitu 67,3% (101 orang). Hasil analisa data menggunakan wilcoxon didapat nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak H1 diterima jadi ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan melalui media audio visual terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap remaja tentang bahaya merokok. Berdasakan hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa dengan diberikan pendidikan kesehatan melalui media audio visual, remaja mendapatkan informasi serta gambaran tetang bahaya merokok serta dapat menigkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap remaja diharapkan dapat menghentikan kebiasaan remaja merokok dan menghindari rokok bagi yang belum pernah mengkonsumsinya

Abstract

The incidence of acute respiratory infections occurs due to poor air environmental conditions both inside and outside the home environment. The purpose of this study to analyze the physical condition of the house and the behavior of the community against the occurrence of acute respiratory infections in the work area of ​​Soe City Central Public Health East Central South District. This research design is correlational analytic with Cross sectional approach. The population studied by all ISPA patients in Soe City Public Health Central of South East Central District Regency with 358 people, with Simple Random Sampling technique obtained 189 respondents. Independent variable of house physical condition (Ventilation X1, X2 Lighting, X3 density, Floor type X4), community behavior X5 with dependent variable of acute respiratory infections occurrence. Data collection using observation. Data analysis with Ordinal Regression test, α = 0,05. The result of this research shows that almost half of the respondents have sufficient category behavior, that is 73 respondents (38,6%) and most of respondent have mild category of ISPA, that is 114 respondent (60,3%). Result of Ordinal Regression analysis simultaneously known there is influence of house physical condition and behavior of society collectively to ISPA event in work area of ​​Soe City Health Center South East Middle Regency (p-value = 0,000 < = 0,05). Partially, there is the effect of ventilation (p = 0,030), lighting (p = 0,030), occupancy density (p = 0,043), floor type (p = 0,049), and community behavior (p = 0,014) Environmental conditions that do not meet the health requirements will reduce the air quality in the room, the condition is exacerbated the lack of public behavior in maintaining environmental hygiene so that the air in the house a good place for the development of virus causes acute respiratory infections. Therefore it is expected for health institutions concerned to participate in improving the quality of public health by doing counseling related to healthy home and acute respiratory tract infection prevention behavior.

Abstract

Diarrhea can spread through unhygienic behavior, such as preparing food with unwashed hands after bowel movements or allowing a child to play in areas where there is contaminated feces. The purpose this study has purpose to know the behavior analysis for washing hands properly and indiscriminate defecation against diarrhea in Soe City Sub District Area South Central Timor. The design of this study was observational with cross sectional approach. The population studied by all people with diarrhea in Soe Sub-District of South Central Timor was 135 people, with cluster random sampling technique obtained 101 respondents. Independent variables were washing hand properly and indiscriminate defecation behavior with dependent variable diarrhea incidence. Data were collected using questionnaires. Data analysis by Ordinal Regression test at α = 0,05. The result shows that most of respondent have washing hands properly in enough category, amount 73 respondent (72,3%), most of respondent have indiscriminate defecation in no indiscriminate category, amount 68 respondent (67,3%) and most respondents had diarrhea incidence in the light category, amount 92 respondents (91,1%). The analysis results using ordinal regression test obtained p-value (0.001) < α (0.05) so H0 rejected and H1 accepted which means there is influence of washing hands properly and indiscriminate defecation against diarrhea in Soe City Sub District Area South Central Timor. Hand washing is the ultimate action and the only way to prevent the onset of the disease. Diarrheal disease was associated with water conditions, but accurately it should be considered also the handling of human feces such as feces and urine, because the germs that cause diarrhea come from these impurities.

Abstract

Public Health Center waste is considered as a link in the chain of transmission of infectious diseases. Waste can contain toxic chemicals and sharp objects that can cause health problems and injuries. The purpose of this study was to explore the management of solid hazardous and toxic waste (LB3) at the Tulungagung District Health Center. The design of this study was qualitative research with a phenomenological approach with a research focus directed at exploring the management of solid hazardous and toxic waste (LB3) at the Tulungagung District Health Center. In addition, with a qualitative approach it is hoped that the situation and problems encountered in the activity can be disclosed. The informants in this study were 22 (twenty two) Sanitarians in the Public Health Center with source triangulation. The management of solid Hazardous and Toxic Waste (LB3) at the Tulungagung District Health Center is quite good, where in terms of sorting the health center has implemented the standards that apply at the local health office, namely by preparing separate containers and containers that are safe from any contamination, then in terms of storage the health center has also implemented an effective storage system. However, there are some drawbacks starting from transportation, where in terms of transportation to the destruction of waste, most health centers cooperate with third parties, however, transportation is carried out by parties when it is not in accordance with standards where there is often a delay in transporting waste so that it accumulates in the environment for some time health center, apart from that during transport it also keeps the health center workers busy by collecting them outside of the health center working hours.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine efforts for early detection of pregnant women in reducing the IMR in the UPTD area of the Puncu Health Center, Puncu District, Kediri Regency. The research approach uses qualitative research. The research sample was pregnant women. The data analysis technique uses the USG method and SWOT analysis. The research results conclude: (1) The capabilities of posyandu cadres can be improved through empowerment (training) and establishing cadre recruitment criteria; (2) Knowledge of pregnant women can be increased through counseling and active involvement of posyandu cadres; (3) SOPs need to be created and disseminated to detect high risks for cadres; (4) Providing high risk early detection tools at each posyandu, and training cadres to be able to use these tools; (5) Determine the village bedan's activity schedule to provide consultations to cadres and add representative cadres according to the number of pregnant women served; (6) The government increases the budget allocation for cadre honorariums and provides bonuses to cadres who excel

Abstract

The density of flies in an area, is greatly influenced by: breeding places, sunlight, temperature and humidity. The density of flies will be high if the temperature is between 20-250C, with the humidity that the fly likes is 90%. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of distance, temperature and air humidity on flies density in temporary landfill of kemasan village kediri city. Analytical survey research methods with cross sectional approach. The study population was all buildings in the the eastern area of ​​the temporary landfill kemasan village in Kediri City totaling 349 buildings. The sample in this study amounted to 186 buildings with a stratified random samplingtechnique. The independent variable is distance, temperature and humidity while the dependent variable is the density of flies. Data is collected by observation and processed by multiple linear regression statistical tests. The results showed the sampling distance ranging from a radius of 50m, 100m, 200m, 300m, 400m, and 500m. The research temperature was obtained the lowest temperature of 25.50C and the highest temperature of 32.50C. Humidity shows the lowest humidity is 51% and the highest humidity is 82%. The density of flies has the lowest density of 1 animal and the highest density of 20 animals with an average of 9 animals per region. There are Effect of Distance, Temperature and Air Humidity on The Density of Flies in Temporary Landfill Kemasan Village Kediri City 2019 (p value 0.001 <0.005 then H1 is accepted). It was concluded that the density of flies occurs not only due to the factors above but depends on the environmental conditions that exist in the region such of the street vendors. It is expected that the cleaning and gardening service will increase the participation of officials and the community in efforts to reduce the population of flies and there are not even flies in the kemasan area.

Abstract

Labor is the expenditure of the results of conception that have been able to live outside the womb through several processes such as the thinning and opening of the cervix, and the presence of contractions that take place at certain times without complications. Pain in labor is a manifestation of the contraction (shortening) of the uterine muscle. This contraction causes pain in the waist, abdomen and radiates towards the thigh. The cause of labor pain includes physiological factors such as the height of the fundus uterus and premature rupture of the second factor, namely psychological, such as anxiety. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors that affect labor pain in mothers in the work area of ​​Sambirejo Public Health Center, Banyuwangi Regency. The research design used was cross sectional. The study population was all mothers giving birth in the work area of ​​Sambirejo Community Health Center and a large sample of 50 patients using random sampling. Data collection uses observation sheets, checklists and questionnaires then analyzed using multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that there was no effect of uterine fundal height (TFU) on labor pain in Sambirejo Public Health Center, Banyuwangi Regency (significant value = 0.835> 0.05). There was the effect of early rupture of membranes (KPD) on labor pain in Sambirejo Health Center in Banyuwangi Regency (significant value = 0.029 <0.05) and there was anxious influence on labor pain in Sambirejo Health Center Banyuwangi District (significant value = 0.040 <0.05). Based on the results of statistical decisions, if the significance is <a (0.001 <0.05) then Ho is rejected, meaning TFU (X1), KPD (X2), and anxiety (X3) simultaneously has a significant effect on labor pain (Y) at Sambirejo District Health Center Banyuwangi. Based on this research, it can be used as an effort to educate or promote health and counseling pregnant women about the importance of preventive efforts to reduce pain during childbirth

Abstract

Business activities in the health field can provide the positive and negative impact on the environment both physical and non physical. to minimize the impacts resulting from these efforts, so any initiator is required to make environmental feasibility document (UKL-UPL). But the fact that happen the proponent to implement document obedience UKL-UPL is still very low. Report on the monitoring and management of the environment should be done every 6 months by healthcare agencies such as hospitals, clinics and maternity homes, still has not been made by some health service agencies. The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of UKL-UPL obedience to the quality of the physical environment in the hospital, clinics and maternity homes Mojokerto.This research design are analytic observational with quantitative approach. Research variables are UKL-UPL obedience as the independent variable and the quality of the physical environment as the dependent variable. The population of the research that is all of health service Agencies in Mojokerto as much as 39 establishments. Samples taken by random sampling technique as much as 36 respondents. Data is collected with ceklist instruments and processed in coding, editing, tabulating and scoring as well as tested with logistics regression test.Logistic regression results indicate that partially and simultaneously the value of p values < 0.05 so that that there were influences of UKL-UPL obedience to the quality of the physical environment in the hospital, clinics and maternity homes, Mojokerto and the simultaneous influence of 50%.The presence of disobedience committed by agencies of the Ministry of health related water management water management, waste management and clean B3 can affect the quality of the physical environment the health service agencies. Management is expected to carry out the management and monitoring of the environment with good and right so as to reduce the risk of transmission of disease occurrence in the environment of the place of work.

Abstract

Flour Albus is a symptom that is very often experienced by most women. This disorder is the second problem after menstrual disorders. Flour Albus is often not taken seriously by women. In fact, vaginal discharge can be an indication of an illness. Almost all women have experienced vaginal discharge. Therefore the researcher was interested in examining the analysis of the use of basil leaves in reducing flour albus in women using KB IUD acceptors in the Indonesian Army Hospital. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of using basil leaves in reducing flour albus in women using KB IUD acceptors in the Indonesian Army Hospital Malang. The research design used is quantitative research with a True Experimental Design approach. Instrument data used questionnaire sheets using the Paired T-test and Anova test. The results of the Paired T-test analysis said that p value = 0,000 for the use of 2 grams of kenagi leaves and p value = 0,006 for the use of 1 gram of basil leaves so that H0 was rejected which meant that there was an effect of 2 gram and 1 gram of Basil Leaf Use In Women with KB IUD Acceptor Users At Malang Army Hospital. From the results of the Anova test, it is known that the value of p value is 0.191> α (0.05), it can be concluded that the administration of basil leaves 2 grams and 1 gram is the same and the difference in mean giving between the two is not significant. It is expected that respondents can make the habit of consuming basil leaves as a prevention and treatment for vaginal discharge experienced when using IUD KB acceptors. And for the next researcher, they can make basil leaves in capsule form to make them easier to consume
