Abstract

Chronic Kidney Failure (CKF) with hemodialysis is a therapy used for patients with stage 5 chronic kidney failure (ESRD) to maintain kidney function. Hemodialysis is one of the therapies for patients with chronic kidney failure followed by electrolyte fluid imbalance disorders. Where the patient's blood containing toxins is diverted to the dialyzer to filter or clean through a semi-permeable membrane and then returned to the patient's body. The purpose of this study was to provide non-pharmacological therapy to reduce anxiety in patients with hemodialysis. This study is a true experiment study with a pre and post test approach with a population of 250 and a sample of 75 people was taken using random sampling techniques. Data were collected and analyzed using the Paired T Test. The results of the study showed that the results of the Paired T test for the instrumental music group obtained a sig value (2 tailed) in the pre and post test of 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is one group that has a very significant difference. The conclusion of this study is that there is anxiety and stress in patients undergoing hemodialysis, especially in new patients. Anxiety can be minimized by diverting attention using music, including instrumental music.

Abstract

Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk dasar perkembangan kognitif, sosial-emosional, bahasa, dan karakter anak. Namun, mutu layanan PAUD di Indonesia masih menghadapi tantangan berupa kesenjangan kualitas proses, keterbatasan kompetensi guru, dan kebutuhan akan inovasi pembelajaran yang relevan dengan konteks lokal maupun global. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis konsep, kebijakan, dan temuan empiris terkait pengembangan inovasi pembelajaran di PAUD melalui pendekatan literature review. Metode yang digunakan adalah telaah sistematis terhadap berbagai sumber nasional dan internasional berupa artikel jurnal, buku akademik, laporan penelitian, dan dokumen kebijakan. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan strategi pencarian literatur dengan kata kunci yang relevan, diseleksi berdasarkan kriteria inklusi-eksklusi, kemudian dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi pembelajaran yang efektif di PAUD harus berbasis pada kebutuhan perkembangan anak, menekankan kualitas interaksi guru–anak, menggunakan pendekatan bermain bermakna, serta mempertimbangkan konteks budaya lokal. Kebijakan nasional seperti Kurikulum Merdeka dan Profil Pelajar Pancasila memberi peluang besar bagi pendidik untuk mengembangkan praktik inovatif, meskipun implementasinya masih menghadapi tantangan pemerataan mutu dan keterbatasan kompetensi guru. Penelitian empiris di Indonesia maupun global juga menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan inovasi sangat bergantung pada dukungan pengembangan profesional guru secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Drug management in hospitals covers four essential stages: selection, planning and procurement, distribution, and use. This study aimed to evaluate the drug management system at Surya Melati Muhammadiyah Hospital. A qualitative phenomenological approach was used, involving 17 informants selected purposively from pharmacy staff, medical professionals, warehouse officers, and finance personnel. Data were obtained through document review and in-depth interviews, then analyzed by comparing findings with existing standards. The results show that the drug selection process has generally aligned with hospital needs, although prescription adherence to the formulary remains low.

Abstract

Communication and collaboration that did not go well amounted to 66% with the most frequent cause being sentinel incident. Implementation of patient service management in dr. Iskak has been carried out since 2015. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the role and function of the Patient Service Manager and the perception of nurses on the implementation of inter-professional collaboration at Dr. Iskak Tulungagung Hospital. The analytical research uses a cross-sectional approach. The research sample ware 120 nurses used simple random sampling. The research was carried out on July 1-31, 2024. The data analysis the Spearman Rho statistic with a value of Sig. (2-tailed) on the role factor of the patient service manager, namely p-value = 0.000 < 0.05, so Ho was rejected which means that the role factor of the patient service manager affects the implementation of inter-professional collaboration in Dr. Iskak Tulungagung Hospital.

Abstract

A hospital is a complex service organization that requires human resources as workers to help the company's activities run smoothly. Good performance is influenced by employee competence, satisfaction and motivation. This type of research was given to 112 respondents. Based on the research results, there is a positive influence on performance from competency of 0.671, compliance of 0.167 and motivation of 0.079. The results of the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.790 show that the performance of Undaan Eye Hospital employees is influenced by fulfillment, competence and motivation by 79% while the remaining 21% is from other factors.

Abstract

Abstract Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan implementasi pembelajaran berbasis nilai karakter pada pendidikan anak usia dini. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penanaman nilai karakter seperti kejujuran, disiplin, tanggung jawab, dan kerja sama dapat dilakukan melalui pembiasaan, keteladanan, dan kegiatan bermain. Lingkungan belajar yang positif dan konsisten mendukung internalisasi nilai karakter pada anak. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pendidikan karakter pada PAUD merupakan fondasi penting dalam pembentukan kepribadian anak sejak dini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of workload, knowledge sharing, and teamwork on the productivity of lecturers at Strada Indonesia University. The research method used a quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to staff at Strada Indonesia University and analyzed using dummy linear regression analysis techniques to identify the relationship between these variables and productivity. The results showed that high workloads had a negative impact on productivity, while knowledge sharing and teamwork had a significant positive influence. Effective knowledge sharing and good teamwork can increase productivity by facilitating the flow of information, improving skills, and strengthening working relationships between individuals.

Abstract

Background:  Patients with chronic kidney failure experience various changes in their lives, starting from their diet, exercise, blood sugar control, urea, creatinine and renal function replacement therapy that must be carried out throughout their lives, causing long stress for the patient. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Spiritual Benson Relaxation on reducing stress in patients undergoing hemodialysis. Methods: This research design uses quasi-experimental approach with a pre and post control group design. The population of all patients with chronic kidney failure who underwent dialysis in the Hemodialysis unit of the Surabaya Islamic Hospital A. Yani was 70 people. The sample size is 32 respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The intervention group was given Spiritual Benson Relaxation and the control group were given intervention according to hospital standards. The analysis used the  Wilcoxon with a significant value of . < 0.05. Results: The results showed that the stress level p value 0.001 in the intervention group and the control group p value 0.035 which means that there is an effect of Spiritual Benson Relaxation on reducing stress in patients undergoing hemodialysis. Conclusion: Spiritual Benson Relaxation is effective in reducing stress in patients undergoing hemodialysis and the technique is easy to do.

Abstract

Background: In 2021 RSUD Dr. Iskak Tulungagung again adopted a patient safety culture measure that was implemented for all hospital staff from several sources as the first step in a good patient safety program. Nurses are a component of human resources (HR) in the hospital health care system, who work directly on the front lines and have more time to deal with patients. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of team work, communication openness and tenure on patient safety incident reporting at dr. ISK Tulungagung. Methods: The type of research conducted in this activity is an observational study with a cross-sectional design and using logistic regression statistical tests. The sample in this study were 406 respondents. Results: Based on the characteristics of the respondents, it showed that there were 304 female nurses and 102 male nurses. The longest working period was 6-10 years, namely 196 people. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the value of team work is 85%, the value of open communication is 83% and the cultural value of reporting patient safety incidents is 94%. Meanwhile, based on the statistical test results, the p-value is 0.001 <0.05; p-value 0.001 <0.05; and a p-value of 0.000 <0.05.
