Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi calon guru penggerak. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri di sekecamatan Bayan Kabupaten Lombok Utara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif diskriftif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Calon Guru Penggerak (CGP) membutuhkan motivasi seorang kepala sekolah, dan mengharapkan dukungan kepala sekolah berupa fasilitas seperti ruangan yang kondusif, alat dan bahan membuat media pembelajaran, Wifi, proyektor dan memberikan waktu luang untuk menyelesaikan tugasnya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat di simpulkan bahwa peran kepala sekolah sangat penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi Calon Guru Penggerak (CGP).

Abstract

Interest is a consistent tendency to pay attention to and be involved in certain activities that a person is drawn to. Interest has a significant influence on learning activities, especially in IPAS learning. The IPAS learning process at SDN 1 Bayan has not been running smoothly due to students’ lack of interest in participating in IPAS lessons. The purpose of this study is to describe the level of students’ learning interest and the factors that influence their interest in IPAS learning. This research was conducted at SDN 1 Bayan. The subjects in this study were the classroom teacher who teaches IPAS and the third-grade students. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The research results show that the factors influencing the learning interest of third-grade students at SDN 1 Bayan in IPAS learning include the distance between home and school being quite far, limited student pocket money, lack of parental attention to their children’s school needs, children experiencing broken homes, lack of parental affection, some students living with their grandparents—these are some of the reasons for the low learning interest, causing students to feel lazy during study, especially in IPAS lessons. Furthermore, the learning method often used is lecturing, and during the learning process, students tend to sit at the back because they feel bored. The way the teacher analyzes students’ learning difficulties in IPAS learning is by inviting struggling students to engage in discussions. This kind of encouragement plays an important role in fostering children's interest. This research is expected to serve as input for IPAS teachers in particular, and subject teachers in general, in overcoming students’ learning difficulties.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the learning process of reading and writing and the obstacles faced by third grade students of SDN 1 Sukadana in the 2024/2025 school year. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research and uses a case study approach with the research subjects, namely 16 students in class III a and b, 2 homeroom teachers and 1 principal. Data collection techniques are: observation, interviews and documentation in the form of pictures and files. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The data validity test used is source triangulation, technique triangulation and time triangulation. The results showed that: (1) The process of learning to read and write in class III is very good and in accordance with government regulations such as: making teaching modules, literacy for 15 minutes before the core lesson begins, implementing core lesson activities (introduction, core and closing activities), providing learning motivation, checking student notebooks. (2) The barriers to learning to read and write in class III are: lack of ability to remember letters, boredom and fatigue, lack of confidence, rarely taking notes or writing lesson material and rarely doing assignments and homework.(3) The causal factors (etiology) of the low reading and writing skills of third grade students are: low intelligence, low motivation to learn, lack of parental attention and the influence of playmates.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the literacy program in improving the reading skills of low-grade students at SDN 1 Santong Mulia. This research used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects included low-grade teachers, students in grades I and II, and the principal. The results showed that the literacy program is implemented through reading activities 15 minutes before lessons, providing a reading corner in the classroom, reading picture storybooks together, and parents' involvement in accompanying children to read at home. The impact of the implementation of this literacy program can be seen in the increase in students' interest in reading, ability to recognize letters and words, and understanding of the content of simple reading. In addition, students become more active in reading aloud and are able to retell the content of the story. Although there are some obstacles such as limited book collections and limited time for individual assistance, in general the literacy program has made a positive contribution in improving the reading skills of low-grade students. This study recommends that the literacy program continue to be developed and supported by all school parties and parents so that the results achieved can be maximized.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Keberagaman Lingkungan Sekolah Sebagai Sumber Belajar di SD Negeri 2 Bayan”, yang lokasi penelitiannya dilakukan di SD Negeri 2 Bayan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu, untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana keberagaman yang ada di lingkungan sekolah di SD Negeri 2 Bayan bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber belajar, dimana dalam penelitian ini keberagaman yang mejadi focus penelitian yaitu, (1) Keberagaman yang meliputi keanekaragaman mahluk hidup, seperti tumbuh-tumbuhan atau tanaman-tanaman yang ada di lingkungan sekolah, (2) Keberagaman budaya dan tradisi yang ada dilingkungan sekitar sekolah di SD Negeri 2 Bayan, yaitu seni Tari dan Tenun. Seni Tari dan Tenun ini merupakan program ekstrakurikuler yang dilaksanakan oleh sekolah di SD Negeri 2 Bayan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah, (1) ada banyak hal yang dapat guru manfaatkan sebagai sumber pembelajaran, selain hanya dari buku ataupun internet, melainkan sesuatu yang sering bahkan setiap hari siswa jumpai, yaitu lingkungan sekolah itu sendiri, taman yang ada di sekolah bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber belajar. (2) Selain itu keberagaman adat, budaya dan tradisi yang ada di SD Negeri 2 Bayan juga bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber belajar, dimana diantaranya yaitu, seni Tari dan Tenu. Tenun merupakan suatu kain yang diunakan oleh masyarakat Bayan untu acara adat dan budayanya. Tenun ini juga merupakan program kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di SD Negeri Bayan. Dalam kegiatan menenun ini ternyata ada pembelajaran yang terkandung di dalamnya, seperti, menumbuhkan rasa cinta terhadap budaya dan dapat membentuk karakter siswa, begitu juga dengan seni Tari, tidak hanya sekedar tradisi yang dilaksanakan diacara atau dipentas-pentas, melainkan ada pembelajaran yang dapat diperoleh siswa dari kegiatan seni Tari tersebut.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to determine the efforts to improve the cognitive abilities of children in Group A through the use of number cards at Uswatun Hasanah Early Childhood Education Center in the 2024/2025 academic year. The research method used is classroom action research with a research design from Kemmis and Mc. TaggartThe research results indicate that children's cognitive abilities, particularly their ability to recognize numbers, in Group B at Uswatun Hasanah Early Childhood Education Center can be improved through the use of number card media. In the pre-cycle, the classical completion rate (KK) achieved was only 27.7% or approximately 3 children out of 11, indicating that children's cognitive abilities, particularly their ability to recognize numbers, were still low. Subsequently, interventions were implemented in Cycle 1, resulting in an increase to 6 children or approximately 54.5%. However, this achievement still did not meet the success indicators expected by the researcher. Therefore, Cycle II was conducted, and it was found that there was an improvement in children's cognitive abilities, particularly their ability to recognize numbers, with approximately 9 children or around 81.8% achieving mastery. The study was terminated at Cycle II as it had already achieved the success indicators expected by the researcher. It can be concluded that using number card media can enhance children's cognitive abilities, particularly their ability to recognize numbers in early childhood. Abstract

Abstrak. This study aims to determine the Influence of Organizational Climate and Work Discipline on Employee Performance in our prewed studio. both partially and simultaneously. This type of research uses a quantitative method with a saturated sample of 50 respondents. The results of the analysis of work experience partially affect employee performance with a simple linear regression equation Y = 17.209 + 0.572 X1. The correlation coefficient of 0.576 means it has a moderate level of relationship and a coefficient of determination of 33.2% means that performance is influenced by organizational climate by 66.8%. This is proven by the t test obtained t count value> t table (3.369> 2.010) and strengthened by a significant value <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). Work discipline partially has a positive effect on employee performance, a simple linear regression equation Y = 23.129 + 0.432 X2. The correlation coefficient of 0.447 means it has a moderate relationship and a coefficient of determination of 20.0% means that performance is influenced by work discipline by 8%. This is proven by the t test obtained the calculated t value > t table (1.322 < 2.010) and is strengthened by a significance value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). The results of the study of organizational climate and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance, the multiple linear regression equation Y = 14.218 + 0.470 X1 + 0.179 X2, the correlation coefficient of 0.596 means it has a moderate level of relationship and a determination coefficient of 35.6% means that performance is influenced by organizational climate and work discipline by 64.4%. the results of the F test hypothesis test obtained the calculated F value > F table (12.968 > 3.19) and is strengthened by a significance value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada studio prewed kita. baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel jenuh sebanyak 50 responden. Hasil analisis Pengalaman kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi linear sederhana Y = 17,209 + 0,572 X1. koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,576 artinya memiliki tingkat hubungan sedang dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 33,2% artinya kinerja dipengaruhi oleh iklim organisasi sebesar 66,8%. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji t diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel (3,369 > 2,010) dan diperkuat oleh nilai signifikan < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, persamaan regresi linear sederhana Y = 23,129 + 0,432 X2. koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,447 artinya memiliki hubungan sedang dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 20,0% artinya kinerja dipengaruhi oleh disiplin kerja sebesar 8%. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji t diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel (1,322 < 2,010) dan diperkuat oleh nilai signifikansi < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Hasil penelitian iklim organisasi dan disiplin kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan, persamaan regresi linear berganda Y = 14,218 + 0,470 X1 + 0,179 X2, koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,596 artinya memiliki tingkat hubungan yang sedang dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 35,6% artinya kinerja dipengaruhi oleh iklim organisasi dan disiplin kerja sebesar 64,4%. hasil uji hipotesis uji F diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel (12,968 > 3,19) dan diperkuat dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Dengan demikian terbukti bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) to determine the role of teachers as facilitators in developing basic literacy activities for fourth-grade students at SDN 1 Mumbul Sari, (2) to determine the role of teachers as motivators in developing basic literacy activities for fourth-grade students at SDN 1 Mumbul Sari, (3) to determine the role of teachers as guides in improving reading and understanding skills for fourth-grade students at Mumbul Sari State Elementary School. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. This research was conducted at SDN 1 Mumbul Sari. The subjects of this study were the Principal and Fourth-grade Teachers. Data collection techniques were by means of interviews, observation, documentation. As well as data validity techniques were carried out by triangulation. The results of this study indicate that (1) the role of teachers as facilitators related to the use of various media used in literacy activities, involving students in managing the reading corner as a center for literacy activities by bringing books to fill the reading corner. Teachers also provide guidance by giving students the opportunity to ask questions, (2) As a motivator, the teacher provides appreciation in the implementation of literacy activities, holds competitions aimed at creating positive competition and literacy activities that involve cooperation between students such as the presence of a scientific supervisor whose job is to supervise the progress of literacy activities. The teacher as a teacher facilitator is able to guide students starting from recognizing letters, memorizing them until they have to write letters into a sentence. (3) The role of the teacher as a guide in improving the ability to read and understand texts of grade IV students of SDN 1 Mumbul Sari as a teacher sees the extent of the development of students' knowledge as well as students' attitudes and skills in the ability to read and understand texts. The teacher is able to improve skills in reading and understanding texts starting from recognizing letters, memorizing them until they have to write letters into a sentence and can be understood.

Abstract

This study aims to improve fine motor skills through the art of folding origami in children aged 5-6 years. The subjects in this study were group B with 15 students, consisting of 6 male students and 9 female students. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out and ends in a cycle that achieves the specified learning outcomes. The data collection instrument used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses quantitative data. The results showed that the art of folding origami could improve children's fine motor skills. This can be seen from the research data, namely in Cycle I 60% or 9 students from the total number of children in the BSH category, while in Cycle II there was an increase to 80% or 12 students from the total number of children in the class, 9 students. students are in the BSH category while the other 4 students are in the BSB category. This shows that the use of the art of folding origami effectively improves children's fine motor skills at the early childhood education level.
