Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Implementasikan Pembelajaran Project Based Learning Terhadap Kreativitas Siswa Kelas 4 Di SDN 4 Pemenang Barat Kecamatan Pemenang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN 4 pemenang barat kecamatan pemenang pada siswa kelas 4 dengan jumlah 32 siswa. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informasi yang dikumpulkan adalah berasal dari kepala sekolah, guru kelas 4, serta siswa kelas 4 di SDN 4 pemenang barat. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan Hasil penelitian ini dalam Pengimplementasian Project Based Learning Membahas Dua Poin Penting Yaitu: 1) Pada Pengimplementasian Pembelajaran Project Based Learning Dalam Meningkatkan Kreativitas Siswa terdapat perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran. 2) Dampak positif yang di temukan dalam menerapkan pembelajaran project based learning yaitu peserta didik menjadi lebih aktif, kreatif dan inovatif serta mengembangkan kreativitas serta dapat meningkatkan inovasi yang ada pada peserta didik.

Abstract

 This research aims to investigate the implementation of the elementary school administration model in increasing the effectiveness of learning management in the school environment. The administrative model implemented combines various strategies and approaches that focus on optimizing management, improving the quality of teaching, and strengthening relationships between all relevant stakeholders. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation and document analysis. Research respondents included principals, teachers, administrative staff, and students from several elementary schools that participated in the implementation of the administrative model. The research results show that the implementation of the elementary school administration model has contributed significantly to increasing the effectiveness of learning management. This model helps in increasing administrative efficiency, optimal use of resources, and more targeted learning planning. In addition, this administrative model encourages better collaboration between school stakeholders, including collaboration between school principals, teachers, administrative staff, and parents. This research concludes that the implementation of a holistic and collaboration-based elementary school administration model can provide great benefits in increasing the effectiveness of learning management. This model can be a reference for elementary schools in improving the quality and achievement of education and creating a more effective and competitive learning environment.

Abstract

This research aims to describe how to improve children's reading abilities at Puri Cendikia Kindergarten for the 2022/2023 school year. This research focuses more on how to improve children's reading abilities at the age of 5-6 years. This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) where the subjects in this research are group B students from Puri Cendikia Kindergarten with a total of 8 students. The focus of this research is the reading ability of children aged 5-6 years.        In this research, researchers used Big Book media to improve children's ability to read to meet the criteria desired by the researcher.  In this study, data collection only used two cycles, in the first cycle the level of children's reading abilities still looked low because there were still some children's reading abilities that had not improved significantly. In cycle I with Developing As Expected (BSH) results there were 4 children or equivalent to 50%, and Very Well Developing (BSB) consisted of 1 child or equivalent to 12.5%. Apart from that, there is cycle II as a planning improvement action where from cycle I to cycle II there was an increase of 37.5% so that children who developed according to expectations (BSH) consisted of 6 children or the equivalent of 75%, and developed very well. (BSB) totaling 3 children or the equivalent of 37.5%. So with this increase, the researcher stopped his research because the researcher had obtained the correct results according to the desired classical value. However, individual scores are still not perfect and there are still children who fall below the assessment criteria.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Canva media on science and science cognitive learning outcomes in food chain material in class V at SDN 3 Rempek. This research was carried out at SDN 3 Rempek on class V students of SDN 3 Rempek for the 2023/2024 academic year with a population of 14 students. Sampling was carried out using a saturated sampling technique. The total sample of 14 students was used as one experimental class. This research is pre-experimental research with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation and learning outcomes tests. Data collected through science and science cognitive learning results were tested for normality, homogeneity and hypothesis testing, t-test (paired sample T-test). The results of this research are: there is an influence of Canva media on cognitive science learning outcomes in food chain material in class V SDN 3 Rempek based on the results of data analysis, the average pretest score is 64.28 from 14 students with a KKM of 70, that is, there are 9 who got a score of 45-65. students can be categorized as low while scores of 70-85 are 5 students who can be categorized as high scores. Based on the posttest results after applying Canva media, the average is 75.35. From the score of 60-65 consisting of 3 students, it can be said to be a low score, while the score of 70-90 consists of 11 students, it is said to be the highest score. The difference between the pretest and posttest scores is 11. 07 then the posttest score is higher than the pretest. The results of hypothesis testing with the T-test (Paired Sample t-Test) have a 2-tailed sig value of 0.000<0.05, so it can be stated that there is a real difference between the science and science cognitive learning results for food chain material in the pretest value and the posttest value. The results of calculating the T-table using T-count are -4.954>1.782 with a significance level of 0.05. It can be stated that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The application of the Canva media has an influence on the science learning outcomes of food chain material. So, the application of Canva media can have a significant influence on the cognitive learning outcomes of science and science on food chain material in class V SDN 3 Rempek so that Canva media provides interest, interest, motivation, learning outcomes, focus, concentration and understanding of the concept of the material.

Abstract

Mariatun (2023). This research aims to find out whether traditional games can increase the value of honest character education and knowing the positives and negatives in elementary school. This qualitative research uses a phenomenological approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interview and documentation techniques. Interview. This research has several stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. To test the validity of the data in this research, the researcher used diligent observation and triangulation. The results of this research show that the value of honest character in traditional games and its impacts can be seen in the research results as follows: 1). Honest values in traditional games include: Obeying game rules, praying before playing, admitting mistakes in the game, reprimanding mistakes and apologizing to friends. The positive and negative impacts of the traditional Selodor game on the value of honest character include positive impacts, the costs required are low, develop children's gross motor skills, can develop social intelligence, they can use their free time by playing games which are very useful and the negative impact is that the Selodor game has risks. in the form of small fights, neglecting obligations when they are busy playing and feeling a little "reluctant", not being able to go back to studying when students feel tired, students choosing to sleep if it disturbs the learning process, children always drinking cold sweet and fizzy drinks after playing on selodor. , Requires a large area of land so you need to look for large and roomy land and requires more energy, so not everyone can play it.

Abstract

 This study aims to describe efforts to shape children's independent character at Satya Prawira PAUD in the 2021/2022 academic year. This research focuses more on how to increase the independent character of children at the age of 4-5 years. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) where the subjects in this study are group A students from PAUD Satya Prawira with a total of 10 students. The focus of this research is the independent character of children at the age of 4-5 years.      In this study, researchers used a habituation method in the form of giving examples and an action that can help children's independent character to increase according to the criteria desired by the researcher. In this study for data collection only used two cycles, in which cycle I the level of children's independence was still low because there were still some children's independence had not increased significantly. In cycle I with the results of Developing as Expected (BSH) there were 3 children or equivalent to 30%, and Developing Very Well (BSB) consisted of 7 children or equivalent to 70%. In addition, there is also a cycle II as a planning improvement action which from cycle I to cycle II has increased by 10% so that children who are Developing as Expected (BSH) consist of 2 children or equivalent to 20%, and Developing Very Well (BSB) totaling 8 children or equivalent to 80%. So, with this increase, the researcher stopped his research because the researcher had obtained the right results according to the desired classical value. However, the individual scores are still less than perfect and there are still children who are below the assessment criteria.

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah dasar merupakan tantangan yang terus dihadapi oleh para pendidik. Salah satu faktor kunci yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas pembelajaran adalah strategi manajemen kelas yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi implementasi strategi manajemen kelas yang efektif dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah observasi kelas, wawancara dengan guru, dan analisis dokumentasi. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 10 guru kelas di tiga sekolah dasar yang berbeda. Strategi manajemen kelas yang diobservasi meliputi pembentukan aturan kelas, pemberian reward dan punishment, pengaturan ruang kelas, penggunaan teknologi, dan penerapan strategi pembelajaran yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi strategi manajemen kelas yang efektif memiliki dampak positif terhadap pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Guru-guru yang menerapkan strategi manajemen kelas yang efektif mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif, meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, dan mengurangi gangguan di kelas. Selain itu, strategi pembelajaran yang berfokus pada keaktifan siswa dan penggunaan teknologi juga memberikan hasil yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi para guru, kepala sekolah, dan pengambil kebijakan pendidikan. Guru-guru perlu diberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam mengimplementasikan strategi manajemen kelas yang efektif. Kepala sekolah harus memberikan dukungan dan memfasilitasi lingkungan yang mendukung implementasi strategi tersebut. Selain itu, kebijakan pendidikan perlu mempertimbangkan pentingnya strategi manajemen kelas yang efektif sebagai bagian integral dari upaya meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine how the reading corner is implemented to foster reading interest among second-grade students of SDN 5 Sigar Penjalin in the 2023-2024 academic year. Understanding and utilizing reading and writing is the primary goal of the reading corner as a teaching strategy. Second-grade students serve as research subjects for this study. This research is of a qualitative type. The results of the study show that the reading corner at SDN 5 Sigar Penjalin can enhance students' reading interest. The implementation of the reading corner at SDN 5 Sigar Penjalin involves several methods to help students develop their reading interest, including encouraging students to read before starting lessons, listening to stories, and reading to boost their interest in reading..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh  Iklim Organisasi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada studio prewed kita. baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel jenuh sebanyak 50 responden. Hasil analisis Pengalaman kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi linear sederhana Y = 17,209 + 0,572 X1. koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,576 artinya memiliki tingkat hubungan sedang dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 33,2% artinya kinerja dipengaruhi oleh iklim organisasi sebesar 66,8%. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji t diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel (3,369 > 2,010) dan diperkuat oleh nilai signifikan < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, persamaan regresi linear sederhana Y = 23,129 + 0,432 X2. koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,447 artinya memiliki hubungan sedang dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 20,0% artinya kinerja dipengaruhi oleh disiplin kerja sebesar 8%. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji t diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel (1,322 < 2,010) dan diperkuat oleh nilai signifikansi < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Hasil penelitian iklim organisasi dan disiplin kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan, persamaan regresi linear berganda Y = 14,218 + 0,470 X1 + 0,179 X2, koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,596 artinya memiliki tingkat hubungan yang sedang dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 35,6% artinya kinerja dipengaruhi oleh iklim organisasi dan disiplin kerja sebesar 64,4%. hasil uji hipotesis uji F diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel (12,968 > 3,19) dan diperkuat dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Dengan demikian terbukti bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta mendeskripsikan, strategi yang dilakukan guru dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa, faktor pendukung dan penghambat serta bagaimana dampaknya dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa. Adapun jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kualitatif deskriftif dengan teknik pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru kelas III dan siswa kelas III SD Negeri 1 Santong. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini adanya dukungan dari sekolah dalam memberikan fasilatas guru seperti mengadakan pelatihan pelatihan desain pembelajaran metode ataupun strategi yang akan diterapkan sesuai kebutuhan sisiwa termasuk pemilihan metode pembelajaran seperti bermain peran dan diskusi kelompok. Metode ini diterapkan dalam mata pelajaran bahasa indonesia. Faktor pendukungnya adalah fasilitas dari sekolah, motivasi siswa dan kelas yang kondusif. sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah kurangnya percaya diri siswa, pembiasaan penggunaan Bahasa sasak yang digunakan sehari-hari dan kurangnya waktu Latihan berbicara. Hasil dari metode yang diterapkan adalah meningkat dalam hal percaya diri siswa, dapat membangun Kerjasama antar siswa, pemahaman terhadap keterampilan berbicara siswa baik dari segi kosa kata, interaksi, struktur kalimat, kreativitas dalam berbicara dan percaya diri.
