Abstract

Pengembangan produk dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan merupakan hal penting yang dilakukan dalam industri. Dalam Industri daging sapi hal tersebut penting sekali dilakukan dalam rangka mengantisipasi perubahan permintaan terutama dalam kondisi pandemi dimana permintaan pasar cepat sekali berubah. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan Segmentasi pelanggan dalam rangka pengembangan produk dan pengembangan pelanggan.  Dalam penelitian ini segmentasi pelanggan dilakukan dengan metode kombinasi antara analisis pada data transaksi pelanggan selama tiga tahun di distributor daging sapi. Proses pemilihan menggunakan software RStudio 3.1.1. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan pelanggan daging sapi terbagi menjadi  3 pemilihan pelanggan, berdasarkan data pelanggan selama tiga tahun. Dari cara pemilihan  tersebut, cluster 2 merupakan kelompok pelanggan yang potensial atau baik sedangkan cluster 3 merupakan kelompok customer dengan tingkat loyalitas yang rendah terhadap perusahaan.

Abstract

Increased productivity is an effort to increase production capacity by increasing the productivity of each factor of production. PT XYZ is a company that uses sophisticated machines and facilities to produce aluminium profiles that create various needs in the form of building goods or furniture products in the form of doors, windows, partitions, frames, rolling doors, etc. One of the machines used is the 1800 press machine. This study aims to increase productivity with Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to make improvements. Based on the calculation of the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of the 1800 press machine during January - December, the final value was 52%, this value indicates that the effectiveness of the 1800 press machine has not reached the ideal deal of 85% so that some improvements are needed. The company experiences the three most considerable losses: Breakdown Losses, Setup and Adjustment Losses, and Reduce Speed Losses, so repairs must be made to these three losses so that the 1800 press machine can achieve its best performance. Keywords— Overall Equipments Effectiveness (OEE), Six Big Losses, 1800 press machine

Abstract

The research was aimed to measure and analyze productivity in production department at Paint Industry for Automotive, the criteria used  are Quantity of production, number of sales, stock of raw materials, bad stock, electricity usage, loss production, machine breakdown, overtime hours, product stock productivity and Productivity of washing solvent usage. Data was obtained based on questionnaires and company data, the analysis was carried out using Objective Matrix Method and Company Key Performance Indicator to determine the level of company productivity. The results showed that the productivity of the company was low and unstable. Production productivity was the highest productivity but this productivity was not in accordance with the productivity conditions of other companies such as sales, raw material usage, labor, electricity usage, machine breakdown, and bad stock. Another highly contradictory productivity is the amount of overtime production numbers are not following the increase in the quantity of production. When production productivity rose, the productivity of other supporters decreased. These contradictory conditions indicate that the productivity of the quantity of production can still continue to be improved with make stronger controls for other support activities in line production.

Abstract

PT Saptaindra Sejati (SIS) is a company engaged in coal services, the company produces pallet boxes which is a fabrication product that is currently the demand is always there and desirable customers. The pallet uses the main raw materials such as iron elbows, iron pipes and iron plates. The production of pallet-making boxes is strongly influenced by the increase in material prices and the costs required for the process. One method of product improvement is approximated by design for manufacturing (DFM). This method is a design method that will be used for manufacturing minimum product requirement of components, printing and quality. PT Saptaindra Sejati in the fabrication section that makes pallet boxes focus on reducing components and improving production quality. Reduce components done by non-tobacco materials but still improve product quality. The production process can be improved by simplifying the production process. The main purpose of the process is the cost that can minimize production and quality. The result of DFM implementation to produce 1 pallet box will produce production cost up to 20,0% and quality cost up to 27,1%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the optimal usage volume of iron raw plates required by PT. Misitama for the period of 2017. PT. Misitama is a company engaged in the field of tank manufacturing industry for the needs of manufacturing and mining industries. The study analyzed the total cost of Iron Iron raw material supply which must be used by PT. Misitama during 2017, analyzing reorder point, safety stock and raw material inventory control using EOQ method. The data used is the data of September 2017 - October 2017. The data used is secondary data derived from corporate data. The results show that the amount of raw material purchases during 2017 if using the EOQ method becomes lower. The optimal purchase of raw materials to be done by the company in 2017 is 14.8 m2 with the frequency of ordering to be done as much as 8 times. The quantity of safety stock (Safety Stock) that must be available in warehouse of 7 m2 and reorder point (reorder point) EOQ that is when the warehouse inventory is only 8.88 m2. Total inventory cost for production process issued by PT. Misitama by using EOQ method becomes smaller than the total cost of previous inventory.

Abstract

Abstrak: Jangkrik merupakan pakan hewan peliharaan yang memiliki potensi pengembangan yang cukup baik mengingat permintaan yang tinggi, namun dalam proses peternakan banyak kendala yang dihadapi peternak, mulai dari banyaknya hama sampai dengan kendala harga jual jangkrik yang bergantung kepada tengkulak. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu peternak jangkrik meningkatkan hasil peternakan dan memberikan pelatihan mengenai pemasaran produk. Metoda pengabdian masyarakat yang digunakan dibagi dua yaitu tahap persiapan dan tahap implementasi, dimana pada tahap tersebut dilakukan sosialisasi, memberikan pelatihan budidaya jangkrik, pelatihan pemasaran jangkrik, pelatihan proses budidaya, monitoring hasil pelatihan dan melakukan evaluasi terhadap hasil pelatihan. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini ditunjukan dengan adanya peningkatan kemampuan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan peternakan jangkrik, ini ditandai dengan peningkatan hasil produksi yang semula 20 – 35 Kg menjadi 32 – 50 Kg.Abstract:  Crickets are pet food that has good development potential considering the high demand. Still, in the breeding process, farmers face many obstacles, ranging from the number of pests to the selling price of crickets that depend on middlemen. This community service aims to help cricket farmers increase livestock yields and provide training on product marketing. The community service method used is divided into two, namely the preparation stage and the implementation stage, where socialization is carried out, providing cricket cultivation training, cricket marketing training, cultivation process training, monitoring training results, and evaluating the results of the training. The results of this community service are shown by an increase in the ability of the community to manage cricket farms; this is marked by an increase in production results from 20-35 Kg to 32-50 Kg.

Abstract

Ketidapastikan alokasi pendistribusian produk rantai roda tipe-428 mengakibatkan tinggi nya biaya transportasi sehingga perlu dilakukan pengoptimalan biaya tranpsortasi untuk mengurangi pemborosan. Pendistribusian produk rantai roda tipe-428 ke beberapa customer. Pendistribusian produk rantai roda tipe-428 ke beberapa customer dengan permintaan masing-masing customer yang berbeda dan jumlah yang besar dengan rata-rata permintaan  terbesar customer adalah 234.609. Penelitian ini dilakukan guna menemukan solusi optimal untuk menemukan biaya transportasi yang optimal. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini metode North West Corner (NWC), Least Cost, dan Vogel Approximation (VAM), dengan metode yang terpilih adalah Least Cost dan VAM karena biaya yang dihasilkan oleh kedua metode tersebut yang paling optimum dan menghasilkan total biaya yang sama. Kemudian, mencari solusi optimum dengan membandingkan biaya yang optimum menggunakan metode Stepping Stone dan metode MODI (Modified Distribution). Hasil dari pencarian solusi optimum dengan kedua metode ini didapatkan hasil yang sama sehingga dipilih metode stepping stone untuk mencari solusi optimum. Kemudian dilakukan pengecekan dengan menggunakan software LINGO untuk mengetahui hasil yang didapatkan dari perhitungan manual sudah sesuai. Dari hasil perhitungan yang dilakukan didapatkan penurunan biaya sebesar 33,17%.

Abstract

Reverse logistic has become an important topic for the organization due to growing environmental concern, government regulation, economic value, and sustainable competitiveness. Uncertainty is one of the key factors in the reverse supply chain that must be controlled; thus, the company could optimize the reverse supply chain function. This paper discusses progress in reverse logistic research. A total of 72 published articles were selected, analyzed, categorized and the research gaps were found among them. The study began by analyzed previous research articles in reverse logistic. In this stage, we also collected and reviewed journals discussing about the reverse supply chain. Meanwhile, the result of this stage shows that uncertainty factor has not been reviewed in detail. The most common theme as the background research in reverse logistic is environmental and economic aspect. Uncertainty in Close Loop Supply Chain is the most widely used approach, followed by the usage on reverse logistics, reverse supply chain and reverse Model. The most used approach and method on uncertainty are Mixed Integer Linear Programing, mixed integer nonlinear Programing, Robust Fuzzy Stochastic Programming, and Improved kriging-assisted robust optimization method. Customer demand, total cost, product returns are the most widely researched aspects. This paper may be useful for academicians, researchers and practitioners in learning on reverse logistic and reverse supply chain; therefore, close loop supply chain can be guidance for upcoming researches. Research opportunity based on this research combines total cost, quality return product, truck capacity, delivery route, remanufacturing capacity, and facility location got optimum function in uncertainty. The research method and approach for MINLP, IK-MRO and RSFP provide many opportunities for research. For theme and area in reverse logistic, close loop supply chain is the theme that provides the most research opportunities.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has made uncertainty in demand very high; there have been many changes in demand due to changes in the market and people's buying methods. So that forecasting accuracy is significant for every industry, at least the forecast that is closest to the conditions faced by the company so that the company does not lose money due to forecasting errors. Time series is a widely used model for forecasting using past data. This study aims to minimize forecasting errors by analyzing which demand forecasting model is most suitable for demand conditions based on historical data on demand for masterbatch products. The method used in this study is a time series model, which consists of the season naive method, holt exponential smoothing, exponential triple smoothing, and autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA). Data processing is done using Rstudio software. The results show that the ARIMA method (2,1,0) (1,1,0) is the best because it has the smallest error rate value with case studies and exact data; the standard error size values used are ME, RMSE, MAE, MPE, MAPE, MASE, and ACF1. This study analyzes forecasting during the Covid-19 pandemic using time series and compares them to find the best results. Then the results of this study can be used as a reference by companies and researchers in determining the model used to make forecasts.

Abstract

Abstrak: Sampah Organik merupakan permasalahan besar yang belum mampu diselesaikan oleh pemerintah dan masyarakat. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengolah sampah dan mengurangi sampah organik dengan cara memanfaatkannya sebagai pakan maggot. Maggot merupakan larva dari lalat BSF yang memiliki protein tinggi, dan memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi. Maggot dapat mengurai sampah organikdengan efektif, sehinggabudidaya maggot perlu digiatkan dimasyarakat untuk membantu masyarakat dan pemerintah dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan sampah, sekaligus dapat membantu penghasilan masyarakat. Pengabdian masyarakat ini sekaligus menyelesaikan permasalahan sampah orgaik yang ada di pasar dan rumah tangga. Metoda yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian ini adalah dengan melakukan penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan secara langsung. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatnya keterampilan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan sampah organic dan memanfaatkannya sebagai bahan baku budidaya maggot, kemudian keberhasilan masyarakat dalam peternakan yang ditunjukan dengan hasil panen. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini menghasilkan maggot kering yang dapat dijual dan memberikan keuntungan secara ekonomi.Abstract: Organic waste is a big problem that has not been able to be solved by the government and society. This community service aims to improve community skills in processing waste and reducing organic waste by using it as maggot feed. Maggot is the larvae of the BSF fly, which has high protein and a high selling value. Maggots can decompose organic waste effectively, so maggot cultivation needs to be intensified in the community to help the community and government in solving waste problems, as well as helping people's income. This community service also solves the problem of organic waste in the market and in households. The method used in this service is to provide counseling, training, and direct assistance. The result of this community service is the increase in community skills in utilizing organic waste and using it as raw material for maggot cultivation. The harvest indicates the success of the community in animal husbandry. The results of this community service produce dry maggots that can be sold and provide economic benefits.
