This study was made to know the features of any vehicle feature on which decisions of consumers inJakarta when it took the decision to choose a vehicle. The method of research by giving questionnairesto 120 respondents and data processed using SPSS 16 to determine the degree of importance, usingdescriptive analysis and frequency. This study was conducted based on the number of vehiclemanufacturers of four-wheel vehicles in LCGC (Low Cost Green Car), researchers wanted to knowwhether the feature LCGC effect on supply chain sustainability. Feature - a feature built into thequestionnaire is physical endurance and durability of the product, engine performance and Type latestmachinery, Recycling of plastic materials and metals, the use of environmentally friendly raw materials,the ethical aspects and environmental supplier, the price of the vehicle, the number of passengers in thevehicle and the shape and models of vehicles. based on the results of the questionnaire which featuresare most influential in determining the selection of a vehicle is the price of the vehicle, followed bynumber of passengers, and then features eco-friendly materials and performance and the latest enginetypes. Based on the degree of interest of 95% consider price feature becomes an important factor even40% thought it very important. For features an environmental friendly raw materials use 100% of therespondents agreed to consider these important features.

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada sebuah Perusahaan Suku Cadang shock absorber ternama di Asia untuk kendaraan, mesin yang digunakan sangat berkualitas yang berstandar OEM. Perawatan mesin dilakukan untuk meminilisir terjadinya kerugian dan kerusakan pada mesin yang dipakai. Saati ini perawatan dilakukan satu minggu sekali yaitu penambahan chemical cr 3 dan penggantian tools - tools seperti lower jig, konektor, dan masking. Masalah yang terjadi yaitu adanya lumpur yang mengendap di bawah bak cushion. Tujuan pada penelitian ini mengatasi endapan chemical yang terjadi di dasar bak cushion dan mengetahui keuntungan yang didapat setelah menerapkan usulan metode value engineering. Hasil yang di dapatkan membuat alat bantu untuk proses penambahan chemical pada line PRP 2 berupa alat mixing chemical yang berfungsi mengaduk cairan chemical yang telah dipindahkan dari bak cushion ke tangki mixing chemical. Cairan yang di mixing sebelumnya telah di tambahkan Cr 03, Keuntungan yang didapatkan oleh perusahaan setelah menerapkan perancangan alat ini dengan membandingkan data pemakaian chemical terhadap output periode Maret – Juli 2019 bahwa 1 Kg chemical Cr yang sebelumnya menghasilkan 193 pcs piston rod menjadi 311 pcs per kilogram chemical Cr 03 setelah menerapkan usulan, dan akan memperoleh keuntungan yang lebih tinggi dari sebelumnya.

Beef is a perishable product and requires special handling. Demand for beef also fluctuates quite high and is heavily influenced by various religious events and traditions in Indonesia. Under these conditions, for various reasons, beef products are returned from customers to distributors. An increase in the number of products returned from customers leads to high costs and the risk of product damage. The research created an optimization model for product distribution and product recall from customers with minimal costs and risks. The research applied a clustering method using the Density-Based Spatial Clustering (DBSCAN) algorithm to determine the density of customers’ locations and the number of orders. Optimization of distance and distribution and withdrawal costs applied Multi Depot Vehicle Routing Problem (MDVRP) and Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) mathematical modeling. The results indicate three customer clusters with one noise, with the most potential customers in cluster 1. From this condition, product delivery optimization is based on the distance and number of shipments from the two central warehouses. Optimization uses of MDVRP and MILP to model and make company-owned trucks more profitable at high rental truck replacement costs. The research produces a robust model for changes in the truck number and capacity based on sensitivity analysis.

Perusahaan dalam menjalankan aktifitasnya membutuhkan karyawan yang sehat baik fisik maupun mental maka dari itu karyawan sebagai SDM merupakan bagian terpenting untuk perusahaan, ketika karyawan mengalami stress akan berakibat buruk terhadap produktifitas perusahaan dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasi level stress terhadap karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik klasifikasi dan tahapan - tahapan pada data mining untuk klasifikasi data level stress pada karyawan dengan algoritma Naïve Bayes menggunakan tool RapidMiner, pengolahan data yang akan dijadikan dataset dalam penelitian ini. Dari data tersebut akan dibagi menjadi 70% data training dan 30% data testing. Hasil dari penelitian data menyatakan tingkat performace / accurcy 97,67 %, simple distribution yang berisi class normal 0,395, attribute temperature pada class normal adalah 88,065, putuskan dalam klasifikasi naïve bayes. Berdasarkan penelitian yang sudah dilakukan mendapatkan kesimpulan bahwa teknik klasifikasi dengan penerapan algoritma Naïve Bayes dapat digunakan untuk melakukan prediksi tingkat level stress pada karyawan.

Virus Covid – 19 merupakan kasus yang terjadi pertama kali di Kota Wuhan China yang menyerang pernafasan dengan menyerupai penyakin influenza atau flue yang menyerang paru – paru . Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan sebagai analisis pengkelasan untuk mengetahui bagaimana persebaran virus yang terjadi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode K – Means atau nilai tengah dalam perhitungan berdasarkan umur di seluruh provinsi Indonesia selama 3 tahun terakhir. Hasil penelitian memperoleh persebaran yang tertinggi terbanyak berada pada kelompok umur 40 – 60 tahun pada tahun 2020 maka dapat dikatakan penurunan Covid – 19 pada tahun 2021 mengalami penurunan analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan software Rapid Minner

Abstrak: Penyediaan bahan baku adalah suatu permasalahan utama yang telah dialami oleh perusahaan seperti PT.Saft Footwear berpartisipasi dalam proses produksi. Penyediaan bahan baku dengan banyak ataupun sedikit akan berpotensi menimbulkan masalah di suatu perusahaan. Kekurangan bahan baku justu akan menyebabkan pemroduksian terhenti. Padahal stok bahan baku yang sangat banyak dapat menimbulkan anggaran tambahan, apalagi yang berdampak pada profit perusahaan tersebut. Penulis menemui kira-kira permasalahan semacam penyimpanan bahan mentah di gudang dimana dapat menyebabkan bahan hancur dan kualitasnya turun. Bagi model kekurangan tersebut, penulis membuat usulan dimana usulan tersebut dapat mendirikan sebuah rancangan demi mengontrol stok bahan mentah di gudang. Pada Metode mengumpulkan data kami memakai wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen, padahal metode rancangan yang dipakai dalam meneliti ini adalah Unified Modeling Language (UML), dan aplikasi yang dipakai yaitu power designer. Hasilnya, rancangan dapat dibuat sesuai harapan dan memberikan kemudahan bagi pelaku usaha untuk menerapkan proses manajemen gudang secara nyaman, cepat, dan mudah bagi pengguna dapat mencetak sebuah laporan.Kata Kunci: Persediaan bahan baku; Unified Modeling Language; Use Case; Activity Diagram; Power Designer.

This study aims to analyze the calculation of the cost of production of shoe products using the full costing method at UKM Sejahtera. SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) play an important role in a country's economy, and a good understanding of production costs is the key to their business success. The full costing method is an approach that incorporates all production costs, both variable and fixed costs, in8to the calculation of the cost of goods. In this study, production cost data from UKM Sejahtera was taken and analyzed using the full costing method. The results of the analysis show that the application of the full costing method has a significant impact on the calculation of the cost of production of shoe products in UKM Sejahtera. In this method, fixed costs are also accumulated, so that the cost of goods manufactured becomes more transparent and reflects the actual costs associated with shoe production.

The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of the marketing mix. The design of this research is a cross-sectional study with a sample size of four groups, which were taken randomly using the exchange sampling method. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and questionnaires. Chi-square test and linear regression were used to analyze the data. Linear regression to find the most influential independent variable. This study found that there were three influential variables: product marketing mix (p = 0.032), price (p = 0.001), and product distribution (p = 0.020), with price having the largest impact on sales. Sig (p) = 0.010 (beta = 0.282). Traders are expected to further improve the marketing mix of broiler chicken products in terms of aspects (product, price and distribution) so that chicken sales can be increased. Traders need to make more careful considerations, such as determining selling prices, prices imposed by competitors and costs incurred in connection with efforts to increase sales.

Ty-Syar milk shop is a shop that sells formula milk. This milk shop wants to forecast sales for the next year. The aim of this research is to determine the sales forecast for formula milk. The method used to find out sales forecasting uses the Moving Average. The results of this research using Moving Average obtained MAPE 2,691, MAD 21,852, MSD 741,975. So the average obtained using the Sigle Moving Average is 775, this is the average value of the movement of milk sales during 2022.

One effort to increase agricultural yields from cassava or cassava ingredients is to process them into various kinds of preparations, one of which is cassava chips. There are many MSMEs that produce cassava chips as a business, this can result in an increase in the selling value of the cassava or cassava plants. . In order for the value of sales of cassava chips to increase, it is necessary to improve the quality of the cassava chip products. The increase in cassava chips can result in increased satisfaction from consumers who buy the cassava chips product. This can ultimately have an impact in terms of increasing sales of cassava chips. Increasing sales of cassava chips can provide benefits for MSMEs and can increase the selling power of cassava sendırı or cassava chips.
