Abstract

Perusahaan dalam menjalankan aktifitasnya membutuhkan karyawan yang sehat baik fisik maupun mental maka dari itu karyawan sebagai SDM merupakan bagian terpenting untuk perusahaan, ketika karyawan mengalami stress akan berakibat buruk terhadap produktifitas perusahaan dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasi level stress terhadap karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik klasifikasi dan tahapan - tahapan pada data mining untuk klasifikasi data level stress pada karyawan dengan algoritma Naïve Bayes menggunakan tool RapidMiner, pengolahan data yang akan dijadikan dataset dalam penelitian ini. Dari data tersebut akan dibagi menjadi 70% data training dan 30% data testing. Hasil dari penelitian data menyatakan tingkat performace / accurcy 97,67 %, simple distribution yang berisi class normal 0,395, attribute temperature pada class normal adalah 88,065, putuskan dalam klasifikasi naïve bayes. Berdasarkan penelitian yang sudah dilakukan mendapatkan kesimpulan bahwa teknik klasifikasi dengan penerapan algoritma Naïve Bayes dapat digunakan untuk melakukan prediksi tingkat level stress pada karyawan.

Abstract

Penyediaan bahan baku adalah suatu permasalahan utama yang telah dialami oleh perusahaan seperti PT. SAFT FOOTWEAR berpartisipasi dalam proses produksi. Penyediaan bahan baku dengan banyak ataupun sedikit akan berpotensi menimbulkan masalah di suatu perusahaan. Kekurangan bahan baku justu akan menyebabkan pemroduksian terhenti. Padahal stok bahan baku yang sangat banyak dapat menimbulkan anggaran tambahan, apalagi yang berdampak pada profit perusahaan tersebut. Penulis menemui kira-kira permasalahan semacam penyimpanan bahan mentah di gudang dimana dapat menyebabkan bahan hancur dan kualitasnya turun. Bagi model kekurangan tersebut, penulis membuat usulan dimana usulan tersebut dapat mendirikan sebuah rancangan demi mengontrol stok bahan mentah di gudang. Pada Metode mengumpulkan data kami memakai wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen, padahal metode rancangan yang dipakai dalam meneliti ini adalah Unified Modeling Language (UML), dan aplikasi yang dipakai yaitu power designer. Hasilnya, rancangan dapat dibuat sesuai harapan dan memberikan kemudahan bagi pelaku usaha untuk menerapkan proses manajemen gudang secara nyaman, cepat, dan mudah bagi pengguna dapat mencetak sebuah laporan

Abstract

Tobacco is one of the cash crops that can be used as raw material in smoking activities and has many risks. In Indonesia, it is one of the largest tobacco producers and consumers in the world. In that case, the government made a statement as a support for the fulfillment of tobacco needs, with the aim that there is no excessive amount of inventory or shortage, so as not to harm a company. In this study, quantitative descriptive methods were used, in the calculation using forecasting with an EOQ approach and the help of an R Studio application / software. The result obtained is the maximum supply that can be managed with the lowest maximum supply is 4,188,968,000 / kg, while for the maximum supply the largest is 13,508,795,487 / kg. then the total cost of supplies is IDR 3,665,652,167,548.

Abstract

Optimization modeling is a method used to find the best solution to a problem from a set of possible options. This problem has not optimized complex oil sales and produced an efficient and profitable oil sales strategy for the Barkah Jaya Motor Workshop. This research aims to optimize oil sales at the Barkah Jaya Motor Workshop. This research uses the simplex method as its approach. This research discusses two types of oil, namely, Pertamina oil purchased at a price of 90,000/oil and Shell oil purchased at a price of 75,000/oil. The results of this research concluded that the optimal strategy identified was to sell 2 pcs of Pertamina oil and Shell oil to produce a maximum profit of idr 200,000.

Abstract

This research aims to explore effective warehouse system development strategies to address complex industry challenges. Based on literature analysis and case studies, this research identifies several key strategies, such as building a data-driven culture, defining clear goals and needs, selecting the right architecture and technology, implementing a strong data governance framework, and investing in employee training and education. The research also discusses the benefits of implementing an effective data warehouse strategy, including better decision-making, increased operational efficiency, improved customer satisfaction, and gaining a competitive advantage. In conclusion, this research highlights the importance of developing an effective warehouse system in facing modern industry challenges and achieving the benefits of data-driven decision-making for long-term success in today's digital age.

Abstract

The importance of MSMEs in a country's economy and the key to their business success is the key to production costs. Drinking water depot is an industrial business that converts swamp water into drinking water and sells it directly to buyers, but problems are often found in distribution to customers. The purpose of this study is to determine the optimal distribution cost. The Stepping Stone method seems effective to solve this problem, the first and second solutions have the same cost even though the delivery is done by different drivers. The profit that can be obtained by the first sender gets a fee of Rp. 52,500 for 35 gallons a day and the profit by the second sender is Rp. 37,500 for 25 gallons a day.

Abstract

PT Najwa Roti is a company engaged in the distribution of bread located in Bekasi Regency. Based on interviews with the manager of PT Najwa Roti, it is known that currently the bread delivery process is not optimal. In this study, route optimization will be carried out by minimizing the distance of bread delivery done by PT. Najwa Roti using the stepping stone method. The stepping stone method is used to solve transportation problems with operating costs (factory and transportation) so that the shipping costs are relative. The business still uses a manual system to ship goods, but the computer system handles the data of shipping goods so that shipping goods can be done quickly and precisely. From our group discussion it can be concluded that the optimization of shipping costs from 8800 to 6770 which is the final result of optimizing the shipping costs.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explore the role and contribution of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in developing the Indonesian economy, as well as to apply it through linear programming using the simplex method in optimizing food production profits in the case study of Warkop Pancong Lumer. The main focus is overcoming challenges in managing cost of goods sold and calculating profits. Data was collected through observation and interviews with the owner and head of production. Analysis was carried out on the calculation of the cost of goods sold for Warkop Pancong Lumer to determine the effectiveness of applying the Simplex Method. This method succeeded in increasing profits according to the targets expected by Warkop Pancong Lumer. Apart from that, Warkop Pancong Lumer is also able to control the cost of goods sold more efficiently. This research is expected to provide significant benefits for actors, developers and researchers in the MSME sector in Indonesia. With the final calculation using the simplex method manually and using QM for Windows, Warkop Pancong Lumer succeeded in achieving a maximum profit of Rp. 260,000 daily is the result of careful analysis and precise calculations.

Abstract

Pertashop is a certain-sized outlet of Pertamina that has been prepared to meet the needs of consumers for non-subsidized fuel and LPG, as well as other Pertamina retail products. The main priority is given to locations in villages or cities that require Pertamina retail product services. The problem of fuel distribution from the Depot to Pertashop is that an optimal route has not been found yet. The purpose of this writing is to identify a more efficient route, using the saving matrix method. Then, the results will be further processed using the nearest insert method to achieve optimization. The result of the route analysis using the saving matrix and nearest insert methods found four routes that are targeted simultaneously with three trucks, each carrying 110 kiloliters of fuel. In conclusion, the analysis of the distribution route sequence using the Saving Matrix method has been carried out at Pertashop in Bekasi Regency with the route being, on the first truck delivery with a distance of 71.17 km, the second truck with a distance of 53.78 km, and the third truck with a distance of 38.54 km, this makes the route that will be distributed become optimal.

Abstract

Uthe Grosir Store, a local company offering a variety of fresh fruits and other household needs, has seen an increase in consumer demand and branch expansion. However, this growth also impacts the increase in distribution costs. The main goal is to find a route with the shortest total distance. For this data analysis, the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) method is used, which is a method that aims to reduce distribution costs by finding the closest distance or route with the fastest time, and minimum distribution costsIn finding the shortest route, an algorithm is needed, and the algorithm used in this method is Branch and Bound. The researcher also uses QM For Windows software and conducts experiments to compare the results of manual calculations with the results of calculations using QM For Windows software. Based on the results and discussion, it is concluded that manual calculations provide optimal results, that is, route 1 (A → B → C → D → A) is the shortest route that can be taken with a distance of 56 kilometers.
