Abstract

In the implementation of the BPNT program in Wonomlati Village in terms of standards and policy objectives it has not been effective enough, because there is still an inaccuracy in the target recipients of assistance, as well as the timeliness of aid delivery. The results of this study indicate that the measurement of the success of the implementation of the non-cash food assistance program in Wonomlati Village which is said to be effective is a resource indicator because the resources can run well because the service providers can help make it easier for the community to obtain good services, the characteristics of the implementing organization in this case can work. with unity and in the established procedures that are appropriate so that they can achieve the same goal, the attitude of the implementers in this e-warong program is good, this can be seen from the role of officers who are very selective in determining the people who receive the BPNT program, communication between organizations running quite well so that there is no difference in the data of BPNT recipients, and the socio-economic and political environment can be said to be effective because it can help the community's economy. While one indicator in the implementation of the non-cash food assistance program that has not been achieved is the standard indicators and policy targets, because there are still delays in receiving aid which causes confusion and queues in taking aid at the specified e-warong.

Abstract

The high poverty rate in East Java can be explained by a variety of reasons, namely the lack of synergy in the poverty alleviation program between levels of government. So, the problem of poverty should be a top priority in development policy and also the main challenges in policy development in East Java, to achieve the welfare of the community. Causes of poverty is the lack of distribution of work, so the big cities in general provide more jobs and greater than small towns.This study aims to describe and analyze the condition of the tramp in Sidoarjo, as well as describe and analyze the synergy of actors in dealing with a tramp in Sidoarjo. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Determination of informants of this research using purposive sampling, with the informant Section Head of the Social Rehabilitation Department of Social Sidoarjo Regency, the Head of the Field of Public Order and Peace of the Community Civil service Police Unit of the City of Sidoarjo, Head of the Social Welfare Workers district in Sidoarjo, and the Tramp who roaming the streets. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interview and documentation. The technique of analyzing data in this research using data collection, data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results showed most of the bums in Sidoarjo is the immigrant population of the cities in the vicinity Sidoarjo and stay vagrancy, although there is also a drifter who comes to Sidoarjo in the morning to beg and go home at night. A variety of factors that affect the arrival of a vagrant to Sidoarjo, ranging from oppressed the needs of the economy, have hope for a better life in Sidoarjo up feeling lazy to work.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the role of the Sidoarjo Regency Transportation Service in improving the quality at Porong Terminal. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results show that the dimensions of the regulatory role of the Sidoarjo Regency Transportation Service have been going well, including the implementation of the Porong Terminal maintenance program carried out by the Sidoarjo Regency Transportation Service. transportation drivers through vehicle operations that are carried out three to four times a year. Meanwhile, the direct procurement of goods and services from the Transportation Agency of Sidoarjo Regency has not carried out a thorough evaluation of the Porong Terminal. It can be seen from the transportation and prospective passengers who do not take advantage of the main facilities and supporting facilities at Porong Terminal.

Abstract

Customer (community) satisfaction is the main measure of public services. The problem with KIR testing at the District Transportation Office. Sidoarjo, namely the attitude of the apparatus that still does not act quickly and precisely in helping every complaint from the drivers, then the community is not satisfied with the KIR testing service. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of the quality of service of the apparatus on community satisfaction in the unit testing motorized vehicles for the type of freight transport at the Transportation Service Office of Sidoarjo Regency. This research is a quantitative research, the sample in this study amounted to 95 respondents with a simple random sampling sampling technique, data collection techniques using observation methods, questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing including T-test, F-test, Coefficient of Determination. The results show that the Transparency Dimension has a significant influence on community satisfaction, the accountability dimension has a significant influence on community satisfaction, the conditional dimension has a significant influence on community satisfaction, the participatory dimension has a significant influence on community satisfaction, the equal rights dimension has a significant influence on community satisfaction. the balance of rights and obligations has a significant influence on people's satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the strategy of BUMDes in realizing an independent village in Ketapanrame Village. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research, data collection is done by observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The technique of determining the informants used purposive sampling technique. In this study, the informants were the Commissioner of BUMDes Ketapanrame, Directors of BUMDes Ketapanrame, the head of the tourism unit, and the community involved in the BUMDes business. The data analysis technique uses the Ari Miles and Huberman analysis model which consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions or verification. The results of this study indicate that the first of the organizational strategy of BUMDes Taman Ghanjaran is carried out in accordance with the vision and mission that has been established so that BUMDes not only pursue profit targets but also become social actors. The two strategies of the Taman Ghanjaran BUMDes program apply 3 strategies, namely meeting market demand, budgeting and planning, of the three strategies supported by marketing that applies free admission to the Taman Ghanjaran area. The three resource support strategies are carried out by developing the capacity of managers and administrators through training and comparative studies conducted at BUMDes which were advanced and successful in order to gain knowledge transfer to be developed in Ghanjaran Park. And fourth, there is an institutional strategy that is supported by partnerships with outside parties to get investors and serve as a promotional place to attract tourists to Ghanjaran Park.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of the clean and green Sidoarjo program using the quadruple helix approach in Kenongo Village, Tulangan District, Sidoarjo Regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using purposive sampling informant determination technique. Techniques for collecting data are interviews, observations, documentation and literature studies. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman which consists of four components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that with this program, people understand that waste also has economic value and they create activities related to the program. People are indifferent to the programs and socialization provided by the government. In addition, poor communication and coordination with stakeholders such as RT in the village. And there are several obstacles in implementing the program, namely the corona virus and many residents who are urbanizing.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and describe the implementation of public burial land management policies for villagers in Ban Village as well as factors that affect the implementation of public burial land management policies for villagers in Ban Village. This study is a qualitative descriptive study using purposive sampling techniques in determining informants. Data collection techniques with observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use an interactive approach from Miles and Hubeman consisting of four components of analysis namely; data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion withdrawal. The dimension of the organization's activities has not been maximized even though the coordination of each implemtator exists but there are still people who are not aware of this policy. The behavioral dimensions of policy implementing agents are in accordance with the concept of Van Meter and Van Horn which has procedural performance for the successful implementation of this public burial land management policy. Economic, social, cultural dimensions see the need for a review of the policy of managing public burial land this looks at the condition of rural communities that have changed in terms of economy, habits, lifestyle. Factors that influence the implementation of this policy are encountered by researchers on the age and type of education, gender, and knowledge and understanding that points to each individual in determining the preferences taken as a basis for determining attitudes on existing policies.

Abstract

Security and community expectations are basic needs that are always carried out in daily activities. Village security is a policy that ensures security and public relations to achieve national development goals, one of which is ensuring security and upholding the law. The method used is descriptive qualitative data obtained through observation, documentation, interviews and the use of sources from books, journals, and policy documents. The results of this study indicate that the coordination of the security institutions in Ketimang Village, especially on the awareness of good coordination with the existence of ego-sectoral relations between one another, causes disharmony in the relationship between village security institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the effectiveness of the INTAKO Small and Medium Industry revitalization program in Kedensari Village, Tanggulangin District. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Informants are determined by purposive sampling, including the Head of Industry and Industrial Extension Staff, INTAKO Supervisors and Staff, as well as Small and Medium Industry Actors and INTAKO Visitors. Data analysis comes from Miles and Huberman data, namely through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate the effectiveness of the INTAKO Small and Medium Industry revitalization program in Kedensari Village, Tanggulangin District seen from three indicators, namely the achievement of goals seen from the period of completion of the program in line with the legal basis, namely the Regulation of the Minister of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia Number 09/M-IND/PER/2/ 2016 concerning Technical Guidelines for the Use of Special Allocation Funds for the Development of Industrial Facilities for the 2016 Fiscal Year, however, it is necessary to realize the program in accordance with the action plans that have been made previously. The target of the revitalization program is Tanggulangin integrated tourism or 3 in 1 tourism. Integration is seen from the communication ability of the program seen with the Industry and Trade Office of Sidoarjo Regency socializing the program in 2017 and the ability to understand the program is seen from the people who understand the program by maintaining the existing infrastructure facilities. revitalized. Adaptation is done by increasing human resources through workshops and online sales training and the need for online marketing training. Then the adaptation of infrastructure is seen from the improvement of infrastructure facilities in the revitalization program but the need to improve infrastructure specifically in the INTAKO Cooperative showroom in Kedensari Village.

Abstract

Implementation of school operational programs at SD Negeri Kebonsari 01 Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency can be realized if it is in accordance with the measurement of the implementation theory of Edward III, namely communication, disposition, bureaucratic structure and resources must be good. In this case, the implementation of the school operational assistance program carried out by SD Negeri Kebonsari 01, Candi Subdistrict, Sidoarjo Regency has been going well, but has experienced very minimal socialization barriers and there is also a lack of supervision in implementing it. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze how the implementation of the school operational assistance program in SD Negeri Kebonsarii 01 Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency and to describe and analyze the obstacles in the implementation of the school operational assistance program. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation and analyzed by means of data collection, data presentation, data reduction and drawing conclusions. This study concludes that: from the four indicators of measuring the success of the implementation of the school operational assistance program at SD Negeri Kebonsari 01 which is said to be effective, it can be seen from the four indicators of successful implementation that have been achieved well. However, the obstacles faced were the lack of socialization to the guardians of students and also the lack of supervision of the implementation of school operational programs at SD Negeri Kebonsari 01.
