Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyse the role of environmental concern and green perceived value in mediating the effect of environmental strategy on green purchase intention, particularly in the beauty industry. Research methodology: This research is located in Bali using The Body Shop brand. The population consists of consumers living in Bali who have never purchased green products from The Body Shop. A total of 160 respondents were selected using purposive sampling. Data were analysed using inferential statistical analysis with SEM based on partial least square (PLS). Results: The study shows that environmental strategy has a direct, positive, and significant effect on green purchase intention, environmental concern, and green perceived value. Green perceived value significantly affects green purchase intention, while environmental concern does not. However, both environmental concern and green perceived value significantly mediate the indirect relationship between environmental strategy and green purchase intention. Conclusions: Environmental strategy influences green purchase intention both directly and through perceived value and concern. While green perceived value enhances intention, high environmental concern may reduce it, reflecting Gen Z’s skepticism toward sustainability claims. Limitations: The study is limited to 160 Generation Z respondents, so the findings may not be generalised to other generational groups or larger populations. Contribution: This study contributes to expanding knowledge and developing academic understanding of the theoretical factors influencing green purchase intention.

Abstract

In recent years, Lombok has emerged as a leading halal tourist destination in Indonesia and globally, supported by halal policies aimed at attracting Muslim and local tourists. These policies, including the Regional Regulation of West Nusa Tenggara Province Number 2 of 2016 on Halal Tourism and Law Number 33 of 2014 on Halal Product Guarantee, have positively impacted the tourism industry. This study addresses three main questions: (1) How are halal industry policies implemented to support halal tourism in Lombok? (2) How has the halal industry developed to support this tourism? (3) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing these policies?. The research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, using primary data from interviews and secondary data from relevant documents. Purposive sampling was employed,  targeting officials from the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Tourism and Industry Offices, the Indonesian Ulema Council of West Nusa Tenggara, tourism business actors, MSMEs, foreign and domestic tourists, and local communities. Data collection involved interviews, observation, and documentation, with data analysis through reduction, collection, and summarization. The study finds that implementing halal industrial policies has increased Muslim tourist numbers and  strengthened Lombok's image as a halal destination. However, challenges remain, such as developing specialized halal tourism areas according to regional regulations without disrupting conventional tourism, improving services, providing halal facilities, and offering education and training for industry players.

Abstract

ABSTRACTEfforts to increase the selling power of products through a branding strategy can be done by emphasizing the brand in the marketing of the products produced. Branding is a communication activity in creating the character or identity of a product image to customers. One way to promote it is through social media and the marketplace. The activity method uses several stages: permitting the implementation of the program to partners; preparation and preparation of strategies to be used; implementation of program activities; and preparation of reports. The marketing strategy used is making branding videos and promoting using Instagram social media, because social media and sales through marketplaces are said to be the best way to approach yourself with consumers. Because almost all people have social media accounts and people shop more on the marketplace ABSTRAKUpaya meningkatkan daya jual produk melalui strategi brading dapat dilakukan dengan menekankan merek dalam pemasaran produk UMKM yang dihasilkan. Kegiatan branding merupakan aktivitas komunikasi dalam membuat karakter atau identitas suatu produk untuk menciptakan dan memperahankan image produk pada pelanggan. Salah satu cara mempromosikannya yaitu melalui sosial media dan marketplace. Metode kegiatan menggunakan beberapa tahapan: perizinan pelaksanaan program kepada mitra; persiapan dan penyusunan strategi yang akan digunakan; pelaksanaan program kegiatan; dan penyusunan laporan. Strategi pemasaran yang digunakan adalah pembuatan video branding dan melakukan promosi menggunakan media sosial instagram, sebab  media sosial dan penjualan melalui marketplace disebut sebagai cara  terbaik dalam pendekatan diri dengan konsumen. Karena hampir seluruh masyarakat memiliki akun sosial media dan masyarakat lebih sering berbelanja di marketplace.

Abstract

In public elementary schools, students with special needs often find it difficult to participate in the learning process. Implementation of inclusive education is hampered by various causes. Examining how inclusive education is implemented in elementary schools for students with special needs is the aim of this research. This research methodology uses a library research strategy. methods for collecting data and information through a literature survey. According to research findings, inclusive education for children with special needs has been offered in elementary schools. When considering preparedness, however, it is still not the best because there are still too few teachers with the necessary training, which creates many difficulties and obstacles in guiding children with special needs. It can be concluded that there are still relatively few accompanying teachers with special needs with undergraduate backgrounds in the Special Education Study Program based on an examination of various relevant research papers. In conclusion, the majority of inclusive educational institutions mandate mentoring training for students with needs

Abstract

Trust Memediasi Hubungan Persepsi User dan Komitmen Karyawan Terhadap LoyalitasPengguna Tenaga Kerja Outsourcing.This research was conducted to find out whether there was effect of user perception and commitment to user loyalty with trust as variable intervening at PT.Bali Dana Sejahtera. Bali Dana Sejahtera is one of outsourcing company with almost 300 outsourcing employees. Samples were obtained by 50 samples from 200 employees of outsourcing user at PT. Bank BPD Bali Head office, Renon dan Denpasar. The data analysis technique uses the SPSS. Analysis of the data used in this study includes instrument testing,Path Analysis. The results of this study found that user perception and commitment  was affected  on trust .The second result is user perception, commitment and trust was affected  on user loyalty. This can be seen from the results of path analysis that has been processed using SPSS. Validation test on each path for direct influence is the same as regression, using p value from t test which is testing the variable regression coefficient partially proven from user's perception (X1) of trust (Y1) is 0.294 sig 0.007, commitment (X2) to trust (Y1) is 0.649 with sig 0,000, user perception variable (X1) to user loyalty (Y2) is 0.404 with sig 0,000. Commitment variable (X2) to user loyalty (Y2) is 0.620 with sig 0,000, trust variable (Y1) to user loyalty (Y2) is 0.268 with sig 0.001.Keywords: User perception, commitment, trust, user loyalty, outsourcing

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand awereness, online consumer review dan e-service quality secara parsial dan simultan terhadap pembelian kembali. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Denpasar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian pada aplikasi tiket online yaitu traveloka dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 75 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Reabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Anaisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Koefisien Determinasi, Uji F dan Uji t. Besarnya pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap pembelian kembali adalah 56,7%. Saran yang dapat diberikan peneliti adalah Traveloka diharapkan terus secara konsisten melakukan promosi melalui media sosial ataupun website, menambah vitur-vitur baru yang dapat memberikan banyak manfaat serta kemudahan bagi konsumen membuat sistem yang selalu dapat memberikan respon cepat dan tepat waktu. Kata kunci: Brand Awereness, Online Consumer Review, E-Service Quality dan Pembelian Kembali.

Abstract

Selepas pandemic Covid-19 masyarakat banyak yang beralih ke dompet digital karena untuk memudahkan transaksi dan lebih higienis karena tidak transfer kuman bakteri bahkan virus melalui uang fisik. Gopay adalah salah satunya yang paling diminati masyarakat Indonesia karena banyak kelebihan daripada dompet digital lainnya, namun Hasil survey yang dilakukan kepada beberapa rekan yang belum pernah menggunakan e-wallet dikarenakan kemudahaan yang diberikan aplikasi tentunya sejalan dengan risiko. Sebagai contoh alasan seseorang tidak ingin menggunakan gopay adalah dikarenakan terdapat isu bahwa kemudahan gopay pay letter memiliki bunga yang tinggi. Hal tesebut menjadikan seseorang enggan menggunakan gopay dikarenakan takut teriming-iming dengan kemu-dahan ataupun secara tidak sengaja melakukan aktivasi yang awalnya merupakan keingin tahuan karena penasaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Denpasar Bali.Metode purposive sampling dengan teknik random sederhana yaitu kepada generasi milenial yang menggunakan Gopay di Kota Denpasar sebanyak 140 responden. Penelitian ini mix method kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan kuesioner skala likert dengan analisis regresi linear berganda.Hasilnya 73,9% dipengaruhi variable pada penelitian ini dan 25,% lainnya dipengaruhi variable lain diluar penelitian.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia adalah elemen penting dalam organisasi, termasuk Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) yang bertugas melayani publik. Keberhasilan organisasi sangat bergantung pada disiplin dan keterampilan ASN. Pemerintah Kantor Gubernur Bali mengimplementasikan sistem E-Absensi berbasis web atau mobile application untuk meningkatkan disiplin kerja pegawai. Sistem ini menggunakan teknologi seperti Global Positioning System (GPS) dan biometrik untuk memastikan akurasi data kehadiran dan mengurangi manipulasi. Meski demikian, penerapan E-Absensi menghadapi tantangan seperti koneksi internet yang tidak stabil, gangguan teknis pada aplikasi, verifikasi lokasi yang tidak akurat, serta kurangnya kesadaran disiplin pegawai. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diperlukan peningkatan infrastruktur jaringan, pemeliharaan dan pembaruan perangkat lunak, serta pelatihan dan sosialisasi rutin. Evaluasi berkala dan umpan balik dari pegawai juga penting untuk mengidentifikasi serta memperbaiki masalah. Dengan pendekatan sistematis ini, diharapkan sistem E-Absensi dapat berjalan optimal, meningkatkan disiplin dan efisiensi kerja ASN, serta mendukung Kantor Gubernur Bali dalam memberikan pelayanan publik yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Denpasar City is one of the areas that has succeeded in reducing the prevalence to 5.5%, one of which is by providing guidance to prospective brides to reduce the risk of stunting cases by implementing the ELSIMIL application. This study was conducted to obtain an overview of the factors that influence the behavior of using the ELSIMIL application in Denpasar City so that it can be an effort to accelerate stunting reduction. Data were collected from 14 informants, both users and policy holders. Data collection methods through interviews, observations, and document studies with validity testing through source triangulation and method triangulation. The results of the description of the ELSIMIL application implementation show that performance expectations, effort expectations, social influences, and facility conditions affect usage behavior along with behavioral intentions according to UTAUT theory. Performance expectations, which include perceived usefulness, motivation, relative advantage, and belief in the future potential of the application, are the main factors supporting usage behavior. Effort expectations include perceived ease and complexity of information can be a factor that supports behavioral intentions. Social support from family and friends and application conditions can also influence ELSIMIL usage behavior

Abstract

Key employees are often viewed as essential assets that are critical for a company to maintain its edge and competitiveness in the face of competition with other organizations. These employees play a significant role in boosting the organization's knowledge and intellectual capital, as well as ensuring stability and continuity due to their highly specialized skills and experience in their respective fields. This study, guided by the Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) theory, seeks to explore the strategies employed by the management of Hotel Sankara Ubud Bali to retain its key employees. These key employees are characterized by their unique and specialized skills and knowledge, which are crucial for the organization's success. The research employs a qualitative approach and a case study method. Findings from semi-structured interviews with key employees and a general manager reveal the important roles and challenges faced by key employees at Hotel Sankara Bali. These roles include human resource management, maintenance, marketing, and innovation for business advantage. Effective strategies for retaining key employees, as perceived by both managers and the employees themselves, include sufficient social support, employee development programs, a high level of job responsibility, and a transformational leadership style. The study's implications assist hotel management in crafting the most effective strategies to improve performance and retain key employees within the company.
