Abstract

Before the pandemic, teaching and learning activities were carried out offline with the guidance of teachers. However, after the Covid-19 pandemic, all teaching and learning activities and extracurricular activities were carried out online. In implementing online learning activities, Pedungan State Elementary School 11 can carry out online learning activities successfully, so it is necessary to study what factors influence the success of online teaching. This research was conducted to find out what factors influence the success of online teaching during the New Normal period at 11 Pedungan State Elementary School. This study uses a qualitative method where this study contains a description of the factors that influence the success of online teaching in the new normal period at 11 Pedungan State Elementary School. Informants in this study were principals, teachers, and parents of students using incidental techniques. The factors that influence the success of online teaching during the new normal period at the 11 Pedungan State Elementary School are as follows: (1) Teacher readiness. Teachers are very ready and have the ability to use information technology. (2) School Readiness. The school has well facilitated this online teaching and learning activity. Such as the internet, computers, laptops, cellphones, special IT rooms. (3) Student Readiness. The students have followed the online learning activities well. according to the schedule determined by the teachers. (4) Readiness of Parents of Students. Parents of students have provided guidance and supervision to their sons and daughters so that online learning can run well.

Abstract

The protection of geographical indications (GIs) and trademarks represents a crucial instrument within intellectual property law, serving not only as a mechanism of legal protection but also as a means of economic empowerment, particularly for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Nevertheless, the effectiveness of such protection is often constrained by limited access to legal services and advocacy. This study aims to analyze the ideal legal framework for the protection of GIs and trademarks in Indonesia, the Philippines, and Oman, emphasizing the importance of integrating legal services and advocacy to strengthen MSME empowerment. The research employs a normative juridical approach combined with comparative analysis, examining statutory provisions, institutional practices, and the legal cultures of each country. The findings reveal that the Philippines has developed a relatively ideal framework through the active role of the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL), which implements the IP Academy, Innovation and Technology Support Offices (ITSO), and the affirmative Juana Make a Mark initiative. By contrast, Indonesia and Oman continue to face challenges, as their regulatory structures remain heavily focused on administrative procedures without explicit provisions on legal advocacy. This study contributes by highlighting the necessity of embedding legal advocacy within substantive regulations and institutionalizing MSME support programs as a state obligation. It concludes that the protection of GIs and trademarks will be more effective if supported by structured and sustainable legal advocacy mechanisms. The key recommendation is for Indonesia and Oman to adopt the Philippines’ best practices, particularly the integration of advocacy and legal services into formal regulations, thereby strengthening MSME empowerment through the protection of geographical indications and trademarks.

Abstract

The purchase decision is the ultimate goal of establishing a business to be able to dominate the market and benefit from the business. The purchase decision itself is influenced by several factors, including store atmosphere, quality service and buying interest. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors of purchasing decision determinants based on consumer perception at Nook Restaurant Kerobokan. This research was conducted at Nook Restaurant Kerobokan located at Jalan Umalas 1, Gang Nook No.1, Kerobokan Kelod, by distributing as many as 100 questionnaires to Nook Restaurant Kerobokan consumers. This research is quantitative research with data collection using questionnaire distribution method. The results of this study show that store atmosphere has a positive effect on buying interest, but does not affect purchasing decisions. Furthermore, service quality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions and buying interest. The results of the intervening effect study show that buying interest has a positive influence or strengthens the relationship between variable store atmosphere and quality service on consumer purchasing decisions at Nook Restaurant

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of tax rates on taxpayer perceptions of tax evasion and examines the moderating role of taxation technology in this relationship, grounded in the Theory of Planned Behavior. Employing a quantitative approach, this research collected primary data through questionnaires from a sample of 100 individual taxpayers at KPP Pratama Denpasar Barat. The data were analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results indicate that tax rates have a significant positive effect on the perception of tax evasion, suggesting higher rates increase the perceived viability of evasion. However, the study's primary finding reveals that taxation technology significantly weakens this positive relationship, acting as a negative moderator. These findings suggest that while higher tax rates may increase the incentive to evade, a robust technological infrastructure serves as an effective deterrent by increasing the perceived difficulty and risk of evasion. As a key policy implication, these results strongly advise authorities to prioritize and accelerate investment in the digital transformation of tax administration, as this technology is a critical tool for enhancing voluntary compliance by mitigating the perceived incentives for evasion.

Abstract

Industri kuliner di Bali, terutama di kawasan wisata seperti Sanur, menunjukkan pemulihan dan pertumbuhan pesat pasca-pandemi, yang diiringi dengan persaingan ketat. Dalam lingkungan yang dinamis dengan ekspektasi pelanggan yang heterogen, mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan melalui pembelian ulang menjadi kunci kesuksesan dan keberlanjutan sebuah restoran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh signifikan kualitas layanan dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang konsumen di Restoran Dekko Sanur. Didasari oleh kerangka Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui instrumen kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden yang pernah berkunjung, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas layanan dan lokasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang. Secara parsial, kualitas layanan terbukti sebagai faktor dominan dengan dimensi keandalan (reliability) dan empati (empathy) memberikan kontribusi paling besar. Lokasi juga berpengaruh positif signifikan, di mana aksesibilitas yang mudah dan ketersediaan area parkir yang memadai menjadi penentu utama minat konsumen untuk kembali. Temuan ini menjadi dasar penting bagi manajemen Dekko Sanur untuk menyusun strategi yang lebih terfokus pada peningkatan konsistensi pelayanan dan optimalisasi keunggulan lokasi guna meningkatkan daya saing. Secara teoritis, penelitian ini memperkuat literatur mengenai perilaku konsumen dan memberikan kontribusi nyata pada pengembangan ilmu manajemen pemasaran, khususnya di sektor pariwisata kuliner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan dan variasi menu terhadap minat beli ulang pelanggan pada Coffeeshop Kalasa di Bali, dengan gender sebagai variabel moderasi. Industri kopi di Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan pesat, meningkatkan persaingan di antara pelaku usaha dan menjadikan loyalitas pelanggan sebagai faktor krusial untuk keberlanjutan bisnis. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan 120 responden pelanggan yang dipilih sebagai sampel. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan teknik Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan (β=0.498; p<0.05) dan variasi menu (β=0.273; p<0.05) secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli ulang pelanggan. Lebih lanjut, variabel gender terbukti memoderasi hubungan antara kualitas layanan dan minat beli ulang (β=0.363; p<0.05) serta antara variasi menu dan minat beli ulang (β=0.155; p<0.05). Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa perempuan cenderung lebih responsif terhadap peningkatan kualitas layanan dan variasi menu dibandingkan laki-laki. Model penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan 98,3% varians dari minat beli ulang (Adjusted R²=0.983), menunjukkan bahwa variabel-variabel yang dipilih sangat relevan. Secara praktis, hasil ini menyarankan manajemen Coffeeshop Kalasa untuk fokus pada peningkatan kualitas layanan dan pengembangan menu yang inovatif serta disesuaikan dengan preferensi gender untuk memaksimalkan loyalitas pelanggan. Secara teoretis, penelitian ini memperkuat penerapan Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) dengan mengintegrasikan gender sebagai faktor moderasi dalam konteks bisnis kuliner.

Abstract

This study investigates how work discipline, work motivation, and the work environment influence employee performance at PT Wahyu Jaya Textile in Denpasar. The company faces internal challenges related to productivity and performance management, making the evaluation of these factors essential. A quantitative approach was applied using a census sampling technique, involving all 33 employees as respondents. Data were collected through an ordinal-scaled questionnaire and analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results show that work discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, indicating that consistent adherence to rules and strong internal drive contribute directly to higher performance. Meanwhile, the work environment does not show a significant effect, suggesting that variations in physical and non-physical working conditions are not the main determinant of performance within the company. The simultaneous test confirms that all three variables collectively influence performance, with an R² value of 0.660, meaning 66% of performance variation is explained by the model. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening discipline and motivation as key strategies to improve employee performance at PT Wahyu Jaya Textile.

Abstract

Employee job satisfaction is often shaped by the balance between personal and professional demands, the quality of the work environment, and the efficiency with which daily tasks are completed. This study examines how work-life balance, work environment, and work efficiency influence job satisfaction among employees of Sadara Resort. A quantitative approach was applied using a saturated sampling technique, involving all 106 active employees. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The findings reveal that work-life balance shows a positive yet statistically insignificant relationship with job satisfaction, indicating that balance alone does not strongly determine employees’ attitudes toward their work. In contrast, both work environment and work efficiency demonstrate positive and significant effects on job satisfaction. Together, the three variables contribute 64.6% to the overall model. These results suggest that improving physical and organizational work conditions, along with enhancing operational efficiency, plays a more prominent role in strengthening job satisfaction within the hospitality sector, particularly in resort-based workplaces.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai kedudukan dan posisi anak perempuan sebagai ahli waris didalam hukum adat Bali. Dimana pewarisan yang masih berlandaskan pada prinsip (purusa) yakni menempatkan anak laki-laki sebagai penerus utama garis keturunan dan pemegang hak untuk mewarisi segala bentuk harta peninggalan. Sementara itu, bagi anak gadis secara tradisional memiliki peran terbatas karena dianggap keluar dari keluarga asal setelah menikah. Namun, seiring perkembangan sosial dan meningkatnya kesadaran terhadap kesetaraan gender, hukum adat Bali menunjukkan kemampuan beradaptasi dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Dalam kondisi tertentu, anak perempuan dapat ditetapkan sebagai sentana rajeg, yaitu pewaris yang berhak melanjutkan garis keturunan serta kewajiban adat keluarga. Melalui metode yuridis normatif, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa hukum adat Bali bersifat dinamis dan mampu menyeimbangkan antara pelestarian tradisi dengan nilai-nilai keadilan modern.

Abstract

Hak atas kesehatan adalah fundamental HAM yang dijamin oleh UUD 1945 dan dilaksanakan melalui Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) oleh BPJS Kesehatan. Namun, kenyataan geografis di 62 daerah tertinggal (Pegunungan, Pulau-pulau) menciptakan ketidakseimbangan struktural, yang mengakibatkan kegagalan perlindungan hukum yang tidak efektif. Peserta di daerah terpencil terhambat oleh ketiadaan infrastruktur komunikasi dan menanggung risiko serta biaya transportasi darurat yang ekstrim, yang tidak terkompensasi oleh sistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji keadilan peraturan BPJS bagi peserta di daerah tertinggal dengan fokus pada kegagalan yang dipicu oleh kondisi geografis. Metode yang digunakan adalah hukum normatif (penelitian hukum normatif) dengan pendekatan peraturan-undangan dan konteks. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mekanisme Pengaduan dan Mediasi BPJS secara sistematis gagal. Mekanisme Pengaduan lumpuh akibat hambatan sinyal dan jarak fisik ekstrem, sedangkan Mediasi (Pasal 49) gagal secara substantif karena hanya bersifat represif kasus-per-kasus dan tidak mampu mengkompensasi kerugian biaya akses darurat. Kegagalan ini melanggar pemerataan dan keadilan sosial. Oleh karena itu, diusulkanlah rekonstruksi hukum yang menjamin transformasi fungsi Mediasi menjadi alat intervensi struktural. Mediasi harus diubah menjadi mekanisme yang wajib menghasilkan Kebijakan Kompensasi Khusus Biaya Akses dan BPJS wajib membentuk Dana Kompensasi Biaya Akses Darurat (DKBAD) untuk mencakup risiko geografis secara kolektif.
