Abstract. This research aims to analyze the programs and services of bank bjb and bank bjb syariah. This research uses quantitative and qualitative data with a descriptive analytical research approach, where the type of data used is secondary data obtained from the annual reports of bank bjb and bank bjb syariah for the period of 2010-2023 and a questionnaire to bank customers, primary data obtained from interviews with bank officials. The data is from the official websites of bank bjb and bank bjb syariah and other literature. The population in this research is 687 bank bjb customers and 538 bank bjb syariah customers. After using purposive sampling, there were 100 customers who became respondents in this study. The analysis methods used in this research are variability analysis, reliability analysis, and descriptive analysis using SPSS23 software. The findings of the research show that bank bjb and bank bjb syariah have almost the same programs and services, the difference between these two banks is that Islamic banks have Sharia principles. Islamic banks have advantages in transaction security and understanding specific customer needs. While bank bjb gets the advantage of modern and attractive physical facilities and prioritizing customer interests. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis program dan layanan pada bank bjb dan bank bjb syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantiatif dan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif analisis, dimana jenis data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan tahunan bank bjb dan bank bjb syariah periode 2010-2023 dan kuesioner kepada nasabah bank, data primer yang diperoleh dari wawancara kepada pihak bank. Data tersebut dari website resmi bank bjb dan bank bjb syariah dan literatur lainnya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 687 nasabah bank bjb dan 538 nasabah bank bjb syariah. Setelah melewati purposive sampling, terdapat 100 nasabah yang menjadi responden penelitian ini. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis variabilitas, analisis realibilitas, dan analisis deskriptif dengan perangkat lunak SPSS23. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bank bjb dan bank bjb syariah memiliki program dan layanan yang hampir sama, perbedaan antara kedua bank ini yaitu bank syariah memiliki prinsip syariah. Bank syariah memiliki keunggulan dalam keamanan dalam bertransaksi dan memahami kebutuhan nasabah secara spesifik. Sedangkan bank bjb mendapatkan keunggulan dari hal fasilitas fisik yang terlihat modern dan menarik dan mengutanakan kepentingan nasabah. Saran peneliti antara lain melakukan perbaikan dari sisi kualitas layanan dan lebih mengembangkan program menarik bagi nasabah.

In an era where corporate ethics are increasingly scrutinized, the question arises: can social responsibility truly enhance a company's competitive edge? This study aims to analyze the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on the competitiveness of Sharia companies in the international market. Using a quantitative approach and secondary data from 30 Sharia companies listed on the stock exchange during the period of 2015-2023, this research found a significant positive relationship between CSR and the competitiveness of companies. The regression analysis results indicate that each one-unit increase in CSR value is associated with a 0.45 unit increase in company competitiveness. These findings suggest that Sharia companies actively engaged in CSR not only enhance their reputation but also strengthen their position in the international market. This research contributes significantly to the understanding of the role of CSR in the business strategies of Sharia companies.

Abstrak. Praktik dan pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility yang dilakukan pihak manajemen (agen) di bank umum syariah berangkat dari teori agensi sebagai bagian atas pemenuhan kepentingan para stakeholder lainnya selain pemilik diharapkan mampu meminimalisir biaya keagenan dengan menguatnya kepercayaan para stakeholder terhadap perusahaan yang berdampak pada meningkatnya Return on Assets yang diperoleh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Return on Assets pada Bank Umum Syariah Periode 2018-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sumber data sekunder laporan tahunan Bank Umum Syariah Periode 2018-2022 dan studi pustaka. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 4 Bank Umum Syariah yaitu Bank Mega Syariah, Bank Victoria Syariah, Bank Panin Dubai Syariah dan BCA Syariah. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda yang diolah menggunakan program aplikasi EViews 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai Uji F sebesar 0,012563 < 0,05 yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, menunjukkan Corporate Social Responsibility berpengaruh terhadap Return On Assets Bank Umum Syariah.Abstract. The practice and disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by management (agents) in Islamic commercial banks stem from agency theory, aiming to fulfill the interests of various stakeholders aside from the owners. This approach is expected to minimize agency costs by strengthening stakeholders' trust in the company, which in turn impacts the improvement of Return on Assets (ROA). This study aims to determine the effect of CSR on ROA in Islamic Commercial Banks for the period 2018-2022. The research employs a quantitative approach using secondary data sourced from the annual reports of Islamic Commercial Banks for the period 2018-2022 and literature studies. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, resulting in the selection of four Islamic Commercial Banks: Bank Mega Syariah, Bank Victoria Syariah, Bank Panin Dubai Syariah, and BCA Syariah. The data analysis technique utilizes multiple linear regression tests processed using the EViews 12 application. The results indicate that the F-test value is 0.012563 < 0.05, which means the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted, indicating that CSR significantly affects the ROA of Islamic Commercial Banks.

At this time the halal industry in Indonesia is becoming a public concern, especially in the field of fashion. The development of fashion trends cannot be separated from the existence of increasingly trendy technology, so business actors are trying to take advantage of these technological developments as a means of ideas and innovations to create products that are appropriate for their time in order to attract the attention of consumers and be able to compete in the market. With the development of syar'i fashion trends, resulting in the increase in sharia business, many designers continue to be innovative by bringing up many designs that are in demand by the public. This study aims to determine the trend of sharia fashion in the modern era in the city of Bandung, as well as find out how far the development of sharia fashion in the modern era. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive analysis approach by collecting data sourced from previous research, obtained through Google scholar and dimensions. The results of this study show that the halal industry in the fashion sector has become a trend and has a very big opportunity to develop the halal fashion sector. However, behind the great opportunities there are challenges that must be faced including: Lack of halal awareness in Indonesian society, Lack of Public Understanding of the Concept of Halal in Fashion, not many fashion MSMEs that take care of halal certification, low awareness of the Indonesian people to compete.

Konsep komunikasi pemasaran telah diatur oleh prinsip dasar pemasaran syariah, karena hal ini akan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan konsumen terhadap pembelian produk jasa perbankan.Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tanggapan nasabah tentang pelaksanaan komunikasi pemasaran terpadu dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi pemasaran terpadu dalam mendorong keputusan pembelian jasa perbankanDalam penelitian ini menggunakan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Pelaksanaan komunikasi pemasaran terpadu di PT. BRI Syariah Kantor Cabang Suniaraja Bandung secara umum tidak terlalu pilih-pilih media. Tanggapan nasabah tentang pelaksanaan komunikasi pemasaran terpadu menunjukkan responden yang setuju sebesar 41,84% hal ini menunjukkan bahwa mereka akan menjadi Nasabah pada BRI Syariah Cabang Suniaraja Bandung dengan alasan mereka tertarik terhadap komunikasi pemasaran terpadu dan yang menjawab kurang setuju sebesar 58,16% dengan alasan mereka kurang mengetahui tentang promosi yang diadakan oleh BRI Syariah.

Realizing sustainable finance practices towards a zero-carbon emission economy requires support and participation from all stakeholders, especially regulators from an institutional perspective. Sustainable finance is crucial in driving transformative economic growth towards sustainability. This study aims to scrutinizes the appropriate institutional elements that can bolster sustainable finance initiatives within Indonesia and the European Union (EU). Using the content analysis method, this research delves into various written media, regulations, laws, and documents. The study reveals that, from an institutional perspective, both the EU and Indonesia align their sustainable finance implementation with regulators' work plans, characterized by shared goals and objectives. However, technical complexities and evolving regulatory aspects pose challenges, stemming from the need to reconcile diverse political views and adapt to changing circumstances. The results indicate that while strong institutional frameworks and regulatory plans exist, practical implementation of sustainable finance faces hurdles. These include the need for clearer guidelines, enhanced inter-agency coordination, and more robust mechanisms to monitor and enforce compliance. Although sustainable finance initiatives in both regions show promise, continuous improvement and adaptation are essential to effectively contribute to a zero-carbon emission economy.

Bank Indonesia (Bank Indonesia, 2015) sebagai otoritas moneter tertinggi di Indonesia memiliki tujuan untuk mencapai dan memelihara kestabilan nilai rupiah. Tujuan ini sebagaimana tercantum dalam UU No. 3 tahun 2004 pasal 7 tentang Bank Indonesia.Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, Bank Indonesia menggunakan instrumen-instrumen moneter yang akan mencapai sasaran operasional yang berdampak pada sasaran utama kebijakan moneter di Indonesia yaitu inflasi.Sistem moneter ganda yang diterapkan di Indonesia, membuat instrumen-instrumen moneter konvensional berjalan beriringan dengan instrumen moneter syariah. Tujuan pada penelitian ini menganalisa tentang bagaimana kontribusi instrumen moneter syariah terhadap sasaran operasional untuk mencapai pengendalian inflasi di Indonesia. Bagaimana instrumen moneter syariah memiliki kontribusi yang besar atau justru tidak memiliki kontirbusi yang signifikan terhadap perannya untuk mencapai dan memelihara kestabilan rupiah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode regresi simultan dengan menggunakan software Eviews 9. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan; pertama yaitu instrumen moneter syariah yang diterapkan di Indonesia yaitu Sertifikat Bank Indonesia Syariah (SBIS), Reverse Repo Surat Berharga Syariah Negara, Fasilitas Simpanan Bank Indonesia Syariah (FASBIS), Giro Wajib Minimum (GWM) pada Bank Syariah dan PUAS atau Pasar Uang antar Bank Syariah. Kedua, Pengendalian Inflasi di Indonesia menurut Syariah yaitu dengan menggunakan intrumen-instrumen moneter yang sesuai dengan industri perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Kontribusi instrumen-instrumen moneter syariah terhadap pengendalian inflasi di Indonesia masih sangat kecil. Hal ini berdasarkan hasil pengolahan pada penelitian ini bahwa instrumen moneter syariah hanya beberapa model yang berkontribusi. Nilai kontribusi yang dihasilkan pun sangat kecil dengan skala penilaian R Squared berkisar sangat lemah dan atau lemah.

This study aims to analyze the influence of the distribution of sharia pawn products on the increase in the assets of pawnshop companies and economic growth in West Java during the period 2016-2020. This research is based on the decline in West Java's economic growth by -2.07% in 2020, despite an increase in the number of pawn companies and Islamic pawnshop assets. The research method used is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach, using secondary data from the annual report of PT. Pawnshops and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of West Java. Data analysis was carried out by simple linear regression using SPSS version 20. The results show that the distribution of sharia pawn products has a positive influence on the increase in the assets of pawnshop companies (correlation R=0.820), but does not have a significant impact on economic growth (correlation R=0.544). The products analyzed include rahn such as sharia gold pawns and hajj portion financing, as well as non-rahn products such as sharia business loans and vehicle installments. This finding has important implications for the development of the sharia Pawnshop strategy to increase its contribution to regional economic growth.

This research analyzes the application of strategic management to improve the competitiveness of companies in the digital era. Rapid digital transformation changes business competition, forcing companies to adjust strategies to technological developments and market needs. The method used is a qualitative literature study, reviewing related journals, books, and articles. The results show that digital strategies, such as the use of big data, artificial intelligence, and e-commerce, can strengthen a company's competitiveness. The conclusion of this study is that effective strategic management in the digital era requires flexibility in responding to technology as well as the ability to innovate and adapt to customer needs.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana strategi pemasaran Syariah dalam meningkatkan penjualan keset pada UD. Aditya Juragan Keset Kecamatan Cikancung Kabupaten Bandung. Mengenali karakteristik pasar sekitar serta struktur pasar yang menguntungkan bagi usaha rumahan ini agar tetap kompetitif dan bertahan dan mampu untuk melakukan pesaingan pasar pada saat ini secara bersih. Meteode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan mewawancarai/ interview pemilik UD. Aditya Juragan Keset. Prosedur penelitian lapangan yang menghasilkan data tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang sekitar yang diamati. Dari hasil penelitian dapat dilihat dari perspektif strategi pemasaran Syariah, UD. Aditya Juragan Keset selain menerapkan strategi pemasaran secara kovensional juga menerapkan strategi pemasaran secara syariah yang terdiri dari tiga poin utama, yaitu pertama menerapkan karakteristik pemasaran Syariah yang berlandaskan pada Al-Qur’an dan As-Sunnah; kedua, penerapan etika berbisnis dalam Islam; ketiga, mengikuti pemasaran sesuai yang telah diajarkan oleh Nabi Muhammad SAW yaitu Shiddiq, Amanah, Fathanah dan Tabligh
