Abstract

Usaha mikro pedesaan memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung perekonomian lokal Berbagai upaya masyarakat pedesaan dalam mengembangkan usaha kecil yang memiliki dampak signifikan pada perekonomian lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi dan pendekatan efektivitas pemberdayaan sumber daya lokal terhadap pendapatan usaha mikro pedesaan. Pemberdayaan sumber daya lokal merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan peran serta dan kemandirian masyarakat desa dalam mengelola dan memanfaatkan sumber daya yang ada di sekitar mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif analitis dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui survei dan wawancara langsung kepada pemilik usaha mikro pedesaan. Data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi pustaka dan data statistik terkait pendapatan usaha mikro pedesaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan sumber daya lokal memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan usaha mikro pedesaan. Dengan adanya strategi dan pendekatan pemberdayaan sumber daya lokal, masyarakat desa dapat mengoptimalkan potensi yang ada di sekitar mereka, seperti bahan baku lokal, tenaga kerja lokal, dan pasar lokal. Hal ini berdampak pada peningkatan produksi dan penjualan usaha mikro pedesaan, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan pendapatan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Work From Home Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Gowa.Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Gowa. Pengambilan data menggunakan total sampling didistribusikan kepada 41 responden.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS statistik 26.0 for windows. Maka persamaan regresi linear sederhana dapat dirumuskan sebagai berikut : Y = 17,656 + 0,929 X. Besarnya pengaruh variabel Work Frome Home berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah 8.565 dengan nilai signifikan yaitu sebesar 0,000.

Abstract

The splendor of Freedom of Learning in the educational environment and Indonesian society is visible, among the various programs there is one program that is relevant to students and industry, namely the Teaching Practitioner program. This research aims to analyze the perceptions of lecturers and students regarding implementing the Teaching Practitioner Program in Higher Education in the city of Makassar. Students, as the nation's successors who are expected to be agents of change, are required to have the ability to compete in the world of work in the future. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with a random sampling technique based on cluster areas, to select lecturers and students who have participated in the program. Of the 200 questionnaires distributed, 150 respondents responded, consisting of 25 lecturers and 125 students. The research results show that the Teaching Practitioner Program at Makassar City University has positive aspects in improving the quality of learning for students and graduates, reducing the potential for unemployment, providing a dynamic learning experience, encouraging collaboration with industry, and ensuring the suitability of competencies to the needs of the world of work. This research contributes to understanding the importance of integrating education and the world of work through the Teaching Practitioner Program in higher education

Abstract

This community engagement project trained students in utilizing dry waste to produce biomass briquettes, equipping them with essential skills for their future community service (KKN) activities. The training, attended by 20 students, covered theoretical and practical aspects, including waste management, biomass briquette concepts, and alternative energy sources. Lectures and presentations by experts provided a comprehensive understanding of biomass briquettes. Practical demonstrations taught students the steps involved in briquette production, from waste collection and processing to mixing and using natural adhesives. The training also included marketing strategies, market analysis, and business model development to equip students with entrepreneurial skills. Results indicated high levels of understanding and skill acquisition, with 90% successfully performing drying and crushing techniques, 85% correctly mixing materials and adhesives, and 80% effectively conducting quality tests on briquettes. The training significantly improved participants' teamwork and communication skills, essential for their upcoming KKN activities. This project contributed to sustainable waste management practices and alternative energy solutions, enhancing students' readiness to implement these practices in their communities.

Abstract

This research explores community economic empowerment strategies through local e-commerce platforms using a qualitative approach and literature study methods. Data was collected from academic journals, books, annual reports, and news articles to analyze the impacts and challenges of implementing local e-commerce. The research results show that local e-commerce platforms have a significant positive effect in increasing the capacity of SMEs through training, expanding market access, and providing financial and technical support. The increase in income and operational efficiency of SMEs shows the clear benefits of this platform. However, challenges such as limited digital literacy and poor internet connectivity in rural areas hinder optimal implementation. Research recommendations include the need for increased training programs, more intensive technical support, and improvements to internet infrastructure. By overcoming these challenges and implementing effective strategies, local e-commerce platforms can do more to empower the community's economy and encourage sustainable business growth

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to gain a comprehensive understanding of online buying and selling practices from the perspective of the Quran. This study involves the analysis of principles outlined in the Quran that can be applied to online commerce in the present-day context. The research findings demonstrate that online transactions, when examined through the lens of the Quran, should adhere to principles of justice, honesty, transparency, avoidance of usury, consumer protection, and contract fulfillment. While the Quran does not explicitly address online buying and selling, the principles contained within it can be effectively applied to ensure that these transactions align with Islamic values. The research underscores the significance of consulting qualified experts in interpretation (tafsir) and Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) to attain a deeper understanding of these principles within the specific context of online commerce. By adhering to the Quranic principles, individuals engaging in online buying and selling can foster an environment of fairness, integrity, and ethical conduct. This research serves as a valuable guide for Muslims seeking to navigate the realm of online commerce in a manner that upholds the teachings and values of Islam. It highlights the importance of incorporating the Quranic principles into contemporary business practices and emphasizes the need for continuous consultation with experts to ensure a comprehensive understanding of these principles in the context of online buying and selling. Abstract

This research explores the adaptation of MSMEs in Indonesia to digital marketing and its impact on the local economy. Through desk research methods, various literature, data, and previous studies were analyzed to understand the level of digital technology adoption, challenges faced, and adaptation strategies successfully implemented by MSMEs in different local economic contexts. The results show that most MSMEs have adopted digital technologies for marketing activities, with social media, websites and marketplaces being the main platforms. Digitalization is proven to increase MSMEs' market access and income, and contribute positively to local economic growth. However, challenges such as lack of digital skills, consumer trust, and access to capital remain significant obstacles. Successful MSMEs tend to be proactive in learning and adapting, and building consumer trust through good customer service. This research makes a significant contribution to the development of contextualized and inclusive digital marketing theory, and offers practical guidance for MSMEs and policymakers to support sustainable digital transformation in Indonesia

Abstract

This study examines the impact of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and financial technology (FinTech) in digital marketing to enhance customer experience. Through a literature-based approach, the study explores how AI and FinTech contribute to improving personalization, transaction ease, and security in digital marketing campaigns. The findings reveal that AI enables companies to analyze customer behavior in depth, providing more relevant recommendations and boosting customer engagement. Meanwhile, FinTech simplifies transaction processes and enhances security, which plays a crucial role in fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty. Together, AI and FinTech create a more personalized, secure, and efficient customer journey. However, the study notes some limitations, such as the restricted data coverage within the e-commerce and financial services sectors, which may not fully capture the potential of these technologies in other fields. Additionally, there is a potential for bias in the analysis due to the reliance on existing literature without experimental validation. Recommendations for future research include developing more adaptive AI technologies that can respond to dynamic customer preferences and expanding the scope of study to include sectors like healthcare and education. Overall, the integration of AI and FinTech in digital marketing holds significant promise for enhancing customer satisfaction and improving the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across various sectors.

Abstract

Bontomarannu Village, one of the main vegetable producers in Bantaeng Regency, faces a recurring issue of surplus harvests that are often poorly distributed, resulting in agricultural products piling up and spoiling. To address this problem, students from STIM Lasharan Jaya initiated a training program on agricultural product processing for the community, particularly targeting the women of the PKK group. The training aimed to enhance the capacity of local SMEs in transforming surplus harvests into value-added products, such as spinach chips and tomato juice. The method involved theoretical sessions, hands-on practice, and interactive discussions to address challenges and explore product development opportunities. The results showed significant improvements in participants' skills in processing agricultural products, including hygienic and appealing packaging techniques. Additionally, support from the village head and sub-district leader provided motivation and additional facilities to ensure the program's sustainability. This initiative serves not only as a short-term solution to the surplus harvest issue but also opens new opportunities to improve the economic conditions of Bontomarannu Village sustainably

Abstract

Bontomarannu Village, located in Uluere District, Bantaeng Regency, has significant potential to be developed into an agro-tourism destination due to its cool climate and fertile volcanic soil, which support horticultural farming. The village has long been a hub for producing high-quality vegetables, such as chili, tomatoes, and potatoes. This study examines the role of STIM Lasharan Jaya KKN students in developing a village icon as a promotional strategy for community-based tourism and local empowerment. Through a participatory approach, the students and the village community collaboratively designed and constructed an icon reflecting the village's unique identity. The icon, consisting of large letters spelling "Bontomarannu," serves as a visual landmark and symbol of local identity. The results demonstrate that the icon not only functions as a striking visual attraction but also attracts visitors, creates new economic opportunities, and strengthens the community’s sense of ownership and pride. In addition to promoting agro-tourism potential, the project enhanced cross-sector collaboration between the community, students, and local government. This study underscores the importance of participatory and sustainable approaches in developing agro-tourism villages, which can provide long-term economic, social, and cultural benefits for the local community
