Abstract

Affective skill is one of the factors that students must possess and are the key to successful learning; affective skills are also one of the skills needed in the world of work in the future. This research aimed to analyze the influence of affective skills and their influence on learning outcomes and the dominant influencing variables. This quantitative survey was conducted in January-March 2021, involving 155 students (61 males and 94 females). The variables consisted of exogenous variables, namely affective skills (math interest, math anxiety, math self-efficacy, beliefs, and math attitude), while endogenous variables are learning outcomes. The instrument used to measure exogenous variables were questionnaires including math interest, math anxiety, math self-efficacy, beliefs, and math attitude that met the validity and reliability tests. While the endogenous variable, namely understanding results obtained from the value of documentation of student learning outcomes at school. The data was processed by descriptive and inferential analysis through structural equation modeling (SEM). The study results concluded that math self-efficacy and math attitude were in the high category, beliefs and math interests were suitable. Math anxiety was of a low sort. Furthermore, math interest, math self-efficacy, beliefs, and math attitude were found to have no significant effect on learning outcomes, which means that math interest, self-efficacy, ideas, and math attitude were not sufficient to provide evidence that they could significantly influence learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research that aims to know the improvement of mathematics learning outcomes through the application of Think-Pair-Share Cooperative Learning (TPS). The subjects of this study were students of Class VII B SMP Negeri 10 Ujung Loe Kab. Bulukumba in the odd semester of the academic year 2016/2017, with a total of 30 students, consisting of 15 men and 15 women. This classroom action procedure takes 2 cycles. Cycle I held 4 meetings and Cycle II held 4 meetings. Data collection is done by using learning result test and observation. The collected data were analyzed by using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The result of this research showed that quantitative improvement of mathematics learning outcomes after the implementation of Think-Pair-Share (TPS) cooperative learning, in cycle I showed that the average of student's learning result was 39,50 from ideal score that might be reached 100, Standard deviation of 24.58 and is in the low category. There are 7 complete students (23,33%) and 23 students (76,67%), and in cycle II shows the average of student's learning result is 69,50 from ideal score that might be reached 100, standard Deviation of 24.99 and is in the high category. There are 21 complete students (70%) and 9 (30%) unfinished students. While qualitatively during the learning process takes place changes in student attitudes. This is marked by the increased activity and activity of students during the implementation of the teaching took place viewed from the observation sheet conducted during the study. From the analysis can be concluded that with the implementation of cooperative learning type Think-Pair-Share (TPS) there is an increase in the results of learning mathematics students of class VII B SMP Negeri 10 Ujung Loe Bulukumba

Abstract

Desa Bulolohe merupakan salah satu desa dari empat belas desa dan satu kelurahan yang ada di Kecamatan Rilau Ale Kabupaten Bulukumba. Masyarakat Desa Bulolohe khususnya para pemuda tersebut masih banyak yang belum mengenal dan memahami pengunaan dan merasakan manfaat teknologi informasi dengan baik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Hal ini disebabkan oleh masih banyak pemuda desa yang putus sekolah. Tim pengabdian masyarakat STMIK Bina Adinata melakukan kegiatan pegabdian berupa pelatihan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pegabdian ini dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap antara lain: pelatihan pengenalan dan pengoperasian komputer dasar serta pelatihan paket office yang terdiri dari microsoft office, microsoft excel, microsoft power point. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan pegabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengetahuan bidang teknologi informasi khususnya pengunaan Microsoft Office bagi para pemuda desa Bulolohe.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the effect of mathematics self-efficacy on students' mathematics learning achievement during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method is ex-post facto quantitative research. The sample in this study was class XI high school students in Bulukumba Regency with a total of 144 students. The data analysis technique in this study is simple linear regression analysis with normality test, linearity test and hypothesis testing using SPSS 16. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that mathematics self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on mathematics learning achievement of class XI high school students with a significant level of 0, 05 and the value of the regression coefficient of the mathematical self-efficacy variable is 0.240. The magnitude of the effect of mathematics self-efficacy on students' mathematics learning achievement is 18.6%. The conclusion of this study is that mathematics self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on high school students' mathematics learning achievement.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh efikasi diri matematika terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa di masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitaftif ex-post facto. sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA di Kabupaten Bulukumba dengan jumlah 144 siswa. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan uji normalitas, uji linieritas dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan SPSS 16. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri matematika berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa kelas XI SMA dengan taraf siginifikan 0,05 dan nilai koefisien regresi variabel efikasi diri matematika sebesar 0,240. Besarnya pengaruh efikasi diri matematika terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa yaitu 18,6 %. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu efikasi diri matematika berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa SMA

Abstract

The spread of the Coronavirus infection is expanding consistently. To overcome this, anticipatory and preventative measures are required to stop the spread. Washing your hands is one way to stop the COVID-19 virus from spreading. However, not all public facilities provide hand washing, particularly offices and public service locations that require a portable and adaptable hand washing station. The suggested solution is to create a machine that washes hands automatically and can be moved as needed. This service aims to stop the spread of Covid 19 by providing automatic hand washing equipment at the Batukaropa Village Office. Observation, tool design, tool making, and tool delivery are the methods used. The tool can be used correctly and is beneficial to both the community and the Batukaropa Village Office staff in Rilau Ale District, Bulukumba Regency, South Sulawesi, Indonesia, according to the findings.

Abstract

Kegiatan ekonomi sektor informal begitu banyak memberikan andil dalam sektor kehidupan masyarakat, termasuk di wilayah perkotaan. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil Penelitian ini yang dilakukan di Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data melalui pengamatan dan wawancara. Data yang tekah dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis kemudian dituangkan dalam bentuk narasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan masyarakat di Kelurahan Kalukuang, Kota Makassar bekerja di sektor informal karena tidak membutuhkan modal yang besar, kepadatan penduduk dan letak Strategis Kelurahan Kalukuang. Motif pedagang kaki lima di Kelurahan Kalukuang adalah kebutuhan hidup dan etos kerja islami pedagang kaki lima tampak dari sikap dan pemahaman agama dalam dirinya. Terdapat dampak adanya pedagang kaki lima di Kelurahan Kalukuang yaitu memberikan lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat, mengurangi tingkat kemiskinan, memberikan kemudahan menyiapkan bumbu dapur dan berbagai macam makanan bagi ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang tidak ingin kerepotan Serta kemudahan bagi masyarakat kalangan bawah untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya dengan barang dagangannya yang ditawarkan relatif murah. Adapun dampak negatifnya, keberadaan pedagang kaki lima memunculkan kebisingan yang dapat mengganggu waktu istirahat warga sekitar.

Abstract

Abstract:  Flat shape is one of the subjects in mathematics taught by elementary school students. However, studying the material for flat shapes, students memorize the formulas for the circumference and area of flat shapes. Thus, students feel less interested in learning flat construction material. The purpose of this study was to design and create math learning media for grade 5 elementary school with the subject matter of flat structures using Augmented Reality (AR). The research method uses the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) with the stages of concept, design, material collecting, assembling, testing and distribution. System modeling uses UML (usecase, activity, Sequence Diagram). The results of the study have been made flat learning media with features of flat learning media applications consisting of scan markers, info, exits, flat shape objects, explanations, content of flat shape material, formula calculations and application user guides. This learning media can help elementary students class V to get to know flat shapes and calculate the area of flat wake objectsAbstrak: Bagun datar merupakan salah satu pokok bahasan pada mata pelajaran matematika yang diajarkan siswa Sekolah Dasar. Namun, mempelajari materi bagun datar, siswa menghafal rumus keliling dan luas bangun datar. Sehingga, siswa merasa kurang tertarik untuk mempelajari materi bagun datar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan membuat media pembelajaran matematika kelas 5 SD materi pokok bagun datar dengan menggunakan Augmented Reality (AR). Metode penelitian menggunakan Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) dengan tahapan dengan tahapan concept, design, material collecting, assembling, testing dan distribution. Pemodelan sistem menggunakan UML (usecase, activity, Sequence Diagram). Hasil penelitian telah dibuat Media pembelajaran bangun datar dengan Fitur-fitur aplikasi media pembelajaran bangun datar terdiri dari scan marker, info, exit, objek bangun datar, penjelasan, isi materi bagun datar, perhitungan rumus dan panduan pengguna aplikasi Media pembelajaran ini bisa membantu siswa SD kelas V untuk mengenal bangun datar dan menghitung luas objek bangun datar

Abstract

This article generally elaborates on the use of Instagram by teenagers in the Cenderawasih Street area, Makassar City. The type of research is descriptive qualitative research, namely research that describes certain situations based on data obtained in detail through observation, interviews with informants who provide information about the role of Instagram among teenagers. The results of this study indicate that: 1). Instagram has a role in adolescent lifestyles for self-existence and guidelines in dress procedures. 2). Instagram then became a trend among teenagers because Instagram can be used as a communication medium, besides that Instagram also acts as a source to get information as well as a place to fill spare time in this case get entertainment. 3). Instagram can have an impact on the social and economic conditions for teenagers

Abstract

Computer training in improving the performance and ability of preparing village administration is a community service activity carried out by lecturers at the Bina Adinata Institute of Technology and Business which aims to improve performance and ability to prepare village administration using computers for Tassese Village officials, Village Consultative Body and Village Technical Cadres Tassese. This activity is held every Wednesday on the 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th of May 2022 at the Tassese Village office, Manuju District, Gowa Regency. This activity is in the form of training on Microsoft Office, including word and excel with the aim of providing convenience in preparing village administration and ease of carrying out financial reporting using a computer. This training also had a positive impact in increasing understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Office for Tassese village officials, thereby increasing performance in using computers in every activity in the village.
