Abstract

CV. Kedai Kaos Makassar was established in 2013, which is one of the SMEs engaged in screen printing services where the raw materials are t-shirts. The problem that currently arises in the SME is the demand for custom products which is still difficult to fulfill and complete on time by the SME owner. The purpose of the study was to develop a printing business using the Business Model Canvas (BMC). The type of research used was qualitative research. The results of the study showed that to develop the printing business of CV. Kedai Kaos Makassar, what must be done is to add customer segments with communities, value proportions by producing their own production materials, adding channels to the website, key activities with convection machines and with additional costs for convection production and convection machine maintenance costs. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, external and internal factors were obtained, namely strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The business development plan that must be carried out is to convect plain t-shirts that will be screen printed.

Abstract

Fish is the product of various types of natural resources and is widely consumed by most people. Based on data obtained from the Office of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of West Nusa Tenggara, Sumbawa is ranked second in West Nusa Tenggara as an area with high potential in the world of fisheries and it is very likely that many people will be involved in the world of fisheries. One of the fish supply companies located in the city of Sumbawa is UD Wijaya Samawa. This company is engaged in catching, processing and selling fish. However, in the fish packaging production process, there are problems with inefficient placement of facilities and layout resulting in waste of both time and place, thus disrupting the ongoing production process. One method that can be used to streamline production process facilities is the Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) method. As for determining alternative layout proposals, namely by using the BLOCPLAN Algorithm based on the ARC that has been made. The results of this study are alternative layout proposals that can minimize the distance from the previous 54 meters to 35.53 meters so that the distance can be reduced by 18.47 meters. Abstract

Solar Power Plants (PLTS) are electrical power generators that convert solar energy into electrical power. One of the companies engaged in electricity generation is PT. Brilliant Renewable Infrastructure. The problem that often occurs in PLTS is zero power in the combiner box. Zero power is a problem that often occurs which causes the energy produced by the PV module to not be optimal. The aim of this research is to analyze the causes of zero power in the combiner box. One way to find out the factors causing zero waste is to use a Problem Tree. Problem Tree is a methodology/technique used to identify the reasons for a problem. The results showed that the factors causing zero power in the combiner box were three causes, namely the cable gland installation was not tight enough, the DC cable was bitten by rats and the strings were not functioning. The impact of these 3 types of damage can cause zero power so that no electrical voltage is generated

Abstract

As a company that operates in the field of solar power system project development, of course there are many risks at PT Surya Utama Nuansa (SUN Energy), such as during installation and during maintenance. Therefore, employees are required to use personal protective equipment, but based on observations, potential dangers were found in the form of piles of damaged inverters or other materials in random locations and workers lifting solar panels alone, as well as scattered electrical cables. The aim of this research is to provide a solution to reduce the risk of work accidents. The method used in this research is the HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study) method. Based on the results of the identification and assessment of potential hazards that have been carried out, there are 5 potential hazards, namely a moderate risk level of 27%, a high risk level of 20%, and an extreme risk level of 53%. And it is known that there is a 40% potential hazard in the work attitude classification. 20% on work procedure classification, and 40% on workplace classification. This shows that potential hazards in workplace classification require more attention in efforts to prevent work accidents. It is hoped that this research will implement health and safety at the PT project site. PP (Persero) has been repaired so that it can minimize the occurrence of work accidents while carrying out activities on the site.

Abstract

Quality is an important indicator of a product. PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the field of construction services, Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC), and Investment which is currently expanding its terminal and facilities at Lombok International Airport (BIL). Results Based on the inspection, various Defects were found in the steel such as cracked welded joints, peeling steel paint, thin paint thickness. This will have an impact if the steel roof truss structure is Defective, it will endanger the collapse of the building and the safety of visitors at BIL. Based on this, an analysis is carried out on the work of the steel pipe roof truss structure that occurs in the terminal expansion project and its supporting facilities so that recommendations for improvement can be made. This research was conducted using the Six Sigma method. The result of the research is that the main factor that causes failure is the steel pipe being stepped on during the installation of electrical installations. The proposed improvement to overcome these Defects is to provide ongoing counseling and training programs on worker compliance in carrying out work by the Standard Operating Procedures available in all work processes. It is hoped that by conducting this research, the company can better maintain quality so that the risk of building collapse and safety from incidents cannot be avoided.

Abstract

The K3 management system is part of the company management system in the context of risk control to minimize dangers in the workplace. Work accidents can cause losses in time, wealth, property and lives. Accidents have causes so it is necessary to control and repair work places, tools and processes. This research was conducted using the HIRARC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control) method to identify hazards that can occur in each job. In the preparation of HIRARC it is divided into three stages, where the first stage is hazard identification, then risk assessment, and the next stage is the risk control stage. The result of hazard identification is that there are several potential hazards in the work place and attitude. After carrying out a risk assessment, the risk level obtained before controlling the shootcreet work process was carried out, namely very high risk while those with medium risk tended to be high and medium tended to be low. After control was carried out, it was found that the risk value had decreased to predominantly green or low. Control of potential hazards in the shootcreet work area is proposed in the form of an appeal to complete PPE, use APK properly and an appeal to pay more attention to occupational safety and health in every work process. Abstract

Salah satu aspek penting dalam menjalankan aktifitas dan memengaruhi keberhasilan sistem perindustrian adalah model transportasi dan distribusi yang diterapkan oleh industri tersebut. Didukung dengan meluasnya permintaan konsumen atas produk yang dihasilkan ke berbagai pelosok daerah, menjadikan masalah transportasi dan distribusi menjadi poin utama dalam pengembangan perusahaan. Untuk mengetahui penerapan model transportasi distribusi yang dapat diusulkan terhadap rute transportasi distribusi Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) pada PT. Javarko yang berdiri di kota Sumbawa Besar, maka dapat diusulkan dengan menggunkan model Clustered Generalized Vehicle Routing Problem (CGVRP) dan algoritma Dijkstra. Dimana pada model CGVRP toko-toko (vertek) tujuan dikelompokan berdasarkan kelurahan dan kapasitas armada kendaraan. Sehingga  diperoleh total jarak untuk kendaraan pertama adalah sebesar 14.410 km dengan rute distribusi gudang (0)→ UD. Fatimah (10) → Primart (5) → UD. Dua Putra (6) → UD.Hana (2) → UD. Bayu Rejeki (9) →  UD.Irma (1) → UD. Mandiri (7). Sedangkan jarak yang diperoleh untuk kendaraan kedua adalah sebesar 11.120 k m dengan rute pendistribusian . gudang (0) → UD. Dua satu (13) → UD. → Berlian Indah (12) → UD. Citra (11) → UD. Gonofit (3) → UD. Adiit Daputra (15) → UD. Yeyen Lengas (14) → gudang (0).

Abstract

PT. Pan Brothers Tbk Boyolali merupakan perusahaan tekstil yang memproduksi berbagai macam pakaian olahraga. PT. Pan Brothers Tbk Boyolali memiliki beberapa permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan tata letak seperti ketiga jarak perpindahan terbesar yaitu perpindahan dari area warehouse table ke area before inspection sebesar 51,8 meter, perpindahan dari area rak roll kain ke area mesin c-tex sebesar 35 meter, dan perpindahan dari area before inspection ke area quality fabric table sebesar 34,8 meter. Semakin jauh jarak perpindahan barang semakin tinggi pula biaya material handling. Alasan lain perbaikan tata letak perlu dilakukan adalah seringnya dilakukan perubahan layout yang disebabkan oleh project dari atasan dan belumnya menggunakan metode apapun. Terjadinya penumpukan material roll kain yang disebabkan penempatan material ditaruh di gang yang membuat terhalangnya jalan perpindahan barang. Total waktu aktivitas produksi di incoming material melebihi waktu yang ditetapkan perusahaan yaitu 5 sampai 6 hari. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan melakukan observasi secara langsung dan wawancara kepada pekerja. Dengan metode Systematic Layout Planning (SLP), dapat dihasilkan lebih dari satu alternatif solusi sehingga dapat dipilih mana yang terbaikan dalam penyelesaian masalah tata letak perusahaan, meminimumkan aliran material dan mempertimbangkan hubungan kedekatan, kebutuhan ruang dan ruang yang tersedia serta merupakan metode yang sederhana dan lebih mudah untuk diterapkan. Temuan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tata letak usulan 1 mampu memberikan penghematan biaya material handling sebesar 16,6 % atau Rp. 1.038,357 tata letak usulan 2 sebesar 22,2 % atau Rp. 1.387,150 dan tata letak usulan 3 sebesar 28,2 % atau Rp. 1.759,802

Abstract

Compost is one of the products resulting from the Industrial Waste Processing practicum in the form of solid waste. This compost goes through a composting process and becomes one of the organic fertilizers containing macro and micronutrients. Compost is produced through the biological decomposition process of organic material, which is controlled and results in humus. Moisture content is one of the key factors in the composting process, and it is essential for determining the maturity and quality of compost. Moisture content refers to the amount of water in a material or object, such as soil (also known as soil moisture), agricultural materials and products, rocks, etc. Additionally, compost fertilizer contains nutrients such as nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), potassium (K), calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), and other elements. Based on testing, the sample rice husk: TSP 3:2:2 moisture content was 40.74%, and for another rice hull: TSP 3:2:2 sample, it was 43.14%. rice hull: TSP 3:2:2 had 0.74% for nitrogen content testing, and the second sample had 0.76%. Phosphorus content testing for rice husk: TSP 3:2:2 was 0.28%, while the second sample had 0.18%. rice husk: TSP 3:2:2 had 0.53% for potassium content testing, and the second sample had 0.509%. From these test results, it can be concluded that both samples meet the standards of SNI 19-7030-2004 for compost specifications from domestic organic waste. This research is expected to provide information on the quality of the bokashi fertilizer and be a reference in developing more optimal waste processing methods.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in contracting for infrastructure development. In the process of infrastructure development, it is inseparable from the risk of work accidents. Based on the results of observations in the field, the potential for work accidents was found. This study aims to analyze potential hazards and provide improvement proposals to minimize the risk of work accidents in the Lombok Peaker PLTMGU Jetty Construction Project. The method used is HIRARC. HIRARC is used to identify the risk of work accidents as well as analyze hazards and provide improvement proposals to minimize existing risks. The results of the study were identified and there were 8 potential hazards in the construction of the Lombok Peaker PLTMGU jetty construction project, namely 25% potential hazards with low risk levels, 37% potential hazards with high risk levels and 38% potential hazards with extreme risk levels. Improvement proposals that can be given in the Lombok Peaker PLTMGU jetty construction project based on the K3 control hierarchy such as soil erosion around the temporary jetty area, standing under the process of material lifting by cranes and stacking steel pipes by eliminating to eliminate activities in the erosion area. This research is expected to minimize the risk of work accidents in the construction of the Lombok Peaker PLTMGU jetty construction project.
