Abstract

Pondok pesantren Darul Hikmah merupakan pondok pesantrenyang baru memulai kebijakannya dalam menerapkan keterampilan berbicarabahasa arab bagi seluruh santri/santriwatinya. Kebijakan itu tentu masihmengalami berbagai kendala baik dari sisi tenaga pengajar, lingkungan, danpara santri/santriwati itu sendiri. Program madrasah binaan ini mengambilfokus kegiatan pada pembinaan keterampilan berbicara bahasa arab. Programmadrasah binaan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan keterampilanberbicara bahasa Arab santri/santriwati sehingga mereka dapat menggunakanbahasa Arab secara praktis dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, baik di dalamasrama maupun di luar asrama. Disamping itu, tujuan strategis dari programini adalah untuk meningkatkan daya saing pondok pesantren Darul HikmahPagutan diantara pondok pesantren yang sudah eksis dalam mengembangkanbahasa Arab sebagai bahasa komunikasi sehari-hari. Pembinaan keterampilanberbicara bahasa Arab (maharat al-kalam) di pondok pesantren Darul HikmahPagutan dilakukan dengan strategi workshop dan pendampingan. Programini memberi dampak postif bagi para santri/santriwati, mereka sudah mulaiberbicara dengan menggunakan bahasa Arab walaupun masih dicampurcampurdengan bahasa daerah, karena mereka masih kurang dalam mufradat.Namun demikian, sudah tampak dari aktivitas tersebut kemampuan merekadalam melafalkan bunyi. Mereka sudah memiliki kemampuan melafalkanatau mengucapkan huruf-huruf dalam mufradat dan ungkapan-ungkapansederhana dengan baik, bahkan mereka sudah bisa untuk membuat kalimatkalimatsederhana dengan mufradat yang mereka miliki.

Abstract

One of the problem in education that is getting attention by government's is the problem of improving the quality of education. The improvement programs of education quality can be achieved when the process of teaching and learning can take place properly, efficiently and effectively, and supported by practicum programs as a medium to strengthen and apply the skills which have possessed by students. To guiding the students of Arabic language and as a part of the efforts to improve the quality of academic services and the quality of graduates in higher education, it is very important to build strategically to develop practicum programs by study programs and lecturers. The research approach is using qualitative research with descriptive method with data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis uses an interactive data analysis pattern using the Miles and Hubermans model. The result is the implementation of practicum program management is carried out in some stages; the preparation of the practicum program, the implementation, the evaluation of the practicum and the management of the practicum which have implications for development of Arabic language especially for students of the Arabic Language Education Program.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : Pengaruh kecerdasan emosi dan budaya religius terhadap perilaku etis mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi Kementerian Agama se-Lombok. Pendekatan penelitian kuantitaif, karena data-data yang dikumpulkan adalah data berupa angka-angka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eks post fakto, karena peneliti tidak memberikan perlakuan atau memanipulasi perubahan khusus terhadap subjek penelitian. Keterangan-keterangan yang dihimpun adalah keterangan yang berdasarkan kejadian atau pengalaman yang telah berlangsung baik itu menyangkut kecerdasan emosi, budaya religius dan perilaku etis. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket. Angket yang dipakai berupa angket tertutup, yang sudah disediakan jawabannya sehingga mahasiswa tinggal memilih poin yang sesuai dengan karakter mereka. Sebelum data digunakan atau dianalisis terlebih dahulu data tersebut diuji persyaratannya, uji persyarat yang digunakan adalah sebagai berikut : (a) Uji Normalitas dan (b) Uji Linieritas. Untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis statistik yaitu menggunakan rumus regresi ganda. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh kecerdasan emosi dan budaya religius terhadap perilaku etis mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi Kementerian Agama se-Lombok, hal ini dibuktikan bahwa pada taraf signifikansi ? 0,05 diperoleh Fhitung (Fh = 287.76) lebih besar dari Ftabel (Ft ? 0,05 = 3.063) sehingga Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima

Abstract

Al-Qur’an diturunkan pada umat yang memiliki keistimewaan tersendiri dikarenakan gemar menghafal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: Mengetahui strategi pengelolaan, implementasi manajemen, dan implikasi manajemen Rumah Qur’an NW Lombok dalam mencetak generasi qur’ani. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni metode deskriptif dengan teknik observasi partisifasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: Pertama, Strategi Pengelolaan atau Manajemen Pondok Tahfidz Baqiyatussalaf NW—Rumah Qur’an Nahdlatul Wathan Lombok dalam mencetak generasi Qur’ani yaitu dengan membuat Planning (perencanaan) yang di dalamnya menyangkut masalah Strategi Pengembangan Kurikulum, Strategi Pengembangan Kegiatan, Strategi Boarding School, Strategi Pemanfaatan Media Sosial, Strategi Pendanaan. Kedua, Implementasi manajemen Pondok Tahfidz Baqiyatussalaf NW—Rumah Qur’an Nahdlatul Wathan Lombok dalam mencetak generasi Qur’ani tahap Organizing dengan mengaktualisasikan lima program unggulan yaitu Program I’dad, Program Tahfidz, Program Tasri’, Program Mutqin, dan Program Takmili. Tahap actuating yang dilakukan Pondok Tahfidz Baqiyatussalaf NW—Rumah Qur’an Nahdlatul Wathan Lombok yaitu mengadakan perekrutan santri sebelum masuk ke pesantren, pelaksanaan koordinasi, mobilisasi dan alokasi sumber daya, pemberian motivasi, penambahan hafalan, pembagian kelompok santri tahfidz, pemberian sanksi bagi santri yang tidak mencapai target, penentuan target hafalan, pengawasan pembinaan tahfidz, program unggulan tahfidz di pesantren, penentuan jumlah target hafalan dalam setiap semester, pengawasan dari Pembina tahfidz terhadap santri dan pengembangan pembinaan tahfidz terhadap santri, program unggulan dalam menghafal Al-Quran. Adanya kendala pembina tahfidz, faktor pendukung atau penunjang santri dalam menghafal Al-Quran. Ketiga, Implikasi manajemen Pondok Tahfidz Baqiyatussalaf NW—Rumah Qur’an Nahdlatul Wathan Lombok dalam mencetak generasi Qur’ani dibagi menjadi tiga, yaitu; Implikasi Akademis, Implikasi Spritual, dan Implikasi Etika Sosial.

Abstract

This research analyzes the strategies employed by school principals to enhance the pedagogical competence of Islamic Education and Character Education (PAI) teachers at SMA Darul Hikmah Pagutan Mataram, particularly in terms of teaching ability and curriculum development. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the study collected data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings indicate that school principals have implemented various coaching strategies, both individually and in groups, such as classroom visits, mentoring, and the Teacher Subject Council forum (Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran [MGMP]). However, time constraints and limited resources pose significant challenges to optimal coaching implementation. The study concludes that the role of the school principal as a supervisor is crucial in improving the quality of PAI instruction. Abstrak: Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi yang digunakan oleh kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti (PAI) di SMA Darul Hikmah Pagutan Mataram, khususnya dalam hal kemampuan mengajar dan pengembangan kurikulum. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah telah menerapkan berbagai strategi pembinaan, baik secara individu maupun kelompok, seperti kunjungan kelas, pendampingan, dan forum Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP). Namun, keterbatasan waktu dan sumber daya yang terbatas menjadi tantangan yang cukup besar dalam pelaksanaan pembinaan yang optimal. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peran kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran PAI.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the low proficiency in Arabic speaking skills among 11th-grade students at SMAN 1 Praya. To address this issue, the research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing a project-based learning model to enhance Arabic speaking skills. This study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining both quantitative and qualitative methods. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, questionnaires, and speaking ability tests. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, while qualitative data were analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The research findings indicate that the implementation of the project-based learning model significantly improves students' speaking skills. The conclusion drawn is that this model is effective in enhancing the Arabic speaking competency of 11th-grade students at SMAN 1 Praya. The implications of this study highlight the importance of adopting innovative teaching methods, such as project-based learning, to improve students' language abilities. Therefore, the results of this study can serve as a reference for teachers and educational institutions in selecting appropriate learning models to achieve optimal learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study investigates the integration of madrasah and pesantren curricula to enhance religious moderation at Pondok Pesantren Darul Musthofa NW West Lombok. The research aims to assess how curriculum integration can foster religious moderation among students. Employing a qualitative approach, the study uses interviews with pesantren leaders, observations, and document analysis to gather primary and secondary data. Data analysis includes collection, presentation, reduction, and conclusion drawing, validated through source, method, and time triangulation. The findings indicate that integrated curriculum planning at Darul Musthofa NW encompasses several key processes: First, Needs Analysis, addressing institutional needs (vision, mission, human resources, and learning resources), teacher needs, and student needs; Second, Educational Goals, focusing on developing students with strong faith, scientific knowledge, and moral values, while promoting a respectful and tolerant learning environment; Third, Curriculum Flexibility, adapting to societal knowledge needs within the pesantren context; and Fourth, Teacher Collaboration, involving inter-subject cooperation, routine meetings, joint training, and professional development. The implementation includes: First, madrasah-level curriculum preparation and extracurricular activities; Second, class-level curriculum emphasizing religious moderation in Islamic subjects; and Third, teaching methods such as classical-khalaqah, mudzakarah, memorization, and Qiroati. Evaluation methods use the EKOP model for assessing students and teachers, with additional assessments through national exams and pesantren tests. This integration enhances students' religious moderation and provides a comprehensive educational framework.

Abstract

It is essential for Islamic education to shape the character and knowledge of Muslims all over the world. A good governance of Islamic education is essential to guaranteeing the quality and relevance of education. The study investigates Islamic education governance, management approaches used, and current problems faced by Islamic educational institutions. The study aims to improve understanding of management practices and governance in Islamic Education by collecting and analyzing relevant literature through qualitative methods and library study approaches. Research shows that the use of information technology, teacher professional development, and school-based management (MBS) are effective management strategies. Information technologies such as e-learning platforms and school information management systems (SMIS) improve access to education and increase administrative productivity. According to this study, improving the quality and relevance of Islamic education in the modern era requires change and innovation in management strategies. This study concludes that to improve the quality and relevance of Islamic education in the modern era, changes and innovations in management strategies are needed.
