Abstract

Muslims believe that learning Arabic should be primarily focused on understanding the meaning of the Qur'anic texts because the Arabic language and the al-Qur'an have a close link. Understanding the meaning of the Qur'an requires knowledge of both the inner uses of the sentences as well as the actual lafaz from which they are constructed. Also, because it uses instances of expressions quoted from the Qur'an, Arabic language study has not been centered on developing student talents in understanding the meaning of the Qur'an from the perspective of Balagah Science. This study employs a descriptive qualitative research design, and two methodologies are used to collect the data. A direct analysis of the Balagah Surah Al-Fath employing Balagah Science Theories Library Research is the first technique, in which researchers gather information by looking at the well-known interpretation books among Muslims. The researcher collects data, which is involves direct observation, and interviews in the research field. There are goals for this investigation is to make these methods more effective for learning Arabic. Based on the findings of the study process conducted at Madrasah Diniyah Islamiyah Ketangga, it has been determined that the surah Al-Fath contains a number of Balagiyah Techniques, including 1. Ijaz (4), 2. Ithnab (5), and 3. Musawah (1). The Qiasiyah Method is used to implement these Balagiyah Techniques, which starts with a general Qawa'id Balagiyah lesson before introducing examples from surah Al-Fath as a way to compare them to the Qowa'id and to help students understand it better.

Abstract

General Background: The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education offers new opportunities for personalized and adaptive learning, yet its application in Arabic language education remains underexplored. Specific Background: While AI has been widely studied for English and other major languages, research focusing on Arabic—particularly from user-experience perspectives—is still limited. Knowledge Gap: Few studies qualitatively examine how students and teachers perceive AI’s role, challenges, and pedagogical relevance in Arabic language learning, especially in regions with unequal digital infrastructure such as Lombok. Aims: This study investigates perceptions of students and teachers regarding the implementation of AI in Arabic language learning and identifies key factors influencing its success or limitations. Results: Findings reveal that AI enhances learning interactivity, flexibility, and basic language skills; however, cultural-contextual understanding still relies heavily on teacher interaction. Implementation challenges include insufficient digital infrastructure, limited training, and varied student digital readiness. Novelty: This study offers a holistic qualitative analysis integrating pedagogical theory, technological readiness, and socio-cultural factors in the use of AI for Arabic learning. Implications: The results highlight the need for stronger infrastructure investment, continuous teacher training, and inclusive digital literacy programs to optimize AI-supported Arabic language education. Highlights: AI improves interactivity and flexibility but lacks cultural-context depth. Training and digital literacy strongly influence successful implementation. Infrastructure gaps limit equitable access to AI-based Arabic learning. Abstract

This research was conducted descriptively to identify gaps, synthesize relevant concepts, and formulate the most appropriate theoretical model. The study produced a Project-Based Learning (PjBL) framework for creating Arabic culture–based storytelling that is ready to be implemented in the classroom. This model is designed to encourage students to collaborate actively and use Arabic in authentic contexts—namely by creating and presenting stories—so it is expected to enhance their speaking skills (mahārat al-kalām). In addition, the model is anticipated to increase students’ learning motivation and their understanding of Arab culture. Conceptually, this model is feasible to apply and has the potential to become an effective new approach to making Arabic language instruction more engaging and practical. The implications of this study indicate that the developed framework can serve as a guideline for teachers in designing more contextual and creative project-based Arabic language learning. Implementing this model has the potential to promote cultural integration in language teaching, improve the quality of communicative interaction in the classroom, and strengthen performance-based learning. Furthermore, this research opens opportunities for the development of media, assessments, and curricula that support Arabic cultural storytelling across different educational levels.

Abstract

Abstract: Learning Arabic in the digital era requires innovation, considering the difficulties of the material faced by students, which can hinder mastery of the Arabic language. One learning model that can address this challenge is blended learning. This learning combines face-to-face and online learning. The purpose of this study is to analyze strategies and models of blended learning in Arabic language learning. This study uses a qualitative approach through a literature review by searching for relevant data sources from various articles. The results of the study show that blended learning in Arabic language learning can enhance a flexible and interactive learning experience. Through the blended learning model and the use of digital platforms, students can access materials independently anytime and anywhere.Abstrak: Pembelajaran bahasa Arab di era digital membutuhkan inovasi, mengingat kesulitan materi yang dihadapi peserta didik sehingga dapat menjadi penghambat dalam penguasaan bahasa Arab. Abstract

This study addresses the low effectiveness of Arabic language learning at the secondary school level, caused by students limited basic skills, unsuitable teaching materials, and inadequate learning planning. The study aims to formulate an integrative Arabic language learning strategy based on needs analysis, teaching material evaluation, and syllabus development. Using a qualitative library research approach, data were collected from books, scientific articles, and relevant literature on Arabic language learning. The data were analyzed descriptively and analytically through identifying, classifying, and synthesizing key concepts related to the three components. The findings reveal that integrating needs analysis, teaching material evaluation, and syllabus development creates more contextual, adaptive, and student-centered learning. This strategy not only improves students’ Arabic language proficiency but also increases learning motivation, self-confidence, and active participation in the classroom. The study contributes to Arabic language education by providing a comprehensive and sustainable framework for developing effective learning strategies.

Abstract

Arabic language learning in schools is often implemented uniformly without considering students’ readiness, interests, characteristics, and learning styles, which can reduce motivation, participation, and learning outcomes. Therefore, differentiated instruction is needed to address diverse learner needs. This study aims to analyze the concept of differentiated Arabic learning, including its definition, theoretical foundations, principles, objectives, characteristics, implementation, challenges, supporting factors, and findings from previous studies. The research employed a qualitative approach using literature review methods, with data collected from books and relevant journal articles. Data analysis involved literature selection, categorization, synthesis, and interpretation. The findings show that differentiated Arabic learning requires teachers to identify students’ readiness, interests, and characteristics, then adapt learning content, processes, and products accordingly.
