Abstract

The background of this research is the fact that many teachers still use poor resources, which has an impact on teacher quality. To improve human resources through the use of digital literacy to improve the quality of teachers in Mts Nurul Yasin Buer. The case study sites are MTs Nurul Yasin Buer. This research aims to analyze human resource development strategies. This research was conducted qualitatively with a case study approach. Observation, interview, and documentation study were used to collect data. The results show that teachers have not fully used digital literacy in the learning process although schools have used various strategies, such as providing technological infrastructure and improving teachers' abilities. In addition, schools still face a number of challenges; limited budgets, variations in teachers' capacity for digital literacy, and lack of parental participation. Schools should increase budgets and infrastructure, strengthen teachers' capabilities, balance the curriculum and involve parents more actively to address these issues.

Abstract

The basic principle of teaching is to guide students' learning activities so that they are willing to learn. Student activity is very necessary in learning activities so that students should be active a lot, because students as subjects are the ones who plan, and they themselves carry out learning. This paper discusses the application of the PAIKEM learning model at MAS Assolihiyah Lopan. While the benefits are as information input for education practitioners (teachers and madrasah principals) regarding the importance of implementing the PAIKEM learning model, and as study material for stakeholders for decision-making references, especially those directly related to the problem of teaching and learning activities in madrasas, especially regarding the application of the PAIKEM learning model in schools. madrasa. The results of this study provide positive implications and impacts for teachers at MAS As-Sholihiyah Lopan, namely understanding the PAIKEM learning model and being able to apply it in the teaching and learning process in the classroom. Although there are still cases of teachers teaching using a conventional approach, namely teaching dominated by the lecture method. Thus, madrasas still need guidance in order to dismantle the teacher-centered teaching paradigm into student-centered learning.

Abstract

Muslims believe that learning Arabic should be primarily focused on understanding the meaning of the Qur'anic texts because the Arabic language and the al-Qur'an have a close link. Understanding the meaning of the Qur'an requires knowledge of both the inner uses of the sentences as well as the actual lafaz from which they are constructed. Also, because it uses instances of expressions quoted from the Qur'an, Arabic language study has not been centered on developing student talents in understanding the meaning of the Qur'an from the perspective of Balagah Science. This study employs a descriptive qualitative research design, and two methodologies are used to collect the data. A direct analysis of the Balagah Surah Al-Fath employing Balagah Science Theories Library Research is the first technique, in which researchers gather information by looking at the well-known interpretation books among Muslims. The researcher collects data, which is involves direct observation, and interviews in the research field. There are goals for this investigation is to make these methods more effective for learning Arabic. Based on the findings of the study process conducted at Madrasah Diniyah Islamiyah Ketangga, it has been determined that the surah Al-Fath contains a number of Balagiyah Techniques, including 1. Ijaz (4), 2. Ithnab (5), and 3. Musawah (1). The Qiasiyah Method is used to implement these Balagiyah Techniques, which starts with a general Qawa'id Balagiyah lesson before introducing examples from surah Al-Fath as a way to compare them to the Qowa'id and to help students understand it better.

Abstract

Penelitian ini sangat penting mengingat peran pendidikan dalam membentuk karakter dan moral generasi masa depan, yang saat ini dihadapkan pada tantangan zaman yang semakin kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an dan Hadits yang berkaitan dengan etika pendidikan serta menganalisis penerapan prinsip-prinsip etika pendidikan Islam dalam sistem pendidikan modern. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode library research, yang memanfaatkan literatur primer berupa Al-Qur'an dan kitab Hadits, serta referensi sekunder seperti buku, jurnal ilmiah, dan artikel yang diterbitkan dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai etika yang terkandung dalam Al-Qur'an dan Hadits sangat penting dalam membentuk karakter dan moral peserta didik. Prinsip-prinsip etika ini berfungsi sebagai landasan moral dalam menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang kondusif, di tengah tantangan zaman yang semakin kompleks. Implementasi prinsip-prinsip tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu membangun siswa yang tidak hanya cerdas secara akademik, tetapi juga memiliki karakter yang baik dan tanggung jawab sosial.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has brought significant changes across various sectors, including financial management in Islamic educational institutions. This transformation necessitates a comprehensive exploration of how digital technology can enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of existing financial systems. This study aims to examine the application of technology-driven financial management within Islamic educational institutions. Adopting a qualitative approach through a Systematic Literature Review, the research analyzes publications from 2014 to 2024 sourced from Scopus, DOAJ, and Google Scholar. The findings reveal that digital technology holds substantial potential to improve efficiency, accuracy, transparency, and accountability in financial management practices. However, Islamic educational institutions face several challenges, including inadequate infrastructure, limited human resource skills, and resistance to change. The study concludes that optimizing the adoption of digital technology in financial management can significantly enhance accountability, transparency, and overall institutional performance. Concrete recommendations are provided to address existing challenges and support effective implementation.

Abstract

This study examines students' perceptions of the effectiveness of e-learning in higher education, focusing on the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) at two universities in Indonesia and Malaysia. The research investigates how e-learning impacts lecture delivery and its overall effectiveness in promoting student engagement and learning outcomes. The study population includes students from the Arabic Language Education Program at a university in Indonesia and the Islamic History and Language Programs at a university in Malaysia, for the 2023-2024 academic year. A random sampling technique was employed, and the sample size was determined using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and interviews. Data analysis involved calculating the average score of questionnaire responses, which were then presented using tables and graphs. The findings indicate that students from both universities perceive e-learning as highly effective. This suggests that the use of LMS as an instructional tool is viewed positively by students and is considered an effective method for enhancing learning experiences in higher education. The results highlight the potential of e-learning platforms to support academic engagement and improve learning outcomes. The study has significant implications for the continued development of e-learning strategies and offers valuable insights for refining the implementation of online learning environments in higher education. Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengkaji persepsi mahasiswa terhadap efektivitas e-learning dalam pendidikan tinggi, dengan fokus pada penggunaan Sistem Manajemen Pembelajaran (LMS) di dua universitas di Indonesia dan Malaysia. Penelitian ini menyelidiki bagaimana e-learning mempengaruhi penyampaian materi kuliah dan efektivitas keseluruhannya dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan mahasiswa dan hasil pembelajaran. Populasi penelitian ini mencakup mahasiswa dari Program Pendidikan Bahasa Arab di sebuah universitas di Indonesia dan Program Sejarah dan Bahasa Islam di sebuah universitas di Malaysia, pada tahun akademik 2023-2024. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel acak, dan ukuran sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, observasi, dan wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menghitung skor rata-rata dari jawaban kuesioner, yang kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan grafik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa dari kedua universitas memandang e-learning sebagai sangat efektif. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan LMS sebagai alat pembelajaran dipandang positif oleh mahasiswa dan dianggap sebagai metode yang efektif dalam meningkatkan pengalaman belajar di pendidikan tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini menyoroti potensi platform e-learning dalam mendukung keterlibatan akademik dan meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran. Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi penting untuk pengembangan strategi e-learning yang berkelanjutan dan memberikan wawasan berharga untuk menyempurnakan penerapan lingkungan pembelajaran daring di pendidikan tinggi.

Sebagai leader guru penggerak harus memiliki kompetensi kepemimpinan dan manajerial yang handal dalam menjalankan tugasnya sebagai pemimpin pembelajaran di kelas, kepala sekolah atau pengawas.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh   pendidikan  guru penggerak dan kompetensi kepemimpinan terhadap kompetensi manajerial  guru penggerak SMP di Kabupaten Lombok Barat . Metode yang di gunakan adalah  kuantitatif , dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 30. Waktu penelitian bulan Maret sampai dengan Desember 2022. Variabel bebasnya adalah pendidikan guru penggerak dan kompetensi kepemimpinan, sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah kompetensi manajerial. Instrumen  pengumpulan data adalah angket.  Teknik   pengujian hipotesis berupa  uji regresi linier berganda Hasil analisis data membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan  : (1)  pendidikan  guru penggerak terhadap kompetensi manajerial  guru penggerak SMP di Kabupaten Lombok Barat  dengan nilai signifikansi  sebesar 2,904 lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 2,052, (2) kompetensi kepemimpinan terhadap kompetensi manajerial  guru penggerak SMP di Kabupaten Lombok Barat  dengan nilai signifikansi  sebesar 2,838 lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 2,052, dan (3) secara signifikan dan simultan antara pendidikan guru penggerak dan kompetensi kepemimpinan terhadap kompetensi manajerial guru penggerak SMP di Kabupaten Lombok Barat  dengan nilai signifikansi  sebesar 452,428 lebih besar dari F tabel yaitu 3,350.

Abstract

Many challenges in managing Islamic educational institutions are due to planning concepts not based on the Qur'an and hadith. Therefore, this study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the concept of Islamic education planning, especially on the criteria and principles underlying the planning and identify important indicators of sustainable education planning. This research is a qualitative study with a library research approach consisting of topic selection and problem formulation, data collection, data evaluation and selection, data analysis, discussion, and conclusion drawing. The results found that planning in Islamic education must fulfil the criteria of being regular, thorough, procedural, according to science, and careful (QS. As Shaff: 4, Al Hasyr: 18, Al Fathir: 11, Al Hadid: 22, Al Anfal: 60). Furthermore, the principles of planning should be efficient, effective, flexible, selective, open, co-operative and participatory, interdisciplinary, for mutual progress, human resource development, and objective, rational and systematic. This research makes an important contribution to the management of Islamic education by emphasising the importance of planning based on the Qur'an and hadith. Implementing these criteria and principles will enable educational institutions to improve management quality, strengthen competitiveness and be more responsive to global challenges. Implementing planning criteria and principles based on the Qur'an and hadith can enhance the quality of Islamic education management, strengthen institutional competitiveness, and address global challenges sustainably.

Abstract

Abstract: The application of evaluation principles within Islam holds significant potential for shaping individual character, extending beyond academic achievements to enhance spiritual awareness and social responsibility. This research aims to explore how these evaluation principles can be integrated into daily life through a systematic examination of the Qur'an and Hadith. Utilizing a qualitative methodology and a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this study analyzes literature sourced from indexed databases such as Scopus, DOAJ, and Google Scholar over the period from 2014 to 2024. The findings indicate that evaluation in Islam emphasizes not only academic performance but also prioritizes spiritual values and social accountability. It takes into account various aspects, including intention, processes, and the social impact of actions. The principle of muhasabah, whether individually or collectively practiced, plays a crucial role in promoting a holistic approach to evaluation aimed at enhancing quality of life and collective well-being. In the context of Islamic education, this evaluation serves not only to elevate students' academic competence but also to foster character development that is firmly committed to the social and moral values articulated in the Qur'an and Hadith. This research is anticipated to provide a foundation for more comprehensive evaluations in everyday life that harmoniously integrate spiritual and social dimensions.Abstrak: Penerapan prinsip evaluasi dalam Islam memiliki potensi yang signifikan untuk membentuk karakter individu, bukan hanya dalam hal pencapaian akademis, tetapi juga dalam meningkatkan kesadaran spiritual dan tanggung jawab sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana prinsip-prinsip evaluasi dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari berdasarkan kajian sistematis terhadap al-Qur'an dan hadis. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR), penelitian ini menganalisis literatur dari basis data terindeks seperti Scopus, DOAJ, dan Google Scholar pada rentang waktu 2014 hingga 2024. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi dalam Islam tidak hanya menitikberatkan pada prestasi akademik, tetapi juga mengedepankan nilai-nilai spiritual dan tanggung jawab sosial. Evaluasi mempertimbangkan berbagai aspek seperti niat, proses, dan dampak sosial dari setiap tindakan. Prinsip muhasabah, baik secara individu maupun kolektif, berperan penting dalam mendorong pendekatan evaluasi yang holistik untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan kesejahteraan bersama. Dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, evaluasi ini berfungsi tidak hanya untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan akademik peserta didik, tetapi juga untuk membentuk karakter yang memiliki komitmen yang kuat terhadap nilai-nilai sosial dan moral yang diuraikan dalam al-Qur'an dan hadis. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi landasan untuk penerapan evaluasi yang lebih menyeluruh dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, yang mengintegrasikan aspek spiritual dan sosial dengan harmonis.

Abstract

Meningkatnya tantangan dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik yang tidak hanya unggul secara akademis tetapi juga berakhlak mulia menuntut strategi pendidikan yang lebih holistik dan berkelanjutan. Dalam konteks Kurikulum Merdeka, pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai-nilai Islam menjadi semakin relevan untuk memastikan keseimbangan antara kecerdasan intelektual dan moral siswa. Pendidikan karakter yang kuat dapat membantu siswa menghadapi tantangan globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi tanpa kehilangan identitas dan nilai-nilai luhur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) sebagai strategi pendidikan karakter dalam Kurikulum Merdeka serta mengeksplorasi relevansinya dengan nilai-nilai Qur'an dan Hadist. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur dan wawancara dengan pendidik yang menerapkan P5 di sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa P5 dengan pendekatan pembelajaran kontekstual dan kolaboratif dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam membentuk karakter berbasis nilai-nilai Islami. Implementasi P5 yang mengintegrasikan ajaran moral dari Qur'an dan Hadist terbukti membantu siswa dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, gotong royong, serta kepedulian sosial. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan dukungan lebih lanjut melalui pelatihan guru, pengembangan modul pembelajaran berbasis Islam, serta evaluasi berkala guna meningkatkan efektivitas P5 dalam pendidikan karakter di era Kurikulum Merdeka. Selain itu, kolaborasi antara sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat sangat penting untuk memperkuat implementasi pendidikan karakter secara menyeluruh dan berkelanjutan.
